Angelica Del Real is one of the best ones there. When I first got my car she helped me a lot by informing me how the insurance works and great discounts you guys have. She has great customer service. Her work is fantastic, she’s quick to get your quote, and will get you insured. She cares for her customers. I really recommend Angelica Del Real.
So Ive been with Cost u less 2 years already! Ive worked with both Maria and Emmanuel both are professional and great with explaining coverage options. Overall I would definitely recommend them they were able to beat all the other quotes I received by over $40 a month which is definitely significant to me. They were so great I recommended my sister and they were able to give her the same service and deal
I went into the office a couple days ago & it was busy. I appreciated that the manager made sure me and my wife as well as the other people knew that she wanted to help all of us. Some places u go they dont even welcome you. She was helping someone an still made sure we were acknowledged. Dope. I like you Cost U Less. Your employees are so friendly and welcoming . Walked into Ming office to get insurance on a new vehicle i was buying , was helped by Angelica who had/has great customer service. She helped me get insured and get my vehicle out the lot that same day . She answered the questions i had , after me not having insurance for so long . Will be recommending her .
I was so stressed out because my insurance had gone sky high. I spoke with Tabree and she was able to get me with a way lower monthly with the same coverage I had with my other company. I cant tell you how much it made my day! Not just that but she actually seem so caring about my frustration.
I recently got insured over the phone. Omg! So happy! I was nervous that I wouldnt get a good rate because I was gettin super high quotes but I was very pleased with my policy. 🙂 Jessica answered all my questions and did everything for me through email. Recommend this insurance company 10 out of 10
Jessica and her staff were very much so professional and made sure I was taken care of. I had an issue and they took the initiative and responsibility in making it right and making sure it was done in the best way to serve me. I would recommend them any time. Also they did take into consideration not only my personal situation but my personal needs considering the issue I had at hand.
I just started my policy earlier this month and that was the worst mistake I couldve done. I was helped by Maria and she lied straight to my face. I called her to see if we could resolve the issue and all I got was rudeness and smart attitude from her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! . I will definitely look into cancelling my policy and pay a little more where I know I will be treated better and deal with professionals.
I had the best service with Emmanuel and Yahaira today. They saved me over $50 a month on my insurance. I was scared to go in because I just bought a new car and thought it would be expensive, but it wasn’t at all. I loved the environment of the office on Ming. Everyone was really nice.
This company has broker fees. It wasnt disclosed to me until after my card was ran. About 300 in broker fees! I was told I could go online to make monthly payments. Paid twice using the stonewood insurance website. Paid exactly what was ask by the cancelation date. Didnt know I wasnt covered for a week until i received a letter stating policy cancel for non payment. I have bank records and screenshot of what was ask to paid it in timely manner. I call the company cost u less insurance enrolled me with and they had no clue to why the policy was canceled. My phone call was forwarded to Jorge at the Cost u less insurance on Ming Ave He was no help. Hung up on me twice!!!!!!!! Finally spoke to a young lady. Stating it was because the i needed update Registration for one of the vehicles. I never got anything in mail stating that. Finally got policy reinstated after many calls.Update: June 25 2020. I was called by a gentleman ask for me to remove my first review and they would refund me the broker fee with in a week. Havent gotten anything so I will ve taking my business to another car insurance. This company isnt professional at all!
I feel really appreciated with the staff here. They offered mom a great policy and got us a great deal. My fiancé even cancelled her plan with GEICO and switched over after they saved her a ton of money as well. Speak to Emmanuel he will make sure he takes care of you and gets you an awesome deal.
They are not responsible for what they doing, i cancel a insurance with them and open a new one all done in person, days latter received a charge in my bank account because they guy didnt cancel the insurance well, the. I call and cancel by phone, days latter again a charge in my bank, after 2 months i call direct to the company, and cancel by my self, with a 2 months payed extra with no refunds.
Came in today and I was helped by Emmanuel. He’s always been really nice and easy to talk to. I always come in and see him when I come in to pay my bill. I will always keep coming back here to see him for my insurance. My son just turned 18 and you bet I’m sending him here.
Luis really helped out my mom with some insurance. My mom was stressing out and she was stressing me out haha but as soon as We got there, Carlos Ramos greeted us and Luis Ceja helped my mom get her policy. Now we are insured and i am ready to get a car of my own so they can help me get insured also.
Poor customer service! I recently visited the location on Ming Ave because I had scheduled an appointment the day before over the phone and when I got there the next day the office was closed, the lights were on but there was no one inside the office not even a sign to advertise that they were out to lunch or something!! I had to wait for over an hour. But this isnt the worst part! When I called the day before to get the quote the person I spoke to, told me I was going pay 87 dollars (automatic payment) monthly for my car insurance with a deductible of 600 with a down payment of only 155 dollars or maybe even less if i qualified for a discount so everything was already set but then i got there the next day the guy that helped me couldnt find that price for me? The lowest cost he found for me was going to be for around 110ish and downpayment of 220ish.... thank god i kept looking and found a way better deal!! And Way better customer service!!!
I like this insurance. The way that the staff treats customers is really good. They are very frendly. Always willin to go the extra mile when you have a question. If they can’t find an answer they get in the phone and get to bottom of it. They all seem to enjoy what they do and it shows on their service. Keep up the good work
Ok were do i begin. first off they have hidden fees they DO NOT verbally disclose with you. When i signed up for this insurance i was told my money was completely refundable, i got my car insured the next. (i was only using them to get my new car off the lot since my insurance was closed) which was a complete lie!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE! THEY HAVE TAKEN $400 DOLLARS FROM ME AND MY HUSBAND AND THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO TELL ME THAT IS IN NONREFUNDABLE. this will be taken to a lawyer and i will be getting my money back they will be audited!!!!
NEVER GO TO COST U LESS! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND AND CHARGE YOU HIDDEN FEES TO THE POINT WHERE YOUR MONTHLY PREMIUM IS DOUBLED! Went here and got an alright quote of $46, then after the first month the monthly bill was $76 every month. when i would ask what the extra fees were for they couldnt tell me. 4 different brokers didnt know why they were charging me almost DOUBLE. Also on top of a $10 in office cash payment fee every month. well I paid my premium 2 weeks ago, was less than it usually is, but i figured maybe they dropped the fees and were finally doing right by their CUSTOMERS / SUCKERS. Well when i checked the mail the other day, they dropped my policy due to lack of payment, when I called the corporate office, jessica in Billing couldnt tell me why they charged me double in fees either and also couldnt tell me why my policy was cancelled when i paid them cash! she transferred me to Luis in customer service who was even more rude and less knowledgable. he said (after 3 minutes of being on hold) that to restart my service i would have to pay another $56, which would be OVER $112 for 1 month of horrible insurance services. i said I had no problem paying the extra $25 to fulfill my monthly obligation of $76, but for some reason they wanted $56. No reason why, just had to have it. When I asked numerous questions, LUIS would NEVER answer them. he would just stay quiet, then I would say hello and he would reply with yes. worst customer service, worst overall service, worst fees and finally was able to find out the xtra fees they charged me every month... $13 -monthly installment fee, $2.92 Insurance policy fee, $5 assistance fee, $10- in office cash payment fee, on top of my monthly premium.. when I said I wanted a refund, Luis assured me all I had to do was call the office where i started my policy, when i called the office manager Nelson, who is no longer at that office, he said they would just call it a cancellation fee and refuse to give me my money back.. so not only are they the worst insurance company ever, they dont care if their customers are un-insured, but they also stole my money!!! $51 to be exact. i didnt want to cancel the policy, i just wanted to pay the $26 in fees to restart my policy, but that wasnt enough for them, even though their broker is the one that asked for only $51... In summary, if you go here you will only have problems and pay a lot of extra money for nothing. I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT I WORK VERY HARD FOR MY PAYCHECKS AND DONT APPRECIATE THEM NOT MAKING ME RIGHT, AND STEALING MY MONEY
I was looking around to get quoted from different insurance by far Leslie from costuless was the best quote and great service . She let me understand what covers me and my property and at other location they wouldn’t explain. So if anyone needs insurance go to Leslie !
I spoke to a girl named Bianca. She seemed impatient, rude, and unsure of what she was doing. She claimed that Cost-U-Less is working with Freeway Insurance, yet she was asking me to make a down payment of $306 while Freeway Insurance was only asking for a down payment of $40. She said that it’s strange how Freeway Insurance is only asking for $40. Why is that strange? As a customer, I find that to be fair. The girl claimed that “the down payment should be higher than the monthly rate.” Wth? Oh, she also said that I have to have a 3.5 GPA in college in order to get a student discount. All that should matter is that I’m currently attending college, trying to get a Bachelor’s Degree. How come Freeway Insurance was able to give me a student discount? If you’re so-called working with Freeway Insurance, then why are the rates of “Cost-U-Less” extremely high compared to Freeway Insurance? And one more thing, I was still talking, and she just hung up on me. What kind of customer service is this? Well, thanks anyways because I know which insurance company to go with now.
Worst insurance place to go through!! Every month there is always an issue with my account & I have to go in to fix their mistakes or wait on the phone for 20 minutes to speak to someone, then they charge you to fix their mistakes! (address they wrote wrong, card number they input incorrect, etc.) They never have solutions and the costumer is always wrong. I advice everyone to stir clear of this place!
Worst insurance agency!! Not professional! There customer service is the worst! I call to complain to the manager ( Perez) Ming Ave Bakersfield CA and he was giving me an attitude. No help no nothing. I call the main office of cost u less to complain. Also worst customer service was waiting for 30 mins to talk to somebody and when I did I explain what happen and tells me Im going to put you on hold and hangs up the call!!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!!
Worst insurance!!!The agent Had told I had full coverage, I got into a car accident back in march 2017 it come out to be that I just had only liability and they didnt want to deal with any of the expensive!!!!I regret getting this insurance worst ever!!! I paid almost $200 to open up bs!!! Hate it

2022-06-17I called today to find insurance for my daughter and Sonia knew how important this was to me and my daughter. Even though I might have paid a bit more, the payment plan she offered allowed my daughter to pay according to her budget. Sonia was very patient and thoroughly handled our request very professionally. Both my daughter and I are insured with this company.

2022-05-28People there can not be trusted and negative customer care. They are only good in getting you into insurance but once you try to cancel/stop your coverage they will drag the cancellation to the insurance company until you still have to pay your premium beyond your requested date. Never again to these people.

2021-09-02Jessica M. is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She is honest and up front with everything. She actively looks for the best rates and coverages and is always looking out for the customer. If she can’t offer you a better deal than the company you are with she will tell you. Definitely a person who cares for the customer. The customer service I receive is the best in the industry. I highly recommend them!
