They were professional and helpful.
Just came to pick up my mantel clock, was my grandfathers. The clock is over a 100 years old... now TOTAL RUINED & devalued. All it needed was a new motor & rewired so the cord wasnt pinched between the back plate & openg and replace the daily knobs in the back. Hes made a sloppy cut in the backplate & to do so bent the original manufacturers plate w/ serial # etc in half.DONT trust him w/ anything of importance or of value!!!! I will NEVER RETURN!Id give a negative number of stars but 1 is the least it will allow you to post

2022-07-10Very pleased. Owner does the work. Know what they are doing and have no attitude, and are honest. Fixed the back of a mechanical watch that would not close. I am so glad they are in business, have been for 20+ years. Bring your watch and clock here. Shop local.

2021-07-14We called clock world to come in our place to repair our grand father clock. He came by our place and removed the equipment and took it away. for a repair We are still waiting for him to return the clock back to us and have not heard back from him. It is almost two months now and still have not heard back from the repair man.

2017-09-27Every watch I own was in need of battery repair. I took them in and left them in the care of the owners and they did a wonderful job of fixing them for me. Mind you, mine are not necessarily high-end fancy watches but they cared for them as if they were. I love this place and you can go in and look at all the fun clocks on the wall. I cant recall if theyre for sale or not but it was fun nonetheless.If you need some full battery repair at an affordable rate (~$10) please go here and support this fabulous business. They have limited hours so be sure to call ahead versus drop by or trust internet hours.
