I was recently involved in a hit n run accident in a brand new vehicle and was referred to Schiros for assessment / repair.First thing u notice is how nice of a shop they have. Staff was friendly and helpful, customer service was top notch. Top notch all the way around! I would highly recommend this shop

Schiros Collision Repairs is a top rate organization from the office staff (Karen - Customer Care Manager and Mark - Estimator) down to the garage crew. They are very nice, friendly and warm. They treat you like you are the most important customer. This is probably the reason why they have so many customers at the time I brought in my BMW 330i for repair. It is noteworthy that they have a roomy, clean and cozy office and a huge repair facility equipped with snacks and coffee. They also provide assistance on car rental pickups at their office should you need one. Mark inspected and explained the repair process. He also observed and pointed out that the prior paint job on my car was substandard because the paint finish peeled off and disintegrated on the areas where it was done. He suggested to bring it back to that repair facility (if it is reputable) because most facilities provide warranty for their works. He stated that Schiros provide a lifetime warranty on all their repair works and back it up with a warranty certificate. I was very impressed and satisfied with the job that they did and rest comfortably knowing that I could take it back should anything go wrong with the repair and paint job unlike the prior repair facility (American Collision Center in Parthenia) I went to for my last repair job in 2005. I highly recommend and endorse this place for all your repair needs. I rate them AAA+.
I took my classic car into Schiro!s Collision for some paint damage to the hood. The paint is a custom color and they had no problem matching it. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding and their front office staff is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Schiro’s Collision.

This is an outstanding business! The customer service is excellent, they always offer you a beverage of your choice when you are there. The repair work is top notch. Also, there is peace of mind knowing that all work is guaranteed for as long as you own your car. On top of all, that they fixed 2 small dings at no extra charge. After coming down from my office and seeing a note left on my new car that someone has hit my back bumper, I felt awful. After all, I had a new car.I immediately looked for a reputable Honda body shop. I saw that Schiros handled exclusively the cars from Robertson Honda. It was even better that they had a shop closer to my home in Chatsworth. From the moment I drove into the facility, I had a good feeling. It was super clean. I was greeted with a gracious welcome and offered coffee or whatever was available in their open refrigerator.Mark Allen was my estimator and from the moment he looked over my car, I just feel an overwhelming comfort. From that point on, I could not wait to have my car fixed there. Mark and the team were so nice to me. They kept in contact with me and comforted me throughout the process and updated me with status on the repairs.I could not ask for a better body shop and experience. I picked up my car a few days later and it was superb. I was so happy with how it turned out. I was so worried since it was a new car but they replaced all the necessary parts with brand new OEM parts and made it all new again.God forbids if something happens to any of my cars, I will make sure I go back to them. I highly recommend Schirros to anybody that wants a quality job with incredible customer service and follow up. As a business owner with a fleet of vehicles, schirros has fixed my trucks and service vans. I have used them since 2015 and each time they have provided me with High quality body and paint as well as mechanical repairs. We recently had an issue with a defective part that the manufacturer provided Schirros when one of our vehicles was initially fixed. The owner Frank personally took care of everything that needed to be Straightened out with the manufacturer and kept me up-to-date with information on a regular basis. He saw me through until everything was 100% resolved To my satisfaction. I was very impressed that the owner of the company was so concerned that my needs were met. I highly recommend Schirros to anybody that wants This kind of care.
Schiros Collision Repairs is a family-owned business who values their clients and treats them with respect. They also do a fantastic job of damage repair. A few months ago I had a minor hit and run accident on my rear bumper that scraped off some of the paint. Took my car there and they did a great touch-up paint job over it at no charge. Thats when they earned my business. Recently I was driving my wifes car and was rear-ended. I knew right away where I wanted her car to go for repairs. Needless to say, they took care of all the paperwork from the other partys insurance company, finished the repairs three days earlier than the promised date, then washed and waxed the car and Armor-Alled the wheels before I picked it up. Since we opted to not use a rental car, I was given a ride home by them on the drop-off date, and then again a ride back on the pick-up date. The car looks as good as new and we are super happy. The personable, friendly folks at Schiros take that extra mile (in our case, so many extra miles, literally) to please their customers by offering them a superb service that is unparalleled in Southern California. If we could give them a 6 out of 5 we would have, but we certainly recommend them.
Front desk staff and really talk or look friendly .but people work with you after you drop your vehicle are really friendly, helpful and try to give you everything what they can give you.They know what they are doing and that is the most important thing.No complaints about work they done to my vehicle.Recommend to everyone.
My wife was having surgery in San Francisco we decided to have a vacation before. We were on our way back fron the Reagan Library an ran over something on the freeway. 2 tires an rims vehicle was towed to them. They handled the repairs an washed vehicle for us. We are so pleased. By far the best!If you Got in an accident & not familiar with body shops listen up.I have experienced many collisions in my history behind the wheel. either im a bad driver or have bad luck because i get rear ended often. That said, I have a good amount of experiences with different body shops.I never Rated 5 stars because nothing is ever perfect but this location deserves it.book your appointment. Everyone is friendly. If you have to work they have flexible appointment times. Yes they get really busy but, they have everything so well managed that they will attend you right away. The process is simple. You will have that confidence that it is a good body shop the moment they greet you.Here is my experience with Schiros.I walked in. was greeted by Karen, (front desk lady that handles your paperwork etc.) great personality! She took my information, explained how the process works, how the insurance that was covering my repair works, and about how much time I was looking at in the waiting area. followed by a coffee and snack offer.Dustin, an Employee there. Not sure his position. introduced himself and then inspectioned my vehicle and then did a walk around with me to explain in Full detail what was going to happen. This walk around is one thing None of the three other body shops Ive been to had done with me about my previous collisions.Unfortunately, The insurance covering the damages on my vehicle did not cover for original parts. this is horrible because its a brand new car. Dustin and Schiros do the best they can to get an estimate approved for the original parts. that to me shows a lot of care for the client. Im sure other bodyshops would take the low estimate and work with what they have.They also keep me updated Day-To-Day with the process and procedures of what is going on at the shop. it lets me know whats happening where as other shops instead, keep you wondering.so far I want to thank Karen at the front desk, Dustin, and Cristina who has great costumer service skills over the phone. They are amazing.
These folks are honest, reliable and very timely. They had our 04 TL looking better than new! Everybody I talked with gave me accurate and complete updates on the vehicle....just straight honest talk! LOOK NO FURTHER!!! You wont get any better customer service and pride in workmanship than this.I was so upset when my car was rear ended. I drive a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and I had just 2 days prior to the accident picked it up from the dealer where I had it there for regular maintenance. I first took it to a repair place my dealer suggested and did not like the way I was treated and did not feel I could trust what they were telling me. I read the reviews of several places my State Farm agent suggested and because of the great 5 star review I chose Schiros. In the process of towing my car several times back and forth to repairs places my front bumber was badly scratched. Although I did not know when it happened Michelle at Schiros as a courtesy fixed it for me at no charge. And, get this, I had no front end damage from the accident but since I told them I just had a front end alignment at the dealer 2 days ago they checked it and the alignment was off and again, as a courtesy they realigned it. Michele Bertone was amazing. When you are sitting in the waiting area everyone that passes you asks you if you want water or what do you need. They are so attentive to their customers. I did not meet any of the guys or gals that actually fixed my car but when I picked it up it looked like I just drove it off the showroom floor. Thanks to all at Schiros I feel less stressed about having another accident in this crazy town now that I found Schiros.My repairs were done at the North Hollywood location on Lankershim but I have full confidence that no matter what location you take your car to you will receive the same excellent customer service and pride in workmanship.Terri Simmons
Was referred here by AAA after an accident. We didn’t end up going through our insurance (3rd party paid out of pocket). They did an EXCELLENT job on our vehicle. Dustin Huff was friendly and awesome to work with. He and his team kept us constantly informed and the job went on time as they had said. Would HIGHLY recommend!
Dont let their front office fool you! Theyre nice when you take your car there but once you complain about their lowsy paint job and careless workers they give you attitude especially that tall bald caucasian guy who estimated the cost of my paint job when I first went there.They painted the side door of my car and around that area but what I got is peeled door moulding, broken weather plastic strip, missing plastic retainers and the worst is scratch on my bumper and not to mention it took them 3x to paint my car because the first time -you can see the body filler holes and lines (obviously they didnt sand it well) and second time it bubbled. Worst experience ever!!! Whoever gave 5 stars, you might wanna check your cars paint, weather strip, body molding and plastic retainers!

I took my Honda CRV to schiros collision repairs after my accident upon arrival the staff was so friendly and ready to help. They were VERY thourough with all the repairs and kept me updated with the progress and they even got the car back to me earlier than expected ! I was extremly satisfied with the repairs and would recomend Schiros in a heartbeat !

I was devastated when I damaged my brand new 2016 Acura MDX (totally my fault). I did not have to look for a reputable shop as I have known Frank Schiro for over 10 years (he stopped by at the State Farm Office I worked for). I called Frank, very pleasant and obliging individual, and he remembered me from my State Farm days. I left the vehicle at Schiros and when I went to pick it up 3 days later, I was shocked. The vehicle looked amazing, back to its original condition. I wanted to give Mark Allen (estimator) and Manuel Henriquez (Customer Care Manager) a big hug.......refrained from doing that! I just got my car brand new, then 5 days in my subaru was rear ended by a hit n run driver.My insurance agent recommended Schiros in Chatsworth. They were very professional and I was very pleased with the work done. My car had rear bumper damage and a front scratch. After they finished, it look new again. I took my car there on a Tuesday and got it back on Monday the following week, two days ahead of projected schedule! Steve took care of my car. Thanks everyone at Schiros Collision Chatsworth.

The efficiency and professionalism at Shiros exceeded my past experiences with previous repair (bodyshop) facilities. I was well informed and the process was as transparent as any customer would expect. I own Shiros half of a star to make them a 4.5-Star business. Too bad this rating system does not allow us to measure in 1/2-stars.The employees with whom I interacted were very knowledgeable and patient/polite as any organization.
I called ahead to notify them of the problem and everything was prepared and ready. It only took 15 minutes for them to fix the broken part and they even washed the car for me. Plus, they provide drinks, treats, and friendly conversation. I love Schiros.

Great customer service. Helped out my child who is in Northridge for college. Was honest about the cost but said for the older car he had he could keep the car doing great with a couple screws for no charge.
The front office doesnt reflect their product quality control. I have to go back there 3x just to fix the bad quality paint job they did. They gave me a lifetime warranty certificate but they couldnt even do it right the first time.
Staff was very pleasant to work with workmanship was off the hook to two ladies in the front office or the best I want to give a special thanks to Alex for taking care of my truck and getting it fixed as fast as he did I would recommend this to my enemies as a place to go to once again thank you for all your help

This is my second time in Schiros the first time 8 years ago, they fixed my Camaro from the front bumper and they did a great job I was really satisfied also they gave me a ride to my home, the staff where really nice and professional, now I came back for the second time for my Mini Cooper and also did a great job the staff like always very professional and the manager Clara very helpful this is a five start body shop whom I recommend to everybody.

A very friendly and helpful tech person came out and answered all of my concerns and also had great advice with issues I didnt think about. 2018-09-01Excellent work! They have superb craftsmanship and a high attention to detail. My 4 year old car looks like it just rolled off the production line and I had front end damage with egg damage on the side. I highly recommend Schiros. And ask for Dustin...he leaves nothing out!

2022-03-07I took my car there and I got an estimate from. they didnt call me back for 3 weeks . I called them and sent them email. they are not reliable and changed their words .they have bad staff. they disrespect to people..Any way I changed my mind and I am going to take my car to other shop.

Eventhough i didnt spend a lot of money there, they still gave me good service!! Fast service & honest, their place is clean too!!! 2020-11-21I have been to Schiros twice and have to say that my experience has been more than amazing. Schiros was truly great in repairing my car and in addition the level of service and curtsy is exemplary. Anna at the front desk is kind, polite and very helpful helpful. Fred (co-owner) is professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of what need to be done. He is extremely helpful and kind. I really could not have given Schiros less than 5 stars. I highly recommend them.

2020-06-21I gave them 2 stars for a reason. The hospitality that they gave me was good. I went to the auto shop to change the bumper and get it painted and the results was not what I expected. The cost for the whole job was $387.20 and the one thing they didnt perfect was the color for the paint cover because when I saw it, it was a more different tone color than what it shouldve have been. The color was way more darker than the color of the car. When I checked they told me that it was the exact same color but clearly it wasnt. I think if I went to another auto shop, they couldve done better than this.

2020-04-28These guys are fantastic! I’ve dealt with them multiple times, both using my insurance, and out of pocket work.The first time, my new car was wrecked from an accident (covered by insurance). A couple weeks later, they made my car look brand new. Even detailed the car!Years later (last week), I visited them again to fix my cracked windshield, replace some missing pieces that flew off, and some other cosmetic stuff. Paying out of pocket, I was very happy with the price I paid. They were upfront with the cost of each item, and why it cost what it did. I chose not to get a small dent fixed, and they still buffed out the extra paint off of it, for free. Again, car was washed, and detailed.I was really feeling depressed having all the items busted on my car, and they made it look shiny and new again.Communication and turn around time was great! They had my car for about 3 days, and updated me when they needed an extra day via text. When I couldn’t pick up my car the next business day, I was not hassled, and they were cool about it.I highly recommend these guys. The front desk staff, the guys going over repair costs, and the mechanics. All friendly, professional and fair.

2020-11-16I’ve used Schiro’s twice following automobile accidents and I’ve also referred at least three others their way. I offer the highest reviews for the repairs they performed on my vehicles, and equally high reviews for the friendly and professional service that they provided. Schiro’s is top notch for quality work, professionalism, and customer service. If I should have another need for body repairs, Schiro’s will be my first call! I should add that my referrals were just as satisfied with their results as I was with mine!

2020-05-19They were very professional and accommodating from the start and dealt with the insurance company. A big plus was they gave me updates on my car through text messages, avoiding telephone tag, on every step from start to finish. They gave me estimated finish date but was able to complete the repairs a week prior to the date they gave me. AND when they finished the repairs they even detailed my car! Talk about service. I would definitely recommend coming here for your car repairs.
