I received a burnt and inedible burger. I have never left a burger unfinished but I left this thing in the table with a couple of bites. I didnt taste meat but burnt oil/fat which was hard and crunchy.When I told the waiter she asked me if I wanted a check lmao. No offer of a fresh burger or a refund.Ive come here twice a week for like 3 weeks now but this is too much to overlook. I shouldnt have even paid for it.
Went in to pick up Online order I SPECIFICALLY asked are there utensils inside with the meals?... was told yes. I get all the way back to my hotel to find NO utensils. Now food is getting cold while I track some down. When did it become the responsibility of the consumer as the one who has to TRIPLE check their work to manage their quality control? I am not on Chilis payroll to conduct myself as the supervisor to its employees.
We did Curbside pickup. Showed up early, and before we even checked in, someone came out to the car. AMAZING SERVICE. Who does that? She told us they were still working on it, I said I knew we were early, so it was fine. The order came out right on time and accurate. I have had great experiences here for dine in as well. Definitely worth the money, huge portions and great food!
Was told my order would be ready between 5:13 and 5:18. Arrived and checked in at 5:13. Finally got the order at 5:30. Arrived home and the ribs were only boiled no grill marks. No sauce on the ribs. Wings were good and shrimp bowl was good. If ever I order from chili’s again would not get the ribs. The worst ribs I have ever had. Also would not add a tip
Be careful ordering takeout, I ordered and didn’t receive my $8.00 slice of cheesecake, and when I called to get a refund I was denied speaking to the manager and told he would call me the following day if I left my number. I ended up hanging up and calling back 5 minutes later to speak with manager, which I did and he told me I should see a refund in a week, if I didn’t call back. It’s been 2 weeks I have to call back, this is such an inconvenience, when they could have just got my order correct now I feel like I have to do all this work just to get my money back. This place was a regular because it’s in my neighborhood, not anymore! Check your order before driving off, when picking up order because they make it very hard for you to get your money back for missing item.
The staff members working curbside/to go orders were horrible when I came in. First of all, the sign outside for to go orders state for you to wait in your car someone will be out to help. Well after sitting and waiting in the car for nearly 25 mins, I walked in to a group of younger Indian women who were standing behind the register in regular clothes (NON chili uniforms) so they werent presenting themselves as actual employees willing to assist. Once I advised them Id been waiting in the car for someone to come out and bring my order she never apologized. She gave me my cold food that I had to go home and reheat. Chilis has dropped the ball allowing Employees as such to represent their brand so carelessly. I wont be back unless conditions improve at this location.
Ordered over the phone, say I dont want any type of salsa/onion/pick or guac, get my order only to find pics over everything including INSIDE the container of black beans. Ordered the exact same thing Ive ordered in the past. I have never gotten black beans with pico inside of them. Then while picking up, they asked me to go to my car so they can bring my alcohol. Come outside they want to put it in my backseat? First, if theyre so worried about liability dont sell alcohol to go. Second, PUTTING THE BEVERAGE IN THE BACKSEAT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE IF THE LAW CONSIDERS ALCOHOL ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE TRUNK ILLEGAL. Theres nothing stopping anyone from reaching back and putting the drink in their cup holder. Oh and my drink tipped over and spilled half the contents so my car has a little margarita scent now
So put an pickup curd side order tonight. Sitting in # 1 pickup spot in my truck I have a clear view into the kitchen and the spot they put the food in the bags. One of the girls picks up a pile of containers with food in the , turns around to put them in the bagging spot and the top one falls off. She picks it up hands it to the girl bagging the food . At this point I get out of truck to see even better what they do . Yup it gets put in the bag, and guess whos order it was, mine . I questioned the girl , same as the one who bagged it about it . Her response, o it was a bag that fell. When does a bag look like a square white Styrofoam box. ???? This is on top of my wife try to get a replacement for part of her order earlier in the week that was not right that the manager on that night approved for a next visit and gave her his name. Tonights manager said no. So the food in the white container went in the trash when I got home. The bowl of chili was half full . If I can figure out how to post a picture I will WILL NEVER GO TO THIS chilis AGAIN
Ordered online, was told food would be ready in 35mins ,went to pick up order and they said 10 more mins ,well that did not happen i had to wait there 45mins i was about to cancel order when they finally brought it out, not sure what happened but it was not a good experience, and my food was cold after all that ..
I order from Chilis about once a month. I order ribs, full rack. Last two times the ribs have been soggy. Has the recipe changed or the way theyre prepared? This current batch arrived in a puddle of BBQ sauce. Normally the BBQ sauce will stick to the ribs not pour our the sides of the tray. Have them drying out in my air fryer right now. Sides are still good though.
Terrible! Drinks were weak. Our fried pickles were burnt to a crisp! I cant believe theyd even serve them that way! I think they sat in the window too long and got another deep fry before being taken out. They were double greasy. Cuz they came out right before our food, which took a long time. My husbands food was nothing like the description. My food was cold. The server was sweet.
We had a really nice late lunch. Food was great, but our waitress was the best. She doubled as the bartender. She was quick and very efficient. I wish we had obtained her name. My husband loves to joke around and she was nice enough to play along. We were there today, September 9th, at 3:00pm, so her boss will know who were speaking about. We will patronize this restaurant again in the future.
Conveniently located to my home I decided to drop in for some fajitas and a margarita. First impressions. From the outside. The lighting on the sign is half lit. Upon walking in the smell of vomit hit me. No one was wearing a nametag so I wont be able to give any names except the bartender... Bryce with a Y. I only know that because the guy next to me asked him. The bathroom was atrocious. Does anyone who works here ever use the restroom? Does the manager ever check the restroom? I wanted to sit at a hightop table at the bar, but it was so dimly lit that I decided to head to the bar itself. Ordered the Mushroom Jack Chicken Fajitas 86 the chicken sub steak and a House Margarita from the HH menu. Drink was good. Came out quick. Food came out quick as well. A short lantino looking girl dropped my food. She left so quickly that I didnt even have a chance to tell her that my order was incorrect. Instead of chicken, I got steak. I tried to get the waitresses attention, but she wasnt paying any mind to me, so I gave up. I told Bryce and he made it right. Thank you Bryce! I was observing the staff while sitting there eating and honestly, I never saw one person smile. The food was ok. The restaurant was dirty and smelled horrible. As much as I would like to return because this place is so close to me, I just cant stomach it.
Went for dinner. One of the cooks didnt show so waited quite awhile for our meals. I understand this is happening everywhere. Suggestion: Manager should have given out free chips and salsa to keep us happy. We did get a discount but would rather of had something to munch on.
I really like this location of Chilis. Weve been eating here ever since we moved into the neighborhood. Since Covid weve been enjoying their take-out service. We have favorites set up on their website, so ordering is very easy. Sometime l arrive early for take-out and one of their employees will come out to check on me. They ask my name and quite often they return in a couple seconds with my order 5 or 10 minutes quicker than expected. The food is always very good and their servings are very generous.
Always able to get in and seated immediately. Its clean and the lighting is not dark. They have wide variety on menu. The food is great, especially their baby back ribs. They have ordering at table with a permanent tablet located at each table. Or, you can give order to waitress. You can also pay your bill on that via credit cards. Parking is great, shouldnt have problem with that. I love Chilis. If you prefer to sit at the bar, or they have smaller tables in there. It has wall mounted TVs for viewing.
Went here twice and Ive had both good and bad experiences. The food is the same as with every other chilis and is fine. But the service you get can be a hit or a miss. First time was good, but the second time was terrible. The waiter i had was a trainee. The food we ordered got served to another table and we were not told about it. After 40 minutes of waiting I ask another waiter (blond haired guy around his 50s, nice guy) and he inquired about my order. He sincerely apologized and got it right. New trainees must be trained properly and be taught the skills to maintain customer satisfaction.
BEWARE!! I did curbside pickup for the first time, and was very disappointed. They got one order wrong, they forgot the condiments, our food was cold, and they brought out the food about 5 minutes after our pickup window. When I called later to speak to a manager, no one was available. They took my number for a manager to call me back, and no one ever did. I will definitely never do curbside pickup at this location again, and I am unsure if I would eat inside either. Very poor customer service!
I havent eaten here yet. I deliver orders from Chilis and Just Wings. The system they have had in place during the 2020/2021 pandemic has been one of the best. They are on time almost every time, even when they are very busy. Always great customer service and with a smile.
I came there today and I ordered online I got a little pals burger with some fries and apple juice and I got a margarita to go and my food was done super fast it was very very good the best food Ive had at Chilis in a long time and right when I got there for my pickup order or I should say my curbside order literally you guys were out there less than a minute to bring me my food and I thank you so much cuz it was delicious and I just wanted to let you guys know that you guys are amazing and to keep up the good work and thanks for being a great part of Sacramento county
Started off great at the door. Was seated promptly. Floors very dirty. Only 6pmMy server was pleasant. Took my order within 5mins.Like to wash my hands alot since Covy.Restroom was very dirty. Mirror. Someone had wrote. CLEAN ME in the very dirty mirror.Obviously they do not go in there to often.Now to the meal.Ordered full rack of ribs mashed potato and broccoli.Side ceasar salad.Server forgot my water. What I orderedThe ceasar salad had pieces of half rotten lettuce in it.Definitely sat around for awhilePicked them out. If you serve something. You take out if. Or grab another dish. Comment for my server.The ribs were very dry..Broccoli had lots of yellow in it. Had to pick out the couple problems.Server did come by and ask if everything was ok.Meantioned that they were dry and walked away.Not what I was expecting.Had to ask for more water. Place was empty. Lots of staff.Did order dessert to go.Hopefully its good.I think is most people are ordering to go or delivery.They slap anything on a plate and serve it now a days.Would not go back.Thank you
I love chilis but they told me my order will be rest within 20 to 25 minutes. I arrived my order wasnt even started cooking. I waited over an hour for my order. If you are backed up with orders you should notify your customers over the phone when we put the order through.
Went here with 4 people total including me. The server was mildly flamboyant and very helpful. They forgot part of my meal and fixed me up quickly. The drinks were flowing and I was lush. Great experience. The ribs were tender and the chicken was cooked just right. Try the seasoned corn, its delicious. Over all I had one of the best nights out with friends in a while. I hope the next time I go the flamboyant server is there again.
Food was really good. But I was on the phone almost 15 minutes to order because I was asking to order Monterey chicken which is not on the menu anymore and it took them that long and 4 holds to tell me yes I could order it but got all the way home and realized I did not get Monterey chicken! The chicken I got was really good but I have no idea what it was called, was some plai/clear marinated grilled chicken. All my sides and dessert were delicious and i will go back soon, but will wait to order the Monterey chicken when I can dine in!
A great place to enjoy happy hour with coworkers or watch the game. I try to stop by at least once every two weeks for happy hour. There is a $5 featured drink each month and great appetizer specials. We usually order fried pickles and honey chipotle boneless wings which are both pretty tasty especially with ranch on the side. The onion petals are also pretty good. The servers are always friendly and attentive and I like the convenient option of using the machine at each table to pay by credit card. There are always lots of families mixed in with the after work crowd and the bar area seems kid friendly.
Got yelled at by one of the employees before I was even out of my car, did not eat there, and unlikely to go back. They decided that theyre handicapped spaces were for takeout only and proceeded to ignore my handicap plates while yelling at me that I cant park there. I explained to the manager that if this happens again it will be a very uncomfortable conversation. Absolutely rude treatment.
No dine in even though every other restaurant in Sacramento has come to their senses and opened their dining rooms for guests/customers. Unfortunately for Chilis they have lost a long time customer. Ordering to go just isnt the same with these types of restaurants(in my opinion). It is the atmosphere and the experience I pay an inflated price for food I can cook at home. So I went across the street to Applebees instead and had an amazing dining experience and will start going there instead of Chilis from now on.
Southwest egg rolls are awesome! Every time we go..margaritas and eggrolls! Fajitas are really tasty and sizzling upon delivery. Also the Cajun pasta, yummm. Always a pleasant experience for the whole family. Okay since this review weve gone several times. Apparently on a downhill slide. Soggy, OLD egg rolls, also more than the usual portion. And super quick. Someone else ordered them, then changed their mind. Even the mango blended margarita was super lumpy with ice. Downhill slide. Havent been back, and we used to go every week or so. Really sad, and theyll blame it on Covid, when it really has more to do with attitude.
Our waitress was amaizing! Kristy made us feel welcome and handled our weird order with ease. If I could change anything it would be to get the women some help. She was hostesses, waitress, bartender, and busser. Id help but she was in control...also the margarita was too good
Although the food was good the service was not so stellar. During our meal, she only checked in us 1 time. Three of the four of us had water and when one cup was refilled, the other two were ignored. I ordered dessert on the table computer since the server never returned and after 20 minutes I had to ditch it, loosing my money because I had an appointment. Would not return.
It could of been a better experience. They were not equipped for a large group of 40 people. The food didnt come to us the way we ordered it but we excepted what we got. We got a lot of apologies from the waiter but nothing was done to make it right. What can I say, the food was good but not great.
Updating: We used to be regulars. I assume due to staff turnover, the quality of food just hasnt been what it used to be. We get different sizes of sides and apps each time. For example, sometimes a small container of potatoes, sometimes bigger, and sometimes in the box with the meal bags, bags not full of chips, half full things of salsa, and if I order extra dip on cheese bites or pickles, they jam them into the container with the appetizer making it cold and less of it.. Also, the quality of meat has been really bad. Steak on 3 seperate occasions cooked incorrectly and tasted old and then the fattiest piece of chicken- tasted rubber-after I finally gave up on my favorite steak. Probably wont be eating Chilis from anywhere for a while. :(Old review--- My family eats here frequently. Due to covid, it has always been to-go. But it has been delicious, fresh, and quick every single time. Will definitely be returning!
This was the first time in our two years coming here and getting good food. It was the first time we hadnt had to send anything back. I would not recommend what they call street corn its disgusting and not real street corn. Our waitress was the worst. She came by once to see how things were going in the three hours we were there. She also didnt give everyone a water. We asked for it and it took her a few times of reminding. We had to flag her down every time we needed something. We even asked other waitresses. Actually another waitress got our check for us. We asked for the dessert menu and it took three times of asking and 30 minutes later. We decided not to get dessert. She definitely isnt a good waitress and should get proper training. Very disappointed in the staff here. This is normal staff behavior here each time weve been here. Not sure how their being trained?.Not sure if we will be going back..
Very much a chain restaurant. The restaurant is often busy and it is a matter of getting you in and out as fast as possible. The food quality is hit and miss. I am very happy they brought back the dry rub ribs though. Ask to sit in Glens section. He is the absolute best, remembers your orders, never forgets to bring you any thing you ask for, and is a delight!
Chicken Crispers! Went for a birthday dinner for a friend and it was delicious. We had a pretty large group and were impressed with how well we were all catered for. Special substitutions, Free birthday dessert, Split checks and all, they handled everything we threw at them. Would go again easily.
My order started off by being put on hold for 20 minutes just to get hung up on before getting a chance to even place my order. When I called back & mentioned I had just been on hold but was hung up on, & the server got an attitude with me like I was in the wrong. I attempted to order the southwest shrimp ceasar salad but ended up getting romaine with some shrimp on top of it. I asked for dressing on the side. They informed me it would cost extra which was fine. What I didn’t understand is why they gave me a vinaigrette on the side when I had ordered ceasar salad. I also ordered a side of chili with some shredded cheddar & sour cream on the side for an extra cost. Ok, not a problem. Well at least it wouldn’t have been if I had actually gotten them. I basically paid extra for my order to get as screwed up as it possibly could. To top it all off, I wasn’t given napkin or a utensil of any type. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from here ever again.
Super efficient, perfect service, restaurant is built for speed. The waiter was very friendly and honest about the selection.Food was very corporate tasting--use of fats and sugars to get people hooked like rats. Not a fan of the gastronomic manipulation. And, it was sub-par even though I had a boss burger with every type of meat slapped on there. I will be going back, but only because of the commercial evils that keep these places around.
Again I ordered curbside pick up and my order again was not correct this has been EVERYTIME! for over 2 years now what the heck is the problem!?! Im sooo upset i keep trying to give you a chance and I have also called about this numerous times! I wont be wasmy time supporting your business EVER AGAIN!!
Running around taking care of things and stop bye for a snack. The tea was very good and the salad was refreshing the combo of was a great idea. Got to share some of this delightful brunch with my best friend and got talk with the crew and even Maxwell he was so busy but took time to chat for an update on the status of the trip we took out of town. Weve been in this restaurant on numerous occasions and the service always sucks. Theyre slow even when the restaurants not that busy and their excuse is always our kitchen just got so slammed. On one occasion my husband ordered a soup and it was bottom of the pot. It was thick and nasty looking. We waited for over an hour and a half for our meal to come. You finally told him just cancel our order and paid for our drinks and left
I adore this restaurant! They serve splendid food, their menu is rich, The chef in that restaurant is very experienced, I like a lot trying all their dishes. The food is always fresh, the attitude towards the visitors is efficient. I often eat in this place and I not even once was disappointed. I highly recommend it.
This is the worst experience that Ive ever had at Chilis. In fact, Id give it zero stars were it just for the service issues alone, however once served correctly, the food was delicious.I went to Chilis with four other adults and two children. We basically had to beg for refills, didnt receive our food for about a half an hour, and some of us were served the wrong items. My boyfriends sides were all wrong, and he had to send his plate back. Once *my* food arrived, at least five minutes after everyone elses, my steak had sat long enough for the grease to have congealed and the sides were lukewarm. Moreover, my steak had sat long enough to be considered well done and Id ordered it medium-rare. After sending it back, I had to wait another 15 minutes to get a new plate, so everyone else had obviously finished eating.I realize that we all make mistakes and that food service is a thankless job, however not once were we offered an apology. In fact, we treated our waitress with kindness and understanding despite many screw ups. It would have been nice to have been offered something to make up for our crappy experience, but Id have settled for a sincere apology and some ownership of the mistakes.I hate leaving negative reviews but seriously, what a terrible job, Chilis!
Absolute worst experience I have had. The service was slow and it wasnt even busy. We didnt get our appetizer until after or entrees arrived. The food was ok but nothing special. Kept getting ignored since a table of 10 came in as we got our entree. Once we got the waitress attention we has to ask for our dessert since it was apart of our meal and a Togo box. 5+ minutes later we get a box but no dessert. While waiting for the dessert to arrive I was paying on the kiosk and I couldnt put in my rewards card number as half the screen wouldnt work. After flagging down our waitress she told me the only way to out in my rewards card was to reboot the kiosk and it would take awhile. At this point I didnt want to stay any longer so I just paid the whole check and finally the waitress came with our togo dessert.
Got curbside takeout, ordered the BigMouth Bites sliders. The burger patties were super small, about the size of a silver dollar, and shriveled up. The top had a bun, but the bottom was one long piece of bread for two burgers, not cut at all, so had to rip it apart. Really disappointed.
Service was slow. For a party of 4, they brought out 3 dinners quickly but the 4th trailed by more than 10 minutes. The first 3 dinners were cold by the time the 4th arrived.Ordered my moms steak well done, got medium rare and they started to argue with me saying it was my fault.Overall very mediocre experience.
Ive always loved Chilis but this time it sucked. First the parking is horrible especially for families with young children. I got ignored by the hostess and a couple who walked in after me were seated. I felt like the wall paper, not a valued customer. I was seated by the restrooms which on one hand works for my 2 year old. But hearing the flushing and running water was certainty irritating. I got the burger and fries. The burger literally fell apart as I tried to eat it. I was ignored by the waitress serval times for a refill and water for my daughter. I had to ask for to go dishware. I was rushed out to fill seats for other customersI got the 3 for $10I dont think this restaurant is child friendly. Im not coming back unless I get some respect and decent service
Avoid curbside. I used the Chilis app to order and the app worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the staff did not. Although I arrived two minutes before my order was to be ready, I waited in a designated Curbside parking space for 10 minutes until a staffer asked why I was there.The app had sent me a location-based notification Youve arrive and your food will be out soon, but I was a stranger to the staffer. Upon explaining myself, the staffer asked me if my order had been picked up by a Door Dasher. I didnt have an answer!Now I need to show the email notifications. Did you order through Door Dash? No. I ask them if they gave my food to someone not in the vehicle I identified in the order when it was placed (the app records and relays vehicle color, make, and model). Theyre pretty sure a Door Dasher grabbed my order. Staffer offers to remake the order that I had already paid for but had not yet received. I agree and wait another 15min for the order to be made. The order was for a salad, so I was happy to see they remembered the dressing (sometimes they forget).I should have checked the soda, because they replaced the Dr Pepper I ordered with Diet Pepsi (I mean, DP, right? Ive got a 50/50 chance going in). So, I may not be back anytime soon, and I surely wont preemptively tip next time. Chilis will need to Uber-ize the curbside tipping process.
I guess the good thing about this place is that its never all that busy but maybe the following reasons are why. Our food took a long time to come out and parts of it were cold and other parts were scalding hot. For not being all that busy I would have expected better, quicker service with a higher quality of food.
Ive always had a good experience and good food at this chilis. Time from entering to being seated is far less then some places, and the shopping center its in is nice and clean locale. Was sad to hear they got rid of the tableside guacamole though... Being allergic to cilantro was the only way I could eat it. Otherwise, five stars!
Popular place, esp. around lunchtime. Was still able to get a hightop table right away in the bar. Server took our order right away, and we had it in a few minutes. I got the lunch special, which is half a turkey club sandwich, and a house salad, for $7. It was great!
We go here every Friday evening for a wonderful meal...the place is always full and fun. They will change one of the TVs to a game we want if we ask. Servers are friendly and quick to fix a mistake (it is very busy remember) . The food is almost always perfect...(remember that sometimes its just the food and not the cook that is a little off) I just love this place.And
It was a Chilis restaurant experience, and thats why I went there.The host, waiter and busser were all ideal- not too much nor too little attention.We arrived at 12:05, were promptly seated in a nearly full house, and the meals were served quickly and correctly.I dont know yet whether Im a fan of the tabletop automated/electronic menu and cashier, but it was my choice to use it, and it was functional and flawless.
Chilis isnt anything to write home about but what you want from a chain is atleast service. The service here tends to always be slow. Some servers keep account of their tables and others could care less. It seems that only 3 staff is working at any given time. I had to walk up to the bar multiple times to get my bill paid since my server was no where to be found.
The service was as bad as it always has been at this location. The food was half- cooked when served and had to be sent back twice. Had to ask for silverware, napkins,and one drink. The manager came to our table twice to check on the food and argued with us whether or not the food was as cooked all the way. We have tried to give this place second, third, and fourth chances. I give up, they will not change.

We ordered to-go but wanted to eat inside because we have a short lunch. I asked the person in charge of seating people if this would be ok. I advised him that we would still order drinks and provide a tip as well. He then told us that it would not be a problem. He said that we could sit anywhere in the bar area. We sat down and began to eat our food. The server for the area ignored us a few times until he had no choice but to acknowledge we were calling for him. My wife asked for soda and waters. He proceeded to ignore her order and explain to us what to-go meant and that he does not usually serve people like us. I explained to him our situation and i told him i did appreciate his attitude or the fact he wss trying to define what togo order is. I asked for the manager that seemed just as complacent as the server. No apologies ever offered. The manager only stated that he would speak to his staff...
It gets worse every time i swears. My medium rare steak was well done and almost burnt. I almost broke my knife it was so tough. I requested x garlic butter on my corn, it had no butter at all. I said no tomato, onion or croutons on the salad, it had all 3. We ordered it for 12pm, it wasnt ready until 1230- i placed my order at 10:49AM.. I ordered extra Ancho Chile ranch dressing, I received only one regular ranch dressing. There was no fork and no straw. It was an absolutely horrible experience. This was an online to-go order...
We ordered two appetizer to go and decided to have a cocktail while we waited. The bar counters hadnt been cleaned off from previous customers....the bar smelled dirty and stinky... It was horrible....the bartender wasnt friendly at all....it was not a welcoming place....we dont plan on returning.
Chilis is one of our go-to places for a quick, economical meal. We always split something, and they are very accommodating. Being members of their club, we always take advantage of our free chips and salsa, although lately, the chips have been pretty greasy. Their other foods, like salads, burgers, and Tex-Mex foods are great, and come in plentiful portions for us to share and leave satisfied.
Horrible service. Chilis has gone downhill. Our drinks were wrong, my salad wasnt made , and when we finally got our food , it was cold. Told a manager we didnt want our food and we were leaving. The manager didnt say anything , but OK. Hr made no apologies and didnt even attempt to turn things around. Big waste of our evening. Zero stars
Thought I would give Chilis bar a chance since its the only one in the complex and it went exactly as I expected. Happy hour didnt include any decent beer and when we asked the bartender how much one would cost she replied with I dont know that with a very irritated tone. Left Right after. I will continue my tradition of not going to a Chilis.
5 stars is missing only because wait time was on excessive side and my sons food arrived cold. Which is quite a feat for their fajitas. However, the saving grace was the server. She was prompt, courteous and always checking in/updating us as to our order. She literlally made everything ok and turned a questionable dinner choice into a pleasant evening
Our waitress ALWAYS ABANDON her customers and talks with the bar tenders. last time our food was cold and had someone deliver our food. Today we had appetizers and was gud. she didnt stop to see or we needed anything. I waved her down to take our order for dinner . She took our order and LEFT OUR EMPTY DISHES FROM APPETIZERS. I waved another buser to take dishes
Service wasnt great in the bar. Went just get a beer with a friends around 8. Took a while to get served and then even longer just to get our chips and beer. Never came back around to check on us till we were almost ready to leave. Saw others flagging him down to get things and there was only about 15 people in the bar.
Disgusting food. Came in with my wife not expecting much, but was let down still. Food was more processed than Mcdonalds....at 6 times the price. Me and my wife spent 50 bucks for an appetizer and two dinner plates that left us feeling sick with the rubbery taste and 10 pounds of salt added to cover up the frozen food taste. Do yourself a favor and opt out of this chain. Chilis was OK five years ago....but today is absolutely disgusting.
Food is just OK. The service is spotty. Sometimes you get great waitstaff sometimes you wait 30 mins for water and 40 mins to get your food... then they forget that you ordered a beer. Unfortunately after 5 or 6 trips here, I has to stop going. It is close by but the service makes it not worth the money.
The people here are as quick as can be and some people dont realize that a restaurant doesnt always mean fast food service. If you want a meal it does take time to prepare and cook. This is not a place to just take the kids to grab a fast bite, thats what McDonalds is for. Some people come here to be treated like royalty while others are happy regulars that are always willing to chat with others here. It is a good place for social gatherings and that every now and then birthday celebration. Typical guests to expect here are the business men and woman that work in offices around the chilis. If youre looking for the best time to come in is around 2 to 3pm when the lunch rush is over. The food here is prepped in the morning and freshly served to guests everyday thanks to the hard working chefs and team members.
So, we wanted to have a good family dinner. It was a chance to have dinner with our Marine son before he goes back to school. There was 10 of us and it took awhile to get our food. But, I never got a chance to eat my food. Because my food never came out of the kitchen. They kept telling me that my food was coming. Then an hour later they tell me someone got my order. Everyone at our table had eaten all there food by this time. I told them we were ready for our bill. That is when the manger comes out to say sorry. She wanted to give us all ice cream on them. What!!! We use to go here for dinner at least 2 times a month. That is not happening anymore. Dear Chilis, You should not wait an hour before you say you are sorry!!
Love the bar side. Well, except the one TV tjat has one color missing for the past 5 years. Hint hint. Even after the remodel. :-|The bartenders and wait staff are responsive as needed. Some push the Ziosk use harder than others. I rather not pay a robot. But they do bribe you with points which earn you rewards...The molten lava chocolate cake is really super-duper good.
Im out of town and went there to redeem a free desert coupon.When I walked in, the greeter was absent. She showed up in a few minutes but had no idea which tables were empty. Meanwhile, two gentlemen came in and sat down at a table in the bar. Finally, I went and seated myself at an un bussed table in the bar. The table next to me was piled high with dirty dishes. 5 minutes later the waitress wiped off my table and asked me what I wanted. I told her a menu.The ketsup needed to be filled so I gave it to the waitress. She brought my onion rings, but not ketsup. I got my own.Buffalo chicken salad is usually good. But the lettuce was wilted and the dressing was watery.Never got a refill on my water.Checked myself out and got my free desert to go. No plastic ware in the bag, so I had to go to the hotel bar to get some.Waitress said she just got out of the hospital 7 days ago and appeared to be high on pain meds, but thats just an opinion. She was a nice lady, just not with it.All in all a pretty lousy experience. Ill be back in town, but wont ever go there again.

2022-05-08Local to where I live but a good representation of the chain. The food is good. My favorites are the chips and salsa, Margarita Chicken (healthier is a bonus), and the general vibe.During the pandemic, their ToGo operations were vastly improved and still a strength of the business.Parking, other than ToGo pick up in front, is not easy but the parking log around the back there is a lot of space.

2021-12-23Coworker and I went here for lunch, I didnt want to go I never liked Chilis from years back. But man have they improved! Best burger and chips with salsa Ive had around. Now Im back here the next day try something new.

2021-09-27Easy in-and-out with plenty of parking spaces available, oh did not wait in-line to be seated. friendly partender, Great drinks and appetizers at very reasonable prices, huge menu, clean facilities and big screen TVs all over the restaurant. Highly recommend for a group parties or a quick cocktail.

2022-04-02Usually this is a nice place to eat.It started out by us waiting for a seat to find out the gal that was cleaning the tables next to us was the one that was supposed to be seating us.But she took her sweet time cleaning tables instead.We were starving, We got to the table. Ordered too much food just too kind of take the edge off.Soup came we ate it, Is waiting for the guy to take our order instead he takes a table that just came in.I drink my alcoholic beverage but because I dont have enough food in me it in me I end up sick.I ordered a second drink but had to cancel it before I got to the table.Ordered the food, food was cold old, waiter never came back to check on us.Which means we didnt get our drinks refilled.It was just not one of our better days here at chilis.

2022-02-25Gentleman working the bar was very quick to approach our table asking about drinks (lemon waters and margaritas) passing out menus.The food was not so up to par.My salad was warm, my entree was on the cold side. The other two guest with me had to send their fries back to be cooked longer; they were whitish in color & soft even though Crispy was requested while placing our orders. Waiting for the fries took a long time while their burgers were getting cold.Ranch dressing was ordered, not rcvd. They requested it again from the server; she never came back. Eventually, we asked the bar tender; he quickly supplied the ranch.

2022-06-18I came a few days ago for curbside. 3/$10 with a margarita. They said my food would be ready between 8:55-9:00. I pull up at 8:55 and checked in to say I was at space #3. There’s another guy waiting just as long as me, the girl comes out and brings his food, another car pulls up she brings the food out. I’m on the other side of the cars so can’t get the girls attention so I call and let ‘em know my name and that I’ve been waiting. She puts me on hold for 5 min and never comes back ; So now I gotta get my kid out the car and go inside. I walk in my foods just sitting on the counter so I’m confused I just called and told you my name and that I was outside so why didn’t you bring my stuff out?! She didn’t even bother to check my ID for the alcohol either. I left chili’s at 9:17!!!! For chicken strips and fries

2022-02-28This location may be good for sitting at the bar watching the game but the food section and festive atmosphere is gone! Took my daughter and her bf there and it was a no beueno. Service was slow, menu appears to have less selections and with all the labor running around they missed items on my order.

2022-07-05First time eating rubber steak. Cartilage everywhere and needed extra force just to penetrate it with a fork. Inedible take out food. If I were eating in, I for sure would have sent it back. Even the fries were way undercooked. The chocolate molten cake was good… otherwise, a 1 star review.
