Friendly, but products and the installs are very competitive. Mike thanks so much and his installers are very good and knows how to satisfy there customers. Nothing wrong at this place. Im highly, highly, satisfied and I well highly recommend to anyone to come here for the stereo systems, speakers and car alarms. Im very very please there awesome.

If you dont know the prices or exactly what you need, they WILL take advantage. I tried getting an amp install and wanted to charge me $200, most places like JL Audio down the road charge $90. Don’t come here unless you want to get ripped off

Rocky is the Best...he sold me...Mike was very helpful also...as many has said straight up they wanted my business and proved it. Pricing was excellent...hopefully install will go well later on that. I didnt want a big bulk system but wanted great sound. Mike put a micro package together with an active subwoofer and the rest is history...then Rocky put his paw stamp of approval on it and my sister and I got a deal we couldnt resist. Thanks guys. So far so good.Update. Ok. Great service. Install was excellent sounds amazing. Very happy. Thanks Mike and Roberto and Rocky your the best 🐾🦴🐕

I had stopped earlier in the week for a quote on car alarm installation. After checking out a couple other places and bad customer service at another store on Broadway, I came back on late Saturday afternoon. Omar was open on Sunday and told me to come in at 9am. At 11:15 I was told my car was ready.Thanks for the fast speedy service .

I had a wonderful experience at Chula vista car audio.. I got the whole bundle..stero speakers and two amps .. man these guys worked hard doing the installation.. it was no easy task by any means but they did an excellent job so tks to those guys.. and mike the shop manager is a good man very professional and he knows stereos.. I’m very satisfied and happy with everything and u know the shop keeper there is also cool and friendly with the customers so what’s up to him 🤙. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Tks for the wonderful and professional visit .. I’m just getting everything tuned in and set up but man the sound out of this system is excellent tks MIKE..

Came in with a non-stereo related item, and Omar looked at the item and agreed to have one of his techs look at it. I waited for a while, and a very capable tech asked for a quick rundown on my repair. In short, he was on it and completed it very quickly. It was an HVAC control screen that had gone blank. I had a replacement but did not have the wherewithal to replace it. What a pleasure to do business with this organization. Omar was accommodating, totally professional and will have my continued business. Thank you, CV Car Audio!!The above was my first experience. My second was equally great. March 16th, 2022. I needed some auto tinting work done. They sub contract to a service that comes in by appointment. I made my appointment, provided a downpayment and came for my appointment several days later. I was totally satisfied; their sub is magnificent. He was diligent and performed the work quickly and my vehicle looked much better coming out that when it went in. Additionally, Mike who manages the shop is professional, affable and explains all completely. This shop does not get enough cred; I will heap it upon them. For audio and dash work, they are the go to! Thank you, Mike and to your staff!

This store is the ONLY place that I rely on. They take care of customers. They showed me items that fit my car. Also after they showed me the prices online and willingly offered me a great deal on stereo upgrades that I couldn’t refuse. The owner and Omar definitely take care of their customers and are the absolute best to hook people out. Also they are nice and friendly 👍🏻 most definitely recommend this place
