Been going to this shop for a while to buy parts gear etc..always deal with Ryan in parts department always helpful in making the best decision for what I can use on my bike..very helpful and knowledgeable at what he does definitely recommend talking to him if you stop by
Ive purchased dozens of new vehicles and toys (snowmobiles, jet skis and side by sides) and let me tell you this is the worst dealership and experience Ive ever had.I found their Polaris Slingshot online and worked with Alonzo in sales on purchasing it. First he told me the price was $33,500. Then when I asked to send me a invoice, they added on a $6K markup without telling me. That was the first red flag. Then everytime I would try to reach Alonzo over the phone, he would not pick up. Turns out he was chasing 5 other deals when I was ready to purchase. That was my 2nd red flag. Mind you I already placed a deposit and got approved for financing. His arrogant, know it all attitude did not help. And finally when I tried to speak to someone in the finance department a week into this purchasing process, I was told that they will get back to me later because Im just a phone call and that they have customers in front of them. This was coming from their finance manager. Yet I was ready to book a flight and pick up Slingshot.Dont do business with this shady company and their rude, arrogant staff.
Very disappointed that I could not send a picture of an off-road vehicle to their facility for the salesperson Darrell to review and what I was trying to describe is exactly what they sell and by if he would have seen a picture and here it is and for the price of only $1,000 after I sunk 55000 into this unit he could have made money for the company bad salesperson
Have visited this dealership a few times and have always dealt with Joey. Even though I havent purchased anything from him yet, he would always treat me like I am a valued customer. I just havent found the right unit yet. Hopefully soon. I highly recommend this dealership. No high pressure sales. Make sure you ask for Joey.
I meet Woody at the Sand Sport Expo in Costa Mesa. He was the only one at the show that took some time to answer some questions to what side by side I really needed. I was comparing the Can Ams and the Polaris buggys. When trying to do your home work online it was a bit hard to see what the real and true differences were on these buggys. After several text messages and phone calls back and forth. We agreed on a good trade value for my old buggy. Other Motorsport shops were trying to steal it from me and give me a very very low offer on it. But nope not Woody he looked at the photos and videos I had and agreed that I was asking a fair trade amount. I went in on Sunday and just had a last look around to compare the few models that i narrowed it down to and I got the 2021 Turbo S Velocity. It was a very easy transaction at the dealership. Even with them being busy I was in and out in about 3.5 hours. Thanks again for all the help and making it such a great buying experience.
Twice now they wouldnt help get me financed. I went there today to get a side by side or a couple quads and they didnt even try. I had $13,500 of Yamaha credit and $5,000 cash to put down. Told me that they couldnt get me a credit increase because of my credit. First of all they never called to ask. They just kept trying to make me start from scratch and not use my credit line. Then they tried selling a hammered 2015 wildcat. I went to Palm springs motor sports and they were able to help and got my rate increase and I now have two brand new Yamaha raptor 700s. Ill never go there again. Not even for a valve stem cap
Wow what an amazing experience shopping here. Ryan is thee parts expert. His knowledge was very impressive he knows his stuff. He was able to help me find all the parts I needed and recommended some other parts I would have never knew I needed. I will always shop here for all my dirt bike parts and gear because of Ryan’s excellent service and expertise.
Did appt online and follow up to make sure it was there, the ATV I was looking for they had it there or that’s what it said on website . When I call receptionist answers ask her to speak with sales and when they answer, it was a simple thank you for calling how can I help you, and I explained what I did and he just told me that he would look in to it and will give me a call back. Is been 3 weeks maybe he just got a longer lunch I’m guessing. Is just wrong expecting new business if you treat them this way.
Go somewhere else please, the employees are clearly more comfortable with people who look like them. I went to inquire about a bike with my wife (who is African American btw) and my child. I spotted more than two people on the sales floor, and they knew full well we were there. But they were definitely ignoring us, likely hoping if they do it long enough we would go away (the woman at the front desk included) They were probably like ...what are they doing here ? Looking for a bike ?Well we did leave without talking to anyone and as soon as we were getting into our vehicle to leave, I noticed one of the men, that I spotted on the sales floor with short grey hair and glasses standing by the door, watching us leave.
A month ago I bought a Honda talon 1000r from Coyne Powersports of Banning! I enjoyed the SxS a lot and was looking forward to a camping trip after my first service. I made a first service appointment 2 weeks in advance they told me I could have it the same day on Friday. Drop it off in the morning, return after 3 oclock. Went to the service Department ask how it was going and he told me they just ordered parts, and I could leave the SxS there and pick it up in a couple weeks or take it home. I said well why did you call me or let me know instead of telling me I could pick it up on the same day???And the service guy of generous proportion said he could put it together with the old gaskets, what would you like me to do very aggressively! I replied you can hand me my key, I will load it up and take it home. Not only wasting my Friday! and Saturday will be doing the First service myself. My opinion of the service department should have ordered the parts prior to my appointment (O rings and a filter). first service requires change of oil. time is precious and they wont waste anymore of my $$ extremely disappointed service department…
I went to this place to purchase a used bike. Had a sales person who I had contact and chat with before going there. I told them my credit wasnt good and I will be putting a down payment. I get there and instead of showing me the bike I wanted to see, he offer to show me all the other newer bike (which I dont care for). He finally show me the one I wanted to see and ran my credit anyways. I told him I wanted the bike but short of the down-payment and will have to come back. Weeks later due to work and other things, I emailed him and he call me back. I told him I was still interested. He told me to go in and take a look at it again. I told him I will. He or his team ran my credit again without me knowing. I later went back in and was told it was transfer to their other store. Being that I was local, I said screw it. Than for some reason I had a credit warning of hard inquiry on my credit for 3 credit check from the place. This place is wrong in doing this. I am ashamed of this place. Please consider a different place to purchase a bike.
Worthless DealershipWent there to buy a Can am X3 XRS Max which they had in stock. Once Woody gave me a price that I agreed to, it still took 4 hours for them to get my paperwork ready to sign. They are so disorganized. I was the only customer in the store at the time. It would have been chaos if they had more people shopping. Woody can’t remember anything. He’s all over the place which contributed to the long delay to purchase something. While waiting, Woody states that the ones they had already assembled were sold and he would give me another one out of a crate and deliver it to my house since it was going to take longer for them to assemble it. I agreed and had it delivered. Woody showed up at 8pm which was fine but while delivering it he drove over one of my bushes in the front yard as he drove it in the garage. He then told me he forgot my owner’s manual, tool kit and the performance key. I said no problem just have them overnighted. It took three weeks of multiple texts to him and the manager to get the items delivered. They just kept brushing me off. At one point the manager Joe wouldn’t even respond to my text. What kind of customer service is that? Once the items were delivered, I found out the performance key wasn’t programmed. Woody’s explanation was that he lost it and he figured that I could just get it programmed the next time I get it serviced at his shop. Woody never told me any of this prior to sending the items. I had to drive an hour and a half each way to go to the sister store in El Centro to get it programmed and to get a door strap installed. I refused to get any work done at the Banning location since during my inspection of the vehicle I discovered multiple zip ties, loose nuts and bolts under all of my seats. There was a door strap missing and the rivet that once held it in place was over drilled out. Which shows that they were aware of the strap not being there since they drilled it out creating a bigger dole than it needed to be to remove the rivet. Also one of the rear right seat mounting nuts was completely loose and barely hanging one by a thread. Terrible workmanship and safety inspection by the so called mechanics that put the vehicle together. Since it was dark when the car was delivered it was difficult to do a proper inspection upon delivery. The next morning I took it out of the garage and I noticed all the labels on the car including the fuse box cover stickers which are under plastic covers were faded. All the harnesses were sun faded and were no longer black but were purple. The seats were weathered. The car was filthy and it looked like someone already took it out to the desert. They should have washed it, not just wipe the plastics. The car had definitely been sitting out for a long time even though Woody lied and said it was from a crate. If you make the same mistake as I did and go there. Do yourself a favor and walk across the street where they assemble everything and look behind the shop. Everything just sits outside getting sun faded. Yes, it is a dirt car and it is going to get dirty. When I spend 30K on a NEW Side x Side, I expect to get a clean Side x Side not a dirty used looking one with poor assembly. Lesson learned never buy something you can’t see in full sun or lots of lights and don’t shop at a MARTY/TRAVIS COYNE dealership!
As most people do these days..I read many reviews of this business. The results were somewhat disaponting to say the least. We went to check out the sxs they had offered. Originally wanted to see the 4 sear RZRs...did not have any in stock. As we were leaving I mentioned on a whim...to the Sales manager if they ever had any Honda Talon 4 seaters show up. To my suprise he said they had 1 coming in from their other location in El Centro. He said it should be arriving in a couple hours. Ok I went and ran some errands..and came back in. BAM this maching just arrived..was not even put together yet. Ok to shorten up this review...we closed the deal...my sales guy Joey was very capabable..and real. I mentioned the terrible reviews this company had..he said yes..we are sorta fresh here at this location..coming from Chapparrel power sports. They are looking to turn around the bad rep here..and I can see that happening. Give these guys a look..you will be glad you did!
Great service took care of my 2001 yz426f that was sitting for a few years. Got it ready to ride. Was a little more expensive then i planned but in this case you get what you pay for because my bike fires up first kick and runs fantastic now. Very satisfied. Will be back for my future needs.
This place is a bunch of conartists price gouging. 6500 for a 110 that msrp is 2600 are they out of there minds that is over double markup on an item that has dealer profit factored in the msrp. Do not shop at this pricegouging sewer rat store. They lie to get you to leave work early to drive there just to be told the price is higher by tbousands becausr they had to ship it. Ummm what 1 shipping on a mini bike is not expensive what so ever and 2 every business in america that does not make products in house has to ship their inventory in. Screw this place and the sewer rats that own the place robbing people who are already out of jobs during a pandemic.
I have gone to this place twice to purchase a side by side. Both times I called to make sure they have in stock and they said yes. I drive an hour to get there and they tell me they just sold it. The side by side was no where in site. I will never go back to this place. Sales people are liars and this business has no integrity. Im taking my money to chaparral instead.
This is my personal opinion about my experience. I found a motorcycle listed on craigslist with no other charges and fees mentioned in addition to the listed price . When I called and tried to set up for pick up I was notified that there would be a $380.00 freight fee plus a $898.00 assembly fee not including tax even when I clearly told them I would be paying cash and doing my own registration and title. I requested to speak with a supervisor to inquire about why the additional fees were not mentioned in the listing and still have not heard back from the dealership. Honesty is always the best policy!
Great service in parts!! Friendly very knowledgeable and quick turn around time on parts!!! will be going back for sure. The GM Joe Rincon is an a**h**e Was yelling at an employee which I have seen before...... Will not purchase a motorcycle there as long as he is there. Still giving 4 stars because of the great treatment in parts.
Customer service is terrible they have taken my number down several times and never call you back. Staff does not seem very knowledgeable on even their most popular vehicles they sale. Parts is way under staffed always a long wait . Dread going there usually its a frustrating experience .I
If I could post with zero stars I would. This has been the worst experience with this company. We bought our 2019 Turbo Razor in November. They told us to make sure we break it in so we did. As we were breaking it in it was making a loud noise in the front while we were driving it. It didnt seem right so we stopped took it back and sure enough the wheelbairing case was broken. They said they would repair it at no charge. Well little did we know how terrible the service department is. We took it in the 2nd week of November they said they would call us with an update and never did. Finally my husband called them after 3 days of not hearing from them just to learn the part was on back order and wouldnt be in until the first week of December. My husband actually called around found the part paid for it and took it to them for them to fix. Now, we had to take it back there again begrudgingly due to some repairs. My husband dropped it off on December 2nd, he asked will it be ready by New Years? They responded with no problem. Weve been patiently waiting for our razor to be fixed. We were notified our parts came in on Friday December 28th and it would be ready on Saturday December 29th. My husband had to call them again because they never call anyone back, and then he was told nope not ready probably Monday afternoon. Again, no one called so my husband called and they didnt have an update. Finally at 11am on New Years eve, they tell us wrong parts were ordered they forgot to order parts and they cant do anything for us! Needles to say I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
Not impressed with this place at all. Ive called on 2 separate occasions for 2 different things and both times got nothing. 1st time I called was to purchase a belt for my wild cat. The guy said hed call me back and he never did. Then I called and talked to a salesmen on putting together and purchasing a new rzr 170 for my son. The guy talked to me and took my info and said hed call me back in a little bit and never did. That was a week ago. So now Im gonna have to go somewhere else to buy. It makes me wonder how many other people they do this too and how much business they lose. Doesnt look good from a buyers point of view. I wont buy a valve stem cap from this place now.
I was looking for a new Spark, found a killer deal on Craigs List, which lead me right to Woody Olmos at the Banning location... and I am so happy to report that the whole process start to finish was better than I ever expected, especially dealing with a dealer. Woody was (is) so easy (and FUN!) to work with, we hashed out all the details via texts or phone calls, he answered every single (and possibly annoying) question I had, offered his personal and professional input when asked, and I have mad respect for someone who treats their customers in kind. Even though I didnt need to finance it, Eric in the Finance Dept was also top-notch and just as easy/fun to work with!I can honestly say, we had such a GREAT time when we stopped by on our way to Havasu to pick up the new ski, that our intended 30min quick-pickup turned into a 2+ hour hang out, talk shop, drool over new toys on the showroom floor, and met the entire crew. Theres a lot of talent under that roof, and if you take the time to see that and get to know them, youll get the best of all of em.Because of our experience with Woody and the rest of their team - I just ordered us a nice big new trailer too. Sure, I could have saved $100+ bucks going somewhere else and the 3.5 hour (each way) drive, but we worked out a deal that works for us, AND Id rather invest in the relationship weve started with these guys and support the business they work for. TEN STARS! Pay it forward...
I was on my way back to Arizona and decided to stop in and see what accessories they had for the x3 max I just bought recently and spoke to a woman in the parts department by the name of Jamie and she advised me of some of the must haves that you should get when you first purchase an x3. She was not only funny but very respectful and even gave my kids stickers (which they absolutely loved) she was very sweet gave me a list of the stuff I should get. I will most definitely be calling her next week to order the parts she suggested. It is awesome to see a woman in this industry who rides herself and knows her stuff it’s definitely not something you see everyday! Keep up the good work coyne we will be back
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE We needed to get our first oil change on our rzr. We called spoke to Adam the service manager and he said bring it in no problem. Upon arrival he was sitting in his office talking with four other employees about the sand show. He said go back outside and I will be right there. 20 minutes later he still had not come out. We went back inside two additional times still nothing, after 30 minutes he finally arrived. He said since we had already waited so long he didnt want to keep us waiting while he wrote up the paperwork so we could leave and he would call us the next day when it was ready. It sounded kinda fishy but I went with it. Before I left I took multiple pictures of our rzr and the new push to talk system. We never received a phone call that it was ready but that was really no big deal. When we picked it up Adam drove it onto our trailer so we never did a complete inspection. Once we got it home and unloaded it we noticed the push to talk button was ripped off of the steering wheel and broken. We immediately called Adam and he said there was no way that they did it..he did not know that I had pictures of it in place with his building in the background with a date and time stamp. Adam was rude and took no responsibility. I called the General Manger Joe who was very apologetic, requested that I send him the pictures. Joe said customer service was very important to them, blah blah blah. I thought wow this is going to get handled. Joe stated that Kyle the Service Director would give me a call back the following morning. Three days later still no phone call. when I called Joe again to see what was going to be done he said Kyle didnt call you. He said I will have him call you right back. Its been an hour and still no phone call. Needless to say they do not care about customer service. If you received good service, you are the exception!!
I had an exceptional purchasing experience at Beaumont Powersports. The staff bent over backwards to help me find the correct bike for me.Mike in parts and Gary in service are very knowledgeable and helpful; they wont steer you wrong!!I would give them a 4 1/2 on the scale of 5.
I like this place a lot they have great selection of motorcycles side by sides and lots of other stuff its the closest big motorcycle shop to me I will go back there for more. OK I want to add some info. I took my new 2018 motorcycle I purchased may 30th 2018 that I rode and put 1019 miles on, there on Tuesday March19th 2019 after calling four days prior and they said they were not busy and it would be looked at in a couple of days for warranty service. I told the mechanic the crank case is filling up with gas and the plugs were running white hot, the service mechanic said too much gas was getting into the cylinder and leaking past the rings, I said again the plugs are running white hot he said yea I know, does that make any sense? He said he would call me the next day wensday the 20th but never did. I called Friday 22nd and they said that the mechanic tried to call me, I have a cell phone and there was no log of a call. On friday the 22nd the mechanic supervisor said the plugs were black and sooty and they did a compression check and the compression was 127 psi. And to ask permission to take the carburetor apart and check the floats. I pulled the plugs on Tues morning march 19th before taking it to the shop to do a compression check and they were white like they have been from the start brand new, and no soot on them at all. With my compression tester l got 90 lbs of pressure when it was supposed to have 125 lbs of pressure. I will see how it goes and add more info later. Wish me luck because white hot plugs and there is too much gas in the cyclinder???? OK I was told I would get a call Friday the 22nd in the evening or Saturday morning the 23rd and never got a call at all. So Sunday
Their lack of professionalism and communication skills leaves the customers holding the bill. Brought my Ski in for service and I told them we didnt have the keys. They said they needed the keys but will try to work something out. A week later they call me asking for the keys and telling me they cannot work on it without them. I tell them I dont have them and will come get my ski and bring it back at a later date when I have the keys. When I get there I find out they attempted to work on it without the keys and that I need to pay for partial service. Obviously, why are they working on it if they need the keys in order to do a FULL diagnosis on it? They also informed me that they were getting the skis on and off the trailer which costs. I attempted to speak with them and was interrupted and never allowed to finish a sentence. When I informed them that I wouldnt do business with them again, one of the service men said and I quote, God I hope not. I could under state law withhold payment on them as they did not comply with service bylaws in California, but I rather just not give them my business and word of mouth is just as good.
Repost from my Yelp! review:Since they moved, they have gotten better.Knowledgeable staff, wide variety, yet not a huge store.Comparable prices.Overall: The parts department is small, but if they dont have it in stock, they order it for you and it gets there quickly. Not too big like Chaparral, but could be bigger. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle or parts.
I dont know what these other reviews are talking about, yes they are busy but they will drop everything to answer any questions you have. Treated me and my family like we were their family. Eric and G were awesome made sure I got what I wanted/needed extremely knowledgeable and fast. They have my repeat business.
This place is totally awesome! They have a beautiful showroom with lots and lots of new and used p.w.c.s to choose from. My salesman Derek was very professional and nice. The guys in the credit department were very professional and helpful. If you are in the market for a p.w.c. and or a.t.v. go see this store it is a beautiful, clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and you will too!!Thanks again Coyne Powersports!!
There is no responsible person here. And the service here is poor. My motorcycle is here for over a week. The suitcase and engine guard are not yet in place. Really lazy. Very slow. And when I called you to transfer it, nobody did. No sense of responsibility. It was a really bad experience. Too bad.
I went in to the service department with specific symptoms with my motorcycle, most likely a clutch issue. They test rode it, didnt hear the noises, and recommended I tighten my clutch cable, they said that was the cause of the problem... (how a clutch cable is the cause of an internal engine noise boggles me.) I snugged it up MYSELF and headed home, hoping for the best. NOPE. The problem noise is still there. Basically, I paid them $42.50 for their incorrect opinion and did their recommended work myself. I dont recommend this repair shop for anything, they obviously cant even tighten up a clutch cable for $42.50. I think Ill go to a reputable repair shop, where theyll listen to the me, and address the issues correctly. Thanks for charging me to do my own work coyne.
My family came here looking for a part for a Rhino. As we pulled into the parking lot we were blocked by a sales rep who shot us daggers as we pulled in. We were then sarcastically greeted by the sales rep. He insulted my family and laughed about it. Good job buddy, you insulted a war veteran. We then made our way to the parts department where we were all but dismissed for having a rhino and not having a rzr. The man behind the desk disregarded our request to search for our part in his detabase.Horrible customer service from start to finish. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN.
Total Crooks!! They have sold a quad to a vet without legs and now they are ripping him off for his money. He canceled his protection service and was due a refund of over 800 bucks. After many telephone calls and research I have gotten nowhere. They continue to lie. They said they sent the money/refund to the financial company. The financial company said they havent. They havent sent my friend any refund but still said they have refunded the protection plan. They canceled the protection plan so he isnt covered any longer but they will not explain where the money for the refund is.. So they are stealing money from a disabled vet.. It really bothers me that they would even think of selling a quad to a man without any legs in the first place. Total crooks.
I went to Coyne with the plans of buying a brand new Yamaha Raptor 700R. I explained at the beginning that I can only come up with $500 down, and Woody the salesman said that shouldnt be a problem. I knew my credit was not the greatest, and would have been willing to maybe come up with a bit more. Needless to say, two days later, I received a call from Woody claiming I was approved and that I needed to provide some references and a bank statement. So I called in sick from my evening classes where Im getting my Masters degree, and drove down to Coyne. That is when I was told by Woody that I now needed to come up with 15% down. He tried blaming me that he told this to me on the phone, which did not happen, because I would have told him that there was no way at that tile that I could come up with 15% and would have just gone to school. So now I will go to one of their competitors and purchase from someone else. They just lost a customer.
Sometimes you have to learn the hard way. My first encounter with them involved staff that wouldnt tend to me as I watched them sit at their desks reading, as I stood by the bike I eventually ended up buying. I just ended up walking out after 10 minutes. The manager caught wind of what happened and tried to intervene and save the day. My mistake for allowing the attempt, and I ended up purchasing the bike the following week, in 2012.Two years later I brought my girlfriend in, where we waited 4.5 hours to sign papers on her Yamaha 250, which I had pre arranged the deal b4 coming up, including trade in. I shoulda known better, AGAIN. That was 5 months ago.And then yesterday took the trophy for unprofessionalism. The manager had found me the $16,000 bike i was looking for. He said he could have a truck to my house in 3 days to take my two trade ins. I woke up at 6 yesterday morning, cleaned the bikes, and waited. Truck came, took the bikes, and told me it was best to follow him up an hour later to give store a chance to go over the trade-ins.We got there 3 hours later to find that my promised bike wasnt even there, and that it was in Imperial Ca. This was NEVER mentioned to me when the manager and I set up the deal, but yet he and his finance guy thought it was perfectly normal to assume that the bike couldnt possibly be there. Might I add this was same manager from 2012? After an hour and a half of no communication with manager, I secured a better deal elsewhere, where I was treated with respect from a respectable dealership. The Coyne manager then refused to bring my bikes back. I grabbed two FORMER customers that I had referred to Coyne, drove to Banning, and we rode the bikes back home. Im glad the manager got to look them in the face. Needless to say, both of them will not be buying again from Coyne, nor the 20 other bikers in my group, and those that might have Facebooked my experience . I got ZERO appology from manager or staff when I walked in, but the manager decided to kick me while I was down and tell me one of my trade ins had no oil in it, NONE. It just ended up being a desperate lie, but to accomplish what? It was ultimately less than half a quart low. So pathetic...Im sure there are positive reviews somewhere out there for this dealership, but not from this guy, NOR my referrals, nor any of my riding buddies. ZERO class, zero respect, and a kick you when youre down mindset. How they make money is beyond me....Good Luck, Coyne... Youre gonna need it... Time to go ride my new bike! Good times... ;)
The only Person that Came up and asked me questions was Gavin Gates hes in Sales ..I went to the back side to look at Motorcycle helmets The 3 gentlemen Were just sitting there did not come up to me and asked me if I needed help...I had too Go to there desk and ask a question.
Amazing Sales Reps (Ray Ray)Sure at the beginning I felt like they were unfriendly, I walked in with my sister and no one really came to us. It was not until our second drive-by at the desks that they asked if we needed anything, but after that, I felt like I joined a family. They were all so friendly, Ray would not stop until I found the right bike and could afford it. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Lime Green Kawasaki Ninja. All in all, I will definitely come back here whenever I feel the need for more speed or need some motorcycle equipment. I will always recommend Beaumont Powersports!-Jonathan Orozco
They advertise the biggest growing dealership on the west coast. Maybe they should learn what customer service is. Was told to text because the number I had was for the internet team and they didnt have time to talk. So o sent a text asking for pricing on the Polaris XP 4 1000 which they gave me but when I ask for a price on the Can Am they told me to go do research it. All I wanted was the RS 4 seater with Turbo. He wouldnt give me the price even after I ask twice. I guess they dont need my business and if I was anyone else I wouldnt waste your time with this place.
The most worst place i have ever seen, my bike was supposed to be done last week on “Saturday” then they told me “Monday” it’s Tuesday and they told me to call back later to see if its done? And the service department doesn’t even answer the phone, i called so many times and they directed me call to services and no one would answer the phone.
This is a review for Coyne motorsports in Banning. The sales man G was a real cool dude. But when it comes to the managers this place is a joke. The only type of customer service the douche bag Andy knows is how the b.s his way out of something. Its been OVER 3 weeks I been trying to get ahold of this clown to get a confirmation on some paper work, everytime Ive called he says hell get right on it and when he completes it he will call me and send me a email for confirmation, But after multiple emails and phone calls to him and someone named Eric they still havent sent anything, So I drove down there to see what is so difficult about it and Andy says oh I already did it but I cant give you any confirmation because its a new system this guy is a complete idiot, how does someone so incapable of doing such a easy task become a manager?! And then on top of that once you confront him about his horrible communication him and the other staff has he finds another cop out excuse, if you cant provide a confirmation letter dont say you will call and email a confirmation over and over moron!! Should of listened to the reviews about this place, if someone who runs this place actually reads these dont make the rest of your team suffer due to other pathetic employees because you WILL lose buisness!
It was the worst service!!!!!!! The service department was rude and disrespectful Adam has no business working with customers. His little jokes are inappropriate and unnecessary. I dont like being talked down to. I truly believe this company would benefit from taking customer service training. I will no longer be doing business with this company. If I could post zero stars I would.
Not very happy with these guys I feel like they did nothing but mess around filled out an application To finance a bike and it took a whole week and during the whole process I had to contact them to figure out what was going on These guys are not very good at communicating not only that they couldnt get me financed very easily went through another store they finance me for a bike within 2 hours
We cant thank you guys enough! Heading to Glamis for New Years and we decided to pick up another side x side. Not only did they have the Can-Am Maverick that we wanted, they beat Chaparral on the price! Thank you G, Eric , Joe and Mike, for absolutely the best purchasing experience ever! Well definitely be repeat customers and recommend you to our friends. Thank you for staying late on a Friday night and making coffee for us while we waited. You certainly know the meaning of customer service.David and Lisa O.
You would think a business trying to find customers and keep them would hire help with a little more experience to try to retain a few! Anytime you have to wait on the phone on hold to be put on hold must be a problem! I may have been the problem but I would have had to wait to find out!
I bought a dirtbike for my son in January 2020. The bike did not run right from the get go. I told them they needed to fix it before I took it out of their store. They agreed and said they would have a mechanic go through the carburetor and find out what was wrong. Needless to say they never even looked into it. I brought the bike home, and worked on the carburetor myself. I found that the carburetor had a plugged up jet and the carburetor was not adjusted right. If you are considering of buying from them make sure you check every nut and bolt on the bike. I also discovered that everything seems to come loose. The bikes are just thrown together by people that should not be working on them. Hope this is useful to anybody else.
I bought a tube for my dirt bike here and they sold me a faulty one with holes in it, I went to return it and the guy said he can replace it for me then charged me $11 for the new tube they charge way too much for cheap products customer service sucks and they rip you off
Took forever! They told us all the paper work was complete at the Sand Sport Super Show, come to find out there was more upon pick up. They kept messing up the paperwork once we were there and had to redo and reprint multiple times... our 30 min tops to sign and pick up the Razor took over 2 hours!

2022-01-04DO NOT GO HERE!!! A simple front MX tire mount. I brought it in off the bike, was told 2 hours. That was reasonable. So I drove all the way back(40min) at the agreed upon time. I called to make sure while enroute- oh sorry they won’t have it ready until they close. I dropped it off at 1pm. Thats 5 hours for a tiny MX tire to get done??? PS there was not a call to me, the paying customer that the expectation changed.

2022-05-10Just wanted to take the time to say that Jeremy in the service department was nothing less than spectacular. Everything was explained to me when I dropped off my vehicle and it was completed exactly when he said it would be. I experienced five star service and he should be commended.

2022-02-23We got referred by our friends that were helped by woody they say he gave them great customer service and woody hooked them up with free gear and helmets. Unfortunately we got helped by Paul and were not provided the same services or free helmets. Don’t recommend.

2022-03-25Had the best buying experience at Coyne of Banning. Paul Tully was helpful in the purchase of my Kawasaki. He was respectful and knowledgeable of the products on the floor. Definitely took the time to help with the purchase. Thank you so much.

2022-05-07Took my jet ski here for a carb rebuild and tune up. When I got it back, the ski was slower and there was a random gasket below the engine with a pool of oil. They tried to say that it wasn’t them and then said after the fixed it that it was their fault. Will never bring any of my toys back for any service. Be careful with this place.

2022-04-13Woody was the only one who came up to us and asked if we needed help with anything. He was easy and stress free to work with! I recommend asking for him if you decide to check this place out
