Dirty people dirty place the food wasnt cooked and my husbands order came out wrong after waiting 30 minutes for a salad! They have a horrible cook. Then the waitress waits to out our order back in. And she takes forever so we walk up to pay the bill and she says we were trying to walk out without paying! I cant believe their service it was horrible you deserve no stars! Management needs to hire a whole new staff cause they were awful! Never coming back here!
There food is good, but some of the people who work there, are Very Rude!!!!!!! I gave it 4 stars, because of the food, not because of their personnel. Condiments, you have to beg for, at the one located at Hawthorne Blvd in the South bay Area, is where the guy, treated me like, he didnt have wanted me to come in, and pointed out the tip bucket. I will NEVER Go Back To this Location. He didnt Smile or Thank me for coming in. I have the app, so from time to time, Chilis, will send me Text offers. So I try to take a advantage of chance I get, and this is the way Im treated. No! Im not going to give a tip, when youre being rude. Now I have to find a Chilis, that their Personal, know how to treat people. I wouldnt dare, send anyone to this location!
This location is a joke and waste of time. They have to turn on to except orders online for you to see most of the menu and half the time this location doesnt do it. If you order something over the phone and they dont have it you only find out after you pay and get to the resturant. They put the dirty take out containers of salad dressing in your salad. The food is never ready in the time they say 15 mins is really an 1hour. Never order any flavoered ice tea to go. They over syurp the drinks every time. These are management issues that reflect poorly on quality.

The restaurant was very cold. The restaurant was not clean. There was food on the floor. The overall general appearance of the restaurant was unappealing because paint waschopped. The servers clothing was dirty. They did clean and sanitize sufficiently. Very disappointed.
Our server Jeremy definitely made our visit great. The food was unfortunately not great.Our order of Texas loaded fries came our luke warm on the fries.My steak & shrimp fajitas were the saving grace as all the food was hot and tasty.My girlfriends swiss mushroom burger was a let down as the burger patty was cold but the bun and fries were perfect. Mystery there.Our drinks were constantly topped off and replaced thanks to Jeremy. Hopefully we will pass again with better food on our next visit.
Food here was bang average and super mid. Server got my order wrong and waited about half an hour for them to come back after constantly asking the other employees politely. Service was horrible and make the overall experience unenjoyable and unpleasant. The only thing good here was the guacamole and the cheesecake. Other than that, bad experience.
One of the best maxican i have triedI like spicy food and maxican food matches everything if i want to try something else then Curry.Fajitas 😋😋Staff is very friendly and helpful.Their was little waiting during the lunch time but it was worth waiting.Service is also very good.And just in case it there is any delay in your food they have provided a. This is a nice small chilis however on this night it was sadly short staffed so the people working had alot on their shoulders and it seemed some people were having to wait longer for their food, but once the food arrived it was tasty and delicious and the server had a very good friendly attitude.
Got the quessadilla salad, very decent however, quessadilla seemed a bit cold and service could have been more aware of my tea refill.
Had lunch with a friend and we both enjoyed our food. Good food, reasonably priced and easy checkout on tablet.
Customer service was a pretty poor. We sat at our table while the server walked by multiple times without acknowledging us or at least taking our drink order. The place also had a really bad odor throughout the restaurant.
Having to order food via a delivery service such as Uber Eats or Door Dash is expensive and these restaurants dont double check the orders before they leave their restaurant. When you call to speak to a manager regarding your missing items nobody comes to the phone. Not only is it disappointing, its horrible service. I dont know if the employee does it on purpose or if the management is avoiding the call, but its bad for business. I ordered a meal tonight and the corn was missing. I reported it in the Door Dash app and they did give me credit, but I certainly hope it comes from your pocket, not theirs. This seems to be a regular occurrence with several restaurants. You guys should have a double check the delivery orders policy to ensure you dont lose customers. Waited for more than an hour to receive my childrens food which was the small pizza. How in the world does it take that long! As for my order and my husband didn’t not arrive even after our children finished eating. We ended up leaving. Horrible! Will never come back.
I Love chilis!But I dont love the food to the extent to wait an hour for my Togo order.Doordash and Uber eats orders pushed my order to the back of the line 8 times.Its unfair to my family to have to wait 1 hour for our order, hungry kids dont understand daddy tried to get home as fast as he couldRIP chilis great customer service, it was great while it lasted.

The food quality was very poor, the place felt dirty, and the drink service was slow. Not to mention they couldn’t put the Lakers on the TV like we asked, they didn’t say no they just never did it. The chicken wings were over done, and cold, sauce was wrong that came out. Steak was old, we each took most of it home, it made our fridge stink! You guys need to get it together, the restaurant is in a busy area and it’s not like you won’t continue you see customers, but these complaints are deep within your overall processes which are lacking. I give you two stars instead of one because the prices are incredibly low. But I will not be back.
Im very disappointed in the service. They often come to the wrong table with other peoples food .however there are a few exceptions. There are good people trying to a good job.
The service today was OUTSTANDING! Sat in the bar area and our waitress was amazing. Shaunie was GREAT! Full of energy, knowledgeable of the menu, very personable and friendly. They told us the kitchen was backed up so they couldnt seat us. When I walked by the kitchen door after using the restroom, I saw they seemed to be cleaning it up as they would be end of day. My suspicion is junior staff just wanted to go home early so they turned patrons away. I wonder what the restaurant and regional management think. Chilis used to be a good place to visit.
Great deal for $10! Almost everytime I come to Chillis I get the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers and they rarely disappoint. It doesnt take very long to get seating, especially if you eat at the bar and the BlackBerry tea is great as well.
Love Chilis. Best place to come for lunch or after work. Margaritas are sooo good along with a corona. Make sure you tell then to place your margarita blended in a normal cup rather then a martini glass so that they hook you up. They also have a nice selection of food. I normally catch a spot at the bar. There is lots of parking outside which is shared with the shopping center. Sometimes you might find the bar area full. The service is good and they treat you well.

Crazy location with some good servers sometimes and some bad servers sometimes. Good managers like Mia at this location make it still worth checking out knowing she has the customers back when the waiter/waitress dont understand basic math or how to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I ordered directly from their website for delivery, and they passed the order off to DoorDash. The order was missing tortillas, 2 sides of street corn, and a side of fries. The side salad looked to be about a week old. The DoorDash driver got lost as well and started driving to other cities, far away from the specified delivery location. The food arrived cold, and we were frustrated from the missing items. I wouldnt order from this Chilis again.

Our waitress Karma was a very proficient and kind server. The food was good as always. Chicken crispers could have been a bit more crispy.

Thank you guys for being kinda and for your customer service!This place would be a 5 if it wasn’t for one of their servers (Nicole) with an attitude that every time (2 times) she was asked something, she would give an attitude as if she didn’t want to be bother. I understand things are tough… I work in hospitality, but her attitude wasn’t pleasant for someone trying to escape for a bit of time for a drink and a decent meal. Also… servers need to be more attentive when at the bar. I’m parched! 😜(finished my first drink 10 min ago 🙄).

My last 2 Togo visit from Chili’s have been terrible. This last visit was the most frustrating. I was missing a upgraded side, Caesar salad. Called they said they were out of Cesar. So, they made a decision to not even give me a alternative side. They could’ve called or asked when I arrived. Spoke with the manger she didn’t apologize or offer any solutions. When I pointed out it was a upgraded side she the offered to refund me a $1. Went back and forth with the manager about a $1 because she said it was all my side was worth. She couldn’t understand that if it wasn’t “upgraded” then it still had a value, plus the additional upgrade. (Like if I was missing a side that wasn’t upgraded then what would she have done/refund me… then you add the $1 to that regular side total) She was rude. I didn’t want a refund I wanted my food. I would’ve accepted my name on a list or other alternative the manger was just so hooked on refunding me a $1. $1 doesn’t fix anything.Additionally my pasta was cold I don’t even think they reheated it when putting in the Togo box. The rest of the foods temp was fine.
Worst experience ever, food was cold, service was super slow. There are tablets on the tables that offer games that use deceptive tactics to get you to play, then charge you $1.99. When I inquired about it the waitress wouldnt take it off the bill. So they just lost a customer forever for $1.99....bad business decision.

There is a big parking lot. I expected maybe a short wait but was told by the hostess it would be 30-45 minutes. I was already there so we stayed. I was confused as I looked around & found there were way over 12 empty tables. We heard the hostess tell people after us that the wait was now 1-1/2 hours. We waited only 20 minutes before they texted us about a table. They have a smaller menu than I remember however, if you turn to the back, there are 2 good specials - 3 for $10 & 2 for $25. We took the latter. You get your choice of a starter to share, your choice of an entrée each & your choice of a desert to share. Everything was okay but I believe they were short-staffed & even though our server tried, service was slow. If you decide to go, try to sit away from the bar as it gets extremely noisy if there is a sports event or two or three happening.
Where do I begin? We waited a long time to get our orders taken. Servers passed us by several times without checking on us or even giving us our drinks. One person in my party got their food much later than the rest of us... They couldnt eat at the same time as us, which was very annoying and disappointing. The service was very slow and the cleanliness of the place was nonexistent.One server slam dunked some trash into the can, looking really annoyed/frustrated. I wouldnt recommend eating here ever. Worst restaurant experience Ive ever had.
This is the 2nd time I have had a waitress that was Aloof and would pass by while we would aK for refills and I guess the runner never knew but she could pass our table a few times bringing drinks to her new customers. Also I hate to say this but we didnt order alot of food so which in her mind means a low tip so for her our food came so shes busy working a big tip at another table. And joking with her coworkers while the whole time our. Ups are empty. I am the kind of person my food purchase does not define my tip . I havea golden rule I have to ask.more then once for a refil then you get 10% tip if my cup.is never empty you get 25% I use to work in food service it was t that busy nor did she have that many table to be that way. But the food was delicious its sad to have to deal with all this b@&*$%^t for a good meal

We dont normally go to Chilis, because the food in the past has been mediocre, and the lines are usually ridiculous. But, my son wanted to go, maybe from nostalgia. So, we went, and surprisingly there was no wait ( it was a Sunday night though), and they have a revamped menu ( at least from when I last went). The food tasted really good, and the service was great. Service at this location has always been pretty good though. I will be back ( on a Sunday night).
They have a monthly $5 margarita that is very yum!! Cant beat the other deals they have such as 3 for $10 or 2 for $25.....chips and salsa are good too!!

Not sure if nation wide, but certainly in California it has a presence.A typical chain in that the menu offerings, restaurant style & pricing is all the same.The one thing Ive noticed about this restaurant, is, it seems to be consistent, in all the different items weve ordered over the day, 15 or so times weve been here over the last 7/8 years. Nothing spectacular, just good food, well prepared & priced reasonably.Lacking, is the restrooms cleanliness, not filthy, wouldnt eat their, just not super clean. Also, a bit loud, thats because everything surrounds the bar area. No area in the restaurant to avoid this.A 3 1/2 out of 5 Stars.
Sometimes the food is cold. Other then that, the service is nice and quick. The employees are always nice and happy to help. It’s very welcoming and it’s a nice and clean place. I would rather come to this chili’s than the local chili’s that’s a couple miles closer.
The place is easily visible, parking is easy and free. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Service overall was great. The grilled chicken salad I ordered was very tasty. The bathroom was very clean. Great experience overall. I came in during lunch time and it was not crowded. Maybe the prices are a little higher than they should be. I noticed at the bar there were a couple of senior citizens that seemed to be regulars. They seemed to be feeling pretty jolly indeed. All and all a good experience. Will be coming back soon.
I was there last night around 8pm. The food was disgusting and cold. They made a mistake on one of the meals and came back 25 minutes later with the food that was ordered. The bread wasn’t toasted and all of the food tasted horrible. We tried to get our waiter Zachary and he was nowhere to be found. After the disaster we paid for our food and come to find out we paid for someone else’s bill. This was the worst experience my family and I ever had. From the food to the service it was the worst. We waited to speak to the manager and they never came out. I will never go to this location ever again. If I could rate it a 0 I would.

Delish Food prepared to order. Disappointed that they refused to give me back my credit card or a copy of my charges. The last time I saw it my waitress was cashing me out. The Manager was wonderful, nevertheless I was never called back. I will pay on the unit on my table in the future, should I choose to return. Great Food!!
Solid place to eat, their 2 for $25 deal is very good, Im able to get steak and my partner gets chicken pasta I believe. This is the only place Ive gone to that will refill your drink without asking, its a little loud but not too loud, the food is very good and the chips with guacamole are definitely fire. I have already come to this place twice and have enjoyed both times, will take pictures later but I recommend this place.
Waited so long for service after being seated, I had to ask the person that seated me, if anyone was working the section. When I finally did get a server to take my order, she didnt ask if I wanted a refill on my beverage, until after I had finished my food. I asked the young man that initially brought my beverage, for a glass of water. He never brought it. The only saving graces were that the food was decent, and I could use the machine to pay my check at the table, without further interaction.

The bacon cheeseburger is life!The food came a little slow but the place was packed so we were cool with it. AMAZING loaded potato soup!!! Best Ive ever had! The service at this location was a bit slower than the other locations Ive been to. Thats not a bad thing to me at all, thats exactly how I like it. They gave me and my boyfriend lots of time to look over the menu and decide what we want, while also allowing us all the time to sit and talk as we like. Were rarely in a rush, so we dont understand why so many restaurants are as well.Also, I havent ordered a burger from Chilis in a long while, so it was exciting to see that they offer black bean patties now. Im not a vegetarian but black bean patties taste so much better than the meat ones.

Food is really delicious and Ive never been unsatisfied, but the wait times here can be incredibly long. Its not a small place, but even so it can take a while to be seated and and then it takes even longer after you order. The staff and service is great, but it always takes around 20min to get our meal no matter what we order. Overall good, but just be ready to have good conversation while waiting for your food.
The food was good, service was good. A long wait though and once we were in we saw a lot of empty booths towards the back. Maybe they just did not have enough employees to cover those booths. I like the convenience of paying on the table tablet.

Just came for dinner with my mom and our Server Grant was AMAZING, it makes such a difference when you get s nice server, he got my order right, which hardly ever happens since I am a picky eater and dont like veggies.The food was Great, the Salted caramel desert is delicious.The Manager Ronald actually listened when i was complimenting the Server, cared and was appreciative, most managers just say write a review and dont listen.Great Experience !

The irritating thing with Chilis is the wait. Apparently there is a way to check in online but I havent found it. That said, the food is always well prepared. Very accomadting to large parties. I ordered the triple appetizer plate and it was great as entree dish. The chicken dishes others ordered were tender and moist. The kiddie menu is a little thin but thats what they have. The 2 for $25 menu is a very good deal with an appetizer to share, entree for both and a dessert to share. The cookie & ice cream is good size. Good family place but be ready to wait esp on weekend evenings.
The server we had was amazing! Thank you Jeremy!!! After I reported HAIR IN MY CHIPS he apologized and reported it to the manager. He apologized again and brought me some more chips. He told me the manager will be over to talk to me. I was there 1 hour and not once did the manager come over and speak to me. Before I left I asked to speak to the manager so Patty came out. I asked her why she didnt come speak to me and she said thats the servers job and she was busy!!! REALLY!!! I never asked her to cover my bill or anything. All I wanted was for her to acknowledge the problem !!!! All I have to say is this manager needs MORE TRAINING!!!!!! Thanks again Jeremy for the great service and making my birthday lunch great!!!!
We had a great experience at this location today. Our waitress Shani was so inviting/ personable. We werent having the best of days and she totally uplifted our spirits. We could have chose any restaurant on that street and there are many but Im glad we chose this one because it totally made my day.Thanks, Shani!!!
Its terrible at this location. Walked in no hostess available had to walk to 3 different people just to wait some more and be greeted then wait again to be seated. Requested my food to be well done and it wasnt and they put basil and cilantro when I clearly requested it for not on my food at all. It was hard to remove every green basil and cilantro off. My fajitas was not even sizzling when they brought my plate compare to the other tables that had it sizzling. That was the only reason I ordered fajitas because I heard it sizzle and it smelled great. So what happen to my food? No wonder this place was so empty of partons and workers.. I never left a small tip until today..
The worst chilis Ive ever been to. The restaurant was completely empty yet we waited 10 minutes to be seated. Once there we waited the same amount of time to just get the water. Every time someone came to the table it was always a different server. We got the starter pretty fast.. then waited for the food... mind you there were only 4 other groups of people in the whole restaurant when we came in. Once the food got to the table part of my order was missing. The girl brought the order and said they were still making it and that is why I didnt get it with the whole order.. The food that was still being made came in cold... so everything from staff to food was horrible. Definitely not worth the money it costs...
Online order for pickup... we ordered two burgers well done. It was a very llong way to go to pickup and long time waiting there. When we were ready to enjoy our food we realized that the meat of the burgers was completely burned (black)... I literally threw away my moneySuggestion... check your food before you leave.
Not one of the best times. The service was 5 star but had to minus two stars for the live bug in my daughters soup. Kinda spoiled it for me. Being a previous restaurant manager I would have taken off the charge for the soup or added a slice of cake for free.

Pretty solid restaurant, the food is usually pretty good and the service is too, but sometimes we get this older white lady for our waitress who is just not great at her job. Forgets sides and constantly leaves us when we ask for help with the iPads to pay for our meal.
Great service, but the food was not as good as it use to be. It was lunchtime mid week and the restaurant was empty. There are many offices around this location and across the street from Del Amo mall, I would have thought it be busier. Had a sampler platter and though it was all fried foods, it was all very greasy. Even the strawberry lemonade wasnt very good. Returned mine for a tea. Use to have really good food. I wonder what happened...
Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She tended to us appropriately and professionally. My only complaint was about my food. I ordered the bottomless soup, salad, and chips and salsa. It was ok, but the soup was a bit salty for my taste.😕
My waitress kind of put me in last place - since I was the single woman ordering only the budget lunch. Also, (and Im being fair about this), dont order the budget items ($6 or under) for your lunch/meal. Because, although they are presented beautifully, youll still be hungry. For your mealtime, I suggest you spend a few dollars more and order from the regular menu. And a heads up, dont go here if youre in a hurry or pressed for time. They are pretty much always busy with a full house. Otherwise, this is a good Chilis!
Visited Chilis at about 4pm on Friday with my daughter. The restaurant appeared empty but the hostess said it would be about 15 minutes before a table was ready. We were going to leave but she suggested we sit it the bar area to be seated immediately. We found a spot and the server asked if we were ready to order. Since we just sat down, we only ordered drinks. It took forever to get two soft drinks but we then ordered chips and salsa, The chips were stale and the salsa was an acidic tomato puree with no spice. Our final attempt was a kids meal: mac and cheese with mandarin oranges. The Kraft mac and cheese was what youd expect and the oranges werent bad. Throughout the visit, it was very difficult to get beverage refills; it was also difficult to get the final check. The only simple thing was using the table kiosk to pay so we could get out of there. I wish there was an Applebees or Fridays in this shopping center instead.
Came here for dinner. It took a long time to get food and the waitress kept forgetting stuff we would ask for. She was nice but just forgetful. We think however that it was because they had her looking after tables all around the restaurant rather than one section which is not really optimal. I ordered one of these 2 for 20 dinners and got the baby back ribs, They tasted ok but were definitely not outstanding.
I had never been here to Chilis before. No Chilis in Hawaii. Reminds me of an Outback. Decent service. Long waits on the weekends. Great blackberry margarita, and Im not one to like sweet, fruity drinks. This was both, and they did it well. Spicy shrimp tacos were great. Simple and easy. Queso dip good. Burgers looked like their specialty.
Slow service, 1st-waitress was dismissive when I asked about drink order being ^off and after ordering a 2nd one (different) the bartender (who was also serving) took and served to two other tables before returning to inform me they were out☹❗
Honestly the food was horrible, my food was cold even my bread, i got alfredo shrimp pasta, & it tasted like they just melted parmesan cheese & poured it. the shrimp was alright. I got chips, salsa, & guac, it was so disgusting, tasted like the guac was musty. I do not recommend this at all!!! customer service was really good though!
The food was great but service wasnt very good at all. It seemed maybe they didnt have enough workers because they wouldnt sit people in certain areas because the servers were too busy.
I wish I didnt have to even give 1 star! Our waiter was rude and had a very nasty attitude!! I was there with a bridal party. The wait was very long.i asked why the wait was long and some many dirty tables and there was not even a lot of people waiting to be seated. There response was they are shirt staff. I always enjoy the food at Chilis. But its the service that does them in. We ordered a three item combo where the only thing that was hot were the chicken strips, and this was after a 30 minute wait to get the food in the first place. The ribs, the corn, the sausage, and the fries were just luke warm like that plate had be sitting under heat lamps for awhile. And the waitress knew what was wrong, but just smiled because they werent busy.
When in there as a veteran for veterans day and they gave me cold food didnt offer wife a drink. Didnt seem like the server was excited to see me. Wont be back
Firstly I want to comment on the very unprofessional conduct of the manager on duty on June 19th at 8:00 p.m., I was so upset and failed to get his name.We had made reservations 2 weeks in advance for a graduation celebration for a party of 12. I arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation and checked in and was told we would need to wait for our table to be cleared. I proceeded to the ladies room and returning back noticed that the table we were waiting on was filled with another party who I was told had been waiting for an hour or so but DID NOT HAVE RESERVATIONS! When I inquired why this happened I could not be given a straight answer so I then asked for the manager who said our table was not given away and these people had reservations...did his managerial training call for BLATANTLY LYING to customers to appease them just to avoid the repercussions of telling the other people to leave their table? I am POSITIVE this is the reason he lied to me! My 89 year old mother had to wait in the bar area with the rest of us with no regard from him. He made NO EFFORT to compensate for treating us like idiots!! One of my issues is that he carried on as though he could care less about what took place on his part..I was LIVID. My thought is, if you make reservations at this Chilis location it will not be honored because it will depend on the circumstances of so called walk-ins.I would like a response from someone...anyone to explain why this is allowed to happen.
Maybe about 20%-25% of the seats were filled. There were workers walking past my family and families infront of me and looking at all the people waiting to be seated, i literally watched people walk out before i finally gave up too. No one would seat us or even acknowledge anyone waiting. These workers need to be fired and some ones that are not useless need to fill the position. This is ridiculous. They’re pissing people off and costing this location money.
We had a great waiter, often that makes the rough edges smoother. Food was good, we chose 2 appetizers as we are a large family. For the triple dipper you choose 3 of 6 options, my son likes the cheese bites best. For the loaded boneless chicken wings, what can I say, the pepper was perfect, but you need to ask them to bring salsa. Plates are a little on the plentiful side so I recommend dont order 2 appetizers next time!Yes, the mens room was a disordered mess, they need a more frequent inspection interval, its better to leave with a memories of warm tortillas and chili sauce in your mind than a dirty restroom.
Chili’s 🌶 is still a great place. I have lots of fond memories because my husband and I had our first date there, we had a small dessert food fight with the whip cream dates later and our children love the burgers and the ribs and enchiladas and of course the CHOCOLATE MOLTEN VOLCANO CAKE! My husband will eat one of those before the meal. Lol The service is always friendly and food is delicious. Chili’s is still a great place.
The food was tasty, however the service was severely lacking. I needed condiments and by the time the server came by to check on us and get my condiments my dinner was cold. We then couldnt pay the bill when we were done because the ziosk was not working and then had to wait another 15 minutes for him to come back with the check and pay.
The food was good and the drinks were delicious, but they put us on a side where we were the only party! It was extremely hard to get someones attention if you needed something! We were also really close to the entrance so everyone that came in gawkd at us like we were in the VIP section! Not comfortable at all!!
The server was nice but overwhelmed. Ordered crispy cheddar bites, loaded potato soup, kids cheeseburger bites, boneless buffalo chicken salad, a classic burger and skillet chocolate chip cookie. Nothing about our visit impressed us enough to come again.
Chilis stepped their game up with the hiring of very Smart Beautiful & Attentive female Host,there wait time is average @ 5 to 8 minutes compare to how they used to be 15 to 30min wait time!I ordered the avocado/jalapeño burger w/fries & unsweetened tea!.......it would have been worth waiting in line for the old 15/30min! not only does your belly get full so do your eyes!

There was a man working today and he gave me so much attitude and barely talked. he gave me weird looks and his mask was barely on. definitely wouldn’t recommend him and i wish i took his name. this is the worst service i’ve had here ever.
Food was terrible, service was worse. Never had an actual waitress or anyone even really acknowledge me unless I grabbed at someone and asked for help. Never got a bill, got tired of waiting and just left money on the table. Didnt even eat most of my meal it was so gross.

Great go-to place for friends and family! You can come anytime and grab a quick bite, meanwhile you catch up with your friends about the latest news, watch some sports at the bar area and get a nice drink. Overall, would recommend you always come here for a good time!
Sadly the food was cold, fries were freezer burned to some degree and tasted like they were twice fried (fries were hard). The butter on the cold corn on the cob was not melted. Didnt have utensils or napkins on the table, asked for them and overheard another employee say I havent seen any napkins in a while. Meat was stacked on what would other wise be toasted bread so it was soggy. It was a rather disappointing experience at this location and have no desire to return. The kiosks were also down so I was unable to check if I had rewards (usually do at my regular Chilis). The lady did come by twice after the food, napkins and utensils arrived so thats the only plus I can say.
Did not like the service. Waitress Latrice didnt check on our table not even once. I dont know if she was having a long day or what but her service was unacceptable. I will say the manager tried to joke the negative vibe away but the vibe surely came back when I taste my food and my pasta noodles were hard and cold. After waiting for over an hour, finishing two appetizers ( one of which was also not pleasing) I just will not return to this chilis any time soon. Only giving the two stars because of the manager.
My boyfriend and I had dinner here today; not bad tried the 3 for $10.DrinkEnchilada soup..not badCajun chicken pasta.. dry had to ask for extra sauce..chicken tasted fake.But cant complain all that for $10 not bad
Nice staff, but there are some foundational issues with this location. When the toilets overflowed (which happens, its not their fault), the staff (1) didnt coordinate with the Sunway next door to route customers there, and (2) didnt move customers away from the stinky bathrooms. It should have been handled better.
I always have a great visit at this location and today was no different. Our server was very attentive and provided great service. Our food came out quick and tasted delicuous. Overall it was a great experience.
We came in with 20+ people and I have to say they went above and beyond to make sure our party was completely happy. Things came out scattered but thats to be expected with the amount of people. Everything was delicious and no mess up at all.
That host was very kind and friendly. Jeremy was an awesome waiter! Love him! Only four stars due to the hamburgers were very greasy.

I was really disapointed at first sight. They were served cold and dry. No flavor, it was more a beef jerky texture..... Really disapointed.. Really liked the $20 dinner for two. We tried that a few weeks ago and we had more than plenty of food we even took some home with us. We visited around dinner time and service was reasonable and not slow. however it did take a while for us to finally close out and pay.Food quality was great, healthy choices as well and we had the mango chile tilapia plate and the chicken fajita plate.
Food was good, service was a little slow to get the food out- it was during the lunch rush though, so I guess that is to be expected. They have a lot of new items on the menu. They have chicken and waffles now, hahaha, it wasnt too bad.
We have to stand at the front door which is less than 2 feet from the podium waiting on the host no less than 15 minutes now we miss most of the game because of this nonsense. Take us to a seat the table and the seat is dirty and we have to stand and wait till they wipe it off before we can sit down why not do that before you escort us there. Very disgusting...!!!

Chilis Grill & Bar Torrance restaurant. Excellent service - timely, attentive and helpful. The bread is excellent and be careful to not eat too much of it. The fish and the steaks are fresh and while basic are still very good.
We kept being forgotten for our extra stuff like extra plate, Side of ranch, drinks were flowing until dessert we were out and then we didnt get any more refills. With molten chocolate lava cake you need something. Oh well, other times ive gone and got great service,no one is perfect.
Went in there at 5.45 pm didnt get my food till 6.30 only 4 of us. only order mushroom burger.plain burger.plain sirloin steak.I/2slab of ribs .at 7 pm I order my cookie desert.that took 25 min to get .they did discount my 2 cokes drinks for me being patience.food is great thou.but not worth spending 2 1/2.eating there thank you Jose.

Kids love it, great service, decent food and atmosphere. Food choices are a bit lacking but theres a few good dishes though and a fun tablet full of(actually good)games and trivia in ANY category for kids or adults. We always spring the 2 bucks for the family entertainment Lol. Everything is GREAT here only reason 4 stars is they could add a few more entrées as Ive had the few good ones...Def go4it if your thinkin about it in the area, best Chilis Ive ever been to in 30 sumthin years...

This place use to be good. But now theyre service is straight bad. Waited 20 minutes to get a table with my family. Nobody came for another 15 minutes. Not even to offer drinks or appetizer. The food here is fine, no issues there, but the service is incredibly slow. Multiple times my drink has run dry and I wont see an employee walk by for 10 minutes, even then you have to flag them down to get a refill.

I did not dinne in but had a take out. I took an appetizer because I find the portions too big in restaurants in USA. I had ribs and a coleslaw. Both very good and enough portion for me. I also tried the bread puddind for desert. Very dense and large portion but good.
The salmon meal from the lighter menu was soooo good. The salmon was crispy on the bottom & & lite, fluffy, and seasoned on the top. A 3rd of the plate was filled with nicely seasoned broccoli and there was a small portion of spanish rice. New waitress from Chicago was in training and did an excellent job. #Chilisgrill#Salmonmeal

Ordered a chicken quesadilla for my son. Chicken and cheese only. They forgot the cheese!!! Literally! Only pieces of chicken with what appeared to be a baked tortilla?Then they offered to bring me a side of cheese!!! Ridiculous! Also took a lifetime to get our check!
I ordered the items of the special 3 for 10 but the waitress charged me the items separately and said that I needed to have specified in the beginning that was what I was ordering. I understand I should have been more clear from the beginning but Im sure she could have changed it if she wanted to.
First time at Chilis in a while and the one I had gone to in Torrance was phenomenal. The steak was pure perfection meeting the ideal perfect picture of a commercial medium rare steak!! BRAVO TO THE COOK, SERVERS, AND EVERYONE for a wonderful experience. Till we meet again!!

Ive been patronising Chilis for many years now, and Ive always had good food. The burgers are good, and I like the ribs, but my favourite has always been the Cajun chicken pasta. It makes for a great lunch.
Horrible service and food!!! Walked in about 9:45 no one at front desk, bar tender looked at us for about 6 minutes before I had to walk over to her and ask about being seated, after being seated had 3 different waiters/waitresses, food came out wrong, second serving was horrible. Horrible experience overall.

I really like chilis in Torrance, Ca but to be honest I think they put the chef from Carson, ca chilis in Torrance my veggie burger and my other family Members had burnt food beyond belief .they have great hosts and great food runners but this will be the last time I ever go to another chilis thats from me and my family.

I love Chills but this is not one of my fav locations. I ordered a simple quesadilla explosion salad. I ordered it with dressing on the side. The salad came back 3 times wrong. 2 hours later.

When its not busy, the service is great. When its busy, the service tend to get bad. You can literally ask several times for refill and still not get it, so I avoid game days.As of food, food here is excellent :)
I took my daughter yesterday for dinner on her birthday and I was really surprised a lot of the waiters /waitresses came out together and surprised her as they sang happy birthday and gave her a free ice scream! I wasn’t sure Chilies still did that :)

This location is never crowded when I go and the food is great. The prices are decent and there is a good amount of parking. The servers are friendly and helpful.

Chilis food is okay and their drinks are watered down. Im never usually impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant or the bathrooms...the floors are usually sticky.
Ordered their classic Sirloin and its always delicious. Margaritas are yummy and Service is always on point.
Will today was that I was upset the young lady told me to u have to wait 30 min so I wait 30 min then she was gone to take a party of ten before me so I got up an said no you told me that it was 30 min then I said were is the manager she came to the table an took care of us overall my brithday was great any time I will come here but I dont wanted her as my waiters but Lauren was great

2022-05-24Chili’s offered a break in the day, a good sized restaurant offering both eat in, bar services and takeaway food options. The menu has changed since I last visited sk j tried the brisket bbq burger which was good. Taste with the bbq and ketchup sauce was a little overly sweet for my taste but the burger and brisket was good. It comes with fries in a small (by American standards) container that didn’t leave waste and didn’t force me to over eat, which was welcomed. I paired this with a peach ice tea. Expected it would include refills but that was never offered. Service was generally good, each booth and table offered a console to view menu and pay, however it wasn’t immediately obvious if never used before and the staff soon came to offer help and take the order. Service was fast and good and staff were helpful and friendly. Located across the road from the mall it offers a change when the mall gets busy. Worth a visit and the menu change was welcomed.

Pictured here is the Caribbean salad with shrimp and it was divine! 10/10 and I’m a health conscious eater! Server was attentive and helpful. 2022-04-06We were able to get in with no wait. Our server (forgot their name) was quite polite and helpful when it came to suggesting what to order when we were indecisive. The food took a bit long, but it was great. Our server did a great job at entertaining us (while also tending to their other tables) to ease us through the wait.

2022-05-10We arrived at about 1:30pm on Mothers Day and we had no wait time. They took our drink order within 5 minutes of us being seated and the meal order was taken within 15 minutes. The only issue was they put in our food order before the appetizer so we got our meals before the appetizers. All the food was cooked well and tasted great. Service was excellent.

2021-10-17Worst experiences ever. Go to Carson. Update: 10/2021 there are 8 tables seated, 20 something empty tables, and a 30 minute wait, which turned into an hour before we left. No bartender working on a Sunday during football season? What in the world is going on and how does this get better if management nor corporate dont even respond to bad reviews?I wonder if corporate knows how poorly this location has been run for the past two years. The last 6 times, we have left for various reasons, and yet we kept going back because it is my sons favorite. Tonights debacle may have sealed their fate on us never returning. Dont post that you are open for dine in until 11, if at 8 something, youre going to start turning dine in customers away. You have a near empty restaurant with 3 tables occupied, and you cant open the other side and accommodate all the customers you turned away? Ridiculous. Dont use Covid as an excuse--its been a year. Figure it out. We used to go at least once or twice a week with a party of 5, and we will try never to go back.

2022-07-09Service was very, VERY slow, and a lot of the food was cold.Our sever, Michelle, deliberately (I believe) refused to make eye contact with any of her tables as she walked through her section making it difficult for customers to get her attention for anything we needed.The fries that I ordered along with our appetizer were brought out to our table before anything else, and they were so cold, they were inedible. Once Michelle finally got around to checking on us again, I let her know and she took them back, and when the new ones came out with the appetizer platter, they were hot, but the Southwestern egg rolls were barely lukewarm.The time it took for each thing we ordered to come out and for Michelle to come by and check if we needed anything was horrendously long. By the time I received the Cholula and limes I requested for my shrimp tacos, they were already getting cold too.As we were eating, we overheard the table next to us discussing a mistake Michelle had made on their check. As such, we carefully reviewed ours when it came, and she had made an error on ours as well.This isnt a case where the restaurant was so busy that it would have been impossible to keep up with service and food quality. A large number of tables were being left unused the entire time we were there, even though we ourselves (a party of 2) had to wait 30 minutes to be seated.We decided to try this Chilis after a similar bad experience at the one in Carson, but now Im starting to think that maybe its just the chain itself.I feel that the manager of this restaurant wasnt keeping a close enough eye on the operation and activities of his staf, but thats just my opinion.

2022-06-08Tons of flies buzzing around, service took an eternity to do even the most basic of tasks. How do you only check on customers once every 20min?Drinks took 15min in an empty restaurant, the waitress saw multiple empty margarita glasses at our table and didnt even offer a new one. Throwing away A Lot of moneyDespite this it took an hour for 2 entrees and we simply packed up the food and left.Chilis needs to reconsider their Staff ASAP because this is the second location this has happened to.I didnt complain the first time but this time was a bit too much!
