After going through a very negative experience at a different AT&T store the night before, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was seated and helped. Jorge Nevarez was the consultant that helped me and I cannot recommend him enough! He was straight forward and had a problem solving attitude right from the start. I left the store laughing and my phone issues handled.
Your sales associate Jose was absolutely amazing! Best experience I have ever had in store at an AT&T location. He resolved all of my issues, was very kind, patient, knowledgeable & fun! I went in on my birthday and usually dont have as good of an experience.. so I was a little hesitant but I am so glad I went! He made it a very pleasant experience and I was very satisfied, comfortable & more knowledgeable leaving.
Im ecstatic with the phone and customer service I received from Aristeo Martinez Or Ari from AT&T. I have recently been experiencing major connectivity issues with my previous provider T-Mobile Ari helped defuse my frustration and got me into a plan that fit my budget and needs. If you ever need a solid hook up ask for Ari hes straight forward and knows all the weird technical stuff that got me switched over and set up.
Ive been a customer for almost 20 years, before it was AT&T, I went to reduce my bill , lady couldnt help me, said there was nothing she could do. Ive paid my phone off, cant even get upgrade because I will pay more. My daughter pays less for more services at another company. I have always argued to stay with you guys, but not this time. Im going to look elsewhere
Judith went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed and wanted! She was so patient and thorough! She assisted us in canceling an online order and taking care of everything in store. She took her time never rushed us answered every question we had! Very pleased with the service she provided!!
Excellent experience! Irma was extremely patient & helpful with our complicated transaction. She gave us many helpful suggestions and treated us very well. I went in for an upgrade and was greeted wonderfully by Maritza. She helped us from beginning to end and provided outstanding customer service. She was professional and did not make us feel uncomfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly and the process was fast and easy. I used to go to another AT&T by my home but will be going to Maritza from now on.
Irma has helped me several times in the store and every time she has always been very informative, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding with all my needs, wants, and educating me on the items I’ve purchased. Fabian is the person to go to. he always goes all the way out to help you out one of the best workers out there. I appreciate you for everything that youve done. Fabian Helped me out with getting my Internet installed and help me out with billing and help me out with a lot of things. He Is the right one to go to. He also speaks Spanish 👍. Did I mention he has the freshest haircut too 💯
We came to the AT&T store located in Blackstone & San Jose in Fresno. Carlos Arevalo assisted us with the many questions we had today and went above and beyond to make sure we understood our current bill and told us about the ins and outs of changing plans, upgrading phones and giving us the best honest deals. His Customer Service was excellent and he went above and beyond to set us up for success. I recommend this store and Carlos. He will be a great manager to your stores. Thank you Carlos.

I called in ahead of time to check if you can purchase a phone without having service with at&t. I was assured by an associate that you will be able to buy a phone without needing service and that they can help me with buying the IPhone 12 full price. They told me to come in anytime and they can help me. I drove to an AT&T store and let the associate Ritz know why I came in. She told me that they will not be able to sell me a phone without service. She was being very rude about the situation and it was very unprofessional. I believe the associates need to be trained because I was being told two different things. I ended up going to the Apple store and purchased the phone and additional accessories and had amazing service there. I have cricket service and I used to have AT&T but I literally pay $90 cheaper than I used to and it’s unlimited. Unhappy with this location and the associates working here.
I’ve never felt so welcome and important at any business before. You are the most important person when you walk in. They’re honestly committed to solving problems or making sure you’re happy with your choices. Irma spent hours with me making sure my bill was as low as possible. Irma saved me about $300.00 by finding charges I didn’t know I could live without. I went back the next day and bought a phone and watch with the money she saved me and my family. Going from $600.00 a month to less than 3 will make such a difference for us. The folks at other stores are sweet and will do their best to help you. If you want to be helped by someone who knows EVERYTHING about how things work and will use that knowledge to help you, find out when Irma works and plan to go to the AT&T store then! Trust me, you’ll be amazed and delighted. I only wish she could do my taxes!

He spent ample time answering all of my questions and getting me set up with exactly what I needed. Very considerate, very efficient, very good at what he does! If I could give negative stars I would. They must be deleting reviews because there is no way they have a rating that high. Everything about this service is a scam. The internet constantly cuts out, the service cuts out and customer care sucks. I paid 50 dollars for unlimited screen protectors for my iphone and it turns out it’s unlimited because you have to repurchase them every time after. They charged us three months for a phone THEY could not get to work. They never have all the information in store instead the make you wait hours on a call center. They don’t provide any services in store other than things they can charge you more for. All a scam.
I went in recently to upgrade my phone since my phone had broken. I was due for an upgrade per AT&Ts website. When I went into the store I was told I was going to have to add another line to be able to get the upgrade. When I told the woman that was not the information I had read on my account prior to coming in. Once I said this all of a sudden the extra line was no longer needed. I upgraded my phone and left. Now I get my first bill and it went from $248 to $598...She changed my plan and added a ton of features that I did not authorize. I am now sitting on the phone with customer service for over an hour trying to change everything back. I cannot believe they treated a two decade long customer like this and illegally changed my plan without my authorization. This is some of the worst bait and switch hard sell practices Ive seen. I would avoid this store at all costs.
Jordan provided the best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store! He was very knowledgeable about all the products including IPhone and all the other brands in the store. He went above and beyond in the service he provided. He definitely made my visit as I was dreading coming in to the store. I will be back to see him when needed again.
They were super helpful. There was a line out the door, but they tried their best to get people through without rushing their customers.My sales rep. Carlos was super helpful. He tried his best to answer all my little questions and waited patiently as I tried to make decisions for my new phone. I didn’t feel like he was pushing to make a sale at all but just worked with what I wanted and what would best fit my needs.
Supervisor not enough knowledge! She needs to follow up with her new employees how to document and submit information instead of going around and talk about promotions! Don’t make promises if you can’t comply with them! Don’t fall for that Reward Program! They won’t send your information so you can received one through the mail! Lesson learned I rather have a representative deal with instead in store!
Jordan went above and beyond to help during my visit to the store. He took his time helping me, while keeping a positive attitude. Jordan has an abundance of knowledge in all products in the store, as well as plans available. Will definitely be coming back to see Jordan!
The representative Jordan did a great job on analyzing my wireless bill and was really knowledgeable in home services. My family and I were paying a lot of money at Xfinity and gave us options on switching over. We will definitely be coming back to see him once we get our finances straight thank you Jordan AT&T. The company needs more people like you.
My customer service experience was beyond exceeded when I was helped by Aide. I asked her to get me a watch for my new job and she did that perfectly!! It was like a DREAM , I was in and out. I have been to many AT&T stores and treated like another number but working with Aide was something special.
Great customer service!! My fiancé and I were welcomed at the door by Nia. No appointment needed. I told Nia I needed a new SIM card for my iPhone. She was kind enough to grab us two chairs and she helped in a matter of 15 minutes. While I was at this AT&T, another staff heard the phone ringing and she walked quickly to answer the phone. I was also able to buy a new screen protector and Nia was kind enough to professionally install the screen protector for me. I have my home, and two businesses with AT&T and I won’t do business with anyone else!! 5 star service
The store employee name Jordan was a big help today. He gave me a discount on my phone bill for the next couple of months. He saw that I was being charge for an extra line on my phone bill which I never knew about. I only have one phone on my plan. He was very patient and honest with me throughout my whole meltdown at the store. Thank you again :).
I have always had good experiences at this particular at&t. The whole staff is impeccable! The security at the door was awesome , I didn’t get to get his name. While there Estevan helped me, and let me tell you there was never a dull moment. His customer service was amazing!
I came in to the store because I was unable to clear up an issue with my wireless account over the phone or on the app. Although, my problem was a bit complicated, Joshua H. was extremely helpful. After some time he and his staff were able to solve my problem and get me set up with a great deal on my internet and tv package as well.
I came in after having issues with a phone I bought at another location, and they did not wanna help me out. Jordan helped me fix my phone issues after running test and showed me what he did just incase it every happened again. Thank you for not shoving me off like the other store did. Fast service
Omg.carlos was the absolute best. Excellent customer service and really informative. Smelled super good you could definitely tell he is really hygienic -and takes care of himself. He may need a different shirt though his biceps were pretty tight and reminded me of my boyfriends .Even though I couldn’t see his smile - It definitely radiated through his mask.10/10 experience would definitely recommend go to Carlos A. #1, he even had a cool swagger walk.
Adrianna was so great that I offered to hire her as a Manager of one of my retail gas stations/C-stores, but she says she’s hoping to get into AT&T’s management program and loves her job here. I WAS ASSISTED BY JUDITH AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAD A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SMILE. SHE EVEN HELPED ME FILE A CLAIM AND STAYED BY MY SIDE THE ENTIRE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. SHE EXHAUSTED ALL HER OPTIONS TO HELP ME FIX MY ISSUES. One of the best att stores I’ve ever gone to. The moment you enter the store you are greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The staff is all super attentive to your needs as a client. I really appreciate the young lady assisting me named Jackie. She was so kind and assisted me in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend going to this location for whatever you need with att.
I’ve had Xfinity and Cricket for internet/cell service. Never going back to either! Our AT&T salesman CJ exceeded expectations and made our store visit absolutely seamless. He answered all of our questions with a smile, clearly walked us through our available options, and was a pleasure to work with. Our new phones were working before we left the store and internet came just two days later. Thank you so much! 10/10.
Very clean and friendly staff. I was seen immediately and experienced the best customer service from Ari and the manager, Jackie. They made my transaction pleasant and seamless. I am a long standing AT&T wireless customer and highly recommend the Blackstone store location!
My phone has been giving me trouble this past week and i came into get a diagnostic done, The AT&T rep Jordan was very knowledgeable on my device and was able to fix the issues with my hotspot and connecting to devices i always feel like a bother coming in and jordan took great care of me today definitely would be back to see him.
Well I must say my most recent experience with an ATT store was a delightful change. My cousin is 76 years old and suffers from Parkinson’s disease. After being told at the Porterville store that it was illegal for me to accompany him into the store, even after I explained that I was his caregiver, I called the ATT corporate store in Fresno. I was helped by an employee named Irma. She told me that I was welcome to assist my cousin and that I could ask for her if I wanted the continuity of service we already began. True to her word, she picked up right where our phone conversation ended.Irma was friendly, knowledgeable, and very polite. Unfortunately the kind of service we received from Irma is rare, and we felt very fortunate to receive her customer service. We had to return one more time, her quality approach to customer care was just as present as the previous visit.I want to let management know that our experience with Irma was top notch. She deserves public recognition for the quality of her service delivery.Thank you.Gary Roush
Very disappointed in our experience yesterday at AT&T on Blackstone. We felt at the store representative that helped us yesterday, did not represent the company and the best way possible, nothing against the store itself or the company. We have always chosen to go to the Blaclstone location because we’ve always had the best service there, yet yesterday we got a representative that did it seem that he wanted to help us. We went in with the full intent to spend money and upgrade our service plan to the Elite Plan, adding on an IPad Pro and hot spots to be able to work remotely from anywhere, and that we’d be able to do school work.Needless to say, we left without doing any of this, we felt that we’d rather have someone else get the commission on the sale, someone who works hard and earned it. We left very disappointed, and without answers or without the intended purchases we went in for.
If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Each time I have gone to this store for assistance their customer service is unacceptable. They want to sell new devices but yet dont want to take the time to help set them up. Conveniently, now they use Covid as an excuse for their laziness. Your other stores have the ability to provide outstanding customer, however your the only store either observing or using Covid for your inability to do the job! I have been a long time customer and look forward to the day I can change carriers. I have called the District Manager with my concerns and he obviously, doesnt find the need to respond. Chris help me like wow I was in a bad jam could now get my phone back on line Chris had to call like 8 different number and spoke to each one to make it work. One by one each line came back, it was a lot of work but he made it happen. Chris is the man, not from State Farm, but from ATT BLACKSTONE OFFICE IN FRESNO
I’m super impressed with the service of this att store. Raul was previously located at Madera and moved to Fresno, this really impacted our service in the att store located in Madera because they did not provide us the service we deserved and wanted. We have made the change and decision to come to Fresno and get his help and his fellow employees help because they are really caring and kind to us. I’m really amazed and I want to say it’s worth driving a long way to get amazing service with this att store.
Granted this is the main store I always been going ever since it was other provider I don’t know whose gonna come and help me... but I always get great help and prompt answers...Always feeling great to be coming back on same store because I know they will be helping me with any of My issues!!
I visited this store over a week ago and had the most stomach turning time getting a new activation. I requested the manager but was helped by Brianda, she was very unenthusiastic about helping me and I had the feeling she would have rather been Home sleeping. AT&T needs to step it up.
Jordan was really a God send today my bill was a huge mess from when I upgraded and changed my plan he explained prorated charges and I left with a better understand, Jordan thank you so much for taking your time and making sure I understand what was going on and what to expect going forward! 10/10 service
Tes was awesome...he jumped in and tackled some unusual issues my wife had while transferring game data from an old iPad onto her new iPad Air...and even helped us find a way to improve our service while reducing our bill. Six stars out of five.Shout out to manager Michael too!!
I have sooo many problems with my cricket phone where I couldn’t unlock it nor connect my Apple Watch but I would highly recommend Blia she is really great and caring person where u get your results plus she stay in contact with you in whatever it having problems with so I wanna give a big shout out to u Blia u really helped me in a confusing situation
Absolutely and completely unhelpful. First, it took more than half an hour to get through to the store (it was an endless loop of questions that took me back to the same starting point).Then, once a real person got on the phone, I had to wrangle each bit of precious little information out of the woman I was speaking with. After far too long on the phone, she told me what I already knew, or should I say she confirmed what I knew: that Im eligible for an upgrade. The only qualifications are more than two years and the bill paid. Both apply, which I knew.What I wanted was information about the upgrade. She could not tell me that. That information can only be given in the store, in person. I finally gave up, said thank you, to which she responded, I hope Ive answered all your questions satisfactorily. Whoa ... do you suppose she was serious?Ive gone to this same store for many years and never been particularly happy with them. Since its very close, its convenient, and Ive continued going back. No more. That was their last shot at providing customer service.
Staff is great, very friendly and no wait...the only issue i have is, i bought a watch and was told that i do not need the activation card, which is completely wrong. I cannot numbersync my watch without it as i need the QR code on it, which pretty much defeats the purpose of getting it😑.....tried calling the store and nobody ever answers, ever!!!!
Horrible!!! Ordered a phone... did not work, but was charged a “restocking fee” anyway. Ordered another phone... received the wrong color and to top it off, they could not figure out how to fix my account to get me the correct one... 2 hours later I am still waiting. It’s a comedy of errors and no one will take responsibility for it.
Was helped by a lady who obviously didnt want to be there and made me feel like she had better things to do then help me. Never made eye contact with me once. So I walked out. Will never return to that store again. Only reason I gave it a second star was because the store was clean. Thats it.

2022-05-03We were at at&t store today and helped by Jaylin Fingers .we wanted to know about separating one of phone line to separate account.we been to different stores in Fresno many times since last 15 to 18 years but this is the first time who explained us the way nobody explained before give us notes in the paper. Really helpful.. thanking you. We appreciate the way she helped us.

2022-09-17Great Costumer Service from the moment you walk in. I didn’t have to wait long to get help . Came in for an upgrade , Tony helped me . Explained the new features on the new iPhone 14 helped me choose the best fit , helped transfer my information over , and apply my new accessories to my new phone . I can honestly say they made my upgrade much easier . will be coming here from now on 👍🏻

2022-09-03The person who gave me my new phone SCAMMED me. They signed me up for insurance when i said NO, did not disclose the pretenses of the plan and told me a false monthly payment, told me my activation fee was waived when it was NOT and made this a whole headache. Wish I knew who the gentleman was so I could call him out.they are all commission based so figures. 0/10.Update: his name is Christian. Not to mention, I got signed up for FirstNet when apparently my job title was not something that was approved with them so I had the HEADACHE of having to switch and call and switch and call until I had everything straightened out. Such a disaster. If only he had been honest with me from the start.

2022-08-19My phone screen went black. It still rang and vibrated, but the screen was black.I took it to them, they fixed it in 3 hours and it was only $29.00. Great experience.

2022-05-09Do not switch to ATT. 5g speeds are not reliable or fast. Half the time I get 0 data even with 5g and full bars. The other half of the time I get 3mbps, which is far from fast. When I switched I was told by Sal that I would be getting 25% off my wireless bill because Im an existing att internet customer. Ended up being a bait and switch as he never combined my accounts so I am not receiving the promised price. When I visited the store to get this all sorted out the employees here were entirely useless. They just told me to call customer service. They sat behind me while I spent and hour and a half on the line with there customer service line. Anytime the customer service line had a question for the store employees they refused to speak to there own customer service line. Will definitely be canceling my service.

2022-04-17Loved this location and go out of my way to go because of the service, but had the worse service yesterday but more than 1 of their employees and took 3 hours to finish a simple phone transfer and exchange. Really unsatisfied by both the carelessness of the guy with no nametag who almost factory reset the new phone i just spent hours movings info to, to the manager who was giving everyone who had questions attitude.
