I have lived in my current home for 14 years and the air always seemed to not flow evenly between upstairs and downstairs and when theair conditioner came on it was very loud. I was blessed to have Control Air come out and service the heating and air. They noticed a part that needed replaced and cleaned both the until outside and in the attic (to new). Our units are now quiet and the are cools evenly.The price was very fair and I am booking in advance for heat and air service for next year.

Control Air is a 1st rate mechanical and plumbing contractor with in house service department, engineering, design, controls and insulation companys. The shop is massive and they prefab everything and manufacture sheet metal duct work. They have an in house trucking company to move all of the material to jobsites. The office is huge and the staff is easy to work with.
