Checking in was a little tedious and slow. But once checked in process for physical exam went well and speedy. Except for final analyses. Took over 20 minutes waiting for Doctor to go over results. So actually waiting that long wasn’t bad considering results were being processed and generated.
I arrived at 8:00 am for my drug test and they said that my stay there would be four hours and they attended me until 4:00! They said that I could go and they would text my cell phone when they would call me but I would only have 10 minutes to get there. Everyone in the room desperate to get in and angry to wait so long. I do not find a competitive company very bad experience compared to others
Went to Concentra in Modesto for my employment drug test a week ago. Staff members were nice and efficient. I was expecting them to be overwhelmed and understaffed like the other facilities. But that wasnt the case with these staff despite a full lobby. As a customer, I hate companies that cant even afford to give their team adequate help which usually results in overworked staff leading to poor patient experience during the visit.
The nurses & front counter was nice but the Dr I seen today wasnt that nice I felt like she was very unpleasant to come in the room & talk about I should lose weight are get the bypass it will help with my muscles & pains when I didnt come in there fir my weight I came in to gave my foot looked at because it was sprained & I wanted a release to go back to work I give the other staff a 5 star but not the Dr who helped me fehmade
It was obviously busy and I was told there was only one physician on staff that day. Not one person on staff behaved in a negative or stressed manner. Everyone was pleasant, patient and kind. I did have to wait for literal hours (4) but I was able to leave the office and have them call me when the the physician was available. It really seemed like the office was running smoothly as team in a short staffed environment, Kudos!
I have been going here since 12/13/2019 and 2/11/2022 was my last visit. The staff is really professional yet relaxed and friendly. Usually I was in and out relatively fast. Dr. Rollins was always cordial and accommodating. The doctor I saw on my last visit, my appointment was at 9a.m. I was taken to the exam room after 10, the doctor walked in about 11. Although she was more inquisitive about my physical condition, she seemed to blow off the fact that I didnt have any of the nerve problems PRIOR to my fall and wanted to leave it all to my having diabetes. I dont know why that seems to be the catch all box, because it caused any REAL impact in any other direction. The doctor seemed like an old fashioned type of physician as far as some homeopathic recommendations.
The staff were Amazing, Polite, and answered all questions with a genuine smile. The First downside was the long wait time. They said 3-4 Hours!!The Second downside was the uncomfortable chairs. I had to stand for a while. Then when finally able to sit... the chairs hurt like h*ll.The Third and final downside; honestly the most disturbing, the pre-employment physical urine test was in a plastic cup with No LID. I had to walk my urine down the hall and hand it to the lab person! So Fricking gross
Went there for a physical and respiratory fit got there at 9:15. Told me total of four hours. Got out of there at around 2 o’clock. Respiratory fit done by 11:15. Numerous times told me that I was next. Finally got into finally got into the exam room took less than a half hour. Several things. One they don’t have enough doctors to do the necessary job. Then I need to get more. I want to feels like I put it on the back burner I need to get this kind of review. I do say that the women working there were very nice. I guess you have to be to put up with a half a day waiting for a physical.
Went on a Thursday, only had one dr working. Was told it would be5 to 6 hrs to be seen. Then they closed the wc case stated there was nothing they could do.so I was sent to my regular dr, she is booked up until June. Went urgent care, total wrong diagnose. So from Thursday to Monday was in pain. There something totally wrong at CONCENTRA. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
Was there at 730 and waited in line to go in (doors open at 8) checked in by 827 and was told it was a 4hr wait then asked if I have the time. So I stayed thinking it’s a little long but I need to get things done today. I was finally called in at the 4hr mark, around 1145, and was then told I would need to come back. It is now 1518 and I am still waiting to get this check up completed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you have an entire day to completely sit around waiting.
My recent visit was perfect. I went in for a pre employment drug screen . I was politely greeted and checked in super quick. I waited maybe 10-15 min . The process was quick and easy. Oh and yes it was clean and everyone was had there mask on and I was provided with one as I didn’t have on on me .Just a great office period .
This place definitely needs better management or more staff to care for clients. I am pregnant. I arrived at 1:13pm and left around 3pm or after. I really hate their long wait time especially for something as quick as a blood draw. However, Lynn who took care of me and was sweet knowing I was pregnant she even offered me a drink of water. 5 stars for her. Not for the facility.
I was sent here to do follow up blood work for a pregnancy. The office was efficient and on top of getting everyone in and out. It was far more busy than I intercepted and the wait time was depending on what you needed. For my test it only took 30 mins from beginning to end, however I did hear them quoting 3 hour waits to other for physicals. My nurse was just wonderful and caring and she as very warm and supportive.
Concentra and their staff were very accommodating. From check in, (the ladies at the front desk were awesome), to their convenient way of calling me instead of waiting there 2-3 hours, allowing me a 15 minute grace period to return for my appointment. Even upon finishing up my appointment, they walked me out and communicated that all my paperwork would be sent out to the county so that I didn’t have to do anything. They handled the process professionally and quickly. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has to go through a medical screening for employment.
Wait time is horrible. I would stay away from this place if possible. If one has hours to kill, by all means, come and hang out in the waiting room. Waiting more than an hour and still have not been seen. Id give it zero stars if I could. Leaving this place and never coming back again.
My experience was great. I was in and out and my nurse was so friendly when I came for my drug screen. I really appreciate their service I had a great experience at the McHenry branch. The way they could improve is get more help on front desk and for the telephone. I called twice to follow up and just had the phone ring for 10 minutes each time before I hung up. Perhaps an answering machine and Call back?
They were pretty up front about having one provider, which made almost everyones wait time about 3-4 hours roughly, after filing paperwork sitting in the waiting room and being called back to the first room to go over a few things only took the first few hours with a mask on of course. Then I was sat to the side and made to wait again for another room, finally after being called to the final room Im sitting alone waiting for the doctor to make their way in, I take my mask off to catch some fresh urgent care air... the Dr. Comes in shorty after I had removed my mask, sees me without it, asks me if I have one, or if Im vaccinated, which I reply yes too as I put it on. The Dr. Then proceeds to tell me shes going to see another patient while I wait longer... being punished for not wearing my mask while alone and, I had already waiting hours to be seen. Not an ideal practice to be seen at, I dont recommend any business to a place that does this to a customer or patient.
I cannot TELL you the stress I was going through for the last 2 days attempting to obtain a drug test screening for my potential job at probation. I had a dead of of 48 hours from the 1st and today is the 3rd. I had 2 hours before I hit the deadline ( 10:15 AM) and possible disqualification. This facility got me in and OUT before 9:00 AM!! The staff is so friendly and understandable! Samantha/Sam up front was professional and sincere and ensured I was seen within 30 minutes!
On my first visit as a walk in I knew it would take some time. On my second visit I was scheduled for a 9:30 appointment. At 9:30 the entire Staff took a 15 minute break. When the staff came back, it was an additional 25 minutes before I was called back. This was very inconvenient and made me miss a very important phone call. I was extremely upset. Very poor service.
The front desk personnel were unfriendly, bordering on militant in their interactions with patients. The waiting room was overcrowded; they only addressed those waiting to scold them for standing instead of sitting. The wait times were sooo long and there seemed no concern from staff that people were frustrated. Truly felt like the patients and heavy work load was being seen as a burden instead of approached as what they were there to do, which is to address the patients professionally and courteously while being efficient in their tasks. Room for improvement in people skills for sure!
They have always treated me great, and I have been here for 3 different injuries over the past 5 years. I was very impressed on how they treated me because of the COVID protocols and feel very safe and that my health is their main concern. Definitely a great place to be treated, from the nurses to the very understanding x-ray technician when you have difficulty using crutches. Thank you all again.❤️
Staff was friendly but the wait times were long, even for people with appointments. I felt like the doctor didnt even really listen. She was just trying to move on before I asked any more questions. The x ray tech was friendly and helpful. The physical therapists really were helpful and answered my questions much better than the doctor did. I might have even rated higher because most of the staff were super helpful and friendly even though they were really busy. But its really disappointing when you have an injury and the doctor makes up her mind before shes even heard everything and makes you feel like youre wasting her time.
Went in for a drug screen and physical. The ladies that did my drug screen and physical were really easy to talk to making it a really relaxed environment. In the future if I have to go back for future screenings and physicals I can only hope I either get the same ladies or that ones I do get make it a great experience like these ladies did!
I made an appointment for 10am, I arrived at 9:30am, There was a lot of people in the waiting room and 1 hr and 30 minutes later there were 3 people left in the waiting room. Some people had come after I had arrived and left before they even called me. I asked the other 2 people there how long they had been waiting and they said 2 hours. I dont understand the purpose of an appointment when people before and after me were seen first and why the heck did I have to wait for soooo long. Unacceptable on the wait times. Over all I ended up spending over 3 hours for an annual physical that took literally 15 minutes to do.
Worst experience with an urgent care ever. On my initial visit, I arrived 10 minutes after they opened, to one person in the waiting room. An hour and a half later, after watching the lobby fill, and then empty, I was taken back to a room, where I waited approximately another hour to be seen by the doctor. When the doctor arrived, he was scattered, unfocused, and more concerned with his inability to efficiently operate a computer than he was with me or my reason for being there. My exam was cursory, and failed to address some of the issues I was dealing with. Despite mentioning them to the doctor treating me. They were just dismissed and/or ignored. The radiology tech and front office staff are great. My doctor and the way the office seems to operate were absolutely unacceptable.
Staff was very helpful.Dr was impersonal and made his diagnosis without even looking at my foot. The foot pain was caused by repetitive motion and it agrivated my left foot arch and caused pain that I had never experienced before starting work for Bay4 Technical Services.
The workers were very nice but if you’re a walk in be prepared to wait (I was prepared to wait) but I had to wait an hour and a half before I was informed that they didn’t have all that they needed to complete what my future employer was requesting. Then they tried to send me to the Mitchell clinic and I expressed to them that I didn’t want to have to wait all over again at a new clinic I wanted them to complete what they could and then I would head over to the Mitchell clinic for just the one thing. They kept insisting that I wouldn’t like getting poked twice when I told them over and over that I did not care I just didn’t want to have to continue to wait hours.Once I got to the Mitchell clinic they had no idea I was coming from the Modesto one. Communication wasn’t good on their part. Employees were very pleasant and apologetic though it was just annoying.
Waiting room is nice and clean and spacious staff is wonderful help me out every step of the way my first time there the service they provide it was great and I was fortunate the day I went in I was in and out within a matter of 30 minutes which I think is great going to a medical office well organized and they knew exactly what they were doing and why I was there so that helps out a lot.
I came here with my sister who had a fever running and was not feeling well overall. We ended up waiting in the waiting room for an hour, while a couple people who came in after went in. (Maybe they had appointments). Id called earlier and been told none were available today. So as a walk-in without appointment, I felt a one hour wait was okay, even though my sister wasnt feeling that great. After we were taken in, the visit went by pretty quick. The doc came in and asked questions. We answered them. The doctor practitioner was friendly and had a sense of humor that even got a laugh out of my cranky sister. Did a strep test. Got diagnosed and got a prescription and left. Went in at 3:00 and left at around 4:30. Overall good.
Every time I go, I wait at least two hours to be seen. They always let everyone who gets there after me in first, they literally let a walk-in go before me after the time they say they wont allow walk ins. All of that, just for them to tell me that theres nothing they can do and push me out the door after ten minutes. Completely pointless.
They are so greats! Especially, Jennifer was excellent. She made sure that I understood what needed to be done for that day with very respectful manner. All of the staff members responded quickly to all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable while being there.
All the staff were good until I got to the doctor. I understand walk ins do not take priority. However, after 60 min of sitting in the exam room I peak my head out just to see how it’s going because I’m missing work to be here. The doctor sees me and proceeds to lecture me about how I was not being patient and how I’m not a priority even though I was expressing I understood and was just peaking because in 60 minutes I hadn’t seen a soul. The doctor continued to complain to me the whole visit all without ever introducing herself. Everyone else was nice but yeah, I shouldn’t get degraded by my care provider when I wasn’t even rude or anything.
Friendly staff however very slow to get in even with an appointment and once I was in I sat in the room for about 40 minutes before I was seen then another 15 minutes to get my paperwork because there were “issues with the computers”. They seem understaffed and like there is no sense of urgency.
I checked in at 9:30am & wasn’t registered until I reminded the administrative staff of my presence at 2:30pm. I was called in for my TB shot at 3:00 & the woman who was attending me was rolling her eyes & complaining that she had to stay overtime for me. When I asked her to inform me about what exactly she was injecting into my body, she laughed & shrugged, so I had to look it up on Google. In summary, the patient care was appalling & the time management was terrible. If you want to receive quality care, this is not where you’ll receive it.
I went here for a pre-employment drug test. There were people waiting in the waiting room and I asked if I had to wait on the same cue as the urgent care patients. I was told they have a 30 minute turnaround for drug screens. Nonetheless I waited an hour to go bacm. Once thru the door, it went very fast....but getting through the door was way too long of a wait. IJS.
If you don’t have patience, forget about coming here. I was a walk-in, I came in at 10am, finally seen someone at 2:50pm and left at 3:53pm. First they said an hour and a half wait...ok... than the lady said another hour and a half to two hour wait..smh....I am tired and hungry from waiting. I was there damn near all day.
When I got hurt at work, I had two different places to go and I picked US HealthWorks Urgent care. Everyone there was polite, friendly, the doctor took great care of me. You couldn’t find a better staff, They are friendly and they remember your name and are actually concerned about you. I hope I never get hurt again believe me it’s painful, but if I do I’m going back there. Thank you to everyone at US health works urgent care that took care of me or saw me in my time of pain and my getting better thank you!!!
Was there for a work injury got there at 8am got checked in by 8:45 am was told my whole time there would be around 2 hours I didn’t mind so by 4 hours in I politely asked the receptionist when I was was going to be called back she said I was next so by the time they called me back I was there for 7 hours total just to go back with the provider and she lost all my check in details finally the front receptionist came back and fixed the problem terrible place there to much going on I don’t recommend
If you need a DOT Physical for a class A license to give to the DMV this is by far the best place to go.U. S. HealthWorks Urgent Care are very professional and thorough. The staff and doctors no exactly how to do the job correctly, it may cost $10 or $20 more but well worth every penny. I delt with 4 or 5 people and everyone of them where exceptionally nice, knowledgeable, and treated me as if I had an appointment and I was a walk in.These are real doctors doing the job that the Department Of Transportation has asked them to do I look forward to going back in 2 years to say hi.Other DOT offices in Modesto and Ripon will go so far but if they do like what they see they will ask that someone else like your primary care doctor do the hard work then send them a letter stating its okay for you to drive, basically releasing them of any liability then they will fill out the DOT form, have you pay cash and send you on your way.U. S. Healthworks Urgent Care I would like to say Thank you for your great service you made my week end on a very positive note and I appreciate that.
This is ridiculous, 3 hours for a 5 min vaccination shot, the Organizational skills of this place are non-existant. I called first to see if I needed an appointment and was told no, just come on down. If you have plans to do anything else with your day, dont come here!
Doesnt take you seriously. I got injured on the job and was told I could return the same day, but also that I need to go to chiropractic therapy 3 times a week. Didnt test my muscles thoroughly nor order any testing. Told me to not lift 10 pounds aka an 8th of my weight when I explained that I was in too much pain to lift that much I was replied with fine Ill put 5 pounds just to make you happy. When voicing my concerns they were pushed aside, If I could not put a star, I would.
Immediately as I came up to the counter staff attended to me they were very nice after I received the paperwork to fill out and had a seat one of the ladies in the at the desk front desk came out and offered me a water thats never happened my weight was short medical staff was awesome when I returned a few days later to get my test results again immediately they were taking care of me very friendly just a very awesome staff
Pathetic wait time, pathetic service.rather kill myself than go there and get myself checked up by the most pathetic old doctors who are calling themselves doctorssitting in the ac rooms and coming and checking patients after 2 or 3 hours..doctors save the lives, not try to take it from them ..company doctors yeah rightkiss my ass

2022-08-16Visited Concentra for my new employee drug screening. The associates with Concentra were excellent to work with, and were professional and friendly. If I had any less than favorable input, it would only be the amount of time spent, between check in and actually doing my screening. I would only suggest, that upon check in, it would be nice if someone could advise how long the wait will be. But overall I was pleased with the service and the associates I came in contact with.

2022-07-12Came here for a drug test to start work with Select Staffing job agency. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The workers were helpful and nice. Id definitely recommend. Oh and they do DOT physicals too for $120 (Walk-ins welcome)

2022-04-11The wait was way too long. The check in process was long because each person had to fill out paperwork when they got to the window. They need a better system to have people fill out paperwork prior to checking in. Alot people took 15-20 minutes just for their checking in causing the line to back up. Some people had to wait 4 hours. Making an appointment is good, but even then you may still have to wait long.

2022-06-22Even with long lines Concentra does all they can to make sure youre seen as quickly as possible, they are friendly and helpful. Liz up front is always on top of her game with great service and an excellent personality, I believe her name was Alex who handled my work in the back, she was quick, efficient and willing to answer any and all questions.

2022-05-09This the worst, most horrible medical office that I have ever been to !!!! Very unprofessional, the lines took forever and the office girls could care less that your wait was extremely long !!!They never kept you informed about what was going on. They just kept saying theres only one physician on today... the staff was slow and stayed on the phone that sounded like personal calls with all the laughing !!!! Im a nurse with years of experience and that office needs structure and reorganization!!!! There are so many solutions to make that office run more functional , smoothly, and shorten patient wait times!!!!!

2022-05-02Once I was seen, everything went smoothly and quickly and the medical assistant and PA were very professional and helpful. However, I waited over four and a half hours for a 20 minute appointment. I understand it was a walk in and that I was expected to wait, but it was a very frustrating wait.

2022-04-21They did the job, but I was there the whole day to do it. I needed a physical, a drug screening, and a TB test. They had a long line just to check in. The staff was friendly, but there was only one physician available and I basically had to stand by for the entire 8 hour day so I would be able to get these requirements for a job. Apparently, three of their physicians recently walked out and no longer work there.

2022-05-23Waited 8 hours to be seen then Dr told me she didnt want to even see me but she had too because they put me in a room. To hurry up and be quick with her because she was supposed to be at home having dinner with her family.
