I was having a hard time I dont normally do clerical work and I was given a look of superiority from the lady behind the counter. I get it, I dont know how to make copies front and the back. But the fact remains I am the customer and Im here to trade my money for services. Wouldnt kill you to turn that frown upside down.

Staff can do anything you ask them and they’re positive about anything you throw their way. They are genuine and really care about your project and down right beat themselves up if they blow it. They are kind hard working people I can count on over and over again.

I love this place. They are so awesome to work with, very understanding and reasonable. I email them stuff all the time and they just get it done for me without any hassle. Huge asset to the community, and very cool people to boot.

Horrible company to deal with! I sent emails for custom flyer jobs that went unanswered. Said they never got my emails. I called to find out if they wanted my business and the person there told me to resend the email, which I did and that person confirmed, and then wanted me to explain that email over the phone instead of reading it and then became very rude and unprofessional on the phone. What a waste of my time. I will spend my hundreds of dollars with another business.You blamed me for not sending these emails but your @yahoo email is the blame....use a professional business email account unless you like loosing business.

Got there just after they had closed I started to turn around when Jessica came out and notified me that they could still help me as they were still there. Absolutely fantastic very thankful. They saved me a trip.

I cant even begin to say enough amazing things about this place. The product quality, customer service, turnaround time, and finished work is downright mind blowing. Give Joe and crew a go . . . you wont be disappointed.

Great copy shop that offers oversized posters, laminating, binding, and plenty more. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Were not from Red Bluff, and as we were driving through we remembered that we forgot to print out some info we needed for the weekend and werent going to have anywhere to print anytjing. Looked it up on Google Maps and it was right off the freeway, nice staff, and reasonably priced!!

Wonderful customer service, with very reasonable prices. They also have a great selection of unique and funny cards.
