TL:DR; This dealership has recently changed management, and is no longer the customer-focused, communicative business that it used to be. Highly recommend finding a better Kia dealer/service dept in San Diego. Just a few of the changes since my last visit in July 2021 to January 2022:1. No more loaner vehicles...so if your vehicle is in for repairs for longer than a day, youre SOL.2. No more shuttle to the trolley3. A service department that does not honor warranties for repairs done under prior management, causing me to have to reach out to Kia corporate for support.4. Condescending, dismissive attitude towards customers, ironically even for owners of flagship Kia products like the Stinger or the Telluride.5. Incredibly hard to reach to confirm the status of your repair; I eventually gave up trying to reach a Service dept rep and showed up to find out my car had been done for most of the day.Kia is an aspirational brand- their cars consistently get nicer year over year, but the dealership experience is often still severely lagging, especially for a brand that is starting to sell cars that are competing in price with BMW, Audi, and Mercedes (all of which have vastly superior service/repair experiences). Under the prior management, this dealer was exactly what it needed to be; loaners were provided for repairs over a day, trolley transport was available via shuttle, and the service department went to bat for me on a warranty repair, appealing my request all the way up to Kia HQ.Now that this dealer is under new management, they seem to be focused only on profits, and nothing else. Theyve gotten rid of all loaner cars, forcing me to get an expensive rental; theyve cancelled their shuttle service supposedly due to covid, although they had no issues running a shuttle as little as 6 months ago, when covid also existed.Theyve also developed an incredibly condescending attitude in regards to honoring repairs done under the prior management, and then proceed to lie on the service remarks, accusing owners of car abuse where there is none (and in this case, when the issue is a widely known defect with early-model Kia Stingers).Its always a bit sad when a business youd like to patronize so radically changes its priorities- by focusing so hard on the bottom dollar, theyve likely lost thousands in future repair billable hours. If you own a Kia and youre in San Diego, I highly suggest finding an alternative place to get your vehicle serviced.
Found a car on the website, called about seeing it and purchasing was told it needed to be moved from another lot. Arrived at dealership in the day it was supposed to be there, was told it didn’t get shipped but would be there on Monday. Called Monday only to find I was stung along for a week and the car was already sold. Typical scummy used car dealership vibe. Was treated completely unapologetically. Will take my business elsewhere.
Terrible service experience. Took my car to get maintenance, and service advisor tells me that theyll check for a recall. My vehicle (Optima 2015) has a recall for a defect that can result in the engine catching fire (lookup Kia recall SC212). When they finish doing the work, advisor doesnt tell me anything related to the recall. Later that week I get a voicemail saying that my parts have arrived and that I need to schedule another appointment. Since then I have yet to be able to contact anyone to confirm that they still have the parts and that I can come in and get it installed. No interest in going there and being told they dont have the parts. If I call service they send me to parts and then parts sends me to service. Now Im stuck in a loop in trying to get someone to confirm I should go in to get the parts installed. I re-checked my service order and it says that parts related to the recall were ordered (which again the service advisor didnt tell me when I was at the dealership in person). Would like to get this resolved rather than wait any longer for my car to catch fire.
I take my vehicle to this dealership for all my vehicle maintenance and always receive excellent customer service, this time was not the case. i had to physically enter the building to get service. The assistant manager was extremely nonchalant when i told him issues with my vehicle so i then proceeded to ask to speak with a manager (Rodney). His exact words were “i’ll see what i can do”. At about 30 minutes of me waiting in my vehicle i proceeded to search for a manager myself and had to get a manager from sales to find him. Long story short i was given the run around on why my warranty would not cover an issue that was completely not my fault. They are very dishonest and they will never receive any business from me ever again.
Had the best, most stress-free car buying experience of my life here last week. Patient, knowledgeable, helpful staff from start to finish. Shout out to Genesis Silva, David Blake, and the finance dept for making it such a smooth process. They got me the best deal available and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. Definitely recommend this dealership for your next vehicle!
I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARTS!Please dont take your car for service there. I took mine only because I had to get a recall fix to be able to renew my registration and the closer dealership was booked until November.I took my car and also got my service done since it was due. They fixed my car but for some reason they forgot to give me the certificate for the recall, which I didnt know I had to get since the guys who helped me didnt say anything.I only found out about it after I sent my papers to the dmv. I called and asked for it and they said it was there that I only needed to go and picked it up.I drove 30 mins to found out they ran out of them and that I had to wait until they got them, I was upset and talked to the service manager who told me they were going to deliver it and if it was the case he was going to drop it off at my house. Empty promises of course.It has been two months or so since I took my car there and I havent receive anything. I went to DMV three times already because I have to extend the temporary permit so I finally called today again and they said they received them last night, they said they were going to ship it but they werent responsible if it would get lost! They repeated that a couple times and IT SOUNDED LIKE A THREAT, they were like pretty sure it was going to get lost.So now I have to drive another 30 mins to get the certificate!Awful customer service! Awful dealership!!!STAY AWAY!
The best experience I’ve had at a dealership! Amber was very knowledgeable, detailed, and a beautiful soul inside and out. Thank you to all the staff members who helped out making the annoying process of car buying quite enjoyable. I am extremely happy in my 2022 Kia Telluride!!!
I would like to start with a hello but no, I am really upset with the customer service that the service area has, specifically Cesar. I have about a month that I took my 2010 kia soul for a sensor and it turns out that now it is the alternator of the car, when it was only a sensor and they never told me that it had mechanical problems. Im very upset, do you know who is the manager of that dealer?
The girl at the Service Department excellent customer service. Unfortunately they are booked up for days. I drove to BALL KIA at National City. Walk-ins are welcome even if they are booked up.No bad review on Penske KIA, just letting you know try KIA at National City its only few minutes away and its worth the drive..
Bad experience with the manager in charge of my sale. First he harrasses you to purchase a car he claims he hasnt seen yet which was in horrible shape, full of scratches. Second, he lies very clearly to your face about doing a soft pull credit check, but which was in fact a hard pull! He lies to his employees as well as my sales representative was confused about the hard pull. Shame on this location.
This is my first visit to Kia Chula Vista. Took my 2020 Kia Forte GT to get help replacing the entire transmission! Once the parts came in, they were able to work really fast and got the car ready next day for pickup! Cesar, Alex and the rest of the service crew at Kia Chula Vista are very friendly, accommodating and informative on the vehicles they work on! Thank you for the amazing service!
Cesar and his team of Kia Chula Vista assisted me on my service visit of my Kia K5, and did it in the most professional way. This was the first time I brought my car to this Kia service center. They were very courteous, accommodating and professional. They called multiple times to give me an update and even a few days after the service to check in. I really appreciated their high level of customer care.

Since I bought my car here a year ago, I have serviced my car here a few times. It took them 2 times of dropping off my car before they figured out the tire pressure situation. Because of this I was offered a free regular maintenance on my next time in and they told me it would be noted on my account.So, I finally had the chance to schedule my maintenance, and it was not free. In fact, there was no note on my account, and when the manager Ruben was called by the staff I was checking out with, he claimed he already spoke to me and told me I would be charged. Which never happened. He was just blowing smoke to his staff, I never spoke to Ruben. Alex was the only person I spoke to when I dropped off my car. Again frustrated!I love my car, but not sure if I want people who are not customer friendly working on it.
We had a bad experience. We left our car there and for two weeks no one (whenever they answered the phone) knew what was the status of our car.They said they would call us back but never did. My son had to drive there to inquire. They told him the car would be ready the next day. No one called.By then it had been 9 days. Again we called. They said they would call back but never did. I finally left a stern message with the service manager, he called the next day and said the car was ready
I needed maintenance done on my car and waited two weeks for my scheduled appointment. When I showed up, I was told that the technicians don’t do appointments after 1600 and don’t know why I was given an appointment at that time. This is totally unacceptable. An establishment this big should not be making these mediocre mistakes.
I was interested in payment pricing in a Kia Telluride. I went to their website and this was my experience:- every button (eg payment calculator & calculate your payment) pressed on their website required me to input my personal information- when I input my personal information to calculate payments it asked my preference for communicating and I selected email- I received an email asking for a phone call, but that I’d get the same great customer service by email- I replied that I’d prefer email and requested again payment info for a telluride- I refreshed my email to find another email about my inquiry from a different person- Within minutes I got a phone call from your dealership & a text message- I replied to the email detailing my experience and asking for potential payment info again & got a reply that not only didn’t acknowledge my previous email, but said I needed to physically come in to get that info.Disappointing all around.
Luis A. was very attentive from first interaction and when we got there. He was detailed and addressed any concern I had.The dealer was clean and other employees were very nice as well.The major difference we felt with Luis A. and this experience of purchasing a car is we didnt feel we were left alone for long periods of time. We received many updates of the status of the process and was always checked on.
Shout out to Mr. Hui Fernandez for giving me an awesome dealership car buying experience. The process was seamless and the personal stories shared about the car Im getting made me have less doubts about my first Kia. I am enjoying the new vehicle. I recommend this dealership to service members and first time car buyers!
I have been coming Kia Chula Vista for years. Even through the name changes, the service I receive has always been great. I drive a little out of my way to go to this Kia because I can always get an appointment on the weekend and they have me in and out in a reasonable amount of time so that I can enjoy the rest of my day.The prices are kind of what youd expect from a dealership but I am also paying for peace of mind. I never have to worry if they are doing it right. They also dont try to upsell me other services unless I absolutely need them. I feel good about saying that I trust them to tell me what I need for my car. The waiting room is small and comfortable and they always have coffee when I get there in the AM. Great service. Great people. No complaints.
Cesar Arango was the service advisor. He was very welcoming and friendly. Answered my questions and made recommendations at the end of service. Amazing customer service all around. I would definitely recommend kia Chula Vista for anyone needing repair services and/or regular services.
Not the greatest experience 😥 very dissapointed at KIA staff. Lease ends in early March. We tried doing a trade after contract about to end and Willing to jump on another new contract and rookie sales guy was clueless. Regret going on a sunday so understaff. We were told to Wait until contract end date. Week and half away.😥👎 also the Building is going through remodeling phase and everybody cramped up in the ford area. Cant wait to go back turn in car and go to a different dealer..👎

I dont know for what reason the service and the company dont want to fix my car, its a optima kia 2016 i have 50k miles and its burning a lot oil, the engine its really bad burning more than 3 lts every 1k miles and no body can help me whit my problem, i dont know how is lie to me the guys of the service o the corporate, for me its bad, bad service.Mi opinion its never never buy KIA its a trash cars. Im still waiting for one solution.
It was an great experience. They answered every one of our questions with a lot of patience an incredible attitude. Jadon and Ryan were amazing, and the manager ( I think his name was Abel) was incredibly helpful. We went there for some information and a test drive, but left (HAPPILY) with a Kia Seltos SX Turbo.
My first service trip to this Kia for a diagnositc issue that popped (followed by the check engine light remaining lit.Amazing service. Super friendly! Fixed the issue, free of charge and gave the car a nice bath on top of it all.So happy I live close to this Kia and id recommend them to anyone!!
I did not like my experience at Kia Services in Chula Vista at all. I brought my 2013 Kia Optima in for a simple service fixed, not ever having any problems with the car. They kept the car in for 2days and then instead of calling me, they texted me two problems that needed to be fixed of over 1000k along to or up to maybe 10 recommendations which would have brought the bill up to over 3k or less when I was expecting to only spend close to $500.00. The service office showed no sympathy nor at all expressed any desire to explain the 2 problems or the recommendations that they recommended but by text messaging only so therefore I called triple A to come pick up the car. Paid them the $140.00 for the diagnosis sheet however, they removed the 2 diagnosis codes from the diagnosis sheets that I paid for which I found wired. Also, they removed all of the text messaging that they sent me explaining the problems and recommendations. Wow... I will never go back to any Kia Service center again.
When I bought my Kia Forte I got ripped off. Never trade in a car and then they made me take on a warranty that i did not need in order to get the car. They took advantage that I was in a desperate situation. My beamer busted. Then I brought it in for a noise they wouldnt check the engine area and then I went a little above the warranty expiration of a few miles the paint is coming off! So what if it was a new used car!
I’ve been taking my car to Penske for 2 years now since I started my lease. The team is always helpful and provide great customer service. As you wait for your service to get completed, they have refreshments, coffee, free WiFi and tv to spend your time. Once I had an incident where the service wasn’t complete, they acted and assisted according to meet my needs. The last time I received service, I was on a strict time frame and they were able to accommodate my needs more than anticipated.
Seriously? I had an appointment to have the work done AT 9AM. It is now 4 1/2 HOURS LATER AND NOT DONE YET. I have things I need to do today which didnt include a 5 hour oil change. Cant even get a response back. SMH. 👎 I have usually had had good and prompt service here. So I finally got a hold of someone and I was told that even though I made an appointment that anyone else that didnt have an appointment and chose to wait in the waiting room comes first before me with an appointment. When I expressed how unfair that is I was hung up on. I was told my car would take 1 1/2 hours and almost 5 hours later all they do is hang up on me. There is some serious need for some customer service skills. Vivian is the worst service adviser Ive ever dealt with in my entire life. Thats not how you treat a long time customer that has purchased 2 brand new cars there. There will not be a 3rd one. Thats for sure.
Carlos Schiaffino, Danny Vidaurri, Julio, Garrett, Hugo, Sammy Rose and even the rookie Ginger White Kid were all very attentive and helpful; the best. They got my Mother into a vehicle that she drove away smiling from ear to ear and I cant thank your team enough. A very proud Son moment for me. Going into car dealerships is already a strain on the brain but your license plate covers explain it clearly...It is Easy at That. Very memorable experience and I hope these same guys are around when it becomes time for our next purchase; though I know with their skills, they will advance. Ease of access to service facility. Prompt attention by service writer. Pleasant, I am here to help you attitude. Finished work on schedule. Having a shuttle service to downtown area guarantees my future business. The extra touch of washing my car when the service completed is very appreciated.
I got a flat tire the PetSmart next door to the Penske Kia dealership. I unfortunately did not have a tire iron with me so I walked over to the service section at the dealership. A mechanic name Shawn was kind enough to drive me back to my car with the tool I needed, free of charge. After he put on the spare for me, he let me know I could patch my old tire for only twenty bucks. He was extremely friendly and helpful and got me back on the road in no time. The dealership is in the process of changing its name but I would suggest the service center to anyone. Ask for Sean and hell give you some local fishing tips as well. Thanks again
Horrible service. Do not come here. Go to any other Kia dealership in San Diego. There is problems all the time. No one can answer the phone. Also brought my car in over a week ago for service and they didn’t even do there job. Didn’t check my car and after I got my car back there were issues. Horrible service and customer service. The service techs are rude, immature, not knowledgeable, and if you ask them for help they get all defensive and do not want to help you. Treat there customers bad. They hide information from you and do not want to tell you what is going on with your car. Overall bad service. Everyone that reads this post take your service to anyone else.
My car was supposed to have a diagnostic on Thursday didn’t hear back from them I call leave a message and no one returns my call. Then comes Friday someone answers and says the diagnostic went fine so the problem Must have Been internal so they were running more tests to figure it out and I would receive a call back with the hour to know the status. They never called back. Now here sat and they aren’t even answering their phones.I shouldn’t have to Uber to the dealership to get a status on my vehicle. Heck when I first called the woman couldn’t even tell me if my car was under warranty I have to call another dealership.Veryyyyy unprofessional!
I just bought my car a month ago, and unfortunately got a flat. I call the service department to schedule a drop-off and Jasmine tells me they can see me Friday, Saturday or Monday at 7am. I originally tell her lets do it for Monday at 7am because I work both Friday or Saturday all day, but after asking her whether someone else could drop it off and pick it up, I ask her to change it to Saturday at 7am. She says it has been changed, and she will have one of the service providers call me because she couldnt answer the question of how many miles can I drive after using the fix a flat?? You would think theyd be well aware since the newer Kia models dont have a spare tire!!!I hang up with her quite frustrated because I have to wait until Saturday to get my tire fixed, and nobody could tell me how many miles I can still use the car. I need my car to get to and from work, and Im most likely going to have to take a Lyft....(an expense I wasnt counting on), and then my appointment email comes in with Monday at 7am. ?!?!??!I call back, and now the other operator tells me that the Saturday appointment is no longer available!!! What?!?!?! I was just told 2 minutes ago that I would be seen Saturday at 7am!!! Well, because Jasmine did not make the change on the computer, now it had been given to someone else, and all they could say was Im so sorry for the miscommunication. Miscommunication?!?!?! How about not paying attention to what shes doing??? I tell her that I was very upset because I was told that they would be able to take my car then, and she just didnt want to hear it, so she goes on and asks me, is there anything else I can assist you with? Wow!!! Talk about disregarding the frustration that the client is feeling over a mistake THEY made!!!!My purchase experience was wonderful, but now that I think about having to deal with this for the next couple years.....I regret ever buying at that dealer. All of this is only over a flat tire.... No customer service skills at all!In the meantime no phone call ever from the service person, I have to wait until Monday, meaning I have to spend extra money on a Lyft for the next couple of days, and whats worse....they dont care!!
Had a good experience all around. Danny Reynoso was our salesman and he was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Hugo was our finance guy and offered fast and friendly service in getting our paperwork done too. This is our 3rd vehicle from this Kia dealer(previously Fuller).
I purchased a Kia here in 2016. I was told things that are not true when I purchase the car and have had several issues with the car ever since. Last Friday they sent me into the world with a drained battery and my car died at a traffic light and put my life and others lives in danger. The driver door and passenger door would not stay open at a 90 and 60 degree angle I have been going back and forth between the dealership for 2 and 1/2 years. Now they are finally about to fix the problem with the door. I do not recommend buying car from these people they lie their service is horrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would, first thing happened when me and my sister went in to buy a car , we were set on a car and we were trying to negotiate the price since we gave a big down payment , Rene was the one selling us the car and as we were in his office talking the sales manager comes in saying there’s another girl that wants to test drive the car which was a TOTAL LIE, my friend was outside waiting for us and she said she saw no one plus it was soo obvious they saw us young and first time car buyers they wanted to pressure us to get the car, It was so y comfortable and tacky , I was offended they thought I would fall for that lame attempt to pressure us to not negotiate, anyway we ended up getting an Altima 2017, 3 weeks after buying it the transmission failed, they fixed it and now 2 months later we have the same Issue with the transmission and since KIA in Chula Vista is no longer a Penske We called and they literally washed their hands and left us with a 23K + car that is a lemon and they just told us to go to another Penske or Nissan, they are the worst and Rene is fake and doesn’t care about what happened as long as he gets a sale. I am really dissapointed and have been struggling with rentals and towing because their negligence and selling me a bad car. Stay away from this people.
Felt threatened by the staff, trusted them not to run my credit and they did as shown in the pictures telling me they weren’t going to. Enrique and his supervisor told me it’s not their issue and their general manager left the building to avoid talking to me and never received a call back from him. If I were to purchase a Kia I’d purchase from Kia in mile of cars. Never finished my purchase due to the circumstances.
I dont know what has happened to the service department but I will no longer be taking my vehicles there. Not only has the service gone down but the prices went up and they even charged me a convince fee for using my card. Not only have the lost me as a service customer but Im not going to purchase vehicles there either.
I bought a KIA Borrego a few years ago, it was having an intermittent electrical ignition switch problem that for some reason the dealer could not find even with their computer hooked on several occasions. I was left stranded on the road several times and the vehicle even stall while driving on the freeway. I finally took it to a mechanic in Tijuana and was able to repair the issue for less than $100. At that point Ive lost my love and confidence for KIA that I sold the vehicle. No more KIA for me.
I would like for you to recognize John Dalberiste and his staff service writers for top customer service. I moved from Ball Kia about 2 years ago to Fuller Kia now know as Penske Kia due to excellent customer service. John always finds away to make you feel at home and takes care of my 2012 Kia EX(K5)Optima. His Kia service writers are tops too! I also like to include mechanic tech Gabriel for his hard work in keeping Kia cars running great! he sure is a customer service person! Please let the CEO Chula Vista Penske Kia know of this as sometimes the big boss never gets the commits customers leave about their experience. By the way put me on your list to call when the new 2018 Kia GT awd turbo Stinger is received by your dealership....thanks

2022-06-19I received a letter from Kia about a recall for my car and was told to bring it to a dealership. After searching, I found this one, made the arrangements to bring my car in and have the issue resolved. My appointment was for Saturday morning at 7:30. I brought my car in and was told by the service department that I could leave the car and it should be ready by the afternoon. I was not told that my car might need to stay until Monday or any time later. I was not offered a rental or anything. I only have the one car and my family and I are new to San Diego. We dont have many people that we know here except my wifes uncle and his family but they are out of town. They did offer us a shuttle to where we needed to go so we asked if they could drop us off about 6 mines up the road. While we were out, I received one call about my car, stating that a part needed to be replaced but it was covered by the warranty. I was told they needed to hold my car until the part arrived but they didnt know when it would get there. I explained to the service department that we really need our car because we dont have any other options and we have things that we needed to do. This was around 2:30 in the afternoon. The woman in the service department told me she would call me in an hour to let me know what I could do. She never called back. I called around 5 and nobody answered. I called at least 8 times and nobody answered. Finally, I called the receptionist only to find out that everyone in the service department left for the day and there was no way I could get my car back that day. I missed my sons doctors appointment, an appointment for a house that Im trying to rent and we were supposed to visit family in Tijuana. On top of all that, the receptionist told me that they wouldnt be back until Monday. My wife and I have to miss a day of work and we cannot do our laundry because the place we currently are staying has problems with the machines. Weve had to request Ubers and many of the things we need were in our car. We will be searching for another place to go for assistance from now on

2022-03-14PROBLEM 1: We found the exact vehicle we wanted online. We called and asked them what the final price was, and they quoted us the number that was online. Then we got there, and they had added almost $12,000 in accessories! They wouldnt budge on the added $12,000.If they wanted to add those accessories and charge that amount, thats fine! But the fact that they quoted a different price online AND told us the lower price over the phone...it really felt like they got us to the dealership under false pretenses.PROBLEM 2: Regardless of the above scenario, we were willing to work with them because the sales agent, Francisco, was quite lovely. They had the exact vehicle without additions coming in that Thursday. We asked if we could put down the $500 deposit to hold it. They said we could, but wed have to come to the dealership to do that, that they couldnt take the CC over the phone.That would mean we would have have to go to the dealership three times in one week to get the car, and the fact that they were requiring us to make an appt and go in JUST TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT was unreasonable, especially because of the distance we were driving. We ended up buy from a different dealership.The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because Francisco was really a great guy.

2022-04-30I purchased my used FIAT at this dealership and don’t get me wrong, I love my vehicle. But the service is TRASH. I’ve had a due bill for 5 months that has still not gotten fixed. I was told by numerous staff that the parts were already ordered to find out it was never ordered. I never received my tags and no one called me to tell me an update. I got pulled over and the police towed my vehicle due to my paper tags expiring. Luckily Kia paid for all expenses (which they had no choice) but tried to make me pay for a rental until they got the car out, I also called them days before my tags expired and asked an update and was told I should be fine….. I still haven’t received my real tags and they made me go back to the dealership to get a red tag extension which in my opinion should’ve been done by them. And to top it off, they wrote my name wrong on my registration. They don’t EVER answer the phone and it’s hard to even get questions asked. I recommend going else where if you’re looking for a vehicle unless you have all questions answer the day of and have a private mechanic. The business is more than likely too busy but an order needs to be put in place to avoid the mistakes made on their behalf. I was also told that I will recurve maintenance and free oil changes for 2 years, when I arrived for my oil change the lady asked me if I had my contract to verify it.. which was odd cause the contract is in the dealership which is a few steps away from the service department. All around headache. 2 stars only because my car has no issues and drives perfect.

2022-06-14This dealership went above and to help me with my new car purchase!! From the Dealershipmanager, to Amber, to Genesis! These group of caring and understanding people know how to treat their customers. I went in not expecting to make a deal but left with my new car and not feeling, like a got a pleasured into a deal. Not once did They try underselling me into a lesser car but did the right thing in getting me into what I wanted. I truly fell the General Manager will do hes best to make what he can happen. Reviews can be what they are, but I 100% tell you, what service I was giving and I will be only coming back to see them with future needs. Forrest Troutman

2022-06-28I purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento 2 weeks ago today. Upon receiving my loan documents I found that my loan interest rate was 6.2% rather than the stated 2.9%.Additionally upon reading all the fine print I found that 3 OPTIONS had been added on to my purchase that I had not been asked or explained. They were listed in the contract as options for1- An Alarm System. 2- and extended warranty. And 3- A tire service contract.Upon reaching out to the salesman Francisco Reyes, I was told that those options were added by finance.Upon reading reviews, I found a contact for Telly Gomez who simply stated that I had signed for them. Which was true. Shame on me for assuming that what was spoken was actually on the contract.A word of caution. If after 4 hours of waiting for finance at 5 minutes before closing, do not trust this Kia Chula Vista. READ EVERY DETAIL before signing.I subsequently received a phone call from their General Manager Dan Vidai who basically said that it was my responsibility to check for any OPTIONS that had not been offered or discussed. Refused to repeat and spell his name and abruptly hung up on me. Worst customer service of my life.Again shame on me for trusting and signing.

2022-02-22Stopped by to look at the new EV6 today. The sale person that I talked to was nice and very knowledgeable. The main issue that I saw was the ridiculous markup they are putting on the EV6. It was a $10k markup they make it sound like they are added features but we all know they are ridiculous markups. If you are looking for a EV6 this should be a place to avoid unless you want to get ripped off. Dealerships are already making money at the MSRP but this is just plain greed. I wont be purchasing any vehicles from this dealership will continue looking for a more respectable dealership.

2022-05-16Do not expect any type of customer service past getting you to buy a car. I have been attempting to get my car alarm checked for a month to receive zero call backs and employees pointing the fingers at each other when I physically visit the dealership. Also on an alarm that they voluntarily install and charge the customer for.

2022-07-12I have been speaking with Karla the past week about test driving a Kia EV6. My appt was today at 2pm. Drove all the way from Chula Vista to get told that there was never one here to test drive for weeks now. Waste of my time and gas. Come to find out, they had sold the one three days prior to my appt. and no one had the courtesy to call and tell me.Im livid!To Telly Gomez. There is nothing you can do for me. Stop wasting peoples time. Ive already went to Kia Ball National City, bought my new EV Wind with them

2022-04-09Went through new ownership and their maintenance department is a mess. Make sure you have your service agreement on hand because they will tell you that you are not covered every time you go. I would recommend going to Ball Kia, they were able to help me out and come to find they covered my breaks.

2022-06-26Just send a internet lead to get more info on a new kia suv, got an email from Christopher, i ask if they can work some number out more me on a lease. he send me to another person Amber Vasquez she send me an email saying they are NOT going to give me any numbers by email only if i go in person they can show me number!!!! i always lease cars every 2 years and always do 50% of everything my email so i can get to the dealer and not be there all day!!if you are a internet sales person but the only thing you can do is say HI!? and not send numbers WHAT ARE WE DOING!!! WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A INTERNET DEPARTMENT OF THEY CANT ANSWER QUESTIONS FOR YOU!. who ever is the GM of this store should check there staff they might be loosing a lot of business the way they work!GOOD THING YOU GUYS DONT HAVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
