I have left a review on this dirty place. I guess it has been deleted. I went here I few years a go for my first pregnancy, first off they took hrs to attend me. They never answer their phones. Its dirty the docs shoes and gown were dirty 🤮. To top it all of they released information to someone I guess she used to work there before. The info given to her was false as well some angry woman will go this far to try and find things about you and make things up 😂. They also take their sweet time to make transfers. Thank goodness I only went there for two appointments. 🤦

Ive personally given up on my medical needs because of this place. My husband on got to see the doc for 60 seconds. Not even time to pull his empty inhaler out of his pocket. He didnt get a re fill. Im on hold with them now and its been 31 minutes. They rather me go off my meds and endanger my health.

Great medical facility. Aracely the manager has always been extremely helpful to me she goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. Claudia and Fernanda at the front desk what can I say these ladies are so amazing. They always remember my name are so attentive and nice to me. Aracely give them a raise. Also Israel Santana from the Garden Grove facility what can I say he IS GREAT on the phone. He is friendly and also recognizes my voice he needs a RAISE THANKS to all of you for the great service.

1. Over past 2 years I have had to visit the clinic over 20+ for various medical clearances related to my work. On average for any given appointment I had to wait an hour after arriving on time for the scheduled appointment before being seen.2. Once requisite examinations were done, the time required to complete forms on average took an hour after completion of examinations. Consequently, many appointments took over 3+ hours for routine medical clearances.3. Staff are generally very friendly and competent in regards to treatment and service, but their scheduling system and processing are either nonexistent or utterly worthless. Conclusion: if you do not mind waiting for extremely long extended periods for {a} making appointments, {b} meeting appointments, and {c} obtaining paperwork the clinics staff are generally competent and professional.

The worst care I have ever received. I can never get through on the phone line to talk to someone. Yesterday I was on hold for 1.5 hours + and never spoke to anyone. I have left numerous messages with no response. It is especially hard to reach behavioral health because they will not give you an extension. You have to go through the medical clinic, who never answers your call.my pharmacy has been trying to reach myNP to refill a psychiatric medication for ONE MONTH NOW. I plan to file a complaint.

Since being on Medical Ive been being treated at this office. I have to say they are all kind, understanding and willing to take the time to look after their patients needs. Yes, I would have given them 5 stars if the office were not so busy. The wait time is really bad, but it is not that they dont care they just have an over load of patients. They helped me get the referrals I needed when diagnosed with Cancer and to help my diabetes. The front and back office staff are nice and their Medical Staff is also really nice. I have no real complaints accept for the long wait, but Im sure they truly care about what they are doing and the care that they are providing for all of their patients. They treat everyone respectfully and even offer a transportation service for people without a ride, which is unheard of in normal fancy offices. They may not have a pretty office with plush carpets and magazines, but you are going to be taken care of and treated well.

They only have doctors here a few days out of the week! The nurse practitioner can not prescribe medications that I need and have been on for years ! When I call 80% of the time it gos to voice mail. The voice mail is full and can not accept messages !The experience at the office is fine , front desk people are nice , NP did what he could for me!When I called to see a psychologist I got an appointment 3 weeks out ! I then got a phone call a week before the appointment where a message was was left on my phone canceling the appointment and saying I need to call back to reschedule! When I called back the first appointment was 3 weeks away !It seems to me that they need more doctors they need more people to serve the community needs !

Every. Single. Time.Whenever I need to schedule an appointment it takes an hour to sit on hold waiting and hoping that someone, anyone... answers the phone to book an appointment. On more than one occasion Ive gotten in my car and drove the 2 miles down the road to walk in an book an appointment.... while sitting on hold. The staff is rough around the edges, meaning the lack interpersonal skills to deal with the public, they are more task oriented than patient oriented.

As a dental hygiene student my resources are limited to send patients to get affordable quality dental. I called after waiting 45 min at Loma Linda to make an appointment for my patient... receptionist answered within 2 minutes, made the appointment for my patient and they go on an income scale. I will be referring all my patients to this clinic who need the help they deserve
