The team at Carson Honda is amazing! This is my third car from this location. I have enjoyed each one of them for many many many happy years. This time, I had the greatest pleasure to be serviced by Vinnie Enriquez. He was extremely knowledgeable about their inventory, he kept me at my budget, and he made sure i left there with the best car. He really took the time to listen to what i was looking for. He was not pushy or intense, he was calm and honest. He even drove all the way to Buena Park to transport my car from that location directly to my home. Edit Feb 2022: Took my pilot in for recall service and decided to get a transmission flush. My service advisor Renae was cool. She wasnt pushy or tired to upsell. Reason I took off a star is as follows:1) upon check in they looked up my VIN. When the info came up it was a completely different name and address using MY VIN. This left my worrying about VIN cloning bit Renae mentioned that it should not happen again after she updated my info.2) The service tech left a mess of transmission fluid under the hood! Not a good practice. Attention to detail makes customers happy. I was always told to leave things the way you found it or in a better condition (See pics). They did follow up with an apology so I believe 1 star off is fair.Overall still not bad. My Pilot does run better after the service but please treat your customers vehicles like your own.Review from 3 yrs ago:Took my pilot in for B1 service with no appointment for the first time at this location. Was promptly helped and processed fast. My tech recommended some additional service based on the maintenance minder in the vehicle but did not pressure me. I didnt wait long at all. Will definitely go back for service.

Carson Honda is by far the most welcoming and friendly car dealership I have ever been too!! I recommend them to anyone that wants to get a new or preowned vehicle, I have personally bought to cars off of them and will definitely be coming back in the future, Tim and Dean have excellent customer service skills and are very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles! they know how to help you find what your looking for, I was treated like family and I love their positive vibes! While everyone else was charging a markup ($2-3k) and adding on things to inflate the value of cars ($2-3k as well), Carson Honda did neither of that. They also offered me a great deal before I even walked into the dealer. When I arrived in person, it was literally to drive the car and buy, no time wasted going back and forth negotiating. I was helped by Maria, Levi and Lorenzo. Highly recommend this team!
I went with my friend to buy Honda CR-V for him. They said they dont have the model we are looking for but if we do the deal and sign the paper and deposit, would order the car.My friend did all the paperwork, paid deposit, and all. But they did not gave him the car on the planned date. Found out they even never attempted to get the car. Such a waste of time and energy.Worse thing is when he asked for refund, they made just forwarded the call here and there. Everyone is fraud in this honda dealer . Please be aware. Never recommend this store to my friends, family or anyone if they wanna buy car..What a lie, scam and fraud things they do. They simple don’t care about customer service.They wasted our a lot time, energy and money.

Had a seamless experience with Carson Honda in buying my new Honda CR-V Hybrid. My Sales rep Joseph Advinculla one of the best rep , helped me to explain about the current situation and helped to get a better deal for the car. He will be to your go to guy while you want to meet any one in carson Honda. He was able to get the Car before the date he promised and was very prompt in answering the questions and calls. A special mention to Dean the General Manager , understood my situation and spoke to district head to get the car well before the date it was promised. Kudos to carson Honda. My 2nd lease with Carson Honda was coming up so I was looking to lease a 3rd car. I would say my first lease experience was fantastic, my 2nd was just ok, and this last experience was once again fantastic. Leslie reached out to me and worked with me to get my car appraised and I told her my general expectations. Leslie was fantastic. Very nice, patient, and helpful. Leslie set up an appointment and I had the goal of getting a new 2022. I met with Justin Ruiz as my Sales Consultant, and he help lay out all my options. I didnt feel any pressure and he was wonderful at helping me choose the right option for me. I ended up purchasing my current lease, and very happy. Justin was friendly, straightforward, and even shared with me a low-calorie chicken alfredo recipe Im excited to try. Ozzie in financing was also extremely helpful, answering all my questions and when I asked for something to drink, he gave me a drink directly from his personal mini fridge. Carson Honda isnt even my closest Honda Dealer, but this definitely became my go-to Honda Dealer.
With the recent hike in gas prices it became tough for me to continue using my SUV for communiting to work so I needed to buy a used car that would be gas efficient. I did some research, giving preference to local dealerships, but having a big enough field to have multiple choices to pick from. I started doing a few dealership visits, test drives, talking to different people.Not making the background story longer, I visited Carson Honda interested in one particular car. Vincent Viny E. was the sales consultant that greeted me to assist me with a possible purchase. I have to say all the used cars were about the same price range and about the same mileage so for me it came down to the person helping me through the process--I did not even care so much about color. I appreciated Vincents authenticity and honesty throughout the process. I had talked to other salespeople in other dealerships and things just did not seem right from the beginning, or at all. With Vincent, from the start the experience was cordial and amicable. It was appreciated since in other places there was an unnecessary wait, and/or meeting certain requirements before test driving the car.I like people who are willing to admit their lack of knowledge about something and say I dont know or Let me ask someone else instead of pretending to know everything and just lie. I would not hesitate to contact Vincent again if I have the oppoprtunity/necessity to buy another car in the future. He was professional, informative and patient throughout the process.I visited the dealership just to test drive the car and see it in person but I decided to buy it that day because of Vincent. Thank you to him and the rest of the team at this dealership for this positive buying experience.
Everyone here at Carson Honda was so nice and offered great explanations, service, and insight - especially Vinny Enriquez, the salesman who assisted my dad and I. He consistently made sure that we were taken care of and even helped us look at different cars and test drive different models to ensure we were 100% happy with our purchase. Even on his days off he made himself available to answer questions and would follow up with us to see if there was anything needed. We wanted a certain color and he went above and beyond to get that color shipped over in multiple different models! When you go to Carson Honda ask for Vinny!!! He will take care of you and you won’t regret it :)
No one will read this, but what’s the point of making an oil change appt if the wait is two hours anyway. And I get an email saying I missed my appt. I didn’t miss a thing, the staff was unprepared. I made a 7am appt for a reason. They are always very slow but I didn’t usually mind waiting. This was the straw on the camels back, and it was my birthday. Get it together.
I went in there not expecting to be able to walk out with anything new my best scenario was another semi new car I haven’t had much luck with them so I went in anyways and Leslie and Miguel were a dream team Leslie for convincing me to take a chance and Miguel for dragging on with me and getting me to a payment I felt comfortable with I had just gone to Scott Robinson to inquire with them and worst experience of my life Carson Honda and there crew completely turned my car buying experience to the greatest direction my next car will definitely be with them again
Let me start of by saying this is now our 6th Honda from here. As a previous employee and now long time loyal customer. They have it down on how to take care of your next purchase from Honda or even any pre owned vehicle. It is the smoothest most transparent purchase experience every time I come. This is my family with Honda. Everyone from the GM Tim,Gary Cesar, along with my Experience salesman, Calvin make me want to come back every time. Please don’t consider buying your Honda anywhere else but here.

The service is terrible and the person who attended me was very rude and arrogant and did not want to assist me and told me that my vehicle was not covered for me to change the brakes since she had been working there for 5 years and no car is covered by the brakes. I asked her to call the manager and she told me hold on and when the manager show up it was not him this person was a an employee, he pretended to be him and at last he told me that the manager was not there I felt very disappointed and decided to leave since they They began to tell me that if I didnt like the service, I could go to another place. I left and called the place to file my complaint but until now no one called me I think that this place don’t care about customers and that is why no one goes to this dealer for service since the management does not care either. I would like Honda company to investigate this poor service they give to customers. I hope I never return to this place..this happened 4/6/2022
I bought my car at another dealer out of state but was told I could go to any dealership to have it serviced. I had to repeat myself multiple times to Renae. She wasnt listening to the information I was giving her. She was more concerned about where I lived oppose to addressing why I was at the service center.
Had a great experience here at Carson Honda! Tim, one of their GMs provided excellent customer service and a very competitive rate on my Honda Ridgeline purchase. I had shopped around a numerous Honda Dealerships and this one had the most professional communication with me. The bottomline price is important and with Carson Honda, I was able to secure a reasonable price and excellent service at the same time. Tim was professional and clear in all of his communications. He answered all my questions in detail. At the dealership, the salesman Joseph was able to assist me in test driving and reviewing items that were most important to me. Details are important and Joseph was honest and clear. He was patient and worked to answer all the questions I had about the numbers. Joseph also took time during his day off to drop off my vehicle at my house. Overall, it was excellent service and worth the trip out to Carson. I would look forward in doing business with Carson Honda in the future again and recommend you check them out as well.
Carson Honda has given me some amazing opportunities when it comes to car purchasing/ leasing! I had my first car leased out 3 years ago and just recently came back to trade-in and their prices are unbeatable and truly unmatchable. Julio Hernandez was our salesperson today. He was extremely informative on various vehicles sold at the dealership and went to extreme lengths to ensure that we found a vehicle we were looking for. He took the time to thoroughly explain the features of the vehicle and helped us get the best finance. The service received today has sold me on buying all future vehicles through Carson Honda. First time at Carson Honda for service and the wait time was ridiculous!! I had an appointment at 7:45A.M and was not assisted until 8:26. When asking why so much of a wait and why nothing is being done to remedy it the reply was that the system schedules the appointments and they have no control. When asked whom I could address in regards the advisor stated ” my Manager but I don’t think you will get an answer soon since he has been out. “ My rating is not for friendliness nor is it for service rendered.the company is responsible for controlling the system of needed to. It is unacceptable to have to wait 45 minutes in line for an appointment.

I called around earlier this week inquiring about the new 2020 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring. After a few phone calls I decided on making an appointment at Carson Honda. I talked to Brianna on the phone who was just insanely nice and inviting. She promised me that I would be able to test out the Sport Touring trim, specifically, which a lot of the other dealerships in the area didn’t seem to have on the lot. Brianna followed up with me after the call making sure that I had the directions and all of the details. I arrived Tuesday afternoon and met Blake who spent literally the entire night with me independently answering all of my questions and helping me thoroughly test the vehicle. By the end of the night I was feeling ready to commit, and Blake and Octavio helped me through the whole appraisal/trade-in process for my old 2009 Civic. We negotiated a bit, and I feel very happy with where we ultimately landed on the financials. Just an all around great experience and I love driving this damn car! Thanks so much guys! I will be back in 2030!
Carson Honda delivered my new 2021 Pilot to my home this morning and I couldnt be happier. I was a bit nervous about not going with a local dealership, but from start to finish, leasing this car was a pleasure. I didnt get any of the game playing I experienced at some of my local dealerships. Carson Honda gave me an amazing deal on the car I wanted. There was no pressure and everyone I communicated with was professional, pleasant, and informative. Thank you so much Francisco Razo, Kamsorth Soeung, and Jose Larios for providing exceptional customer service and making an experience that is normally stressful and disappointing the complete opposite. You went above and beyond my expectations. My car even arrived here with a full tank of gas and a big red bow on it!

The whole process went nice and smooth, they had me driving out of there in a new 2022 Honda Accord in under 2 1/2 hours. Totally worth the 3 hours it took for us to get there. I have purchased vehicles in the past from this location and salesperson was really helpful. He got me the lowest possible interest rate on a loan. However a few weeks ago I went there to have some work done on my Honda Accord and they werent able to accept my car because it was too many cars ahead of me and this was like at about 2:00 in the afternoon.
I had an unpleasant experience at Carson Honda. It was so negative that I’m taking time to review their service. On August 30 I drove to get my Odyssey serviced and to my surprise, I was turned away because I had no appointment. I requested to speak to a manager and again to my surprise, the service manager Ron refused to speak to me. So a second car porter came to tell me that I was not getting service unless I had an appointment. Keep in mind that I was willing to drop off my vehicle. So after 30 minutes of waiting in line, and having both car porters reach out to Ron the service manager to speak to, he refused to speak to me. He didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. He didn’t even look my way.So I left to never return again.The reviews on vehicle purchases are great but on the service side they are bad. I’m not sure if they don’t have the staff necessary for the demand, but from what I observed, Ron was the only one checking in appointments.All in all, in a dealership business, customers should not be turned away for any reason, and staffing issues should be addressed ASAP.
Came in for a vehicle and was unable to afford the monthly due to the markups but Tim, the manager, did everything he could to help us get to the lowest rate possible considering all of the high markups. He provided an easy process and we were in and out within 2 hours. I am very happy with his professionalism and patience with me as I can be a tough customer. Thank you Tim, Dean, and Juan!
Went here trying to get a new car, and had low expectations due to my credit etc.. I recently purchased a used 2019 Honda Insight from Carson Honda. Calvin was my sales guy and he was really easy to work with...not pushy at all and treated me well from start to finish. My Honda Insight had a small dent and poor touch up paint job on the rear bumper (which I didnt notice until I got home). Calvin talked to his manager and they were able to get it fixed for me which I really appreciated. Also, Leslie was able to help me get a great deal on my trade-in which was the main reason I decided to purchase the vehicle from Carson. I would definitely recommend Carson Honda!
Sandra is awesome, super friendly and communicative, she lead me over to Miguel Alfaro who went out of his way to make my little family feel comfortable and my car purchase feel easy peasy. If youre looking to get into a Honda, I would recommend you head straight to Carson Honda and not bother with any other dealerships. Everyone is super nice and helpful, but if possible work with Frankie/Calvin/Dean/Gary. A little back story … I reached out to 2 dealers via cellphone (Weir Canyon & Cerritos) and they had ZERO interest in helping get into two new cars so I decided to walk into Downey since they had inventory and they did not want to work with me either and they actually told me to go to Carson Honda so thats exactly what I did!! I walked in and was greeted immediately by Frankie/Calvin who then connected me with Dean (GSM) and not long after I leased two 2022 Civic Sports. Thank you Carson Honda for having a great team!!
I had the best possible experience buying a used car from Carson Honda. Kevin Click was super friendly and helpful. He walked me through every step of the process including checking in with me after the purchase was complete. He also made sure that I got an excellent deal, and beat my banks interest rate for financing. Everyone I interacted with at Carson Honda was friendly and helpful. Called today at 830am and ask if I could bring my car for service without an appointment, lady on the phone said she would confirm first, after being on hold she came back saying I could drop off the car and it would be ready in the afternoon with a charge of around $150+ for a diagnose, so I made schedule arrangements for work and got to the dealership 30 min after I had called them, to my surprise when I got there, I was refused service stating I needed an appointment, spoke to manager Alan and he stated that I could drop off the car but would be ready until the next day. I explained to him that I had previously called, showed him my call records on my phone and he stated that I called the 1800 number. Long story short, my car was never serviced, I wasted time and gas taking my car there in vane.This is a reflection of poor organization and communication among staff members and management that results in a negative impact to business and customer experience. This could’ve easily been avoided if the correct information was given to begin with and staff providing service when they said such service was available.
We really were so pleased with the great job our sales person did for us. was very helpful and just attentive to every question and was able to get us in the car that we could afford. I enjoyed the experience of purchasing my civic hatchback sport from Carson Honda. I am a bit disappointed that the a/c has never been working right, and i keep hearing from Carson Honda as well as Honda of America that my condenser has warranty. Due to some defect from 2016-2021 or something so now they offer this warranty extension but I have to pay for the recharge which is about $360. They said they would put some dye and if it ends up leaking then they will replace it. I don’t quite agree with this statement because it might not be leaking externally and no one knows if it functioning correctly internally either but of course I must pay a little extra even though I paid for the car in full same day I got it. I have yet to feel the a/c work at peak performance and no other shop has the equipment, so they say. I guess i have no other choice but to pay them for the recharge sooner or later. 😔New update as of August 13th: They are taking care of me now with an appointment next week, Thank You Carson Honda. You guys and gals are very helpful. I appreciate the covered recharge. 👍
Miguel and Lorenzo are amazing. Miguel went above and beyond to help every step of the way showing my dad an I cars. Even was able to get me into a new car. The manger Lorenzo helped with the financing and everything went well. Excellent service cant be beat. Carson Honda is the best. They are all helpful Honda people. On 12/12/21 I went to Carson Honda to look at a 22 Honda Civic Sport. Vinny Enriquez took me on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable of the features on the car. We started talking numbers, told him what I wanted to pay. Alejandro Hernandez also helped with the process of the deal. He also was very professional, not pushy or demanding. Ricky A. (Car salesman) and Cesar G. (Assistant sales manager) were both FANTASTIC! I bought my car last week, and my husband enjoyed the experience so much that he also got his car here this week! We had a few issues with my husbands car and had to trade it for another model, but it was such a pleasant experience with these guys. We live 2 hours away but it is worth the drive all three times! They were so kind and extremely helpful. Also, Alejandro and Kevin (both salesmen) were very friendly and offered their advice. My only issue with this location was that the general manager, Dean, was extremely condescending and made me very uncomfortable. Apparently I’m “emotional” and cannot tell the difference between perception versus reality. Other than this unpleasant encounter with Dean, this is the best dealership I have ever been to. Keep up the good work guys! You definitely have our business because all the people on the sales floor are AWESOME.

I dont normally write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to share. After researching the different models, I had a phone call with Sandra R. who was exceptional - she was informative about pricing, helpful laying out the details, and always responded in a timely fashion. The next day, we made an appointment to schedule a test drive. We were helped by Jose L. who was absolutely phenomenal. Our family has purchased vehicles from multiple brands throughout the SoCal region and Jose has been by far the best. He provided objective details, was genuine, and did not seem to force anything that we did not want. Jose communicated and laid out every detail. He made this entire process smooth and seamless. There seems to be a cohesive work environment and clear communication between the team members.
It was bad I came in for a maintenance due B1 code only and my car had no shaking and when I drove off from the dealer it was shaking and giving some messages I never seen before and when I came back the manager did not want to help so I got a little angry because I’m a customer and customer service and respect goes a long way I had to deal with him calling the sheriff then I talk to the manager over him and his name is Tim very helpful but this is the first and last time I come to Carson Honda for service because staff is unprofessional I’m not going to come in with nothing wrong but an oil change and and leave with problems
I’m have been coming to this dealership for many years for past and present cars. I recently took my car in for regular maintenance. I needed oil change and tire service- my tire pressure light had come on for the first time since I purchased the car (less than a year), and tire rotation. Within days of service the tire pressure light had come back on. Turns out I had been driving with a nail in one the whole time. I live an hour+ away, and made time to come to this service center/dealership because of their quality work. But I am disappointed with the seemingly lack of attention to detail and quality checking during the process this time. Now I’m faced with the inconvenience of taking time off to go back and have it fixed, or taking it somewhere else and paying for them to patch it.
Im super excited about todays visit to Carson Honda. Although walking into, the dealership with our guards up, my mother and I left happy customers. For the the amount of people that were present on a Sunday, the staff were working extra hard to acknowledge all the customers. Were really happy with the employees assigned to us Leslie, Luis, Tyler, & Mr. Hun. All of them were super humble and helpful.I definitely would recommend this location to family and friends. Wish I could give them no stars. They have the worst customer service. I called this location about 6 times, they tell you to leave a message with your name and number but they never get back to you. It’s convenient how when your spending your hard earned money with you they wanna be nice and pleasant but, after they have your money they don’t care. After my lease is up I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

We purchased a car from this dealership close to a month ago and were charged an extra fee for some sort of security system. We have not received the log in for the app for this security system and have requested it several times. We called the service department on numerous occasions and have not been able to reach anyone. This dealership has really poor service. Once they sell you the car, they can’t be bothered to assist with any issues or concerns.

Been a faithful customer of Carson Honda since 2016 when I bought my wife her honda civic, the experience was pleasant so I bought myself a honda too in 2017. Been getting both Hondas serviced for maintenance there regularly, but as of my last 3 services I been amazed by the great customer service provided by a service advisor by the name of MALIK JENNINGS. The service this young man provides, exceed my expectations when it comes to customer satisfaction. From getting my routine maintenance, transmission flush,brakes serviced, etc. Malik always keeps me posted on how long it will take for my car to be ready, he advises and explains in depth what services are needed to keep the car up to date with routine maintenance. Been coming here since 2016 and never got a service advisor that went above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with their services. Shows that this guy is really passionate about his job, the professionalism and helpfulness Malik is always showing is impressive , courteous & friendly...that does not only make getting our vehicles serviced here at Carson Honda that much better but feels welcoming to keep returning .. Well what can i say? It’s a dealer. The sales rep Austin was very helpful, unfortunately the market is at its worst when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle, they are doing 2-3k price markups and adding the dealer forced add ons like alarm, floor mats, and protective coating extra 3k. Which i did not get. However, I did purchase a 2022 civic, I negotiated for about 3 hrs and got a somewhat ok deal.
I was here last week hoping to get my first car & was assisted by Levi & his manager Tim. From start to finish both of them were awesome! I was looking to get a Honda Accord Sport but wanted to see my other options with the different Accords as well. Levi gave me a walk through of all the different Accords & their features & was able to help me weigh out my best option. Tim was also very supportive throughout the entire process making sure we were satisfied & were getting what we needed! Everyone else was adding mark ups to their 2022 Pilots and I was pleasantly surprised to see they had the color and trim I was looking for with no mark up. Overall had a greater experience at Carson Honda. Alejandro and Tim were great, theyre not as pushy and lowed tempered as the financial manager i experienced at Long Beach Honda. They were helpful and was able to get me the car I was looking for within my budget. Highly recommend coming here if youre looking for a new car.

I had a pretty bad experience here. Over the phone the person I talked to was very nice and helpful, but when I got to the dealer things werent great. I had an appointment to come see a specific car that I was assured was on the lot. I got there on time and some how the car was nowhere to be found. The salesperson said they would look into, but they never followed up after making me wait for a while despite having an appointment and being assured that the car was ready. The salesperson that was assisting me for the most part made one call and then just sat and talked with the other sales people until he left and I never saw him again. I was set on purchasing the car and leaving with it the same day, but I just decided to leave after not being given an update after a while. Im taking my busniess elsewhere due to this sour experience and colossal waste of time.Update: They removed the listing from their website and still have not reached out to me. I use to recommend this dealership to friends and family, but not anymore.
Excellent customer service exhibited by service technician - Erwin. Not sure about the 1st person...female Hispanic who told me to move my car to the next lane for appointments and there were no other cars waiting. Other than that, good work from Erwin. Brake service was complete and ready for pick-up in 3 hours as promised.

This is my 3rd time buying from Honda. When it was Harbor City Honda. Ricky, Cesar and Gary did a fantastic job in getting me in a new car. The last time I bought a car was in 2004 and boy was I behind on technology. Ricky was helpful to show me how to operate my new car. My experience was scary as most people feel when making a large purchase, but I left there feeling great about the whole thing. Just leased a 2021 Honda HRV Ex with the salesman Justin. Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to show me all of the cool features. Justin was able to get me a really good price. This dealership is great, everyone is friendly and the store is clean. They are following Covid protocols and social distancing people which was nice. The finance department was great as well, Javier broke the pricing down for me and helped me understand everything. I’ve been to this dealership for service on my old Honda and the service department is great too. I would Definitely recommend this dealership to a friend.
Not a happy Camper , took my accord in first thing this morning for a A/C condenser warranty repair. Thought I’d here from the dealer ship or service Dept by mid-day or so, 4 o’clock rolls around no email phone call or text. So I took the initiative and texted them . Apparently my car has been ready since 2pm. Now I’m with out a car for 2 days . It’s my only mode of transportation. What to do ?what to do? Can a Service manager give me my keys tomorrow when they open ? Maybe the 5 star ratings are for the sales team, the service Dept apparently doesn’t stack up .
I sold my car here and had a great experience overall. They were able to give me a good price, and I received the check almost immediately as promised.There were no delays or unnecessary waiting around, both for the inspection/appraisal and when I brought the car in for the actual sale a few days later. In an out in less than 30 minutes on both occasions. Leslie was great to deal with, very professional, and she followed up with me until I confirmed I had actually received the check in the mail.

Buy you next vehicle from Carson Honda! I worked with Justin Ruiz (the guy with the beard) to buy a used Honda Fit. I had done quite a bit of research before test driving, but Justin brought up stuff about the car that I hadnt even thought of which made it an easy decision to pick. When it came to the purchase process and financing, there was none of the stereotypical high pressure stuff that you usually think of with car buying. Everyone was really friendly, transparent, and really respectful; they even beat my banks financing rate! The whole process was even less than 3 hours, they dont mess around! I would definitely buy from here again and will recommend to any friends looking to buy a Honda.

I came in to have my 2016 Honda coupe looked at with the service dept. I had some jerking issues when the car was idle and in drive. They did a great job in diagnosing the vehicle. Sadly to say, I knew that the issue was the transmission. So instead of spending 5-6k (I had the car for 5 years) on the repair, I contacted there sales rep who handles trade-ins. Leslie called me back (while the service dept. finished looking at my vehicle) and connected me with Justin. During this process Kahid the service advisor didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis of the vehicle ($149 savings). I was very thankful.At this time Justin showed me some vehicles 2021 Honda Accord Sport etc. I knew these vehicles were reliable and the maintenance on these vehicles is very low within the first 4 years.Justin worked with the trade process and even though I owed about 14k on my current vehicle. They gave me a fair trade amount (half). I gave a good down payment and was out the door.I would say I was out the door by 3 hours. This was due to the trade process, inspecting the trade, getting approval, test drive and financing options. Justin’s boss (forgot his name) was amazing and very transparent with me. Once I got to the finance manager Ozzie. Another great guy and fast experience. He even helped me get the extended warranty.Once the car was ready, Justin helped me remove all the stuff from my old car into my new car.I plan on continuing to do business with this dealer, including there service dept.One last thing. I got my license plates and registration before 30 days after purchase of the vehicle. They use this AVR service, written in the contract. This is so convenient and fast. No one wants to wait around via the DMV and hope your plates come in the mail. I would suggest paying for this during the purchase of your vehicle. ☺️🙌

My whole family has Honda vehicles. Never had an issue until recently! My husbands vehicle turns off after being used for long periods of time. We replicated the issue in FRONT of them. Theyve had our car for a week and cannot find the problem!! This vehicle is a 2019 only 40k miles. They told us yesterday theyd have a rental ready this morning and LIED!!! OVERALL its been horrible situation all around and time wasted!!!

(the man knows Hondas!), and being offered genuine and friendly sales service by Cesar G. and Ozzie V., Carson Honda offered, hands down, the best and most genuine car-buying service in my many years of car purchasing. They were honest, and they worked as a team to make the car purchasing process smooth and shockingly pleasant. So I get a call from this place. Sales person called Leslie. Saying we pay more than kbb estimate and its 4th of July event and we have the vehicle youre looking for. I head down to the place a different sales person approach me saying we have but one vehicle that didnt match what I asked for. As Im leaving, Leslie stops me with a new deal states that due to inventory shortage we make a deal on desired vehicle. Once delivered to the dealer I can pick it up.So I sat down they took the info. They appraised the vehicle even lower than kbb sitting for about 3 hours with a child for another sale person to say we dont have the vehicle you want available. And when I confront them, the sales person goes and I quote do you agree on $$$ and adds $200 on top of the monthly payment was being negotiated.Very poor customer service.Promises arent as they advertise.Dont waste your time going there.
When I arrived to Carson Honda, I was greeted by Jay. He took me around to show me multiple trim levels on the CRV, answering all my questions without hesitation, showing me all the different features they all had to offer. After I settled on the EX it was time to choose a color, I had my heart set out on a Black one with Black interior, he took his time to find just the right one, he was able to find me a Black on Black cloth interior right there in the dealer.(Im not a fan of Leather Interiors) I felt he went above and beyond to help me with all my questions, not once did I feel rushed (like you do at other dealers). It was overall a great experience. My Wifes lease is up in a few months (Toyota) and we will definitely be returning to Carson Honda for our next lease or purchase.Thanks again Jay!

I would of gave a rate of 1 star but I know there will always be bad apples and I wouldnt want that 1 star to affect the good people at Carson Honda there for i gave a 3 star rating.
This is our fourth visit to Carson Honda and not once have we been disappointed in the customer service that we have received each and every time. Looking for a deal on Black Friday and just before entering the building we were greeted by Joseph Jorge. From that point on Joseph was on a mission to help us with our needs. We left Carson Honda with a great deal on a Honda Passport and were able to meet the sales and general managers on a greet and meet for todays sales. If your looking for a great deal on a Honda (any model) drop by Carson Honda and ask for Joseph, you will definitely be in good hands.
My experience at Carson Honda was fantastic! It is the best experience Ive had in my 30 years of buying or leasing vehicles. GM Tim Soeung was a great help in finding the exact vehicle my wife wanted down to model, trim, color, seat configuration and more. Consultant Juan Deloa was very professional and also helped me understand all of the vehicles features and extras. They make you feel like family - overall 5 stars!!

Absolutely the best! My family was vacationing in Southern California when our van starting sputtering and losing power. It was late afternoon on Saturday and shops were either closed or starting to shut down for the day. I pulled the van into the service bay and was met by Khaled in the service department. Although it was late, he checked me in and let me know he would try his best. After a couple of hours and right at closing time, he finished the repairs and we were on our way. Although the part was not in stock, he hustled, got he part from another dealer, and installed in right away. Outstanding service! Im not sure what I would have done without Khaleds help considering everything is closed until Monday. A big shout out to the entire service team and especially Khaled. Thanks for saving our vacation!
I purchased my car from Carson Honda in 2018, a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and...have since its purchase, only brought it to their service department for servicing. Most recently, I brought it in for scheduled servicing, as well as to look into another problem I experienced on the drive there, and...unfortunately, experienced nothing but problems, thereafter. Per the service advisor, the service tech had determined I needed a part replaced that was not cheap, as it was labor-intensive and part of electrical system. Well, not only was their communication poor through this process but there were also delays and ...once the car was returned to me...it was done so with a sizable crack in windshield, which was not there when left for servicing and/or not noted on work order/invoice. So basically, after replacing the part THEY diagnosed was the cause of my sensor problem, they called to inform me that although...they had replaced that part($1200 later ), I would still be experiencing the same problem, due to the crack on windshield. Of course, I was not aware of any such crack. Moreover, why was this not brought to my attention initially, as possible (additional) problem too? None of their explanations were satisfactory and...furthermore, the treatment I received by service manager was not acceptable, as he made every attempt to simply pass off the cracked windshield on me, a loyal and repeat customer.Unbelievable that this was the best they could do! I have no problem paying for repairs that are necessary but...find it both unfair and unacceptable that they refused to make this right, thereby requiring interference from American Honda. After this terrible experience, I would NOT recommend going to this dealership for anything, unless you are prepared to deal with such horrible customer service and are fine with their unethical ways!
We had a great experience in leasing a 2020 Honda CRV. The sales associate, Tyler and his manager, Cesar provided excellent customer service. They were very helpful, accommodating and gave us the best lease deal. We will definitely recommend them and Honda Carson to our family and friends
I bought my car (it was an used car) in Feb 2020, I was very happy that I got helped by Alejandro and Sebastian to get the car I wanted. Since then, whenever my friends ask me about where to get new and used vehicle, I always lead them to the website of Carson Honda as I trust the people here. Yesterday, like any other car researchs, I took my girlfriend to this dealer to see the car we just found out at 3 in morning on the day before. Before heading to Carson, I had the feeling that we would go home with 2 cars and as I expected she likes the car as soon as she saw it. The process for papers might take long but people at Carson were really nice to help us out, I want to thank Lorenzo Vargas, Mike the musician, and Dean Hayek and other people for taking the experience to the next level.
Awesome place! Came to get my dream car and literally leaving with my dream car! The service and the tremendous help from the workers here at Honda Carson really made it happened, the hard work they put in to locate a rare car for me and to get it at a great price that fits my budget is truly amazing! :).........(The manger here really made it happened, who knew Elvis was working at Honda helping people get cars!)

Will never schedule another appointment at Carson Honda again.Showed up at 11:05 for an 11:15 am appt for an oil change. NINE cars waiting in the appointment line ahead of me. After 20+ minutes of moving exactly ZERO inches forward (and being told by the service rep that all of the cars had the same appt time), I left.Mind you - the line was just to get CHECKED in.Never. Again.
Can I just say it’s finally nice to be able to have a Honda Sales Consultant on your side?! The last consultant I dealt with (At a different Honda location) was terrible to say the least... THESE guys are the complete opposite. I came in intimidated because of my last experience BUT Michael Hernandez was THE best. He eased my worries & definitely heard me out. I can’t thank him enough for the experience!!! I signed on my Honda Accord just like I wanted. Great customer service so if you’re going with Honda, he’s your guy!

Just bought my second car from Carson Honda. I originally went into Buena Park Honda this time and had a great sales associate, Martin, but the manager (Choi I believe is his name?) was extremely rude both times I went, so I did not want to follow through with the deal. I came into Carson and was helped by a sales associate, Joseph, who was very helpful. Their general manager, Dean was the best! He gave me the best deal so I was able to get in & out quickly. I made a mistake wasting my time going to a different dealership. Carson Honda is the best!
Avoid Carson Honda like the plague, and go to Long Beach Honda. Carsons Sales Dept is incompetent (It took 5 months to get a clear title because of errors), and the Service Dept is greedy (the faulty AC on the car they sold me was going to cost $1400. Long Beach repaired it for under $200) Carson works very hard to separate you from your money. Long Beach cares about customer satisfaction. Drive an extra few miles!
Good experience overall 3 stars because its very difficult to negotiate around their sonic price policy ,the price is based on market value and they wont negotiate the price what they will do is play around with the loan term and apr wich is what most dealers do anyways so nothing to be surprised about just wish they where a bit more flexible on negotiating the out the door price of the car
The best service hands down!! Justin and Lorenzo are phenomenal!! They really work with you to get you what you want. And they make the car buying experience enjoyable. This is my 4th vehicle with Carson Honda and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and staff.
Do not sell your car to Honda of Carson. We ended up selling to them on September 22 2020 and still have yet to receive our check from them. They told us to wait 20-25 business days. Now its been 32 business days and still nothing. Then I was told by the manager to bring in the customer loan bill stating its been paid and he would have the check ready. Which was a complete lie on his part. As of November 5th 2020 we still have no check. This is the worst place we have ever dealt with. They say they will call you back and they never do. I wish I would have known it would have been this much of a headache I would have sold privately. Now I have to spend more time and money to hire a lawyer just to get my money. Update- we finally got our Check Friday November 6 2020 after having our bank deal with them.
My sales guy was great but the manager and financial guy weren’t great. I knew which car I wanted before I came but I had to wait a very long time at night for someone to be available to create the paperwork. It was surprising and inconvenient but not the end of the world. But both the manager and finance guy rather than just saying sorry for the wait said yes we’d rather be home too/we don’t want to be here either. It was just odd and not something you want to hear when you’re making a large purchase. Again, sales guy was great but the after process wasn’t. I’ve never taken so long to purchase a car.
It was my first time at carson service, I was really disappointed. I made an appointment and they told me it would take about an hour for oil change. My car only has 5000 miles. They took close to 2 hours. After about 1.5 hours I saw my car get parked out of the service area. Well, I saw my car parked there for like 30minutes and no one came to tell me anything. I asked the attendant when I pulled in and she said she would go ask.c The guy that helped me came and said he just needed to do paperwork, to give him 2 minutes and he would come back and let me know. After 10 minutes I seen him with another customer. I went inside to the cashier and asked about my car. The girls(3) inside cashier were laughing and talking. I asked about my car and one girl said, o yes I have your paperwork here. I paid and left, really disappointed and I will never get my car serviced at carson again. Sorry about this negative review, was just disappointed!
I had a very satisfying experience at Honda in Carson while getting my Accord serviced. Javier was very accommodating to me, got me in, kept me posted on my car while it was being serviced, handled paperwork with great explanation and everything was done in a timely manner which was terrific for my needs. Everyone I interacted with during the time I was there was very friendly and organized. I appreciate the way Javier handled my visit, transaction there at Honda in Carson. It was a pleasant experience. Friendly & Professional!!
Dean and Kevin were amazing! I LOVE my new passport, and my step daughter LOVES her new civic! They made her experience of getting a new car so smooth and easy. First time buy for her, which can be a little stressful, and they made it so painless and easy for her. Could not ask for better. Will for sure buy from them again!
I have to say the worst purchase I ever made!! I had so many issues with this car since I purchase it !! My Honda Civic 2016- still has an axel issue & my car is currently lock. Im not able to open it at all!!! Apparently, Im not the only one that this happens to!!! This is the second time my car locks on me!!! Carson honda sold me a Lemon CAR !!! honda wheres your little act of kindness ....???
If I could give this a zero star I would! I called multiple times to make and appointment (left messages) never got a call back. I decided to go online to make an appointment with the service department instead. I had an appointment (I was 5 minutes early) and it took them over an hour to see me. Once being seen they failed to tell me all of what was wrong with my car. They said that I could get my refund from Honda care after my appointment, but failed to mention that I cant get the refund until I have driven my car 2,000-5,000 miles (which will take forever since Im working from home. Now Im just out of that money for the foreseeable future. They had no problem sending me texts to ask for the money, but when I had questions they did not answer (gave me a number to text during my appointment). This place is absolutely terrible!. Would not recommend.
This dealership has the best customer service. They are super helpful and do everything they can to get you the car you want with reasonable price. I want to mention Sebastian and Levi Luciano and especially Leslie she’s awesome! They help me out. Very awesome people. Thanks Honda people.
Made two visits at this dealership before jumping the gun on financing a new 2020 Honda Civic Hatch Sport. My sales rep Steven was very helpful when it came to answering all my questions and going into detail about specific trims and the services you guys offer. I was comfortable the entire way and never got a red-flag from these guys. They were honest and fair with negotiating and I was able to leave with the offer I wanted. Great job to this team.
I told them I wanted a used car priced around 10k because I didn’t want to make payments. They sold us a lemon. Literally the same day I purchased the car (and warranty because I had that gut feeling something was wrong) it broke down on us while driving to Palmdale. Long story short I took it back, declined the replacement vehicle after checking under the hood, and waited for my refund. Fast forward 4 weeks and I am now finding out that they applied for auto loans on my behalf WITHOUT my consent, to at least 5 different banks. THE SALES MAN SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO A SOFT CREDIT CHECK (which seemed weird since I had clearly stated I did not want a loan) BUT I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL LETTERS FROM SEVERAL BANKS STATING CARSON HONDA APPLIED FOR AN AUTO LOAN ON MY BEHALF. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the way they conduct business.
Got their 15 early minutes early for my appointment waited aprox 45 min. I Was going to have them fix my seat and look at a recall item & warranty (seat belt & airbags item) because my - light came on the dash board for it. Before they started they mention I had to pay I know Im $135. so they could read the code. I never got my work done. They didnt inform me that I had to Pay before the appointment .I never of Honda dealer in this country doing that. They really werent intrested in helping me. They value there time ,not yours.
I had the best experience trading in my car at Carson Honda & buying a brand new Civic Sport! Cesar made my experience very stress free & pleasant. Super helpful & caring throughout the entire process. Their team gets an A+ for their customer service. Thanks again! Love my new car :)

2022-04-08Joseph Jorge helped my brother and I purchased my 2016 Honda Civic. He was very accommodating,patient, efficient, honest and trustworthy. He was very quick in replying to my questions and comments even on his days off through texts and went far and beyond in making sure we were satisfied and happy with our car. One thing I like about this dealership is that they don’t BS with extra fees that Toyota Torrance did. Also Toyota Torrance made us wait one hour everytime our dealer guy negotiated back and forth. This Honda Carson was so fast. We were out of there quickly. What I like is they don’t BS and again we had Jorge. He was transparent on the whole process. We’re very pleased and satisfied. Will take my sister here next year when she’s ready to purchase on her next vehicle. Thanks Jorge!

2022-02-17I purchased my 2022 Pilot touring black edition from Austin this last week and let me tell you, he was so professional and was very transparent with us. He was the first one to greet us even though we had already walked by a few salesman & stayed with us very late on Saturday. Which was worth it because he got us in the EXACT model and trim we wanted. We are so happy with Carson Honda & Austin is a great addition to the team. I highly recommend!!!!!

2022-04-21Carson Honda has been very helpful answering my questions. I have a 2013 Honda Accord and inquired about replacing my timing belt. I was educated by the service department that my car has a chain and replacement isnt needed. What a relief it is to hear that. They are helpful honest and I will have them maintain my vehicle when needed.I called Carson Honda yesterday to make an appointment for today 4/21/22 at 1:30. I needed to replace both keys on my Honda Accord. Erwin Mauricio was at his desk eating lunch and he stopped eating to help me. Next time finish your lunch Erwin sorry! I told him what I needed he got on it immediately. I was out of there at 2:30. Thank you for the great professional service. They have beautiful cars there too if youre in the market to buy one.

2022-05-02I went there to buy a 2022 civic sport sedan. At the very moment I got there, they quickly arranged a test drive. So, I was able to drive the car that I ended up buying. Keison Godfrey was very helpful for this process, as well as the sales part and after the sale. They were very transparent when I contacted via phone/message and that is the very reason I got there. When I got there, the terms were slightly changed, but when I think about it at the end, it was fine, considering the smooth sales&negotiation process. I have been to other dealerships to actually buy a car, but because of their approach I just gave up. I feel glad that I bought my car from Carson Honda.

Specially Vinny Enriquez he helped me out throughout the whole process and wasn’t rude or anything he was very understanding and helpful through the process of me choosing a car. I had a lot of questions and was very indecisive in what I wanted in a car and he was very patient with me. 2022-03-29Made my appointment online with ease. Once I checked in, Francisco came up pretty quick and helped me with the civic hatchback I had initially came to see. As that one was out of my price range, he ran numbers for the actual civic I had test driven. He was very patient with me and worked with me to get me a good deal.
