On April 23, 2022 I went to Toyota dealer Carson, I meet with a gentleman Gary. I talked to him about my concern to buy a car, I got know that he is a wonderful man and his way of taking care of his customer is amazing. Thank you Gary for your gentle dealings with your customer.
I can’t express how terrible this visit was to this shop. Had a minor service done and a Check engine Light evaluated. Had a minor service completedand told nothing was wrong with the car. In the following 3 days after service, we have lost a hub cap and my wife BROKE DOWN on the 10. When calling to discuss with the mechanic, I was transferred to someone who wasn’t in the office that day. Spending another $300 to correct their mistakes. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. To top if off, a salesman followed me to my car to discuss a new car option. Go to Norwalk or MDR, much better service.
The cashiers are TOXIC !!Barking orders , no thank you or please ...asking to see your paperwork then telling you Thats your contract, not your paperworkLet me tell you everything is on paper, you wanted to see my paperwork...well I gave it to you.Dont complain , just say thank you and hand it back.Be more professional, cashier job is being professional..looks bad on organization, when cashiers are TOXIC

Unfortunately, this dealer is one of many dealers who are taking advantage of the situation shortness of inventory, markup prices. Dont fall for the (we have a markup price of $15k but looking at you exceptional credit, we are lowering it to $5K.)NO WAY.... There are still some dealers who have a msrp on their vehicles with no markups, they might add accessories to your vehicle, but is good. Let me just start by saying, JIM Park is the best salesperson Ive ever encountered in my car buying experience over the years. My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted. We were looking for a Toyota Rav 4 TRD off road. That specific trim was not easily available anywhere near us in Oceanside, CA. We found the perfect car online and contacted Toyota of Carson to see if we could make the deal before driving all the way up to Carson with our 2 year old. Jim wasnt able to hold the car for us, but helped us figure out a way to make it work so that we could see the car and start the process before we arrived. We got to the dealership right when it opened on a Saturday and were met by Jim. He was so friendly, kind and easy to deal with. We actually had FUN buying a car! He was so personable and gave special attention to my son, which made it fun for him too. Jim also made sure the process of buying the car was quick and easy and we were out of there a lot quicker than I could have possibly imagined! If you are looking to purchase a car from Toyota, ask for Jim and get yourself a rad new car!!! We are so happy with our purchase and would drive to Carson again just to experience the level of service and professionalism this dealership offers its customers. They really take the time to make you feel welcome!
I bought a new Toyota Highlander here in August 2021 for $57000. It is the second Toyota Ive bought in five years and would consider myself a good client. On Memorial Day 2022 we were travelling down the aerospace highway and our front lower bumper cover and attached plastic parts suddenly fell off. This was unexpected because we had not hit anything on the road, which was proven by hours of drive cam footage leading up to the incident. At Carson Toyota, where we bought the car and the warranty covered it, Juan Esquer, the drive service manager, treated us poorly and refused to have the damage covered. Even after being shown the video. I would never again recommend going to Carson Toyota, and I would have serious concerns about ever buying another Toyota based on this experience.
IF YOU TRADE IN YOUR VEHICLE; OBTAIN A COPY OF THE TITLE TRANSFER PAPERWORK. This dealership never transferred the title of my trade in, sold it to another individual. Ive come to find out by a slew of tickets and DMV suspension notice that have come in the mail. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT SELL OR TRADE HERE. GO TO ANOTHER TOYOTA DEALERSHIP
Very poor customer service. I brought my 2020 Rav4 for a regular maintenance service . I had an appointment at 7:45am and I left home at 11am. So as I was waiting on my car I asked the parts department when will it be ready the young lady that was helping me get me the information I needed was very rude. Her answer to me was I dont know you would have to ask your advisor. I felt that as a customer you expect a positive and not a rude answer. The way she approach the situation was not the correct one.
I went in for Service. I was in and out within the HOUR which I really appreciated. I did also have an appointment. The reason I gave a 4 star is because the contact less check out was fast and very very easy to use but it was kind of pointless because I still had to stand in line, touch a pen to sign documents AGAIN and talk with the worker just to get a slip for the people to bring my car out... but over all great visit, clean and fast!
Great service and good people to deal with. Yes, Ive had to wait, yes, I had to be patient and ask questions about what was happening, but every time, I get an answer, and am thankful they are patient with me. The always have great manners and are curteous, right up to the part that you are not. Ive seen it, but your frustration is not their problem. Fixing your car is. Ive never had a bad experience here, period. Its the main reason I keep coming back! My next car will most likely be from here as well!
I had to leave a star in order to leave a review if not I would give no stars. Beware of this location. They tried to hustle you and trick you into signing contracts that are not reasonable I would not recommend anybody to come here to purchase a car. Before making any purchases or signing in a contracts make sure you do your research, pay attention to the fine print, and make sure you dont get tricked or pushed into signing anything that you are not comfortable with.
I want to let you guys know that this place has horrible service. The dealership screw me over with the car, and dont let me get started with other services. If you need to go to a toyota dealer go somewhere else, not to this one. Im not being va troll Im being honest so please dont buy a car here.
We had a great experience at the Carson Toyota dealership. It was late in the evening but the staff was still friendly and patient as we look to purchase a new vehicle. We were assisted by Will Guirguis, who was very knowledgeable, patient and looking out for the best interests of my family. They worked within our budget and we ended up getting the vehicle we wanted, a Toyota RAV4. With plans for another purchase down the road, I am definitely doing business with this dealership and with Will in the future.
Horrible service people, 🤮😖 have had a ridiculous experience in the service dept.I believe I was cheaper out of my money, I believe other people have notice this also, thats why hardly nobody go to this thievery place of business.🤮😖🤬 Theres crooks working at this place 🧐🤨🤔🤮👍💯
My experience with Larry and his crew at Carson Toyota was great, from the moment we got there Larry took me to see my Baby Toy and it was all I had expected it to be, the detailing crew did a great job to make her shine and I couldnt wait to get inside and drive. But I had to wait and do the paper work, and the paper work of course is going to take some time but well worth, Larry got to meet the FAMILY, and we got to laugh it up with Larry. Once the paper was done it was time to head on home, we drove 2 1/2 hours for the deal that made the Deal, Im happy with my 2018 Toyota Corolla SE. This was overall just an okay experience. Scheduled Appt for 12 p.m. The service advisor that was helping me wasn’t the most personable.He might have been stressed or having an off day, but I wasn’t impressed by the service he gave. If your tone seems annoyed/irritated when speaking to customers, that’s only going to make the person your speaking to slightly annoyed with you.I had to ask him twice where I needed to go/do as he was walking around the car. He got to the window and I asked what I was supposed to do, as I didn’t catch what he said at first. I was told to leave the keys in the car and get out. Okay, that’s fine. His tone just seemed harsh again.I followed him to his office, signed the papers needed to approve the Oil Change, and he gave me directions to the lobby/waiting area. He also stated it would be a 1 hour & 30 minute wait, as he was understaffed. That’s understandable with how everything is right now to an extent. I still think that’s absurdly long, just to have the Oil Changed when you have an appointment.I asked about a car wash, but that couldn’t be done due to the understaffing. I also asked for the wiper fluid to actually be topped off. This didn’t happen, even though the service tech performed a multi-point inspection, and that’s part of “top all fluids off if low”. Well, it was low, hence why I asked. There wasn’t any paperwork saying/showing what was checked like other dealerships give out.I also messaged the service advisor, and asked that the tire pressure not be changed. The tires were properly inflated when I got to the dealership, and they were hot from driving. So adding or removing air, just messes up what was already correct.My service advisor called and told me my car was almost ready, but he wanted to let me know that my engine air filter was dirty and recommended it be replaced. I told him it’s fine, and that I wasn’t interested. He asked again if I was sure. Yes, I’m sure. He also told me about my rear tires needing to be replaced soon, and that he’d leave a quote on my paperwork. That was fine.The lobby was relatively clean & nice. They have a coffee/espresso/cappuccino/latte machine. I didn’t try it, but it looked slightly dirty from customers I assume spilling coffee. The Men’s bathroom was slightly dirty as well.Once I chose a seat to sit down in, I noticed how the sides and rear of the cushion looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. There were crumbs, dust, and some other scraps. That was slightly bothersome.Overall, it was an okay experience. But, my main issue is with the way the service advisor was, and for also not responding to the question I had asked. There’s also the long wait.If I had the ability to drop the car off and leave I would’ve been fine with the hour and a half wait. But, when someone is waiting at the dealership that’s a decent amount of time out of their day.Everything else I can overlook, but when someone provides poor service, that’s a hard one to overlook.
We bought a 2013 Kia Soul here. We worked with Greg Bowman and Pablo Ramos. Both were very friendly and answered all of our questions. Greg shared a lot of useful information. I was very impressed with their processes. We didnt have to wait long for any of the steps. I work for Honda but I would go back for another used car purchase.
I expected to get the best deal as a loyal customer and did not get it. They low- balled my 2020 prius with low mileage of 9964 for 20k. Initially it was 17k and I demanded more bec its totally more worth than that. They did not disclose this info until they let me sign first the contract. What was discussed was different when I saw the breakdown. I was asking them to cancel the contract and return my prius but according to them the contract has been signed already so to compensate they just made adjustments but still didnt agree. The choices I was given was to accept the new one or just continue with the old. Bad experience and felt I was taken advantage, trust betrayed, a fraudulent transaction.

I had to be there a half hour early just to wait in line for a half hour to be on time.Cars kept cutting infront of everyone in line.An hour for the service (you had over 50+ cars there) does an appointment even matter?!The hour wait was fine. I liked the text updates. No car wash though for 1 hour though? Every new car Ive had with free service has had a car wash.Car was ready and while I stood next to it, no one acknowledged me standing there. I asked service people but they said someone would be with me. Cars were done and piling up behind me. Suddenly someone came and said it was good to go. I get in the car and NO KEYS! Now I am asking for help someone will be with you, someone will be with you people trying to leave were looking at me like whats the problem? I hand gestured no keys took 20 minutes to leave. Not happy
I had such a horrible experience here, not only was I belittled but the associate helping me said my wife shouldnt have a truck because apparently trucks are only for men I guess. I didnt know a car was gender assigned, and the disrespect of when I asked for my keys back because I was getting my car appaised he sent someone else to give me the keys and he saw no wrong in what he did. Very sad and horrible experience I had at this dealership.

It couldnt have possibly been any better. Despite having three closer Toyota dealers, I drove from 50+ minutes to go to this specific dealer and I have ZERO regrets.Thank you to the salesman, Jesse Q., for making my first NEW car the smoothest transaction possible. I was in and our of here in record time thanks to him and a fast and great finance manager. Good, honest, trustworthy staff.Ill happily drive all the way out to Carson Toyota again for the service and staff there alone. Such pleasant people to work with, so please come here if you hate the headaches of working with other dealers.
At first it was kind of a sour experience but by negotiating and comparing across different dealers prices and mileage for same vehicle, we came to conclusion and a great negotiated price. Thanks also to the bank financing which they also help out by negotiating also on their best interest. I am very happy with the end results. Thank you all.
Service personnel were very nice and helpful. I liked this Toyota dealership service center much better than the previous center in another area. Some nice man who worked there even helped me get a cup of coffee when the machine was not brewing properly. Very nice to do this. I like this service center very much. Very clean waiting area also.

I have bought or leased a vehicle every three years for many, many years. Eddie answered questions very quickly & he did not play around! Many times I have had salespeople change numbers they had given me when I would go into their store. There was no game playing, etc. He made my purchase simple & fast.

The guy at Finance whose name I dont remember, was also honest and very patient. He let me take as long as I needed, to read the contract, go over the numbers, and answer any questions I had. I bought a car from here less then 6 months ago, I came to Carson Toyota because I felt it was a reputable dealer and they would not sale me something that was going to break down less then 6 months after buying it. Last week my car would not turn on I finally got it to turn on, but then I had all these lights turn on. I called to see if they would take a look at it, they said that I dont have warranty so it would not be covered. I never thought that buying a car from a big name dealership I would have to go through having car problem in less then 6 months from purchasing it. I would have expected them to at least look at it free of charge since they said before I purchased the car that it was put through all these inspections and the car was in great shape, and that they would not sale anything that would have issues. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and make sure you have someone you trust look at the car before purchasing from them, because at the end of the day all they care about is their commission.
I am always treated well at this dealership. Never rushed or ignored. They have programs that not only save me money, but are attempting to save water and protect our environment. This means a lot to me! The service writers are polite, respectful and just so accommodating. I plan to have all of my servicing done there and will probably buy my next vehicle there also.

Just bought a new RAV4 Prime here. I really enjoyed working w Jim Park. He was helpful, proactive, not pushy, and honest. Since these cars are in high demand, inventory is hard to find and they are going for well over MSRP. Jim followed up with me, shared when new vehicles would arrive, was up front about the cost, and helped me secure the car I wanted. Before I left he walked me through the car, showed me different features, etc.One of my best car buying experiences. Thanks!

This my first car and they helped me pick out the best car in my price budget and with specific specs I have been looking for. I went in for scheduled maintenance and my advisor was Juan. After looking at my receipt no oil change was done. This is the most miles I have driven in between visits since purchasing my vehicle and no oil change done. All my previous visits had oil changes and this the first encounter with Juan. I did an extended Toyota Care last year and paid about $350 for another 2 years so that is going add up to 2 oil changes now for that price. If I did not extend the Toyota Care and was paying each visit with them will they still say no oil change needed? I got the extension for 2 oil changes a year not for 2 in 2 years. So after your 2 year complimentary Toyota Care best not to extend just go to a non dealership they will change your oil no questions asked. It will come out cheaper than the $350 extension and if the non dealership finds something mechanically wrong you can still go back to Toyota under the factory warranty. I don’t want to turn this into a book cause I could also mention the exchange we had when I asked about balancing my tires.
This review is for the financing department persons name (Osvaldo) (Osvi)I declined the toyota/safe-guard towing package since i have AAA i trusted him so i did not put so much attention at the end of signing the contract when i got home i checked and he charged $1295.00 for his beautiful package that he decided to add.Stay away from this guy, he is very unprofessional he does what he wants.
Carson Toyotas service department is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The waiting area is replete with comfy seating and computer work stations, so I was able to continue my workday comfortably. My car was serviced quickly and they brought it back to me freshly washed!
***DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE***They say there going to give you 0.2 APR and don’t. Also I came in to purchased my vehicle 4 years ago and now they are telling me it’s a lease vehicle. They promise you all this stuff and don’t follow through. Please if you do buy a car here make sure you record everything they tell you! It will save you so much trouble later.
Larry was awesome! The entire experience from getting a very reasonable quote with all the details, through completing the purchase paperwork was fast, easy and very smooth. I have already referred several friends and family to Larry at Carson Toyota. They were several $1000s less than other dealers. No haggling or pressure selling. Very comfortable.
We just had the pleasure of purchasing our first car from Walter last week. We were able to handle quite a bit online so when we arrived everything was already set up for us. This was our first time buying a new car and our experience could not have been smoother. Love our new Prius Prime!
My experience with Carson Toyota has been excellent anytime I have dealt with them, either in the service department or sales. They are family owned so they can do way more than corporate dealerships. Their price tags beat EVERYONE. Their maintenance dept is staffed efficiently, meaning theres more than enough people to handle customers, so the wait time is manageable for regular service. I just had a part installed on my 2018 Highlander and it was completed 1 hour before their estimated time of completion.
Great service experience. Service representative ready with all my vehicle information upon my arrival. Quick check in process. Then I was off. Called within the hour to advise me of work to be done upon my approval. A couple of hours later, my vehicle service was completed. Quick & easy!
I always get great customer service at Carson Toyota. And the service advisor Bryan always provides great customer service! Hes very polite and explains everything to me thoroughly about my vehicle. I always feel confident that the work was done right and I have a peace of mind.
We made an appointment at 10am with Jessie. When we walked in a few minute early, we were greeted kindly by a woman at the reception desk. We sat down while she tried to contact jessie. He never showed up. This sounds like a terrible start to our experience but a few minutes after 10(our scheduled time) Larry met us and offered to show us the car we had been talking to Jessie about over the phone. Larry walked us out to the car and showed us everything and answered all of our questions. He was so kind, not pushy, and very very pleasant. He was patient with us and he was just really nice! Larry took us upstairs to connect us with Jessie (who was busy with someone else on a phone call).... i kept thinking we were going to get passed back to Jessie but it didnt happen. Larry kept helping us through the process until the end. He was amazing! And bonus points for being kind and patient with our 5 year old too! I imagine Jessie would have been great, but Larry was THE BEST!!! Then Larry took us to the next step in the process which was Financing! There we met Mike who realized that we (and our 5 year old) were ready to be done. He tried to get us through the process quickly but without cutting corners. He was friendly, kind, thorough and helpful! Mike and Larry have been at Carson Toyota for a long time (i think they said 18 yrs). I HIGHLY RECOMMED Carson Toyota because of these 2 wonderful guys! I was ready for an agonizing and frustrating car buying experience but this was not it. These guys were AMAZING!!! I love my new car and I cannot thank Larry and Mike enough! Request them, you wont be sorry. FYI both Larry and Mike were inclusive of my 5 year old, they were kind, they were patient and they were really nice to him. That earns each of them even more brownie points from me, because that is not always easy to do. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Carson Toyota! I must say the worst experience ever with the sales manager (Issac Micheal Kassis manager-don’t have managers name) I have a 2016 Tacoma single cab that I wanted to trade in for a newer model. I was looking for a 4x4 off roading trim. I test drive the 2021 Tacoma 4x4 off roading model- it was ok basic. The sales rep pushed for me to sit down and talk numbers I told him that it was to basic for me he asked me how much am I paying monthly for my truck now. I told him $500 a month was so he told me that he can do 0 down and $500 if it was leased. I said sure why not so we sat down talked numbers then he went to go talk to his manager. I heard his manager yelling no then 30 seconds later the manager came up to me and asked me questions. Seemed like he was trying to school me about number telling me that there no way he’s going to lease me 2021 with $500 monthly payment and my truck is not worth anything that my monthly payments should be $1000(come on now $1000 is ridiculous) I kindly told him that my truck is lifted and I added viper security system to my truck and I made some upgrades and to top it off he never went outside to check our my truck. Manager was very rude and told me that he will not lease me the truck and he can show me cheap models. I told him no thanks I know what I want then he proceeded to tell me that he can’t help me out and I should stick to my truck if I made all theses upgrades all sarcastically. I work to hard to receive rude customer service not once did the manager told me I’m here to help and we can work something out. I got up asked for my keys and told him to have a good day. Little did the manager know I have $12,000 in my savings account and I was willing to bump up the monthly payment but definitely not $1000 (I didn’t even asked for a $500 monthly payment the sales rep told me he can try to get me that price) my credit is great and I’m financed by Toyota. This was definitely a waste of my time. Never judge a book by its cover. Definitely not coming back.
Service was terrible. Went in for recall service that would take 3-6 hours and asked if they could provide shuttle service prior to my appointment. I arrived and was told they only have one driver for shuttle service. The wait time for the driver I was given is 3 hours. I asked for additional drivers or uber service and they said no. I will not go back to Carson Toyota. Other Toyota dealers and other non toyota dealers do not inconvenience the customer this way. I love my Toyota but will have to call coorporate to make sure other customers do not have to experience this bad service from Carson Toyota.
I purchased a Prius from Carson Toyota last week and my experience was nothing short of amazing. When I first walked in I was greeted by the friendliest staff. They called down my dealer, Alex, and he was very friendly/professional.Alex was very helpful and unlike other dealers he did not press/pressure me to add on a bunch of extra coverage/parts that would make the cost of the car skyrocket. He was very straightforward with the pricing of the Prius and he even managed to discount the price and give me a New Grad Discount! I didnt even know about the discount until I came in! Another thing about Alex was his above and beyond customer service skills. Though the dealership was closing he stayed longer to finish the sale and he did not seemed rushed or too pushy. He also offered me a free detailing whenever I want! Most dealers wouldnt be comfortable offering this to customers. I enjoyed my experience with Carson Toyota and if you need a car please ask for Alex!Overall: 10/10 Stars
Bought my 2019 hybrid RAV4 here and just had my first Toyota Care 5000 mile appt. The service area was busy, but they have a good, organized system, and it was easy and quick to get in and out. They were also taking all the precautions with masks, gloves, social distancing, etc. The service advisor was friendly and attentive. Loving my new car :)

Walter was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! He was friendly, straight-forward, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I showed up on a Wednesday afternoon no appointment and I was able to not only have my vehicle serviced the same day but it only took about an hour to complete the 5000 mile vehicle service. Edward the service advisor assured me that they could have my vehicle completed in about an hour and I couldnt believe it but he was true to his word. Now thats the kind of service advisor that Toyota should be very proud of. This was an excellent experience and I would definitely refer Carson Toyota to my friends and family.
Making an appointment truly helps. You arrive 15 minutes early, they check you in. You meet with a representative, in this case I had the pleasure of meeting Chris. Not only did he explain the service my vehicle was getting, but answered all my questions without hesitation. Very knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out in 30 minutes tops.Thank you.
Not really pleased with my experience. When I called over the phone. I was told by one of the sales associate that I can bring a chasier check to pay off my lease vehicle. When I got there (which is a distance for me) one of the finance Associates informated me that the information I was giving was incorrect. So now I have start all with the process. Which is frustrating.

The person who helped me ,Mauricio, did not treat me well. He pretty much tricked me into singing the papers. Beware of him his not there to help anyone and only wants your money. He would not explain or even break down the contract for you just says everything is the same. I will never be going back to this dealer ever to purchase anything else.
I had no problems with this Dealership and James Park was GREAT. He gave me price online and I shopped the price around. I had one Toyota dealership say they would give me great deal on a trade and match Carsons price but, the day I went to buy the car, they said they could not give that deal. So, I went back to Carson because they did have the best deal. Also, when I went to sign my paperwork, it was quick and easy. They ask but did not push me to buy extra addons. I am not an employee of Google and this review is of my own experience at this wonderful dealership!!!
First time Toyota owner, so I didnt really know the process when coming in for Toyota maintenance. Elaine Bekgaard helped me from start to finish, making it a smooth transaction without any hassle. Came in without an appointment, spent about 10 minutes in the office with Elaine, and my car was ready for pick up about 2 hours later. Pretty quick process, most likely much faster if I actually had an appointment.
Always prefer bringing in my vehicle to Carson Toyota for its regular oil change. Its convenient for me since I work in Torrance. I can drop off my car and get a ride into work. They have taken good care of my car and I always ask for Daniel Juarez. He is just great and always provides me with outstanding customer service. Hes honest and professional.
Sales department blatantly lied to my face telling me that all my monthly lease payments would go to the down payment cost of purchasing the vehicle if i decided to buy it at the end. After closer review of the contract, they failed to mention a rental / deprecation fee costing over $10,000 in extra fees. The vehicle that was valued at $42k through the Toyota website at the time (which they up charged to $49k) is now going to cost me over $60k. They also lied about the service being covered during the length of the lease (3 years) as it was only covered for the first 2. If there are extra fees i could deal with that, but they straight up lied to my face and told me otherwise. They are the very definition of deceitful, untrustworthy, that will say whatever is necessary to pressure you into a quick sale.
It was easy, they showed me what they recommended, they showed my wife and I a few cars. They were very helpful, Hisham and sales person have a great knowledge they took me threw everything. And to sign the contract, the guy finished everything within 20 minutes which is amazing! Finally they took me to the Car and made me familiar with it! Car was washed, gas tank filled, very professional! Made me feel amazing about myself! This car is #5 I bought from Carson Toyota, highly recommend this company to everyone that I know! And I call it a friendly place, great job, love my car!!!!!
This is a dealership with good customer service and attention to detail. The sales people are pretty friendly, attentive, and are patient with questions. The best part about this dealership is how they really do try to cultivate one on one customer relationships. The only area they need to improve in is with following up after they promise to.
My service agent could not handle that I was upset that I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment. He decided to walk away and told me that somebody else would help me. If I hadnt gone to find the manager I might have been standing there for an additional 20 minutes. for somebody that bought my car here and continues to service it here I was very disappointed in the service that I received.
Aug 4 2021 i have a bad bad expirienced from Toyota carson Service,Sales,Finance they add a lot from my balance from lease to purchase i need help to solve this problem im not agree this is so unfair they dont care about the costumer, taking advantage this is my 4th times bad expirienced from toyota i need talk to the right and honest person for my problem this is too much.
Adrianna and Samantha went above and beyond to get me in and out of there with ease. I was very pleased with my experience at Carson Toyota. Also as a side note, I installed a skid plate on my Tacoma that became loose and was making noise while driving, they had the mechanic tighten and torque it so it was no longer loose or making noise. Overall, I was disappointed with this visit and will not return. There was initial confusion because I requested a rental car before I came in that Id need during my service appointment. I was previously not charged by another Toyota, so I was never told I was going to be paying for it until the rental person had finished my paperwork and let me know of the fee. She was pleasant to work with, as well as the service advisor in the end who helped me when I picked up my car. That being said, my right front door had about a 2 foot long scratch after my service. When I brought it up, they wiped at it with their finger and said it would probably come out, but a few people didnt seem to think it was a big deal. When it was clear we werent leaving, they took my car to someone to detail to help, but upon observation after the appointment, its definitely still there. Im mostly disappointed in the lack of their willingness to fix the situation given how obvious of an issue it was.
Email communication was succinct with nearly instant responses. Straightforward, no haggling. Made appointment to show up in person and vehicle was ready, I was shown and explained all features including a test drive (I had already test driven the model previously before deciding what to target for purchase), and was asked for approval before executing paperwork. Paperwork pricing and information was EXACTLY what was discussed via email, no upsell, no haggling. The only surprise was that they were so nice and had integrity. My car was washed and fueled up. Unfortunately this place cares way more about making an extra dollar than their customers. After finding the exact car online I had been looking for for a long time, I called to confirm its availability and sent a family member to drive the car and negotiate the price. After multiple phone calls to set up coming to get the vehicle and buying a ticket to fly down from SF (within 48 hrs since I was assured they would have it for me) they sold the car and didn’t even let me know even though they knew I was flying down to get the car. I’m now out the car and the price of a pricey last minute plane ticket. I recommend taking your business to a place that cares more about their customers.
The experience was seamless. Every aspect of this transaction was promptly handled. I didnt have to wait for anything, someone was there to meet my every need even though I showed up at approximately 3:45 pm without an appointment. My Service Advisor, Mr. Eric Enriquez was very polite, very knowledgeable and has excellent human relations skills. Theres a program in place to meet your needs, for example I needed to delay getting a major repair done. Mr. Enriquez introduced me to a program which allowed me to get it done now and provided a beautiful, brand new Highlander Rental, free of charge. Of course there were requirements to be met for financial assistance and the rental. I was able to obtain them all. Everything was delivered as promised. I highly recommend Carson Toyota and Mr. Eric Enriquez. Im a Happy Camper. The car broke down 3 days later, fluid ran out of the car and it was making a crazy noise. It was a bit of a hassle to contact someone and the staff wasnt too friendly, it was if I was the plague. I didnt feel welcome or appreciated at the end.
As soon as I pulled in to Toyota, I was greeted with a smile and taken into a room to speak with the service specialist Bryan. It was my first time ever taking my car to a dealer to get checked out and he was exceptional in walking me through the whole process. I told him my issue and he explained to me approximately how long it will take and that Id be receiving a phone call to ask which services I was and was not going to go through with. When I got back to Toyota, he was with another customer, greeted me, and kindly asked me to go in to pay the cashier and that hed get back to me in just a few minutes. Hes outstanding with his customer service. I would definitely come back to get service done
Bought my car here and had the best experience. I was worried about the service department because it always looks busy but my service rep got me in and out within 45 min. That makes me super happy and my car is doing great! Plenty of tvs and snacks for those long waits. They also have a small store you can shop and it even has ice cream! Ice cream makes for better waits!!
Its Its worse dealership i have ever see . Thier Services are so slow . It take 3 hours to check my car than they told me your engine check light is on because your 12 v battery is weak. Than you have to buy one. My car i just bought it 8 month agi as certified . Its not warranted he said.they just want more and more money .thank you so much Carson Toyota
Stopped by and was assisted by Byron. He was quick to get us to test drive a car, but was very pushy about having an application filled out no matter how many times we explained that we were just comparing dealerships. He kept saying they had specials, but only told us of 1 special. Once we made it clear we werent filling out an app and just wanted an estimated quote he said we could call him when we were ready to put in the app, gave us his card and walked off. He was pushy and rude and we will go to another Toyota dealership.
Internet salesman Jesse Quinonez was my contact during negotiations. He was very pleasant, quick to respond to my questions via email, and provided the best deal I could find. Other staff members were equally friendly and professional in performing their tasks to help us purchase a 2021 Prius Prime Plug-in Limited model.
The CPO program is a joke. All they did was an oil change, after buying it off enterprise rental. Found out enterprise cheated as well. The front windshield was replaced (botched since theres rust inside the frame). Constant noise coming from from of car. Turns out the bottom panel wasnt tighten. What inspection, what a joke. The abuses from enterprise were not repaired at all, not the visible ones nor the hidden ones.Just found Enterprise botched the hood and roof paint job. The clear coat is coming off.All the carfax report showed was a oil change after Carson Toyota got it from Enterprise. None of the botched repairs was on it.The engine block had a botched repair as well. slowly leaking oil. Both Carson of Toyota and Enterprise should be ashamed of themselves.
Worked with Jim Park, the fleet manager. He and I agreed on a number. I drove there. Test drove the car around the block. Signed papers. Done. One of the easiest experiences in buying a car. Also, did I happen to mention he had the best pricing? I cant speak for the other Toyotas.
This is the best service center Ive experienced in all the time Ive owned vehicles. They are ahead of the game in every area when it comes to customer service. And they do the little things that make people feel welcomed (like bagels, water and juice offered to drivers waiting in line). And then returning to pick up my car is a breeze. The facility is always clean and the layout is comfortable and totally has the customer in mind.
I have to admit that it was a pleasure to buy a new Camry from Carson Toyota. Luis and Dianne helped in offering a great deal, and then Luis went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect in completing the deal. He stayed in constant contact and was very quick to answer our many questions. Total time to actually buy the car once at the dealership was about an hour and a half and we left very happy customers. Smooth and quick process. No major haggling. Wer were able to make deal without a long and drawn out process. I mentioned that a wiper blade was frayed, which I believe should have been replaced before car was taken out to lot for sale. Other than that, a pleasant shopping experience. This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership.
My husband and I felt we had a better than ever expected experience at Carson:). Our experience started with email/text exchanges discussing what was available. I quickly got the sense that the sales rep was reasonable, caring, and not pushy. When we arrived, the staff was professional and kind, the arrangements for purchase were straightforward, with the data on the computer always visible to us (no surprises); when we needed privacy to discuss a matter re the purchase, Jesse, our sales rep took the initiative to step out of the room to give us privacy. Everything was explained very well from Jesse’s office. Then the trip to the Finance Office (previously a place where the surprises showed up), Oscar treated us equally well, with transparency, friendliness, never pushy but always giving us privacy to discuss our decisions re the the warranties. My car was in and out in a timely manner. Patty Alonso was my Service Representative, and as usual, she was courteous and efficient. She also recommended the body shop where I took my car to following todays service to have the torn bumper clip repaired; within 15 minutes, that too was repaired for the cost of a cup of coffer.
This experience is simply the best from the beginning of until the end, shout out to their best Salesman - Ozzy. After some long, sleepless nights reaserching and comparing numbers between dealers, Ozzy won us over. He did so not because to meet his goals but felt more like he was doing us a favor to put our investment to the right place, in this case, a car. I went there for maintenance and I was nervous because it was my first time to go to a dealer shop, and English is my second language. But he explained every single detail slowly for make me understand and comfortable. He got my trust very quickly. And when I went back for pick up with my husband, he ran to us to say Hi. Two years ago I bought a car from this dealer and the experience was great, it was easy and the deal was really good, so I decided to go this past weekend to trade in my honda civic, I had a very bad experience, they tried to force into signing a deal I was not okay with, they got really upset and started mocking me (Mo) when I told them that I needed it a couple of days to think about it. If I’m going to spend tens of thousands of dollars I need to get it right.
Emailed Alex Flores about purchase of a Highlander I saw online. He responded immediately with a great price that was better than what was shown online and better than other deals I could find. Buying from him was actually a pleasure as he has a no pressure approach that appeared to us to be honest and helpful. He is very upfront. Highly recommend dealing with Alex. The dealership manager was also very good to deal with and added to the pleasant buying experience. Finance representative Clemmons was also a pleasure to work with.
Larry helped us out. I found a car online send me a good quote. Unfortunately they had sold it on my arrival but before arriving told me had a better version of the car and for a couple hundred more as opposed to thousand more. Helped us get in and out in 2 hours which is great. Big lot many cars and offices. Its a car dealer just do your research and be prepared and you wont come out a loser.
Chuck the sales representative was very professional. I was unable to take the car the same day but Chuck and the staff were understandable and waited for me. Also, I did not feel like they were trying to sell me something expensive but a car that fit my needs. Since my purchase, I do not have no buyers remorse and im very happy with my purchase... I made an appointment online for my periodic servicing and was delighted with how easy it was to go back online and change it for later in the day when a time conflict came up. When I arrived at Carson Toyota, I was greeted by Eric Enriquez who checked me in and got my service going. I was surprised at how quickly it was all taken care of and I was able to beat the worst of the traffic to get back home. I travel about 20 miles to Carson Toyota even though theres another Toyota dealer about 2 miles from my home because its always a smooth, pleasant experience and the trip is worth it. Thanks!
I agree with other reviewers that the sales persons are liars and dishonest. Our leased car was about to mature and Carson Toyota told us as long as we purchase a new car from them they would waive the disposition fee. We confirmed again when we made the purchase with Internet/Fleet Manager Alex. We trusted them so much that we did not ask for their promise in writing. Soon after we returned our leased car, we received a statement with the balance of disposition fee. We contacted Alex numerous times, he never responded. We had to call his boss, Mark Habaybeh, Internet/Fleet Director, who said will verify with Alex, but never did so. When we made the purchase Alex told us he is the best sales person in the dealership with the highest production performance, I respected his hard work at such a young man. Now I understand consistently uses dishonest conduct to boost his sales. Its been 3 months since we returned our leased car and it is still not resolved yet. Today we even received a vehicle renewal notice from DMV with a balance due and penalty! Carson Toyota never updated DMV of the change of ownership! Lying and cheating are the culture of this dealership. They would promise whatever they can to have you make the purchase but never keep their promise. Stay away from Carson Toyota if you dont want to be in trouble! If I could, I would give 0 star--because they dont deserve even 1 star!
My door wasnt locking all the time. Annoying that I had to come twice to get it installed (because they didnt stock the part). I understand they want to save overhead by not stocking parts, but the cost is passed on to the customer in our time wasted and having to make two trips. The service they did was done on time and they are friendly.
I have done reviews for Carson Toyota like 3x now and because I am extremely satisfied with their service. The fact that they have people that care about you and if you’re happy means a lot to me. I work as a sales person and I try to give my customers the beat customer service because I also like receiving it & I know how important it is for costumers to feel like they matter. And truly when I came in to Carson Toyota I felt like I mattered. I was already greeted as soon as I got out my car. Yes I know car buying can be so scary and it’s a whole lot of money you’re going to spend so having someone friendly can help so much... I was in SO MUCH luck to have Walter Chavez as the person selling my car. Wow!!!! Could I say who ever hired Walter did the BEST job they could do... Walter was so helpful and even though I don’t do reviews for anything. But for Walter I do it happily because he made my car experience the best. Was not pressured by him, he didn’t tell me to add more stuff he did not make me buy it he let me test drive it and was patient. 5 stars is not enough Stars to give him. He was engaged and honestly didn’t even feel like I was buying a car. Made me feel like I was talking to my family. And that’s how car buying should be. It’s already scary enough for people to go in and buy something and with Walter I would maybe go buy 10 more cars. if Walter ever tells me he’s moving dealerships I will GLADLY do so... I bought the C-HR XLE and can I say i am in love with my car he showed me all of the colors and gave me the best prices and HE was just AMAZING... THANK YOU WALTER AGAIN SOO MUCH... Very irritated with this place I will most defiantly be advising the people that I reffered here not to come here anymore and I will most defiantly be taking my money somewhere else. After reporting a problem that I continuausly had with the car that I purchased from this dealership to cooperate. I recieved a call from MICHEAL BAILEY who was very aggeessive and rude because he got word on my complaint. He wouldnt even let me speak but he took it into his hands to offend me and make it very clear that he has no capacity to be labeled as a manager. This manager if you can call him that needs alot of training in his area. DO NOT COME HERE PEOPLE!!IF
The wait was under an hour like promised and the issue was corrected. I was warned that the line was going to be long to check in on a Saturday morning however things went very smooth and the line was moving pretty fast. The employees did a great job checking in all customers.

I bought a car here, but never again. Their service department is so inexperienced. I had a tire and wheel warranty, but they would not honor it so I had to drive to Americas Tires.Every single visit has been unproductive with the exception of dealing this a gentleman in the fiance department named Micheal who got me the information I needed without wasting my time and looking confused.
I spent a great deal of time researching Toyota Dealers. Carson Toyota is the only ethical dealership I have ever encountered in my 50 years of buying or leasing a car. Dianne Whitmire responded immediately to my request for information on the 2018 Camry LXE Hybrid. Her email response included the specs on the vehicle. She offered me with an incredible deal that was much lower than the MSRP. She also was available by phone when I needed to ask more questions. I knew exactly what the cost would be before my appointment with Jim Park, the Internet and Fleet Manager, who was extraordinary, and he respected my knowledge as a woman. He spent a great deal of time teaching me about the details of the car. Dont go to any other dealer.

I stopped going to Carson Toyota (after going there for several years) as I got fed with their bogus untrue finish time estimates. For a change oil, they always say it will be done in 1.5 hours, but they keep on extending it. Its more like always 3 hours. One time they kept on extending it until it reached 6 hours... I could have just gone home if they just told me 6 hours from the start.One service advisor even got mad at me when I told him Tundra needs oil change every 5K miles. He made it his mission to prove me wrong. I wasnt even fighting with him. I just said thats what I know. Well, he investigated and found that the Tundra with flex fuel engines does indeed require 5K oil change intervals. I know he works there, but no one person can know everything, so pipe down.Also, now my 4runner and Tundra skid plates, the bolts that hold them are all messed up. They put home depot bolts on my 4 runner i guess because they shredded the threads. For my Tundra, you can tell, the skid plates are installed incorrectly it was on top instead of in between the other plastic (you can see old marks indicating its wrongly installed).One time I saw another customer leaving with a plastic cover thing hanging down at the bottom of car by engine area. I guess they forgot to bolt up the covers back under the engine. What up with these guys and skid plates or covers.If you get service there, check your tire valve caps. They seem to love loosening it half way. And after few miles of driving it, eventually youll lose them.I bought 3 cars there too over the years. Im really regretting it.After several years of going to Carson Toyota, all my bad experiences there pretty much indicates they can never change. Basically its like its time proven that they can never achieve to give good (just the normal good) service for their customers.
We have a very pleasant experience with Sam Fleet manager. we negotiated the price over the phone and came in ,test drive less than 2 hours everything was done.Sams very helpful, honest and keep his promise. Well worth 50 miles drive from our home. Ill recommend all my friends to buy from cars from him.
I came in for an oil change and a mechanical issue. I was told it would be handled. After waiting 1.75 hrs all that was done was a tire rotation. My oil was not changed and the mechanical issue I had was addressed by the service writer saying “It’s all good.” I don’t know if that meant it was fixed or not.I also never got confirmation my car was done. I got a text saying my car was recurved about 1.75 hrs after I dropped off. I assumed that meant it was done. When I went out to the service area I was told it was done. Then I was told I have to go back in and sign out. I asked why didn’t you just tell me that so I could get it done quicker. Then I came out again and he said he had to go get the car.I said I guess it’s not really done if I have to go sign paperwork and then wait for you to go get the car.Then my key fob was covered in scot h tape that took 10 min to get off.Overall I feel like my experience was a total waste of time and handled with incompetence.
Recently I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma, which by the way I love. Well I received a letter by mail that the truck has a recall since I live in Carson I decide to take it there to the service department. The lady that took care of me when I arrived was very nice the problem stated when I was sent to the customer service department for an appointment for a future date. The employee which did not even greet me and obviously did not mentioned his name. Just took my phone number and name and said he was going to give me a call to confirm the appointment time up to this moment (week later) I am still waiting for the call. So I decided to take my truck to Tustin Toyota and what a difference in service.

Very good experience for buy my new Rav4 xle. Even I drove almost an hour to here, but finally I got good service from all the people who served for me. I found the car which I wanted and got the good price. Thank for Jai Hilton and Dinna from the sales department. They did a very efficient work for me. And finally thank for the financial manager Jerry who thought carefully from my side. Very good purchase experience and definitely will recommend my friends coming this place.
3 1/2 hour wait time for car service even if you have appointment. Its ridiculous. Also, I had a screw on my tire and I went here they told me I had to buy a new tire almost $300 they said they could not repair my tire. I got out of there went to my local mechanic Panchos. He patched my tire up nice and neatly for $15. No wonder this country wants Hispanics out of here. They wont let you rip off anybody and they do a better job at everything!
Super awesome place to have your Toyota worked on. Unfortunately its super expensive. But the staff are extremely helpful and considerate. They are faster than they tell you though. They finished a 4-5 job in less than 2 hours. This was more of an inconvenience however.
This dealership seems to have a good inventory of Toyotas. When I had been looking online for a very specific model with certain trim options, Carson Toyota replied back quickly that they were going have in exactly what I was looking for within a few days.One of the problems though is the fact that Toyotas are such great cars that dealers like this can get away with not negotiation at all on certain models. When I got there to buy my car they were totally unwilling to waver a single bit on their quoted price. I could hardly get them to throw in a $10 rubber cover for the trailer hitch! After they even refused to simply discount some of the accessories I wanted to get from their parts department I wound up buying those items from another Toyota dealer online that had far superior pricing. Carson Toyota lost that extra business and my respect.Here was another thing that they tried to pull on me: I finally decided to finance a portion of the purchase. They ran my credit and it was perfect. Then they gave me an interest rate that was really higher than what it should be for someone with my credit. The salesman insisted that was their lowest rate available, I called his bluff and asked him to get his manager. When she came in and looked over my credit they suddenly had a special rate that was a half percent lower.My advice - never give up on negotiating with these guys and dont believe it when they tell you they cant go lower. Do you homework before you enter any dealership.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. I walked in after work where I was met by a sales person. He showed me a car that I was looking to buy. Great, all is going well so I asked him if we can talk numbers. We sit down and he brings in his manager. The manager is named Tamer Ahmed. This guy talks as though he owns the dealership and that he doesnt really need my business. He tells me that the car Im looking to buy (Prius plug-in) is easily sold and he cant keep it in stock for long. He goes on to tell me that if he wants to charge $3,000 over sticker price hell charge $3,000 over sticker price. I was shocked to hear this. He continues telling me that he is running a business and its a matter of supply and demand. He says its his right to charge whatever he feels like. I thanked him for his time and left. I cant recommend this place at all. Beware!
Though I didnt get to drive myself out in a shiny new car, I can say that I felt incredibly at ease here as a potential customer (which is not something thats easy to come by in many dealerships!). The sales manager whom I was able to sit down with (Mr. Tom Whitmire) was patient with my indecision, as well as with my request to take a pretty 4Runner out for a test drive. He informed me very well in all that I inquired about, and even helped me come to a better decision regarding what it was that I had originally sought. If I know of anyone wanting to purchase or lease a car around the area, I will more than happily direct them on over.
I purchased a brand new Corolla at Carson Toyota about a year ago and I couldnt be happier with my overall experience with this dealership. My salesman was Rod and he was very kind and informative and was not pushy at all. He took the time to answer all the questions I had before walking into a dealership and if he didnt know the answer, he went out of his way to find out. Ive been car buying before and never had I had a more positive experience than I have had with Rod, as a matter of fact, Ive recommended him to many friends and family and they too have gotten excellent service from Rod.One of the biggest reasons why I love this place is that when I take my car in for service, the facility is immaculate and the waiting area isnt like those other dealerships with just a few chairs and a coffee maker. There are flat screen TVs & numerous areas with comfortable seats which really make the time go by when I wait for my car to get serviced. I would highly, highly recommend buying your next Toyota from Carson Toyota and more specifically Rod.
Terrible experiences at CARSON TOYOTA.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CAREDISHONESTY AND MORE DISHONESTY (or perhaps just ignorance / not knowing)I was promised one price of $ 445.00 to $450.00 per month with zero down. I gave Diane, the saleslady with whom I had been negotiating for a week, all my personal information so that she could prepare the paperwork before I went into the dealership.I was assigned and given the VIN number of my new car.When I went into the dealership at the agreed time, the PAPERWORK HAD NOT BEEN PREPARED , and I was not even introduced to Diane but simply passed off to another saleslady, Gloria, who was most apologetic.HOWEVER .... the monthly lease payment was CHANGED to $499.00 per month.Over one hour later I was taken to their FINANCE DEPARTMENT, where I asked the man to explain and show me how the $499.00 monthly was arrived at.To my surprise he quickly got angry and stormed out of the room.After a few minutes, I decided Id had enough of this BAD treatment and walked out.Another Finance man (HASHIM?) came out and begged me to come back inside promising compensation for my mistreatment.When I went back inside, he did not fulfill his promise, and when asked to explain how my monthly lease amount was arrived at, he could only point to the computer screen and say there it is ... Apparently he did NOT UNDERSTAND how to explain the numbers.A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Be careful. They are best in yo-yo sale and price markup. Just go to other dealership and stay away from this one. Always check what you sign. They can trick you real fast and the last thing you’ll know is that you are already upside down with your loan with markups and unwanted warranties. They’ll make a big profit out of you so better WATCH OUT.
We just concluded our search for a family SUV with the 2014 highlander, it has everything we are looking for.AL Mohamed, the sales and financial associates are very friendly and helpful, and the managers discounted services was the ice on the cake.I had my payment calculation program and my numbers matched the deal they gave me, this gave me peace of mind.The after sales follow up is going good so far and I will follow up with another review in few months to write on that.
Everyone was exceptionally professional and helpful. The wait time, however, was much too long for a first maintenance (2 hours). Im wondering what will happen when it is a more involved maintenance. Since you do not have transportation service, I cannot drop off my car before work:-(
I was able to secure a morning appointment even on very short notice. The service department staff was very courteous and professional. Only a short wait to get the shuttle to work. The service (oil change) was completed in the expected time and the service adviser notified me by email and by voicemail. The email included a PDF file describing the technicians actions and a recommendation to replace all 4 tires, have an alignment done and a quote. I bought a tire tread wear gauge for a few dollars, and confirmed the tread wear was at the limit. After making a few phone calls, I decided to use a very reputable shop close to home and saved $250, compared to the dealer quote, as a result.
We just bought our second car from Dianne Whitmire at Carson Toyota. We bought our 2004 Sienna from her and loved the service so when the time came to get a new van, we gave her a call. We could not be happier! We told her what we wanted, and she got the van ready for us to pick up. Fleet pricing was great, and we got a good deal. From start to finish great experience again.When we had an issue with the front license plate Dianne referred us to Walt Lyman in customer relations, and the issue was handled promptly and curtiously. Heck I even got my tank topped off for having to drive up!Love Carson Toyota, we will be back for our next car!

The best auto purchase experience! No dealer shell games! I live 3 hours away and I was able to get honest pricing on my 4runner with options, no hidden anything. I put a small credit card deposit and Wah-Lah--> EVERYTHING online via email with a couple of friendly phone calls.When my 4runner arrived, I got a call, set up a pickup time and the rest was history. When I arrived, everything was ready, the vehicle was prepped, the staff was all great and I was on the road in about an hour! Plus, I purchased some accessories at a discount.... WONDERFUL.... When will they be moving to Fresno?

Chilly, the Fleet Director, was very understanding and took into account my requirements in regards to an affordable payment plan and which route to take with financing. I wish I can give them 0 stars. I went in looking for a used 4Runner they said they did not have any, so we asked to look at a new one instead they asked me what color I wanted and said I white. They brought down a white one with tan interior. I told the salesman I prefer the black interior instead, but lets see what kind of deal we could workout for this one. I could have lived with tan if the price was right. Thats when the trouble started. After a few minutes another gentleman came out I believe he was the GM and told us that we dont have what you want come back in a few weeks and walked away. My cousin who was with me said why cant we discuss making a deal on this one, He says to us what does it matter youre not going to buy a car anyway. He then walked away we followed him inside and thats when he started cussing and yelling at us in Arabic, by the way my cousin and I speak fluent Arabic. They threatened to call the poilce on us and one of the other salesman actually put his hands on my cousin and pushed him out of the sales area. Anyway, I then went to Manhattan Beach Toyota and purcahsed a new 4Runner and was treated with the utmost respect. They made buying a new car painless and easy. Do yourself a favor and avoid Carson Toyota at all costs. There are way to many Toyota dealers in the South Bay that Im sure will treat thier customers better than this place.
Came for a walk in appointment because I didnt have time to get my car serviced later.. We always request Patty. It was really busy but its ok. Got my brakes done and oil change. I trust Carson Toyota more than any other place. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work. =)
Had a horrible experience from start to finish. Went in Wednesday of last week to check out the Camry, RAV4, and Highlander. We enjoyed all three. We had a trade-in that was appraised that day for $35,500. We left that day with the intention of checking out some other dealers and look at comparable cars, Honda, Nissan, GMC, etc. We had some trade in offers higher, and some lower. Many were contingent upon us purchasing the car at their dealership. Long story short, I call our salesperson, who I will not mention 6 days later to let him know we were interested in moving forward with one of the Toyota cars. During the call, I asked him several times if the trade in value stood, he said yea yea, no problem and of course, so my wife and I began our 45-60 minute drive down there. We get there, decide on a car, the RAV4, and it comes time to finalize things. Before they ran our credit, I asked to have the trade in value finalized so we can make sure we are on the same page. Guess what, now its only worth $30,000, even though we were just told less than 4 hours ago that we would be getting the $35,500.. In 6 days our car depreciated $5,500. Thats a little extreme. Aside from the clear UDAAP violation in the deceptive sales practice, it is a horrible business practice to bait and switch. Suffice to say, I will never go back to, recommend, or shop at Toyota ever again.

2022-05-23The service department is amazing ! The experience from start to finish was seamless, the staff was extremely friendly, considerate, and welcoming. Their service manager Juan was great, his updates were consistent and efficient. Adriana was the Service Advisor assigned to my vehicle and she was very professional, very knowledgeable and caring. The cashier department was also friendly and made it easy to pick up my vehicle. Definitely recommend if youre looking to service your vehicle, you wont regret it!

2022-05-22Its not a great time for buyers in this market with new cars being sold at well above MSRP. You have to shop around because that markup varies from dealer to dealer. I was looking for a RAV4 and had made inquiries at several dealerships in the area. Jim Parks at Carson Toyota was the only one who said he could get me the model and options I wanted. And he did! He kept me informed of its progress from manufacture to shipping to arrival so I knew when the car would get here. Everyone I dealt with at Carson Toyota, including Ozzy in finance, were wonderful. They were upfront about everything. No surprises. They took care of me and delivered

He helped my family with our lease buyout. He was forthcoming and I fully trusted him and his guidance throughout the lease buyout process. 2022-03-18Today I had the worst customer service experience at this dealership. Unprofessional and the lowest customer service I have ever had in my life. Starting from the regular salesperson to management team. I was looking for a car to lease, but no help was offered what so every. They were treating customers based on the look and the nationality. I was asked what nationality I was, and inappropriate rational comments were made from the general manager. Don’t shop with this racist dealership they don’t deserve your time and money.

2021-06-07I have driven from San Diego to Carson twice now to buy new cars. The local dealers were unwilling to do work with me on even basic arrangements. Luckily, I got to work with Jim Park at Carson Toyota, who was an absolute professional and provided excellent customer service.I look forward to working with Jim for my next new car and would highly recommend.
