Refused to honor warranty after 6 months. Blamed the issue reoccurring on the car not learning the shift points correctly. Didnt go back.

I brought in my 2008 BMW 750 LI for a whole new transmission because BMW charged an arm and a leg. Look for John he is the owner and I think this place has been in business for a while as a family business. They also gave me a ride to my office, which was thoughtful and appreciated because taxi prices are high! If anything goes wrong, he will take care of you. Trustworthy shop!

Insanely knowledgeable and detailed. From the first conversation was familiar with the cars manufacturing history and was able to walk me down several possible routes and estimates before starting the process. Beyond grateful for the sincerity and expertise.

GREAT job guys!My transmission was shot, and I wasnt sure where to turn. A friend recommended a shop that has been in the neighborhood forever (which is usually a good sign.) I brought my car in, they were helpful, friendly, and the price was really reasonable. Great service and work.

You should be aware that the Bureau of Automotive Repairs has certified that John Choi dba Chois Transmission Center is an unlicensed transmission shop and he has no business taking money from the public for automotive repairs. He is an incompetent halfwit who ruins vehicles and you need to go find a reputable repair shop--not this con man. His father (James Choi), the previous owner, died two years ago, and John has never been licensed to do business at this address.

I called to get the hours of the shop and gained so much more. John was so informative and willing to educate me on my CVT(👎🏽) engine. He was very nice and trustworthy. Thanks!

Great and accurate service. Very knowledgeable staff. I had my Toyotas transmission rebuilt there after visiting several other repair shops. Mr.Choi diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it.
