Great experience! I found a beautiful car on their lot. Since it was a Saturday I put a very small deposit on it so they would hold it until Monday. I arranged for an outside mechanic to check it out for me and Veronica (an owner) was kind enough to take it to the appt for me since I live in Atascadero. The car checked out great but just as they were going to pull it out of the bay it wouldnt start. They diagnosed it as the starter. I told Veronica and she had it replaced the next day. No costs were passed on to me for the starter, and for this car it was pretty pricey. After a lot of research I feel I got an excellent deal on the car, Veronica was extremely kind and helpful but I never felt pressure of any kind. I was able to pick up the car the next day and have been smiling ever since. Thank you Veronica and Castro Auto. I would definitely recommend this business.

VERY SHADY PLACE THEY SAY ONE THING AND DO NOTHING Oh yes they are very friendly people i bought a 2003 chevy tahoe from them and the lady in the front office made a deal with me fhat because thd truck had oversized tires on it was not even legal for me to drive off of there car lot wich i did not find out until after getting a ticket for to big of tires that they would pay to install fender flares and mud flaps like the state patrol said i needed to have done on all 4 wheels well after weeks of waiting for them they finaly send me to a shop 15 miles away and the the ladys brother shows up with 2 mud flaps that go on a semi truck 2 not 4 and says hes not putting fender flares on at all so i called the lady back from the car lot and she says oh well my brother is the actual owner of the car lot and he has final say in everything so if it were me i would not buy anything from this place not to mention that i have been pulled over numerous times for my registration not being paid for yet either and its the ladys sister sitting in the office next to her that does it so i paid 11400 dollars and they cant put mud flaps on my truck or pay the registration fee REAL SHADY PEOPLE
