Sister in law had a wedding. Its been 5 months and the photos arent ready. No one ever answers and they dont txt back. Once, saying they were going to send a link. Nothing! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I wouldnt recommend the photography. The wedding wasnt at the hall, so I cant say anything on that.
I came to this hall for a wedding. my family was hosting. I had a blast, the workers were very attentive of what me and my family needed. Everything was clean and inside was well decorated; very detailed. The food was delicious, and the servers were very friendly. I would most definitely recommend this place. Ask for David, he hocked it up!

I feel very happy and grateful to Casa Royal because last Saturday we had a party for my mom and what was a success, the Mexican ornaments the food the music and especially the friendliness of the Royal House staff was excellent, I recommend Casa Royal for their events, they have everything you need to make your event unforgettable 👍
It looks nice but very unprofessional and I tried for more than one occasion to contact me to see the prices and reserve it for an event and they never answered me back.

2017-02-20We just hosted my mother in laws 70th bday party here. Many compliments of how beautiful and elegant it all looked. Highly recommend Casa Royal for your next event. Owners are very friendly and accommodating and have reasonable rental rates. Definitely a satisfied customer.

2020-07-29Had my wedding here July 18th. Excellent service overall 10/10 recommended!! Loved the decoration and literally everything, todos mis invitados quedaron maravillados con como estaba todo muy bonito!! Thank you once again for making our day extra beautiful!!

2019-11-09We set up an event, paid the deposit and a few days later the event price. Had to cancel. Found out this place got insurance on our event in our name without permission. Said that they couldnt return portions of our money because it was already spent. Then said they wont return any of the money. We canceled the event two days after paying for it in full with plenty of notice for the contract. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

2019-09-06I set up an appointment to have my wedding at this venue. I was glad when I recieved a call confirming my 11am appointment and asked to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I was iffy when I was called Alyssa instead of Allison and told that there was no notes on my appointment which should have been a red flag but I went anyways. When I showed up I arrived to an empty building. I was asked to come to my appointment early only to have the salesman show up late to the 11am appointment. When we walked inside there was a half torn down quinceanera party displayed with Corona boxes everywhere. This is where they expected us to have a conversation about venues. Very unprofessional and would not recommend their business.

2018-07-03A family member of mine rented this location for family events over the last few years. Our recent event was a nightmare. The staff began taking photos of all our vehicles and licence plates. We have no idea why. Nobody was parked where they shouldnt. Before time came to an end of our event. It became very apparent that we were undwanted guests. After party cleaning hours before our time to be out. The vibe of the staff was very unwelcoming . And even more the looks of disgust on their faces. It all felt very rushed.

2020-01-29I payed in full over $8 ,000 had to cancel my vinue in Oct 2019 got nothing but the run around about getting back money which I could under their own contract it is now Jan 2020 they stop return my emails they wont retun my calls . they have, literally stolen $8,000 dollars from me. please please dont use these people . And make the same mistake made .

2019-10-07Fernando and his family did a WONDERFUL job taking care of all our Brides needs! He was very clear on what the pricing would be and made changes with no fuss along the way. They even helped us move tables out of the way when it was time to get to dancin!Thank you!

2017-08-14My group(805 OG Riders) and I had a last minute hiccup in regards to our previous venue and they came through for us. They were very friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with, especially being that it was last minute. 2017-02-15Had my parents 40th anniversary at Casa Royal and turn out beautiful. The service was awesome and thanks to them they made it extra special. Thank you for the good memories that my parents and I will always treasure.
