Its not worth what you will spend. Just had my six year olds birthday party there, I spent $309 on 3 pizzas, 10 drinks and 11play cards with 45 minutes of unlimited play each. Its was smaller inside then most Chuck-E-Cheeses and had less games. On top of everything the manager was rude because I didnt book in advance, which was unnecessary because the dining room was completely empty besides the one table my party was using. They didnt check stamps on anyones hands when we were leaving, my kids actually walked outside without me and nobody said anything so if you do visit keep a close eye on your kids.
Its nice, havent been here in a while! they updated the machines to ticketless, which is much better imo. I think they were short staffed the day I was there. The gates/doors are NOT guarded or locked. My LO is 1.5 years old and walked under and pushed the door open alone. So do not leave your kids unattended at all, not that you ever should. There was a party that looked fun there and chuckee walked out. Enough games/machines for all ages. The cashier was nice/ friendly.
Took my son here for his bday 🎂🥳 today! This place isnt that bad and its clean. Games are updated and so is Chuckee!! They had armed security there which was kinda odd but who knows nowadays,Yet the prices for the kids pizza and tokens were well over priced.
The game card could be annoying. I think my 17-month-old son pressed some buttons on one of the machines and it ate up all his $20 worth of tokens. He probably hit autopay.. but with the card you have no way of knowing until your next game and realized you dont have any token left. Theres not that many games at this location. The rides are super short, a minute at most. For closed to a dollar a token, not worth it. My kids 13,10 and 1 got bored after an hour.
Good selection of salad, pizza and I would suggest more variety of ice creams and slushy.
Pizza was very good and salad bar toppings were fresh. Their party package is reasonable priced, they give dip and dots as their ice cream and chocolate cake was great. Inside is extremely clean and seating was good.
Chuck E. Cheese has changed for the worse. Instead of tokens, you purchase points or a time limit that is added to a game card. There are also no tickets coming out of the machines. This has taken the fun out of tokens and tickets! The location is clean but my kids got bored quickly. The workers looked unhappy singing happy birthday to a child as well! Sadly, this place has changed and best for kids under 7.
I love this location,Much better then the one in roseville.Clean,Fun,Love the band of animated characters.Studio C the animated character in roseville is just chuck which is 1 character.Here you can find 5 animated characters.If your looking for the old band of CEC.Then come here.I had a great time the band also performs every 12 minutes.Overall I had a awesome time great job CEC!

The workers we not on their jobs. My nephew had a birthday party. The hostess was terrible. The salad bar was dirty. And the birthday host did not do her job.

We went on a Thursday and it was quite as well as very clean. The games and ride were pretty much similar to the ones in elk Grove. Love the 35dollars and 90min of play time.
We had such a great time! Scheduled a birthday party and it was just our group for 2 hours of unlimited game play! The manager was super helpful, attentive, and kind to the kids. Kids had a blast (parents might have had too much fun too) and are ready to go back every day! All employees were wearing masks and we had to wear masks except to eat. Awesome time!
Would be great if the company of chuckie cheese would reconsider remodeling this kids building and adding a 2 story building like the one in San Jose California.
My son lost his phone there and no one seems to know who took it so I should say his phone was stolen. You be better off going all the way out to Johns Incredible Pizza cuz they do take the time to call you when you make a reservation and talk to you and ask you what you want and what you need these people dont even take 5 minutes they dont care they just want your money and then they feel like if youre African American they wont actually talk to you thats in someone else thats the same nationality is you why the person that actually did all the planning and all the stuff doesnt do anything but hide in the back after the partys over he shows his face completely and all that machines is all crapped out this is my testimony to the Play Store for kids! And they messed up the cake so we can take any more pictures of it!

Food was great as usual. Cashier could have paid more attention to my order instead of her phone so I didnt have to repeat it 3 times. And the kids running around having an I e fight and eating with their bare hands out of the salad bar wasnt too appetizing either

Great place for the family to enjoy a nice Friday evening. Lots of games to keep the kids busy. My first time here with the family and we had a great time.
I went here on my daughters 2nd year birthday. I made a reservation in advance because you need a reservation to go here due to pandemic restrictions.The staff really put the effort into making sure my daughter had a special birthday between the table decorations, food and game cards. The table decorations were great and the balloons were amazing and she had a lot of fun. Definitely will be coming back for year 3.Hopefully next year the restrictions will be done and I can pay to have someone dance for her in the chuckie costume as that was a memorable part of my childhood.
The manager is friendly and helpful. My son had a birthday party here and the manager went out of his way to make everything perfect for him and his staff was very kind and did a great job with the party, keeping drinks refilled, honering the birthday boy and the keeping the area cleaned up.
It was fun bringing the kids here they enjoyed it. It has definitely changed since I was a kid and used to go. Lots of games and I like how they use a card to play any game you want for the hours you purchase

Fun place to take the little ones the pizza was a little expensive for the quality but overall alot of fun we got the 1 1/2 unlimited play pass a good deal with they had more animatronics going on tho
I love this place, my kids had a blast. Any body who gives this place less then 4 stars is just not picking. Pizza was surprisingly good, place was very clean and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anybody who has kids. Yes its a little pricey but for the fun we all had it was well worth it 😊

Went here for daughters 12th birthday
I would suggest going back to a marker for the tables because a girl ate our last 4 slices of pizza while we were playing some games then a family started using our table the second time we went to play games despite our coats and photos being on the table. It wasnt cleaned off, we still had our pizza tray (empty at the time from the first incident), our beverage cups, coats, photos from the booth all on the table and yet people ate, left their shoes, and sat at our table. The customer service was wonderful but we need more respect for our table and belongings.
We held my nephews 3rd birthday party there this afternoon and we all had a great time. Also even though we werent technically doing our party through them the staff was more than happy to help us out with a few things we forgot and they all had wonderful attitudes. They are also fairly clean which is such a great thing in a place like that. All in all, two thumbs up! Thanks for the friendly customer service guys!
We had a great night out here with the kids. We ate dinner, and played for 2 hours for around only$60. They have the option to pay by the hour. We did 120min (2hrs) for $32. The awesome part of paying by time is you get to pause your play when you are eating. The only frustrating part of the night was the games have a hard time reading the cards so you have to hold it on the pad a few times every time you play a game.
This place was great! The customer service was spot on, as well as the affordable prices for games and food. You could easily spend so much time here with your kids. The games are also fun, so parents can be entertained with their kids as well. I’ll definitely be going back!
I love this place! I’ve been here many times before and each experience was a good one! The store is very clean, the pizza is delicious, the games are very fun, and the staff is very friendly! Just try to go there on a weekday or in the morning because it can be PACKED sometimes. Some might complain that it is very run down, but think about it, the place has been around for about 40 years. Great fun for the kids and parents can enjoy themselves.

Well, I took my 5 yr old grandson here and it was the first time I had been to a Chuck E. Cheese since my son was very young, almost 20 yes ago! Maybe theyve improved the recipe, I think they must have, because I was VERY VERY shocked and pleased with the taste and quality of the pizza! I did not expect that! I was also very pleased with how much fun my grandson had, he said it was the best night hes had in a VERY long time, lol.The only downfall with this location was the lack of cleanliness. At least you can see into the kitchen, and it does seem quite clean back there. Its just out where we, the customers are eating and playing, it was quite filthy. And no one seemed to really be concerned with cleaning it very well. Hopefully that was a fluke. However my grandson didnt seem to care.

Its a great place to take kids, they can climb and play, stop get something to eat and drink. Then watch the show and go play games.They have added to the menu with some good ideas. Prices changed as well. They dont have the good deals any more though. You have to pay for the pass card.
A little smaller game area that Im used to. There are some good pizza and I liked that you could buy it by the hour and play as much as you want.
I took my 4-year old daughter for the first time with her uncle and auntie. We had a blast! The handmade pizza was fresh and tasty and the games were super-fun. It brought back memories from our childhood in the awesome 80s. Rock on Chuck E. Cheese!

I didnt have a bad experience. But when I went to Johns Incredible Pizza I was shocked at the difference in my overall experience. I mean JIP has a buffet and rides as well as games and 4 different themed dining areas. They even had an adults only bar. Seriously CEC needs to step up thier game.
Food is nice, and the salad bar is surprisingly fresh with a good diversity of fruits and vegetables. Decently well maintained, but there are signs of heavy use on some seats and patches of floor.There are sufficient games to prevent lines during all but the most busy times. However, the process for converting tickets into toys often backs up. This is in large part due to the nature of kids being indecisive, but also due to there often only being one or two representatives to assist with the checkout process, and thus a bottleneck will form.
It was a Sunday, and definitely busy. The place was old and outdated. Faded and ripped upholstery on every seat and booth. It took an hour and a half for one plate of wings, and we hadnt even received them at that point. We cancelled our order and were told that food orders on the weekends generally take an hour. Which would have been understandable, had we been told this when we first placed our order. The staff in the birthday area seemed nice enough.
Pizza was good however didnt feel safe since adult groups arguing and about to fight with younger adults/teens. Security did not disperse fast enough I had to tell the cashier they were about to fight. Really need to increase security presence.
I wish I didnt have to give it one star. This place was absolutely disgusting. From the minute you walk in, the smell of urine hits you hard. The booths were filthy. I am the General Manager of a Restaurant right down the street and I would fire my entire staff if I walked in and saw my restaurant in this condition. The walls are gross. We invited family to celebrate my sons 2nd birthday and my family members wouldnt let their children touch anything. Every single time my children touched a game, I put hand sanitizer on them. Its pretty bad when you have to step outside for fresh air 4 or 5 times in an hour and a half. The bathroom smelled better than the restaurant. Oh how I would love to manage this establishment. Things would NEVER be this disgusting again. We will NEVER EVER return to this nasty place. The staff are lazy and take zero pride in where they work.
Went on a Saturday night with my granddaughter. They had 2 birthday parties so the place was really crowded. Waited an hour and 30 minutes for a pizza. Others waited as long for their pizzas. If not for the one salad plate that we shared multiple times we would have starved to death in a restaurant. Everything else was ok accept for the food wait
Great for childrens parties. Theyve really improved the taste of their pizzas...when I was a kid the running joke was to equate it to cardboard. My child always has a lot of fun there.
They were very short staffed. Lines to purchase food took at least 30 minutes followed by wait time of 1hour and 15 minutes for pizzas. The place was dirty. We had to clean tables to sit down. The salad bar was a mess and 3/4 of it was empty. There was an employee behind bar attempting to refill items but she was to busy talking to get it done.
The pizza tasted like cardboard and then the ticket machines to win tickets ran out also then there is some of the machine stopped working for the kids I did complain to the employees so what was the point of going there. There was the carousel that my little girl wanted to go on and she couldnt go on it because it was broken and no one knew how to work it or fix it
Went there for a birthday party. Horrible experience. Oh yeah a security guard at chuckee cheese said a lot. Staff seem scattered and unorganized. Then again it was saturday. Too many kids of all different ages I didnt feel safe with my 6yr old. There should be an age limit. Old kids are rough and play different, it was hard to enjoy
I hope I district manager or somebody looks at this and takes its considerably and understand where Im coming from that this is horrible customer service you had to scam me for a Chuck-E-Cheese cups I wasnt even five minutes in the door before I filled already scam here the Chuck-E-Cheese cups for the kids were a 1.79.. I was charged $4 a piece instead of having good customer service and telling me that I could have got a childrens cup and got a upgrade for the dollar 79 not paying $4 a piece for cups. I should have just took my kids to the place next door they just opened up a jumping Center I felt like they would have had more fun and so I would I itll be a long day and a cold day in h×//. B4 Chuck-E-Cheese scam me out anymore money. And I went and asked the manager about it and he just looked at me with a dumbfounded look on his face shrug the shoulders like all well.
I love this Chuck E Cheese. They have a great variety of arcade games that little and big kids can play... Have you gone in on Wednesdays? They have all you can play for 1 hour for 14.99 per play card. They have a great lunch buffet too.
Would recommend for 10 year olds and under (that don’t play fortnite). They would love this place but if anybody older goes they will probably just eat pizza or find something else to do. So yea I would recommend for kids 10 and under
Im a fan of the place because my kids can run wild and burn off all the energy they have. Not to mention the FREE WiFi lol, The pizzas and salad bar are a bit pricy but good. I personally love the salad bar , If you go during the week its not as busy but if you go on the weekend its crazy packed and extremely loud(more than usual). They also have more sales and coupon offers if you do end up going during the week.But yes overall its a good place to take the kiddos😊
Really overrated. No incentives for familys with a lot of children. Offer a pizza meal deal with play points. I mean to pay $38.00 dollars for two large 1 topping pizzas with 4 drinks a deal. For a huge franchise you could offer with that meal 50 to 75 play credits to it. The whole idea is to get your paying customers with families to want to come to your place. You want the children to want to come to Chucky Cheese to play eat and havr fun. A fun happy paying family will be a returning happy paying family. On another note, have your customer service reos smile and treat your customer with pride. Remember a happy customer is a returning customer.
The staff was friendly and on top of things for the most part. I gave 4 stars because all the rift raft that was there. Parents letting their children run around being rude little brats. If you do not have money to spend take your children elsewhere. Several times a child tried to bully their way into the game my child was playing because they did not have any tokens to play their own games.
It felt like there were no employees. I understand its closing time but the prize center attendant wouldnt stop complaining in front of customers that she needed to get off. Didnt even let the kids pick a prize w out feeling rushed. Super rude.
Recommend going on weekdays if you have little ones. They can run wild without being in big kids way. Not crowded. Get the card and play by the time not the coins its a better value. Weekends are crowded with parties and walk ins.
Great place for kids birthday parties. I have always received great service from the staff at this location. They also have ths stage with the robotic chuckie cheese band. The pizza itself isnt the greatest but the overall experience makes it very worthwhile. I definitely recommend this location over the Roseville location.
Ice machine has like pink mold near the ice dispensing portion of the machine. Was reported to manager his statement was at least its not the inside other tube. My problem is its on the outside of that you and still can fall in My Cup. Then as we were cleaning up our own area to leave notice the table was saying that when the legs was broken and slanted inward of the table. An employee that I had mentioned this to said well people rarely sit back there in that portion of the restaurant. We sat back there because we had the birthday party going on. My apologies for not taking pictures of it. I Was more concerned about the birthday party pictures...
I hate hosting Chuck E Cheese takes care of all that. My server was absolutely wonderful Debani I believe at Arden and Sacramento. The manager was delightful as well. THANK YOU MADE OUR DAY WE WILL RETURN!!!!
I mean its Chuck-E-Cheese what is there to say lol. The only thing I really would like to see them do is lower the prices a little bit because people love to go there and they are willing to spend the money but I believe they can get more money coming in if they do make it more reasonable to eat and play all day I can see a time when I would never leave Chuck-E-Cheese now I can spend two hours and be ready to go mostly because of all the money Im spending... Kids are the future lets make it easy for them

The pizza and boneless sweet chili wings were great but overpriced. One of the managers looked really stressed out and miserable and was not friendly at all. The kids here go wild and were intimating for my kids. My kid got pictures with Chuck E.
Chuck E harassed me in the restroom and kept peeking through the door and under the stall, acting like he couldnt be seen. I complained to the manager but he was too busy, watching the pizza bake in the oven. He stood there for 13 mins, almost in a trance. This stop really shocked me and was so creepy and uncomfortable that Ive had reoccurring nightmares about it. Shame on you Mr. Cheese

To start are party today for my daughters 6th bday the employees dropped her 2 layer cake. Then they said we wouldnt be charged for the pizza and we still were. They do not answer the phone so I can speak with a manager. We will not go back!
It was okay, and it was clean. It was pretty pricey though when we paid like 20 dollars for some stickers at the end. And the food was okay. I would come back because of how good their service was.
This is not the magical place I thought it was. For some reason we had to insert the tickets into the counter one by one taking up a lot of time. We had to wait around for the prize we wanted to be out of stock but they let us take the floor model. No hand sanitizer. Dippindots was good but expensive. Peperoni Pizza was good. Creepy animatronics things were weird. Chuckie almost made the kid cry but thats not his fault.
Im sad the ball pit and other games have gone over the years, but I still love this place after 22 years. Im also very happy with how quickly the crew acted to help improve my autistic sons birthday night.

The new menu tastes way better than the old pizza recipe. The new games take a play pass card instead of tokens. The bad thing about that card; it is harder for the parent to micro manage the money+=time the kids get to play.
This place is kind of a nightmare the food is kind of over price for the quality and the prizes for the children who spend a ton of money on the games are mediocre at best. Plus the animatronics our kind of trash animal most likely scare most childrenif you are looking for a place similar but with better everything Im going to Johns incredible Pizza

Great fun for the 1-12yr olds, and of course All the BIG kids! The Video games are very interactive. Pizza is fair, the salad bar is fresh and filling.

I used to be afraid of the purple monster! There was a room. Square. Dark. Menacing. Suddenly a flash, strobe light... Movements are different. I thought I was alone in here but now I see...things! Is that purple fur? The purple monster is in here with me and its extremely frightening. I close my eyes and tell myself it will all be over soon. Strange sounds or music. I feel the purple monster grasp at my arm but I wrangle loose and dart twords the bright exit. Back to the familiar rat and arcade scene is where I find myself. A disapproving glance back at the Purple monster room of horrors and then I eat some pizza. The pizza is really good. Possibly, the puppets and rat and generous ticket to prize redemption system add to the overall mellow and if you dont like rats dont worry they only have fake ones here! Plus the occasional snitch type people hang out here kinda like free parking in Monopoly. Nobody knows why its there. Oh, and purple monster I have been training and preparing for our next encounter. You may or may not see me soon.
Unlimited games for the price isnt bad. Just gotta know how to (manipulate) I mean use the card (they give you) correctly when it comes to pausing the time on your card. Pizza wise id take little ceasers hot n ready any day over Chuck E. Cheese

We went during a sensory Sunday for special needs kids, which was awesome. But once they opened for real and turned the volume up on everything the place was pretty annoying.
Good place for kids to play game and the price is reasonable. Beside you can celebrate your birdthday there but you should reserve before. It also has restaurant. Over all the price is good.

Kids loved it. Games take a lot of tokens to win anything, so look for discount coupons and plan to double the amount you intended to buy. Good way to keep a group of 9 year olds from destroying your house.
I would of give them a - stars if they had them. They ruined my daughters bday they drop her cake. They gave us one of there on its the worst cake i ever eat. Plus they said they were gonna give us the pizza n a discount on our packet they never did we still pay the whole thing 400. I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO CHUCKIE CHEESE AGAIN ITS OVER . ..P.S. We have gotten pizza here 3 times through doordash because my daughter wanted the free goodie bag. Well we never got the goodie bag so went in and ordered. And first they tried to charge us for the free goodie bag and second every single time the pizza was made incorrectly
I have only been there two times since they change from coins to card readers I cannot be after every child making sure they dont swipe their game card more than once.So due to this new card game system I dont go as often as I used to and their service has gone down very bad.
The kids had a great time..we had five generations at the Birthday celebration. Had a great server. We be spending another birthday celebration again soon
Expect a considerable donation for upgrades and renovations. Im think 2 stories and a adult occupancy section seperated and equipped with viewing of the childrens section so there is a reason for both chil and parent to go.
Me and my kids had a great time at Chuck-E-Cheeses we loved it but we didnt get to see the mouse my kids really wanted to see the mouse maybe they can bring the mouse Mouse out more often that would be nice
Where do I start? So many workers behind the counters but no one out on the floor. Tried to find someone to bring us a high chair and no one was available. Dirty, no cleaned off tables. None! They were empty but no one cleaned them. We waited and no one came so we cleaned one off ourselves. Both picture machines were out of paper but still took card swipes so those were wasted. All bathroom stalls were out of seat covers and the toilet paper holder fell off when I reached for toilet paper. Pizza took forever and was mediocre.
Fun exciting. I have not been here since I was a kid. Over 30 years ago. This chuck E. Cheese was not to packed, nice. And the customer service was very nice and helpful. And thus was on black friday. I would come back to this chuck E. Cheese.

Hosted a birthday here for my nephew an it was AWFUL!!! We paid for a packaged deal that included pizzas, coins, the ticket blaster a cake and chicken singing happy birthday, hell time with chuckee period. instead we got half ass service,our food was soo late that we order additional pizzas and still didny receive them until they finally brought our first order. My nephew got little to no recognition from chuckee, no ticket blaster and a bunch of high hopes. It was supposed to be memorable instead it was a disaster

Conveniently located across the street from the Arden Mall and the movie theater. Its just like any other Chuck E. Cheese, greasy pizza and unlimited drinks. In case you werent yo to date they no longer use coins. Its all on a card. Win for the parents.
Love the new unlimited hour ticket! I get to play with my kids much more and the kids get far more coupons to exchange for toys or candy.
Visited on a weekend, too much crowded, not much space to move around. Few games were broken and ticket redemption machines are broken too. Will prefer Citrus heights location next time.

I want to bring it to the franchisees attention AND marketing team that this lady you have representing your business “JULIE” BEING THE MANAGER, IS NOT FIT TO MANAGE ANYTHING.She will literally stand there with her arms crossed instead of trying to solve the complaint i came in today 5/30/2019 with a 24.99 coupon which included a 1 topping pizza and after looking at my receipt i was charged for my one topping(pepperoni) so i approached this situation very politely for clarification and reimbursement SHE GOES STARIGHT TO SAY “ OH I DONT MAKE THE COUPONS CALL CORPORATE “ what kind of management experience have you really had Julie????NONE, because she completely brushed us off and said “thats just how its charged” while looking at her employee and register.IF “THATS JUST HOW ITS CHARGED” THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO “JUST MODIFY” THEIR REGISTER FOR AN OPTION TO SUBTRACT the amount being charged Its NOT HARD AT ALL.Also, her employee goes to say “its only 1.99” most people dont complain........ WOWplease get some people with experience in customer service in hereBECAUSE THAT RESPONSE OR COMMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLEyou do NOT talk to customers that way, if it was .05 cents or .50 cents who cares!!! i would still bring it to your attention! Why?Coupons are made to save you money!!!!It contradicts the purpose of using a coupon if im being charged additional for what the coupon is advertising should already be included. I hope to hear from the franchisee or corporate as soon as possible i am disturbed by this.

I say a 3 star because for a busy night. Which is every night. Someone should be out to help with fixing the broken machine and not all hiding in the kitchen. I literrally open the kitchen door and 5 employees were just sitting there. I was like wow this is where everybody is. Do your job kids. I have to do my job.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the sandwich. My son had a good time in the arcade for $12.
Covid wonderland! If u show up 30 min before closing u cant get food, but u can still play games.
I went there today to my utter disappointment half of the rides were not working and my toddler was pretty upset.
A little too expensive, games are rigged to give you five tickets, but other than that the foods great and animatronics are cool to watch...great place for little kids and Five Nights at Freddys fans

Ill give you 5 stars for all the awesome entertainment, however the last 2 visits my grandbaby has gotten super sick exactly a day after each visit. Needs to be sanitized more often
Good to let the grandkids burn off some energy. They had a blast! Then traded in game tickets for candy to re-energize.
I always have a great time when I come here, no complaints. Staff and management are also very nice too.

This pizza was so damn bomb! i aint been here since a kid, but that was my sole purpose for coming, the taste of that pizza lives in my mind / tastebuds. im 27 now, and i was not disappointed, actually i was juiced that some place kept its originality, 1 thing i cant stand is when a good place change for the worst. lol
Worse place i have ever been there is one person working a four register desk and. The lone is out the door and no one is helping this girl man line is literally out the door and i mean no one is helping her one person at a four register station i been here 45 min and im still standing in line just to get the card to play the games its disgusting.

No clean tables, asked three times before anyone would clean a table. Paid for 250 points on a card and only got to use it 5 times before it was out. Essentially wasting$15 in less than 2 mins. No refunding for the jacked up system.
The staff are members are swell and its always clean. The bathrooms get a little neglected but if you let them know, theyre good about attending to it😊

Yum. Cleaner than it used to be. All the employees were friendly but be prepared to spend $$$. You can use coupons from the website and they have amazing military discounts.
Totally got profiled, felt very awkward when the manager came out from behind the counter to give his friends free coins while I had been waiting in line to refill my card cause the kiosk was down. He looked my $5 bill up and down to check if it was fake right in front of my kids like seriously.
Its your standard Chuck E. Cheese. Its exactly what Ive come to expect. An easy place to have your kids birthday party at. The pizza isnt too bad. My kids love it.
You still can go inside. Plus is kind of high prices. You cant get nothing good unless you spend over a hundred dollars and then you can get some thing that would cost a dollars at walmart or target.

Great place for kids. Food court is also there. Did have a little problems with the tickets but the people over there were able to help.
I love going to this chuck e cheeses my kids have a great time and the pizza is delicious but it is always packed even in the weekdays but still worth it for the pizza and fun time.
Every unhappy with the experience! I have been there a few times in the past three months and each time I was unhappy. First Chucky E never come out after 6 pm but they dont close until later, and the time he did come out the speaker was so low u couldnt hear the song and Chucky three a few tickets out. Even the girl that song the song sucked all unenthusiastic and stuff. I just moved hear from Long Beach and this one is no comparison. Long Beaches Chucky E Cheese is amazing and loud so the kids go crazy. He even came out twice in two hours! Well I hear there is another one some where in Sacramento! Ill let u know how it went!!

Worst experience ever. me and my family went their tonight it was over packed and my kids werent being watched went to get tokens my son got pulled away from a game he was playing. the workers didnt even care will never go back to this chuck e cheese again
Chuck e. Cheese. What else is there to say about it. They are pretty much all the same. Crowded, with kids running amuck. Food is average at best and all the ones I have been to are messy and have bad ambient air.
My visit was over before I got there, lolMy God-Son had his lil graduation celebration there. I have it a 5 star rating because I know he enjoyed himself with or without me there 💞

Went in for the lunch buffet special it was awful it took them over 1 hour to bring out pizza its not a buffet its a joke they have one bowl of salad mix and three options of dressing you would be better off going to Little Caesars and buying a hot and ready
My friend and i were playing games and it wouldnt work so we went to a different game and got 25 but the tickets did not come out so we got some help and he said we only got 1 i feel like they are doing this to rip us off to get more money and the guys name was Zachary.

2022-05-03We had our 6 yr olds birthday party here. The staff is very friendly, kind, patient and easy to work with. They were ready for us when we got there and our host, Genesis, was great. I thought it was really cool that Chuck E Cheese came out and danced with the kids and took pics, that didnt happen when I was a kid. Everyone in our party commented that the pizza was good and they all compared it to how it used to be and how it has really improved. Our son had a blast and said hell never forget it which is all I could ask for. With that said, there are a few complaints. Many of the games were broken and it was pretty much a war zone in the arcade/game area. The basketballs were missing, the balls for about 5 other games were missing. It was a Saturday and it was packed. Thats really my only complaint. The restroom was clean enough and the young girl at the prize counter was exceptionally sweet. I recommend this spot, just dont do it on a Saturday as it is just too busy and chaotic.

2022-02-07I feel bad for rating this place 3 stars.. But I have to keep the review honest. The reason why I feel bad is because everyone is very friendly there But the store itself is not kept up. Understanding its a kids place, but there should be some happy medium to it and unfortunately there isnt one there.Restrooms are horrible, I see enough associates to where staffing isnt any issue to keep the restroom clean. Theres also no one keeping the unruly children from jumping on the machines, sprinting back in fourth, using foul language, throwing the basketballs/footballs around the place instead of the machine where it belongs, its a mad house.The associates are GREAT. They are 5 stars.

2022-03-25Arrived at 11:40am not crowded at all. 3 workers greeted us in. We stayed 30 mins to have some fun. The womens bathroom smelled like pee.As we sat down to eat the booth we were in was pretty gross had ketchup on it and the seat were falling apart. The napkins try was empty and had pizza crust all inside it. The salt and pepper shakers were nasty and empty. I wiped down our booth with Clorox wipes, I had in my purse and the wipe was brown from wiping down the table and seats. The food was okay.. we ordered a small pepperoni pizza small drink and salad. Took 15 mins. We played a few games.

2022-02-28Only reason Im giving 4 stars is because they didnt have any bone-in wings so I was forced to buy boneless (I hate boneless wings [chicken nuggets]). Other than that, hospitality was great, the manager was a hustler and he was taking care of everyone. The kitchen staff was nice. I also ordered pizza and fries and they were pretty good. Our beers were poured nicely, the kids had a great time. There was a lot of hectic, screaming kids but its a Chuck E. Cheese lol. Its not that I wouldnt go back, I just prefer Dave & Busters.

2022-04-16The location was very clean, not full at all like other locations, the staff was friendly and the food was nice and warm (tasty). My kids really enjoyed the new game system where your play card goes by minute vs tokens which allowed then to play even more than normal for 45min non stop. The private security guard at the door was very helpful and courteous, gave me more piece of mind in case a child accidentally ran to the exit door…AAA+

2022-04-20I had my sons birthday here today and let me just say our host was amazing she was so nice and so helpful she made my sons first birthday magical. I cannot thank that young lady enough she was great! She had the red hair and glasses. Whoever you are thank you my baby had a blast thanks to you ! We drove all the way here from stockton and it was so worth it ❤

2022-03-28The staff was very friendly and helpful. The party we had was fun but the table was nasty and so were the chairs and everything had already been set up . The play area is sticky and obviously they need someone designed just to clean because that place is gross!! (Click photo)

2022-05-23Came here for the first time today. Never did I imagine that the service at a Chuck E. Cheese would be so wonderful. The employees, the kitchen, the security guard, and the manager were all impressive; all smiles and dedication to excellent customer service.
