I normally love Chilis, but this is the 2nd time Ive eaten here and the service was slow. Plus they were out of the skillet queso again.
On a busy Sunday afternoon, we were seated rather quickly. Most of us ordered quesadillas and they were all good.

My friend and I went to vote then get a bite to eat. We both love Chilis so we went and enjoyed ourselves. She ate appetizers-I had 1/2 slab of ribs. They were delicious but I didnt even eat 1/2 of the ribs. We both took leftovers home. We had some catching up to do, we laughed ourselves silly & stayed 45 minutes after we were done. It was an enjoyable night, our server Dominic was excellent! Plus football was on & there must have been 10 birthdays while we were there. A good time was had by all.

Food was good nothing special. I did have a hair in my drink but was quickly taken care of. Did not want to skip on paying the drink but they took it off the bill appreciate that.
This is probably m,y wife and my top 4 favorite places in on this side fo town. Clean, friendly and great selection of drinks. The menu is awesome and the southwestern rolls are so good!!! They also added some monster burgers to the menu!

Let start by saying our server Drew was Great. Other than that, you dont need a Mask to walk in. The staff at the door said its not their job to ask people to put a mask on. Thats the job of the Manager. Never saw the Manager. COVID not complaint

Stopped here for dinner while passing through. The food was fine, nothing special but not bad. The service, however, was awful. Our server was great at first, gave us time to look over the menu and took our order. But from that point on service slowed WAY DOWN. After a solid 10-15 minutes, 2 of 3 sodas came out and then it took another 15 minutes for the third one. Once the meal came out we were checked on one time and then never saw the server again. Never brought us the bill, never checked if we needed anything, just nothing. She walked by to other tables a couple times but even when I tried to get her attention, nothing. We paid on the stupid machine (I hate those tabletop computer/games/apps) and left.
Worst service I’ve ever endured at any restaurant ever. A host walked us to our table and as he was explaining how the menu works the manager shouted something at him, mocking him. He told her to calm and we sat down. That manager proceeded to be the most rude and obnoxious employee I’ve ever seen. For example, we asked the manager “could we get separate checks?” While most places would be like “sure thing!” She let out a loud sigh and walked away to do it. As well as she walked back to to let us know she was going to transfer us to a different waiter, and proceeded to say “guess who’s going home!……. ME!” The food was ok
They forgot my sister salad we had it after almost everybody else ate and the broccoli was very overcooked
This location is on point. Great food and friendly staff. However our poor server was not getting the help she needed at all. We felt for her. People that worked there passed our table several times and no one asked if we needed refills on our drinks. Our server deserves 5 stars, being pregnant and doing everything for everyone there..she is a rockstar

Had to change my review from 5 star to 1 star. Their bathrooms are gross. Helpful hint for folks who havent worked food service. If the bathrooms are neglected, you can bet that the kitchen is just as dirty and neglected.
I am a local business that decided to stop by for lunch with my wife. I walked into the restaurant at about 1:20pm with no one at the front door to greet us..there was two ladies standing there waiting on someone to help them also..they said us that a lady from the back said she would be right with them but no one had came out. Some one finally came out and seated them, the immediately went straight back into the kitchen area as the front door started getting busy...I took it upon myself to go the back and look for a manager to complain. I bumped into another server and when i told her what was happening she said she had already knew what was going on. I walked back up to the front a guy walked up and I asked if he was the manager..he said yes. I told him what was going on and he immediately went defensive..instead of apologizing and helping us he had every excuse in the book for the mishap.He never fixed the issues..just wanted to argue his point. We walked out and he continued to talk like he did care if we stayed or not. I will definitely never go back to this Chillies..very unprofessional if this manager is going to deal with customers this way I would fire him. I will make sure any business I deal with gets a ear full from me on the way this staff handles their customer..I will be contacting the Franchise Owner to let them know..
Tried this places again...why!? Sat a the bar for 7 to 10 minutes. Completely ignored. Headed to BJs. Thanks Chilis. Proving once again this place is truly a poor place to spend your money.Service staff have friends they prioritize over other customers waitng

The food was eh! Outdoor seating was very nice! But the food was not as good as it usually is! I got the 3 for 10$ (Crispy chicken). The potato soup was on the cooler side and the bacon was very dry (still not horrible). The chicken WAS NOT crispy, tasted good but it was kind of cold and soggy! I also got the Texas fries, these were bad! It looked like they made it eight hours ago and served it to me! The fries were soooo soggy in the middle and soooo dry on the edges. The cheese was frozen on there, as if they had prepared hours before. The best thing about it was probably the jalapeño! I got there an hour before closing and I guess that was my fault. Because the service wasn’t awesome either! There were two waiters. Our waiter was working very hard, cleaning and helping people! But he seemed more concerned with cleaning than the service! The other waitress was standing at one table with her friends and once they left, she went inside, never to be seen again! I wanted a lemonade refill and I it took more than 20 minutes until I was able to flag the waiter down! Three stars because I think and hope that it was a one time thing and because I got there a bit late! Which is on me but they are open... whenever I go, there is always a level of quality that I enjoy and learned to expect that level. Last night was kind of disappointing!
Had forgotten about Chilis during this pandemic. My loss. This visit was as memorable as in the past. Their hospitality is among the best. The food superb. What more can I say. Visit - soon.

Our waitress was phenomenal. Very kind and helpful. She managed to rework the menu in order for us to save money. She even packed us a warm bag of tortilla chips and a cup of sala to go. The food and drinks were great and the ambiance was relaxed. I definitely would come back again.
We had to wait a little while for a table due to the fact, at least it appears, that they do not have enough staff to work the restaurant. Dad said the staff that they do have their are wonderful and conscientious. I would come back there just because the staff is so nice. I had the lunch special thats well worth the money that you spend for it. Overall it was a good deal and the people who work there are real nice.
Their portions have gotten way smaller. They are short staffed so prepare to wait alot to be seated and for the food to take 40min+ to come out. Very disappointing.
Patio was actually kinda cute but Ill be honest.. felt like there were some tables still too close to each other. But customer service and food were great. Love their chicken enchilada soup. Cant wait till things are back to normal again.
This chain has been a staple of the community for a least 20yrs plus. I had stopped going ..food and service were lacking. But happy to say, I just went on the spur of the moment and wow, place was packed. New menus, new food, drink items and the waitress service received by Lynn was awesome! Will definitely be returning.
Always a favorite spot because food is usually very good and pricing reasonable. Dont miss their 3 for $10 deals, and lunch specials during the week. Most people feel that their burgers are some of the best to be had anywhere.

Tried the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadilla for lunch and couldnt be more impressed. Fantastic item. Quick service for a mid-sized group at lunchtime. Waiter was right there to handle beverage refills and anything else that happened to arise and dealt very well with an exceptional order request.
Went to this location for lunch on July 5th around 1:45pm-ish. It wasnt crowded at all, and the host was very kind and seated us promptly. The waitress however took her time. The host ended up getting our drink orders. It took a while for the waitress to come and take our order. Once our orders were placed, and the food came out, everything was fine. My husband didnt end up getting his drink, but honestly we forgot too....and once we remembered, they gave us the drink in a to-go cup. The restaurant looked a little dirty, but not horrible or filthy. Even though the waitress was slow, she was very friendly.
Theyre not the best around, but Chilis ribs are tasty. I had a great steak there recently. Our waiter was also very friendly, and over the years most were as well. My dad and I are suckers for some good ribs and usually satisfy ourselves here.

My family and I visited this location twice while on vacation. Im a very picky eater and I can honestly say I had no complaints either time as far as the food. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and the chicken was cooked to perfection! Definitely would eat there againI will say they were under staffed the first night we went there. It took forever to get our food.
Kortney needs more training as a waitress, shes not pleasant at all. I asked for something and she said okay. I waited for 10 min, but she never came back with what I asked for. I tried calling other waitresses over, but they literally ignored me when I called to them. I am never a rude customer towards food service employees because I have experienced servicing myself so I know how it is. But this really upset me because I asked for one simple thing and it was apparently difficult.

Food not cooked and served as ordered. Waitress didnt return to check on the under cooked for for 15 minutes. Didnt remove the empty salad plated even after piling the up for them and asking after the main entre had been served. Empty plates still on the table when dessert was served. Had to ask again to have it removed. . The manager got involved and took off the price of the original steak that was uncooked and then charged a higher price for the replacement steak and left it on the bill to be paid.
Service in the bar area at a high top table was extremely slow. We waited more than 10 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us. She seemed more interested in chatting with her fellow workers than actually working.
Tried the cajun chicken pasta this time. Good, but not as good as Olive Garden. The food was pretty decent as usual. Our waitress disappeared for a while. Great cheesecake. Overall pretty good. I usually get ribs or fajitas.
I have always liked going to Chilis. In my mind, and this is not an insult, its like a high-end Dennys. They have solid menu items, wonderful soup, great salads, and appetizers that always hit the spot. Today I had soup and appetizers for lunch and I must say that their loaded baked potato cheese soup is fantastic. I cannot remember having a bad experience at Chillis. Highly recommended.
I have been going to this location, almost weekly, for a couple of years. The last year, Ive really seen a huge decline in service. It got to the point where I took two breaks. Tonight, after talking to someone who currently works there, I decided to give it one more chance. I was told that the entire kitchen crew had been replaced since they were the ones who were causing the issues. Well, apparently thats not all that needs to be changed still. Everything was fine at first. Then, I found myself wondering where my food is. I seriously waited for like 20minutes after I ordered for it to come. The waitress even said (verbatim), Sorry that took so long. The guy who cooks this finally showed up. I was like no worries. But, then I noticed it wasnt what I ordered. I asked her about it, and she said, no I heard this blah, blah, blah. At this point, I said forget it. I give up on this location. I still love the food, but will never return to this location.

When I rate a chain like Chili’s, I put it up against fair expectations are of a Chili’s. So really this isn’t a 5 compared to like some awesome restaurant... but as far as Chili’s go... they couldn’t have done it better... so that to me should equal 5 stars.Visually this isn’t your Mother’s Chili’s. I was immediately struck by the bar area that looked nothing like a traditional Chili’s bar, but was pretty darn cool. Then I started to notice the other differences. This was clearly a remodel and I liked what they did with it! And I don’t usually like remodels.Our waiter was Jesse J and he was fantastic. He is friendly, entertaining and makes you feel like you’re at home. But even better than that because we wants to serve you. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and the promotions (which we took part in 3 promos). Speaking of promotion... if the supervisors at Chili’s are reading this... you should consider giving Jesse J a promotion. A bonus at least.The food was very tasty, exactly as expected. There’s not really much mystery about what you’re getting at Chili’s, but that’s a big part of why we like it on occasion. If you want to eat at Chili’s... this is a good one!

We really enjoy this particular Chilis restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive, the booths are clean and we get our food very quickly. We have literally been right next to a different Chilis off I-14 but drove the extra miles to go to the one at Stevensons Ranch.
Went in for lunch ordered triple combo with brisket, bacon cheddar chicken, and half order of ribs. Comes with corn fries pickles and plenty of toast. Not bad for . But area has plenty of BBQ joints around? Maybe you should bring your own BBQ sauce as one tasted like ketchup and they all seem to have corn syrup in them!

Our bartender/waitress has always been great to us,but for some reason on this visit the kitchen dropped the ball BIG TIME ! My wife ordered a burger medium well and it came to the table almost mooing. I ordered some dry rub ribs and they came wetter than the ocean. Simply disappointing outing this time around. And the manager was paying more attention to the employees who were apparently off and having a good old time at the bar . Unfortunately we will not being going back any time soon.
Service is always excellent here. Food is very good for the price, especially with their ongoing deals on dinner. Might want to call ahead because the wait can be long sometimes.
Last one visited was on Santa Clarita, CA. Usually, Chilis is a very good place to eat; but on this ocasion, it was awesome. I had a burger and a tea. The burger was delicious, the spicy fries great, and I washed all down with an unsweetened regular tea that was great. Service was corteus and friendly, place and restrooms were clean. What can I say. Highly recomended. If youre travelling along I-5, its worth the 10 minute detour.
Food is a good value. Everyone in the family can find a dish that they like. And Mar-Go-Ritas are an idea whos time has come. Take out booze FTW.
Great food. The service not so much, for some odd reason there was a 20 minute wait time when half of the tables were empty. After that the service was pretty slow. The waitress took really long to take our orders, as well as serving our drinks and plates.

The ribs are amazing, the service is a 4/5. The free chips and salsa are a 1/5. The service could have been a 5/5 but I ran into two mishaps. Upon my into all arrival and seating, getting my drink order in and all my waitress decided to go home. I was placed with another waiter. He did a superb job but after I finished my meal he came to pick the plates/cups off the table. Anyway I had my 50% unfinished soda spilled all over me. The next topic is the salsa. Even though it was free, it was beyond mediocre. I could have gone to Vons and bought my own. The first salsa was so liquified I could barely get a little on my chip. Fast forward to the replacement. The next salsa was super chunky but extremely bitter and tart. The chips themselves were bland. Don’t waste your vouchers on the chips/salsa, get a free beverage instead
My waitress was really awesome. Food was good and she was super helpful in suggesting options and opinions. I wasnt sure what to eat but what she suggested was amazing. Ribs were tender and full of flavor and the street corn was Delicious!!!!
I went to Chilis Valencia on Sun, the waitress spilled our drink, the food was good, so a spilled drink wasnt a big deal. The bill came and we left a cash tip so no tip on the credit card charge. Now I look at my bank accont and noticed the card was charged an extra $10 for tip, looks like somone added themselves with an extra tip. Everyone should look at the charge on their bank accounts. The amount is not the issue its the principal of it. Will never go there again.
I ordered dinner via Chilis website. One of the items I ordered was a salad with blue cheese dressing. When I was ready to eat my salad, there was no dressing.i looked in the bag thinking Chilis mustve put it on the side. Unfortunately thats not what happened. I called and Bri answered the phone. She was unprofessional and clearly has no customer service skills. She had no resolution to correct the issue yet suggested, I should go back and pick it up. The manager Alex was just as bad. However he did offer to comp a salad the next time I go in. He only took my name and number. . A credit to my card wouldve been nice. I wont be going back to Chilis.

Im from Santa Barbara got evacuated 2 days ago because of the Thomas fire, after a very rough week we are staying in Valencia/Santa claritaCA, me and my husband decided to have a nice dinner first of all they didnt let us sit In a regular table just the bar because it was 8:45 and they were not serving in the tables anymore we didnt mind since we were there in the middle of dinner the news with the Santa Barbara started and we mentioned the bar tender if she could raise a little the volume since it was were we got evacuated she didnt say anything got the remote control and changed the channels I understand the company policies about having sports but it was gonna be Literally minutes, she made or nice dinner bitter she was just rude.Honestly makes me visit any Chillis again.
Lisa was our waiter, my son asked for ginger ale which they don t serve, but Lisa went out of het way to mix coke and sprite,, and woala!! Ginger ale appeared. Excellent service.

Poor slow service, resteraunt almost empty we literally walked around the place looking for an employee to pay for our food. The manager was in the bar watching TV. He eventually came out then had to look for our waiter because he didnt know how to ring us up.

I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich on a pretzel bun. The bun was burnt and hard, the chicken was bland. The service was rather slow. Only good thing was the Sprite.

Loved the burger and the corn on the cob, but the cheesy potato soup was way too cheesy for me. The waiter was nice too.

2021-09-27We went on Sunday and sat in the bar. Just the right vibe we were looking for while eating a late evening snack. Our server was attentive and engaged in the right amount of conversation to get our meal order complete. We took advantage of the daily 3 for $10 specials which is the right amount of food to fill you up.Chips and salsa here are the best.

2022-04-16Ordered a turkey club. Was surprised to see that they used some over processed turkey meat substitute rather than real turkey sliced off the bird. It was edible, just disappointing. Service was good, not crowded. Just wont order without asking more questions next time. My dining companion ordered a salad and arrived exactly as pictured and described in the menu.

2022-06-18Terrible service, inconsistent food portions. Waitress only approached us to take our orders and never again. Wasnt able to order refills or a dessert. 3 employees were at the bar area and none were passing by the tables. Im usually a generous tipper, but Im sad to say I just couldnt promote such terrible service.

2021-11-09Their new bacon BBQ Burger was amazing the bacon was like candy it was so stacked with bacon highly recommended although I couldnt really eat much because theyre so big had the Cajun Chicken Pasta also came out perfect so good will definitely go back again
