Drove to Borrego Springs and came across this roundabout in the middle of town. It has restrooms that are clean and a gazebo area as well. You can park around the Christmas Circle Community Park which also has plenty of shaded areas and benches. We had a picnic under a tree which was very cool and my son and I threw around a football after our lunch. Nice to relax and enjoy the scenery if you’re ever around here.

Christmas circle is the Borrego community gathering center. Even if no formal activities are going on, it is an oasis lunch picnic spot in the desert, with restrooms.

Fun place to stop and check out the sculptures peppered throughout the grounds around Christmas Circle Drive.Though the attractions were closed to the public we pulled over and watched them from a distance. The pictures below were taken last fall when we were there pre COVID.If you are headed to Palm Springs from the south end, stop and check it out. Neat little desert town with a few dining options.

On Christmas day we spent some time in Borrego and ate lunch at the Christmas Circle Community Park right in the center of town in Borrego Springs .There is a grand new library in Borrego Springs with an additional park area and a variety of different churches all close by.A REALLY GREAT PLACE TO EXPLORE AND DISCOVER.

We loved stopping here after hiking to have an amazing picnic and a beautiful 360 view of mountains and beauty all around us. We even enjoyed free WiFi: password on bathroom mirrors. I have two questions though:1. Why is it called Christmas Circle Park?2. Why doesnt more towns have a cool park like this in the center of them?I highly recommend packing your igloo and having a picnic with your sweetie or loved ones here!

Great place to stop by on the way to Salton Sea or Salton City. We had a family picnic before trekking the desert highway.I loved the way Borrego Springs maintains this traffic roundabout as a public park. It’s well worth the stop and shop around to support the park. The lovely trees will thank you.

A unique park where the lawn is made of clover. This is a nice shady spot to get out of the sun and stretch your legs and maybe meet some dogs and their owners

Very cool place with shade, picnic tables, bathrooms to hang out in Borrego Springs. Plenty of places to purchase food locally and enjoy in the park.

Very nice park, especially considering its on the middle of a traffic circle. Very easy parking. Clean restrooms.
