The power of the waves on the Pacific Coast was extreme. My friends and puppies were so happy to stop from our long road trip. It was a short walk from the beach parking lot. Also, the city restrooms were clean and had working showers. The beach was a great way to stretch your legs and have a picnic. The view was amazing.

Visited this pier almost midnight. It’s a pretty long pier standing more than 950 feet into the ocean. We went all the way to the end but were scared to look ahead into the pitch dark ocean. This has a good old history, constructed in 1872. In 2015, it was reconstructed with a whopping $3.5 million funding from passionate locals. You can see the plaques all over the pier with names of people and families who contributed for the reconstruction. Locals love to visit it everyday. You can see campfires on the beach at night with families enjoying. Ample parking available close by.

My first visit to Cayucos was a bright sunny day, but windy and chilly. My guess is its windy here a lot. We walked out to the end of the pier just to stretch our legs. Its a great view of Morro rock in the distance.

Wonderful place to take your family. The drive to get there was beautiful. Got to see some nice waves for the surfers to ride. Pet friendly is a plus!

Love this pier, and beach.I can not say enough about this beach town. Locals do alot to it clean, and businesses going. Farmers markets, runs and even concerts on the beach.

Cayucos Pier is a great place to visit. The pier is relaxing to walk down, and the views of the ocean, beach, and coastline are great. Well worth a visit if in Cayucos or driving on Hwy 1.

I plan to do magnet fishing here and at the beach. A pleasant walk with lots of wooden benches to sit and watch the day go by and folks enjoying the beach or fishing. Nice place to promenade ,smell the ocean, people watch and just gang out with Lady Myra.

Beautiful pier and town beach with views of Morro Bay and Morro Rock to the southwest. Clean restroom, lockers/changing room. Surfers always around. Quaint restaurants all around including takeout window stands.
