Came to see inquire about puppy food, was told by a couple of customers that it was really good and one was recommended to get that brand kirkland by their vet. So I purchased a bag. Price is awesome, now to have my puppies approve! ☺️
Who doesnt love Costco. My favorite of course I think is everyones is the quality. There is no lack in providing the best quality. I do understand why items are sometimes discontinued, but wish this didnt have to happen. But an item taking up space not selling is also taking up space for an item that we may like and want more. So, again Costco is the place. I do miss the name Price Club (pre Costco purchase). LOL.
This costco is one of the reasons I hate costco as a company.They are unorganized and rude....After my last shopping trip to this location the cashier and staff poorly and willfully broke a bottle of jack Daniels I was purchasing in the box. As I picked up the bottle once home it crumbled , cut me and began to leak. I called and called to try and speak to someone about this as its costcos responsibility to not break things you purchase while doing a poor Job of boxing the expensive items.

**Updating in 2022 to say that they have made the outdoor food court members-only which has helped** Costco as a company is fantastic. This place has the most patient staff.However, if youre a member you can rarely take advantage of the food court because its outside and the line goes clear to TJ. Everyone runs over your toes with their carts, not paying attention where theyre going, and the sample tables are like watching ants on a lollipop. They are always out of whole milk on Tuesdays. Not sure why.Great selection and prices as usual, but I really dread coming here.
Very busy but good customer service, good stuff, the parking lot is huge. Now they have a brand new tires air pump thats a plus, i try the air pump already and is very easy to use!
Costco is as good as Costco gets. Costco doesnt fit my small family set up very well with their bulk packaging tho but its good for other things.
Have been going to this Chula Vista Costco since it opened years ago. Many employees have been there since it opened. I consider them part of the South Bay family. As an occupational therapist I am impressed that several of these long time employees have physical disabilities and do an excellent job. It is also in an excellent location and other errands can be run the same day without extra gas costs; important now with 2022 high gas prices. A large Walmart is next door; Target and Michaels a short block away and a few decent restaurants close by also as well as trolley station a little further; 3 blocks.
Shelves were neatly stocked up. There are more room to maneuver cart which in other stores two carts can barely fit.
I am so disappointed in Lisa, one of the managers. She discriminated against my husband because we have kids. She wouldn’t hire him because he asked if he could work during the day since he has school and a daughter at daycare. She immediately disqualified him and disrespected him. I might sue this Costco for what they did to us. They won’t hire a father and student! Terrible management.
I was lucky this morning, they have seniors day on Tuesday and Thursday. But prices have gone up about 20%. I guess it is expected. Other wise it was great.
Have been a member since Price Club days and still see employees working here from that era. Always do Costco runs for dairy, bread and freezer items. Try to go before noon to avoid crowds. Traffic crazy too because of Costco gas and proximity to border.

Why is the food court always busy and understaffed ? Most consumers spend so much time they just might want a hotdog but not wait an additional 25 minutes for them or their kids .

I love shopping at Costco. They have some of the best selection of nuts and other snacks. The employees are nice for the most part. I like the food court.

I call it the Mexican Costco since you will always find tortillas, Mexican beer and other products like canned menudo, Oaxaca cheese and tequila. The tire department is not the best. After wasting a lot of time talking to their sales people and manager, I went to the Oceanside Costco to get the tires that I wanted on my car. Do not look for IPA beers or Mezcal; they just don’t carry them. Also, they have mostly old products on their floor. I learned about this recently. Cathedral City has all new products. Shopping cart traffic is terrible and aggressive; it’s like Tijuana. Their customer service is great, but usually busy. I go there because it’s 1.5 miles away from my house and love Costco.

You can supply yourself with food or other things for a couple of weeks. You can buy clothes, or electronics as well and sometimes theres deals for these. Dont go to the bakery section unless you plan on taking something from there because it smells good and everything tastes good. If you need meat and are willing to spend more than your regular grocery store then this is an excellent place for you.
Horrible experience, I wont be coming back here. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else. I just waited 20 minutes for a completely burnt slice of pizza. Its so bad, its not even edible. Even worse, when I complained that the pizza was burnt, he said all the cheese pizza they have right now is burnt! Signs all over the kitchen with total BS claims like Quality first... When in doubt, throw it out!.... Im never bringing my business here again.
It was a zoo, lines were long, fortunately a young man who misdirected to the wrong line, took me aside and rang me up. Musta saw my anxiety and panic. Sure appreciated his customer service.

Its Costco. Besides the crowds whats not to like? It wasnt crowded and my babe snoozed all the way thru. Had to get creative so I could still fit all the stuffs and not disturb his rest.

Great service from the pharmacy, the hearing aid center, the tire center, and the customer service counter. This place gets really busy but with all the managers watching the lines it usually doesnt take long to check out. Thanks for the great work to everyone here.
All the people that work there are friendly, nice and helpful. I purchase a few items at great prices as always. I also got gas which is always the cheapest around. Thats why the gas lines are always so long. People know a good deal when they see it. The yearly membership fee gets paid back quickly by the discount savings from all your purchases. Most all Costco stores are great places to shop at and I like this one the best, out of all the Costco stores in San Diego.

Horrible experience in the optical dept when the employee there wont give her name and she say she was the supervisor, she use her ID bach in reverse side so nobody cant see her name. I took my eye prescription from Mexico but she wont take it just because she want to feel important, Costco have been taking my eyes prescription from Mexico in the past 20 years with no problem but today this girl with a Kareem attitude rejected my prescription. So I think its time to cancel my Costco membership. There are thousands of options out there for Gas, tires, pharmacy, optical,etc....
The parking was pretty full but the parking spaces were opening quickly. Although we were directed in the wrong direction when we asked for assistance, we found almost everything we looked for. The checkers were moving pretty fast and the were opening new cashiers quickly
Good customer service and products
We bought 5 items for the posted price of $13.99. The items rang up to $14.79 at the register. We went to Member Services with a picture of the posted price and were told, Oh,,,thats not the correct item code. (Even though the description was identical to the item.) We had to wait for a manager to come and evaluate the situation. He went and checked the signage and the item and determined Costco had made a mistake. Eventually, we got our less than $5 credit, but the customer service was not a comfortable experience. I felt like they were deciding whether or not to refund the measly $5 and there was no apology for the mistake/inconvenience. If I had not brought this to their attention then people would have been paying more than they were expecting until someone else discovered the mistake.
Go right when they open and 1pm so its not that crowded.For the gas station 8 to 9am or ealiest.
Its hard to go in just for milk ONLY, because there are so many great items !!!I like that their merchandise is always changing and renovating.Also like that some of the seasonal items keep coming back.
I tried to walk into the store today with my Costco ID to purchase a single box of puppy pads but they are patrolling the line into the store and expect people with no cart to stand behind the people with carts to get into the store, their reasoning was that it was not fair to the other customers to let me in, well I say its not fair to me to make me wait for them because they plan to fill up their carts and I am buying no more than I can carry in my two hands. I was disgusted by how I was approached, treated and harassed. Horrible customer service and poor communication with customers.
I love this place. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable about product locations and professional.I do have a suggestion about the Senior hour (9-10). Maybe have someone pay better attention to the line cutters. Today 2 different shoppers cut to the front of the line. One was elderly man and using a Costco electric cart. The second was a young woman with no physically apparent handicap. The rest of us got there early to get in early. These latecomers were rude and disrespectful to us other shoppers.
Today I came to this Costco to buy a little bit of groceries. It wasnt as packed of customers. I found what I was looking for. My girl got some things for her too. She got waters, milk, eggs, & bought a Hot tasty pepperoni pizza and vanilla ice cream. This store is great. Good quality of items, & variety of products. Great to shop for the holidays. This Costco is clean and well stocked. Only issue is the traffic build up during rush hours due to the gasoline lines.

Ive been avoiding the Palomar location because of the crowd but it wasnt as busy as I thought (this is on a Tuesday.)When we were scanning our items at the self check out lane, one of the employees came up to us and said there was a problem. We were confused at first but he was kindly reminding us that 2 of our items were a buy-one-get-one.Im glad he caught it in time and weleft the store very satisfied since we came home with 2 free items.Thanks to that employee, we will be shopping in that location again.

Plenty of customer support near the entrance/exit, as well as near the registers. Didnt see any employees out on the floor, though, and I would have liked to have had confirmation on what I suspect is a seasonal item that I couldnt find today.Still, Rafael at Membership was friendly and helpful, and gave me two-year-old a sticker as I was getting my new card printed, so thanks, Rafael!

Low cost gasoline and rotisserie chicken make the membership cost worth it alone. Great food options at the food court. Reasonable priced bulk items. They run out of things quickly. But get restocked daily.
Merchandising Manager couldnt even call out where Kirkland Trail Mix was hidden on the floor. Was told it was on the entrance fence ... Not there ... Besides, if youre trying to highlight a product to increase sales why would you not have it in its normal spot as well ? Makes no sense to me. Not impressed with the management at this location.

I have been to Costco probably hundreds of times in 30 different stores. My first visit to this store. By far one of the most pleasant shopping experience is in a Costco. Everything‘s well Stocked, friendly customer service. And as busy as it was I was only in line at the checkout for maybe five minutes.
Clean awesome store with friendly and helpful staff. Amazing prices and great quality. Also the food court is quick and easy. But you have to have a membership now to eat there.

Gets really packed but dont they all? Lines move pretty quick for the amount of people. Dont let them oversell you on the membership. Love the self checkout but they need hand scanners for self checkout. Would go WAY faster. I could scan it faster than they can. Or even self scanning while you shop, they check the receipts at the door anyways.
I always love coming to this Costco as its always a welcoming environment. The selection of all items is always nice. Its an all around good place to come and buy a lot of groceries, clothes, or electronics.

I go to this location because its close to my parents, but its definitely not my favorite location. I feel like some of the Costcos in nicer areas up north have better selections. However, I do think that this location has upped their selection of fresh food options to take and go. BUT, their wine selection is unbeatable. I always find something I like when I go- a great selection.

I shop at this Costco at least once a week. Groceries, cleaning supplies, pet products, furniture and appliances are purchased through this warehouse. You get great value and their return policy is unbeatable!

There has been no lines lately. Lunch time is busy at the food court as always...but the lines go fast. Costco is fully stocked for your Christmas needs. It also has a full array of gifts for this season.
Im new to Costco but Im hooked. Youbhave to buy larger quantity than most other stores but this place is so roomy to shop in. Sometimes the lines have a several minute wait tho. Its worth it!

Perhaps the second worst Costco ever besides the one in Vegas. Very hard to get in and out of and almost impossible to get gas at . Gas line backs up out onto Broadway. Someone is going to get into a accident due to this
I have to admit Im very fortunate to go alot of places states and countries to go to a place like Costco and yes at times they may have somethings expensive or on deal or at a good price but thats alot of places like that. Quality of product is awesome the free taste foods they have passing most of all the food court although I noticed different states may have something different but it is great food love it and the sundae the food court is outstanding just had some when we go again to get supplies oh boy its chicken bake time.

Very good customer service. Including Customer Return / Exchange. Alexis helped us for exchange on Extended Warranty. Product was out of stock in store - we purchased like a year ago - so she ordered it & had it delivered to store.Received email updates which made it reassuring that new product was coming, and it arrived one & half days earlier than originally scheduled.Also the Best Buy Extended Warranty is definitely worth it . no worry exchange when product stop to work perfectlyThis is a big big reason why I return to Best Buy for purchases.

Usually this Costco is really crazy, and busy, but because we were there after 7pm, it wasnt as bad as it usually it. The process are usually very good, and the blue berry muffins (one of my favorites in the bakery section) looked great. The lines up to the register werent as bad as usual either. All in all, a nice experience than usual but I do prefer to shop at the business Costco. There you can get what you need, and be in and out in no time.

Did have to much, we were wanting to find K cup machine and other stuff didnt have that stuff but we did fine other stuff we need people there are crazy they drive there baskets just like there cars crazy lol it is a good store my family and I enjoyed it in there and bought a membership.
The only problem I have with this location is the self checkout kiosks do not allow you to input numbers for items. The clerk has to come over and scan a few things then make a selection.

Convenient location and good products.
Costco is the place for the best prices on volume purchases. But, what makes it really nice is the senior hours where if you are over 60 years young, you can shop with less people by getting in one hour before they open for the public.
I was at this Costco yesterday, considering we are still in the middle of a pandemic, I noticed there are families coming in with 3 or 4 other people, same with other families with not one but many kids some running around the aisles.Having these many people in the store, its hard to maintain social distancing. Even though I noticed the 6ft social distancing banner inside, its impossible to do the shopping in a timely manner, being this crowded. I contacted the manager this morning, and I got cut off, stating that theres nothing they can do about it, since kids are staying home now...

Your policy is against people! First, you stand in line with a distance of 6 feet. And then 20 minutes in line to check the receipt where no distance at all, everyone stands back to back. Its awful! Its against the law! And people without masks inside!!!! Nice Costco policy during the pandemic!!!!

Great place to shop, especially if you are in the market for large portions of everything from eggs to over the counter meds. Staff are extremely helpful and seem very customer service oriented. Parking is plentiful, buy it is always crowded. Great location with easy to get in and out of the area.
The lady in the front entrance door not help handicap person when he ask for help but she did not care. At 1 pm 11-03 -2020. And she covered her Costco card name. Bad never see before in Costco have lady like that. Costco need to train her home to good with costumers.
It was good to see it wasnt too busy. I was able to find what I was looking for on my own as there were not too many team members around to ask for help.

I love that place !!!They are so friendly with old peopleI take my grandma and they’re so nice to her they let her ride the cars for the store and they help me to put all the stuff at the car so that way I can take care of her.The only inconvenient is at the cashier area, they don’t have other way to charge you, just standing in front of the cashier and could be a complication for a person with disability.But thank you @Costcowholesale for the friendly attitude, so glad to have this service in here.So proud of the team.

Incredibly busy and the customers are very selfish and will cut you off anytime and hit you with their carts. The staff seem to wish they worked somewhere else and have no clue where things are or whats going on in the store most of the time. Prices are unbeatable and produce is very fresh and good
Normally I have good things to say about Costco. However, I forgot my card today but luckily my friend had his. When we got to the register the cashier wanted to make an issue of my purchasing items without my card on me. I told him to look me up, that I have a card, but no, hed rather make it into an ordeal. I may switch to Sams club. I dont need that kind of grief after standing in line for 15-20 minutes, and paying for that honor.
This place has it all. First off, the produce is of the highest quality, and thats why I love coming here. Second, the rotisserie chicken is the signature item. It just leaves me speechless, due to how great they are. And the bread is sweet heaven to me. When I first came here, the bread wasnt much of a staple to me. But now it is, as the two for one value makes it convenient for me.Quality is what I strive for, and Costco does an amazing job at that. I will definitely keep shopping here.

Always well stocked, amole parking but, always busy. Most of the people that shop here are rude so customer service can be pretty poor sometimes. The food court is ALWAYS packed. So prepare to wait if you plan on getting some food.
Just started an executive membership, didnt know you earn cash back. Yes its $120 per year but will end up being a free membership at the rate we shop there.
Sometimes the lines get long especially at the gas station can cause traffic to pile up other than that very clean and safe.

I LOVE COSTCO!Some people dont like this location because its so close to tj and its usually crowded, but which Costco isnt crowded? I have no problem with it. Every person that works there is always friendly and very helpful.Im there at least once a week, its my home away from home.
I believe Costco is great for families, but in my case, living in an apartment by myself with very little storage room, its impractical, because everything they sell is jumbo size or family size as far as food is concerned.

Lady the checks receipts at the exit was EXTREMELY rude, her name is Lani she is older white lady. I went up to her nicely asking her where the bathroom was, and she responded rude and sarcastically said“ this is the exit the entrance is over there”not providing any information about the location of the bathroom and ignored me after that. You need people that are going to be the face of Costco which is friendly people and good customer service, not people who are rude and not helpful. I love Costco though 😏
Pay for a membership and get one year access to bulk packaged items for a reduced price. You’ll love getting the beat priced gasoline in town. Although the line may be frustrating some times. Their food court is always busy. Now you can pay for food with your visa or debit card too!

My go-to Costco for many years, due to its proximity to my workplace. Its there when I have to buy my basic needs, from groceries to beauty and hygienic products. They even have a money exchange booth, something that no other Costco has ever tried.Parking can sometimes be an issue, especially during the weekends, but Im not too worked up to park near the main entrance.

Costco generally has fast customer service, but the auto center is terribly slow. Took me an hour just to buy a car battery and they weren’t busy. Three guys typing on their computers over and over.
Beware the produce at the store!!!I have shopped at Costcos across the county. This Chula Vista Costco gets the old produce. It is poor quality and goes bad the quickest. The north county Costcos get the fresher produce that lasts a lot longer.
Its a Costco after all. No surprises here. The staff is really nice though. They are always packed and Sundays are crazy. The parking lot was always full but now they took some of the lot to add a second gas station. The lines are now super long for gas but I guess its a good deal. If they would improve the parking I would give it 4 stars!
If you can survive the parking lot traffic with your temper and vehicle intact, this CostCo is a great place to stock up the pantry. Friendly staff and good, cheap eats at the outside snack shop. The Vision center folks are especially patient and helpful if you need to fill a glasses or contacts Rx. Recommend!
Its nice and very convenient place, never had problems here. Only bad thing I can think of is someone went bonkers and shot his ex and then shot her new boyfriend before killing himself in the parking lot. Other than that its a great place!
I wish they had signs to know where stuff is. Also why dont they have Dr Pepper right now. Lately I go its diet instead of regular.
Good customer service. The food court lines were long but the service was fast. If you’re traveling to Mexico they have a money exchange desk inside and they don’t charge commission which I think is the best.
This is my favorite store but Next week i will buy Samsung membership to see if is better
Today was nice! I went after work 5:30 pm...not so busy... I found water and toilet paper...yay!!!... and everything I was looking for and more, cash register was fast...my shopping experience was great!!!
I highly recommend this store its right off the freeway 5 south off of palomar you can find everything from A through Z... I went there to look for TVs, and they had a great variety and good prices, but when they have them on sale, its even better...
Great price for buying bulks :) I always get the cetaphil gentle cleanser here. in one box, theres two 20oz and one 4oz bottles for about $16, its usually on sale. a 20oz bottles costs around $11 at walmart and target.I also get the lotion with same package.I love the butter croissants.In the hot deli and cooked food section, I love their chicken bake and the really large pizza for a really low price, but great quality.We dont usually shop that much that needs to be in bulk, so we only got the basic membership. :)
Cashier to much in a hurry, had to run my card twice cause she cancelled it the first time, then didnt explain I would get one receipt for two orders cause I used my sister in laws card cause I forgot mine.It may be busy but workers need to be more friendly
Great wholesale warehouse to buy at, where you are able to find all different kinds of products and services for your home, party, office and more.I just love going to any Costco and go isle to isle all the way around.Free huge parking and the best gas (price and mpg).

Costco is the best. The prices are always at least competitive. The quality is good. I like them and would go here for those reasons alone. But on top of that, they take back my stuff and are great about it. I returned 4 things the last month, it was just a bad month haha. Anyway, I felt bad and said so, and the lady was totally great. Ill be sure to spend more money here, they take care of me, gotta appreciate that!
Great shopping experience! No long lines in or out of the store and on line at the food court! Probably because its a Wednesday night and rain is expected.
Following Covid19 precautions! Must wear a mask. Warehouse shopping! Great meat and produce. Must have a membership to purchase items.
I always love going to Costco. The savings on gasoline alone pay for the membership (I drive a lot!). Yes, some people complain that its for big families, but it works for me. Everything they sell is of very decent to very good quality.

Love Costco but this Costco being the nearest Costco to the southern border is always way more crowded and basically competing for goods not just against local crowds but also Mexican residents. So supplys tend to go out of stock quick. Also parking is a nightmare at times and people are very inconsiderate at the times. They pretend to not hear you when you say excuse me or will just stop and block the aisles.
The female employee at the photo center is extremely RUDE and mean! Told her that I need a passport size photo. But she asked what is that for and I said for my visa for over sea. She acted like she know something as said Its different size. I was surprised because when I did the research it said the passport photo size work.But then I thought Since she works at the photo center maybe be she know better. so, I asked her what is the differences but she replied “i don’t know and you have to check your self”What? I did my research and the passport photo size works.Just do as I say.
Love the quality of their Steak..Always comes out perfect and tender..Love cheese? They have plenty, different kinds..Cant beat the price of paper towels and toilet tissues..Look for Kirkland brand..Membership from $60-$100 per year..Depending on how much you spend a year, they giving you back a bonus check and it pays for your renewal of your membership..Win-win! Love my Costco.

We mainly go to this location for the BBQ brisket sandwiches(they are that good). Our local Costco on Morena Blvd took the brisket off the menu some time ago...and yet we really like and miss the BBQ brisket! Additionally, this Costco doesnt seem as packed full of people on the weekends, unlike Morena and Mission Valley, and there is no fighting for parking, which is a nother perk to this location. So if you like BBQ brisket sandwiches, plenty of parking, and less people, it is totally worth driving down to Chula Vista.
The Korean style marinated pork ribs are good. But this Costco doesnt have Kewpie Salad dressing.

As always, Costco is the premier place to shop during the Holiday Season. Every time you go into the warehouse, its Christmas !! Im guaranteed to find something I havent seen on my last visit. I purchased a Sherpa lined hoodie that was baby skin soft but as warm and toasty as freshly made pancakes with warm vanilla syrup on a cool morning. I thought the price posted ead an error, but was pleasantly surprised at the register -- $ 15.99 in a variety of colors and sizes. A steal!! If available, Im going back to get one of each color available. Excellent find. Go get your Christmas present while supplies last. Theyre disappearing fast.

All good except for the person who reviews the memberships at the Main entrance. Many people enter at the same time and when the employee are distracted, they chase the clients as if they were police to request show up their customers membership.

Im not criticizing the whole store just the food court.we ordered a pizza and waited for over 30 min. It still wasnt done so they gave us another one they claimed was the same as we ordered. When I got home and opened the box I got a burnt pizza, wrong kind ,and could not eat it. Very dissatisfied
You know i love the food court here. I dont even shop at costco but i do eat here. Alot. I think the quality of all they offer is excellent. The pizza is only 9.99 and feeds a family and of course its just delicious! Try their ice cream sundaes for less than $3 its yummy with fruit..i also love the beef brisket sandwich. Huge and savory with coleslaw piled on top of it. Wonderful. Sometimes a long line but moves quickly. Great service too. The people who make this food are happy and it shows.
The store is good, the parking lot is like the wild west at times. Very inconsiderate people. They dont know how to park. I prefer other Costcos due to this. Night and day difference with this one and all the others. I dont understand why this one has people that park crooked and over the line.
Im pretty sure all the Costcos have the same food. I love the chicken bake and of course, the pizzas. Tried their pork sandwich, but wasnt a big fan. Cesar salad is also good, as is their frozen yogurt. Cash only!
Very clean and not very packed. Check out lines moved fairly fast and werent that long.

Maybe I came here on an off time or when it wasn’t too busy but it is nice to come to a Costco it’s organize like this one. I do like going to a different Costco cause someone have different products depending on where they’re located, which is nice. I highly recommend this Costco

2021-06-09Typical well run Costco which is clean and well stocked with good prices. Also, busy, busy! I was surprised to find out they had an exchange service for Mexican Pesos, which I needed! They also do Covid testing at this location. Initially I thought this location didn’t have gas but they do. It’s further down the parking lot. Speaking of which, the parking lot was very busy and a bit of a nightmare to navigate. I do like how they have the entrance blocked to cars, makes easier for pedestrians to get in and out of the store. This is a pain at other locations which don’t do this. Must have been missing their cart persons. Most the carts were in the parking lot. I would go to this location again.

2022-05-15This is a very good place to buy in bulk. If you dont want to wait in long lines for Costco gas get their really early or at the end of the day. Otherwise, plan on spending 30 to 45 minutes waiting for gas it is popular. Food court is outside and efficient. There are always free samples and they never disappoint.

2022-03-21You get the level of service, quality and selection as any other Costco. The only thing that causes me grief are the crowds specifically on the weekends and the gas station long lines but that is expected as everybody wants to shop here. One possible reason this Costco is so crowded is its proximity to the border. A lot of people from Mexico shop and fill up their gas thanks here. Usually the Costco on Market st is less crowded

2022-04-22I called to have 12 pizzas ordered for pick up and asked to have them ready for an hour and a half, then I asked for total so that I could send someone with the correct amount and the lady on the phone said oh I don’t have time to get you a total but that I should send someone right away because they are not put them in the oven until they are paid for. I understand being super busy but you should never be too busy to help a customer out. All I needed was a total and to make sure the pizza would be ready by the time I sent someone so that I don’t have an employee standing waiting for an hour. Very rude and unprofessional employee. I wish I caught her name.

2022-04-21Disappointing is all I can say, tables are left dirty with no one to clean them, the cleaning is left up to the customer that decides to sit in the table, trash filled to the rim and the fast line we’re you self pay is longer than the regular line. Customer service is the food court is not the greatest but what can you expect when they work under filthy conditions. Shame!! Last time eating here.

2022-04-10I was on the self service checkout area. I decided to use the facility since most the the cashier (that were open) were busy and the self check area was not busy. I had two cases of water and some grocery items. I finished scanning everything but the water. I was looking for the hand held scanner to scan the water but found none. So I asked a worker, who was nice enough to find someone that was stationed in that area. Well, the man was RUDE! He not only informed me that no big items allowed at the self service that early in the morning but continued to suggest that if I was going to go to the self service station to lift the items and scan them myself Im 60 years old and I pride myself to do things that I am able to but being talked down to is not what I call good customer relation. He was wearing a blue shirt, with no visible badge showing, and it looked like he was trying to set up the self service area. I that is the rule regarding the self service area then there should be a sign stating so. My observation...he was behind on his job and decided to take his frustration out on me! BAD customer service. 4/10/2022

2022-05-20Everything was the same price as in a regular market or store the only difference was that some items come in greater quantities but obviously at a greater price. Honestly the whole membership thing is a gimmick that comes with very little perks. In short Costco is just meh
