Spectacular Black Friday sale. Over $1000 worth of purchases but only hade to pay $307.00 after tax. 4 mens wallets as gifts and a Leather sling back pack. Awesome.The is a little long to get in due to only 7 people at a time allowed in.

I hate walking in a store and seeing employees/staff with their noses so high it can reach the ceiling, looking at me from head to toe, feeling like they own the place. That sums up my experience in this store. If it werent for one employee, Kazuko, (not sure about her name) she was really nice and assisted me with my shopping, I wouldnt spend another minute here.

Went on a busy weekend and while other stores had long lines, Coach had a waiting list that texted you when it was your turn to enter. So much better than waiting in line. You can go shop around while you wait for your turn.I do think the store was over staffed though. Felt like you were being watched as you browsed the store. That was a bit unconfirmed.

We were looking for a backpack for a birthday gift. We found it in the clearance section for a good price so we bought a matching wallet. A very nice one of a kindish item. We are pleased and hope the birthday person is also. If not Ill be the proud owner of that backpack. A win, win!

Great store but although plenty of other people were asked if they needed help no one asked me at all... I actually had to ask two different people for help, they still didnt have a matching purse and wallet set for three different purses I was looking at for my wife... no matching wallets at all. Bummer or I would have bought at least one set for my wife for Christmas. Maybe next time.

This is a good outlet and I used to go a lot until 2019. Went back may 2021 once covid was less and the deals are not as great as before.
I frequent this location because they always have the best sales. I went on Friday to jus browse but ended up ordering some shoes because they didnt have the size i needed, but 2 days later I am informed my order was cancelled with no explanation ! Truly disappointed

The store had a crisp though not inviting look; dark as opposed to cheery. The staff was courteous if you happened upon them, though no greetings were made. Not quite what I expected while visiting a Coach store. Fair pricing and an excellent sale for the products though the experience, the atmosphere, dissuaded me from purchasing.

I usually dont go to the Coach stores because it could be overwhelming. However, this location was neat, organized and very easy to navigate. I came in for the additional 50% discount sale (on top of current sales) and got great deals on wristlets and wallets this past Saturday! The associates were very friendly and greeted me each time as well as help me find the items I wanted. Great experience!

Definately i couldnt believe how one of the managers insulted the sales person. manager was being obviosly racist and abused his position. i reported what i hear to their hot line and left the store.bags dont have quality as they used to. not leather anymore. everything is china made, mostly plastic bags.

Gave them a 1 star because 0 was not an option, I went in to this store on Tuesday and asked to have a pair of shoes held for me. I told her I would pick up Thursday @8 pm. I got there at 6 pm and they didn’t have the shoes held for me at all. After getting blank stares and then saying “oh well, we must’ve sold them”. They finally ordered them online for them to get shipped for me to my house. I literally had to repeat my street name “greenery” like 6 times to the agent who was ordering, she still misspelled it! I called the store to have them fix the address and they just called back and I answered to just hear them chitchatting amongs themselves as I’m trying to get their attention since they called me. I finally get a voicemail saying that the store ran out of the shoes I already purchased but not to worry they will issue a refund. After everything I went through!!! Had I not called I don’t know how long I would’ve waited to just find out I was never going to receive them. Very, very unprofessional.
I went to this store today and was pleasantly surprised, to find out they were having an awesome sale. It was 50% off the entire store, plus an additional discount of 40% off, on some of their purses, and another percentage off, with their in-store coupon, depending on the amount you spent. It was awesome! Anyway, the salesperson helping me was Aydeth. She was extremely nice and helpful. She went out of her way to help me. It was a great experience! I just moved to this area from Northern CA, Bay Area, where I shopped at Coach, in Walnut Creek. I have gone twice to my nearby Coach Store, in Temecula, and they are not very helpful. I think I have found the Carlsbad Coach Outlet Store as my new Coach Store. I give this store 5 stars for such a friendly, upbeat, neat & organized store. Thank you!
My wife loves Coach purses. She finds their designs perfect for her taste. She carries Coach and her more costly purses sit in a closet or on my daughters arms. She owns way too many Coach purses. This location is supposed to be an outlet but the styles and colors were all current at great prices. BTW.. Thanks for emptying my wallet.

I was just there to use the bathroom in the center but stopped by to look at the wallets. I wasnt going to by anything but I couldnt pass up the deal, $25 for a regular $95 card holder.
Honestly, one of the best service experiences around. The Coach Outlet is worth the drive. We came here to do a return from their online store and it was accepted without ridiculous questions. The return was processed in a timely manner. I was in and out of the place within minutes. The hours are posted on the Carlsbad Outlet website but you can always call the store to verify. They do have special hours throughout the year depending on the holiday season so you should take that into consideration as well. I like to go when they open to avoid the crowds and find parking. By the time we left, the parking lot was a zoo. Its a good thing we arrived early!

The manager and female employee, Brenda, treated me like I waz an IMMEDIATE threat to them and didnt belong in the store or rather couldnt afford to be there. And the district manager did exactly the same, az well az the CEO Joshua Schulman. I asked for a phone call concerning my experience and treatment, havent gotten it and I emailed the CEO, havent received a response. And I waz told maybe hez very buzy...not likely b/c if you contact Jeff Bezos you get a call within 48hrz with a GUARANTEED resolution. So, if a well-known CEO can contact you and provide excellent customer service, then why cant a designer brand like Coach? Military vets/active/reservists pleaze dont allow your loved onez to shop here, YOU are not welcomed or appreciated, ONLY the money youre/were paid to defend this country, so they can stand around in an air-conditioned store selling backpacks and socks, free from enemy fire, grenadez, or someone trying to take your life JUST B/C YOURE AMERICAN...SHOP AT TRADESY, they sell the EXACT same and authentic merchandise that this RACIST and DISCRIMINATORY store sellz...my 1st vizit AND LAST!!!
