Had a very pleasant conversation on the phone while discussing the pest issue I needed advice on. After hearing my concerns, they scheduled me for a window of time tomorrow that is convenient for me. They were very friendly and clearly explained their process. I love that they are local and open on the weekends! Highly recommend!
I have had a great experience with Clark in Stockton. Our first service technician, Paul, had a wonderful and professional demeanor. We recently moved and had a new technician, Joe, who was also super friendly and nice. We moved in at the height of bug season, we felt like we were in the movie Arachnophobia. Weve had one service and its much better now!
Ive been a customer for many years and very satisfied with the technician who comes to my home and the office staff. All are knowledgeable and keep me current on what is best for my home and property. Living in the country its a must to have such a good team to keep me pest free.
We had a terrible problems with ants inside our house. They were all over the place. Since Clark has been treating our house that problem no longer exists.The Clark technician comes to our door at every visit to ask if weve had any problems. He is always very polite and friendly. After receiving our answer (which so far has been no) he goes about his business of treating the house and leaves the information at our door.It is a pleasure doing business with Clark Pest Control.
Beware !!!Whatever you do not I repeat do not give them your credit card information after my year Service contract I decided to go with another company to much confusion on service dates and timesTrying to charge me for another 80 dollars for exterior mouse bait stations? That should’ve been included. Just not convenient or accomplishing the goals of getting rid of the mice . but then they kept charging my credit card over and over again telling me I owe them? Absolutely not. When I called back the first person seen it told me that she would be returning both months that I was charged after I canceled. But then another person leaves a message telling me that they need more information so when I called back I spoke to a supervisor Katie who told me they owe me nothing. I’m calling my credit card company now and blocking them from any more charges.Beware !!!
Service is very good but I do not want the person ringing my bell to tell me when he is arriving and leaving. Just leave the bill and do the work. Once he left the bill in the backyard on my screen door, it must have been there for months because I had not been in the back yard for several months.
I will not even give them a star. I started service with them 2 weeks ago and scheduled an appointment for february 1 between 10am and 12 noonto do service for my kitchen and bathroom and made sure to remove everthing from the cabinets .When I called them at 10 am, I was told that technician will be there at 1pm. Then I was told technician will be there at 2 and then I called them back to check at 2pm I was told that the technician will be there between 2 and 3 pm. My whole day is wasted. My question is that if I paid the whole amount for service why I am given third grade service. Why schedule an appointment if you do not have technicians available at that time? My house looks mess but they do not care.They apolozie on the phone but are they going to help me set up everthing back-NO. In the end nobody suffers but the customer. AWFUL.
Very detail in his work, Frank continues to do a great job every time he comes out and services are home and also when we call him he make sure he gets to the root of the problem and makes it go away really appreciate Clark Pest Control would never change to another company .PatSantos
Wished I could give them no starsWell at least the lady that answers the phones she answers the phone and unprofessional and rude at thatThe workers are always polite are punctual but you never know when someone else will be out i don’t know if they just can’t keep workers or what but out of having Clark for a year I’ve had at least 4 different workers come outWhen i have had follow up appointments they never happen cause the worker that set the appointment with no longer work thereSo do not suggest this pest control company
I live out in the middle of the vineyards and during the year, any time they would come out and work in the vineyards, we would have an abundance of bugs, mostly very large Wolf Spiders that were the size of a small tarantula. After a few sprays, there are no bugs. Thank you Clark!
They killed everything im continuing to use them cause one or two running around but thats amazing its worth what they chsrge me cause i was spending100.00 to 150.00 on bombs every year and it didnt kill them so i spent about 600.00 in the last 3 years money wasted.thanks clark

2022-07-07We had a small bed bug infestation. Clark came did a heater procedure which costed $2,100 gave us a 3-day guarantee after one day still saw bugs. At this point I lost hope. they came back did a spray saw another bug a week later came back and did the heat treatment again. And was speaking with the supervisor Mario and expressed how I couldnt afford another $2,100 treatment he offered to continue to do what they had to make sure all bugs were gone I want to thank Mario Daniel and Johnny for such a great job they continued with the two extra procedures at no cost, we are now bug free would highly recommend them great job guys.

2022-05-28I’m getting really tired of getting charged for a exterminator that does NOT SHOW UP! I have a ring camera and for some reason no call text or show but I’m still getting charged!I have dogs (they know about) and still insist on not showing up or notifying me of coming!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

2022-07-26It took multiple attempts and inspections before they would actually spray. We called a few times, talked to some very nice apologetic people, and the supervisors would send out another inspector instead of a sprayer. Once they got to the property, we had to call them back a week later because we found more bugs. In the end it was too much of a hassle, we decided to go with another company.

2022-06-15Job was not complete, they were getting ready to leave when I went to inspect. A major area was not complete because they said it was not on the map. I stated you did the front part, but left the big gap exposed. They did not get the proper work order because Patrick Marvell did not explain it to them. They completed the job after all.

2022-03-18I was a customer for over 3 years & finally decided it just wasnt worth having them. Dont get me wrong, their treatments work really good. What drew me back was the lack of consistency in the services. In my notes it specified to call or ring door bell upon arrival, often times it would not happen so they would just service the front yard which does me no good since they service bi-monthly. By then pests are pretty bad in the backyard. Also, schedules would not be met, rescheduled all the time & on 2 occasions I got billed/received email stating a service was completed when the service man never had even showed up.

2021-09-16We have been using Clark pest control for over 12 yrs now and they have not disappointed us in any way with their customer service or technician service. Their technicians are well presented, respectful, and courteous. I am satisfied with the price we pay for this service. This year, you may have experienced an outburst of cockroaches in the central valley area like never before. Thanks to CPC, we have not witnessed one single roach within the perimeter of our house. I really recommend their services if you are in search of one.

2019-11-01I have used Clark for more than 30 years. They just get better and better. We started right away 3 years ago in our new home to keep it pest free. We are VERY pleased with our service.Chris is very knowledgeable and detail oriented along with being so nice. I have recommended to many. My Dad used Clark for more than 20 years. Now my new neighbors have begun service.
