I reserved a unit online, went in before 6 oclock the posted hours on their website and Google. There was a note on the door stating that no one was there. There was a man that stopped to ask me if I worked there. After telling him in fact I did not He shared with me the day prior he also tried to go into the office to make his payment but no one was there. When I called customer service they told me the office closes at 5. I told him no everything on your site says it closes at 6. I commented people work for a living. He seemed unfazed So I canceled my reservation

Good customer service! Management is very friendly and understanding to your needs. Property is well kept and secure. Units are a good size and they offer reasonable pricing. Ive been using this location for years and would highly recommend their business.

The prices are low and the property is kept immaculate.they have a payment kiosk outside the office where if the mgmnt isnt there you can still pay but no ventillation it is very uncomfortable not pet friendly no smoking no dumpster not flexable at all. Bathroom is way up at the office water too!!

They changed my rate three times within 4 months of renting there from $136 to $145 to $155 and today for my New Years headache of $170 I have never experienced a storage business that changed there rates without informing you of the change I’m angry and done I’m moving out ASAP and I will be informing my friends and family to never go there even if there is no other storage place available in the world don’t do it it is a bad business I was a hostage and robbed and they want a thirty day notice before you can move your property

My unit is empty, they said put a lock on it or get charge for them to put it on and billed for them to send me the key!

Aside from rising rent prices I really love this storage facility. Bright, clean and spacious, the owner is friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend Central Self Storage. It is kept clean & is well gated & guarded. The staff there has been great!
