I had a problem with Chapman auto repair and when the owner contacted me and apologized refunded my bill and gave me a 50 dollar gift certificate he made it right like a business should . I was wronged but made right. Good to see a business still striving with real integrity .
Sneaky and rude. My husband had them attempt to change a small part last minute on a Thursday. It was the wrong part so he paid for the labor with deal to come back with correct part the next day. We get there at 2 oclock on Friday and hes trying to get us to pay more cause he has to leave and says the other mechanics in the shop wont finish his work. That seems sketchy. He paid the shop, not the mechanic. Went next door to Lawrence auto and Mohammed finished the work for free! Dont trust this place! Go next door!
Honest and fair. The owner is super communicative about repairs and services my 06 Acura TSX and 1990 Montero. My other cars are new and under warranty, but when that expires, Chapman Auto Repair will be taking care of them too.

This used to be a good repair shop, I was very happy the first time I went there, but recently I needed work done and they wouldnt return my call, I went there the next morning at 8:00 and they were closed even though theyre supposed to be open at 8. I ended up going to a repair shop next door who were great, and later when I left it noticed Chapman Auto were still closed.
Cowan did good and fast work for a fair price, even though we were just visiting from out of town. I join in the others who rate this business five stars.
Alternator died on my family trip to Disneyland. Cowan and his team fixed it up on a Saturday and got me back to enjoying the magic ASAP.
Cowan, the owner himself, has solid mechanical engineer backgrounds. Honest service and advice u can count on! Recommended.

2018-08-03If you like a reliable, honest and professional auto shop, Chapman is the one!!! The owner, Cowan is professional and offer truthful and valid advice on car repair!!! We are rest assured of the service quality! Highly recommend it to all car owners! Best of the Best!!!Have had bad experience where auto shops always tell you something is wrong with your car and you need to fix it. Very often, it may or may not be necessary. Many auto shops would like to rip off people who dont know much about cars and I have been a victim.

2018-11-13On a family trip from Arizona we started hearing a grinding sound when braking which was rather worrying. After reading the reviews online we called Chapman auto repair. The owner , Cowan, test drove the van and checked it out. He explained that our brakes were overheating from the stop and go on the freeway but were fine otherwise. He wouldnt take anything for his time and advise.Thank you so much for peace of mind for our trip home. Highly recommend this place for honesty and great customer service .

2020-03-06These guys know what they’re talking about! Called about brake flush and he said not even waste money on it for now. I have a 2018 charger so he said your fluid should be good until about 70k miles! These guys are here to do good service not rob you!

2016-12-23After getting in from Texas the check engine light followed by other warnings started popping up while we where driving. After making it to the hotel we saw great reviews for this location so the following day we came in to get our Camaro fixed. They immediately took in our car and ran a diagnostic on it. After all that, they were able to help us find a car dealer who could specifically fix our problem, under warranty, rather than us paying it out of our own pocket. These guys are great and thank you so much in getting us back home for Christmas!!

2017-06-25Couldnt be happier with the service and pricing! I brought my SUV in because it had major issues on my way into town. Found this place and went with it because of all the great reviews. I was sure it was an issue with the gas system, Cowan listen to the issues I had and told me he would take care of it. Called me within 20 mins and told me the issue. Ended up being a censor, he not only had everything done within 4 hrs of getting the vehicle but went above and beyond! Honestly couldnt be happier.

2016-08-25Chapman Auto saved us the day we were returning home from our Disneyland vacation. Got the suv all loaded up and left the hotel and noticed a bumping feeling and noise coming from under the truck. Googled auto mechanics in Anaheim and this one popped up with 5 stars and good reviews. We drove over there and even though they were full of cars we were helped immediately. They dropped off our family of 7 in a nice area and then called us when they knew what the problem was. They fixed the issue for a more than fair price and quickly, then picked us back up. We highly recommend them if something unexpected happens with your vehicle, they are a true blessing! Thank you Chapman auto!
