I highly recommend this dealership! We dealt with Kevin, who was our Salesman and he was super nice! Not pushy at all. He didnt pressure us at all like other car dealerships do. We were interested in a Chevy Tahoe, and so after looking at it and test driving it, we went inside to make the deal. (We got a great deal btw) We also spoke to Irvin and Armando who are managers there and they are all also very nice. All three of them had very good costumer service. The three together are really funny and made us feel comfortable during our car buying process. So if your like me and costumer service is important to you. Then this is the place to go when shopping for a car.
I purchased a car from this dealership about 3 weeks ago. The experience was smooth and pleasant. It started with an interest email request from Car Gurus for the car i was looking for. I was contacted by Polly from CarFam to introduce herself and her team and to let me know the car i was interested in arrived at the lot and if i wanted to have a look at it. She mentioned it will take them a couple of days to inspect the car and go over it with their thorough review process. I was currently out of town and told Polly that would be fine and that i would be by as soon as i got back in. When i got back in town, i called the dealer and Polly advised the car was ready. I made the appointment and made the trip to Rialto. When i arrived, i was shown the car. It was not quite ready as the car had not been cleaned nor prepped for showing. But that was no deal breaker. I test drove the car and fell in love with it. Another team member, Haz was very nice and very informative during the test drive. We worked out the numbers and proceeded to draw up all the documents. Haz was very thorough in explaining all the documents i was signing. I also met Alfredo, their general manager who was also very welcoming. I left without the car that day as Haz said he will have the car detailed before turning it over to me. Haz did just that and after a day, he had the car delivered to my home. I have to say, this was the first time ive ever had a car delivered to my home. It was exciting to see the car coming up the driveway. By the way, the car looked so much better and presentable at that time. Good job Haz. Polly then followed up with a couple of texts and phone calls to see how things were going and to make sure i was happy with the car. Overall, the experience was trouble free. The CarFam team provided great service and a pleasant car buying experience, the way every car dealer should do. I especially like the follow up calls. I did have some issues come up with the car after the fact. Nothing major but I will be contacting them to see what will happen next.Thank you.
Disappointed with the service I got. Had to follow up a couple times with Valeria. Didn’t seem like I was taken serious. Me and my wife really wanted to go in and take hole this white Durango they had online. Sent over all the credit info they needed and when i called prior to going out there they tell me the Durango is no longer available to sell as it had a recall. Had asked to be notified when it becomes available, or if we could still follow through with a deposit to hold the Durango until it got fixed. no call backs but Just 4 days after the car is all over offer up and still even showing online.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2010 Camaro SS from them. They sold me a power train warranty for $4k that covers absolutely nothing the paperwork says it covers. I’m paying $2k out of pocket for the poorly inspected vehicle they sold me. I have called them many times about issues I’ve had with this car, they do not help at all. The car was very over priced and is a money pit with repairs. Do not buy from them, they seem very nice but I feel extremely scammed.
The epitome of over promise and under delivering. Worked with Armando “sales manager “ and Marc”salesman”. Neither one took any responsibility. Both are pretty much a joke. No follow up. I was always chasing down answers about a car I purchased. Thrown a lot of excuses like “I got busy”, “I’m waiting on my mechanic to get back to me”, “I’ll follow up with you tomorrow”, etc. I ended being the one always calling.Basically, they couldn’t fix the issue and I don’t even think they tried or knew how. I even worked with them and brought parts for them to fix it. 6 weeks later, we cancelled the deal because it took that long for them to say they couldn’t fix it. 9 weeks later, I still don’t have the parts they said they would return or reimburse me for. As you can guess, I kept being told they would send out a check the next day.Zero stars for sales, Zero stars for follow up, zero stars for mechanical work and diagnostics.There’s always a risk when buying a used car and shady dealerships. It comes with the program sometimes. This one holds the crown for incompetence.

Stopped by CarFam to check out the vehicle they had on the lot and must say the experience was one of the best I had a used car dealership. Mark my salesman was professional and very nice, the 3 other people there I talked with were equally as nice. Was still shopping around and they we not trying to strong arm me at all but did make me a deal I almost jumped at. Wound up going with a different make and model of car at a local VW dealership but the experience I had at Car Fam tells me I will be back in the future and have already recommended them to a friend who is looking for a Jeep, they have a great selection. I am dont usually write reviews of places I didnt buy from but my experience was so good I felt I had to with CarFam.

Stop listing every car ever made in all of your online advertisements. It makes it impossible to search for vehicles.Response - It doesnt matter that you have multiple cars for sale. Dealers like you are ruining cragislist. People want to search for a specific car. They dont want to sort through pages of your adds for completely different cars.

This auto lot does exceptionally well with providing car fax informational nd details about the car. Theyre willing to work with you to help you accomplish your goals. As a consumer, I always recommend do your homework and compare the car that your looking to buy with other auto dealers. Learn if the car is still under warranty and what the auto dealer can offer you to maintain your car and keep your expenses reasonable. All in all it was a great experience and they accommodated my needs.
I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. The whole staff was attentive and friendly, the sales rep who helped me, Ceasar, was very polite and answered all the questions I had and if he didnt know a question he will try to get back to me as soon as possible. They dont just care about the costumers before they buy, while theyre buying but even after the purchase transaction they were very helpful. I had questions and concerns almost 3/4 weeks after purchasing my car and Ceasar returned my call, my, txt within hours. Great customer service! Would totally recommend.
Caesar best dude their literally did help me but when i put the deal on hold to go check in with my co-signer their manager literally kid you not try to roast me by saying buy a cheaper car and that my people ruined the deal i had with caesar. Would recommend it but they need to do something with this manager guy is all.
We picked out a specific van online, test drove it, loved it, and went inside to talk specifics. We applied for the loan and I was literally putting the VIN number in my Geico app to add it to our insurance when the vehicle is suddenly $5,000 more than list price. When I ask how this is possible he says he added in a $2,000 warranty and over $1,000 for a GPS locator device and $1,700 for titling fees.-We never talked about a warranty. Why did they assume Id want to spend $2,000 on one?-They said the GPS is on all of their cars in case a car gets stolen. Well I dont want it. They say its $400 to remove. I say thats ludicrous and I am not paying $400 to remove something I dont want that was listed as a feature on the website but not included in the list price.-I will go to the DMV myself.They come back with new numbers and suddenly the monthly payment is $398/month for a 72-month term loan on an $11,000 vehicle. I ask how that is possible when I was already approved for a car loan for $315, same term, for a $16,000 van at a different dealership. The manager was arguing with me that $398 is okay since it wasnt out of my monthly budget. Okay, that makes no sense if you know what APR is and how to add which I guess the manager doesnt, or at least was hoping we didnt. He insisted that he wouldnt be able to get us less than 13-15% APR *even though we were already approved for a 9.5% APR loan through a different lender* because this car was more risky to the bank and we were first-time car buyers. Thats just a lie, plain and simple.This place was just too shady. They couldnt explain how an $11,000 van became $28,656 so we walked away.I strongly encourage anyone going to buy a car to learn about loans and how they work before trying to finance a car. This place obviously preys on people with bad credit and/or poor financial literacy.Edited: We eventually bought a better van from Enterprise Car Sales with 5.49% APR/72 month term. Something CarFam said the banks would NEVER give us because we were first-time car buyers. Our monthly payment is over $100 less than what CarFam wanted to charge us, over the same term, for a better van.
Although because of my credit and short on a down payment I was unable to get a car. However they have excellent customer service and its definitely a welcoming and friendly atmosphere!

Our salesman, Aaron A., was very friendly and helpful. Very attentive and patiently answered all our questions. I want to commend the owners for being people of their word. We found an issue a day after the purchase. I spoke with Armando, the sales manager, and he facilitated a resolution with the owners. When I finally had a chance to get the issue resolved, two weeks later, the owners kept their word and took care of CarFams part. Even though it was obviously past the time that I could return the vehicle. I really respect honest people. Overall, a very good experience. So I feel like buying a car has two components of potential review.The actual purchase/follow-upSo the actual purchase of our car was quite enjoyable. Obviously buying a car can only be so fun, but Hector made it as easy as someone can to buy a car. The car was exactly how I thought it would be, the Carfax was already ran for us, and they treated my family with respect and not like guppies. I would do business with them again. From that perspective.The actual carNow. Obviously if my car turns out to be a crazy bad lemon I feel like it will have to affect my rating somehow. So far though, it has been a great drive and exactly what wed hoped. If things go down hill I may adjust my rating. They do provide their free one month warranty that apparently covers a decent amount of stuff. Well see if that holds up if we would unfortunately need to use it. Used cars always have some type of risk to them however. Just the name of the game.Thanks.

We bought our car from CarFam this weekend and can honestly say it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Buying a used car is always stressful, but CarFam made it fast and easy. The deal we got was easily worth the hour long drive we did to get here.
So we found the Tacoma we were looking for at Carfam. Talked with the internet person and decided to drive 50 miles to see it. After a couple hours we elected to buy it. No haggle at all the price is what it is type of deal. We also bought the extended warranty as well. Thought r that was a good purchase with a used vehicle. I was told by the Finance Manager that we could take the truck anywhere to get it worked on with the warranty after 30 days of purchase. Right about the end of the 30 days i started having issues with the steering wheel and drive line.Took it to a local dealer to find out that the drive shaft was bad and a wire in the steering wheel was broken. So i said ok here is the info on the warranty all should be good. Well not really turns out there was a catch with the policy that states you cant have the car serviced within 20 miles of the dealer that sold the vehicle. Not convenient at all. I spoke with the warranty company and explained the issue and it was a big no we dont break policy. So i had to take it to a different dealer. The new dealer claimed they could not find the issue that the first dealer clearly found. So needless to say nothing got fixed with that dealer. Miller Toyota in Anaheim . So back to the other dealer to fix it out of pocket at this point. The dealer tried the warranty process again only to find that Carfam had not released the truck yet even after the 30 days. So after multiple calls to Carfam and the Rep from the warranty company which again took another 2 days to finally get the approval for the repairs.Needless to say the truck got repaired, However im out 2 days worth of car rental and time loss at work. Called Carfam for some help a few days ago and still no calls. I guess customer service and backing your product is out the window on this one.

Trash. Absolute garbage. My friend worked here as a salesman and helped me out, he quit shortly after and they had me go back in to resign because the payment was lowered. They also extended my first payment date. I live about 30 miles away so it wasnt a close commute, now i have the finance people telling me my first payment is late. I tried calling the guy who set up my new contract, Jose wasnt of any help. Just told me to make a payment ASAP as if i wasnt gonna pay it ... he is blaming the finance people and when i told them i resigned a new contract, they werent aware at all. Im very dissatisfied and disappointed in this dealership. Ive already made my first payment but they keep calling me in regards to the vehicle. This shouldnt be anything a paying customer deals with .... 0 stars.

Dont waste your time if you want to negotiate a deal. They dont like it when you ask questions or if you have your own financing. The owner is unwilling to provide all documents to the bank to show how they acquired the vehicle.

10/10 would not recommend, they sold me a vehicle that did not work. Came with no rear seat belts and no working horn. I had to take it back to have the seat belts put in but they should check that before selling. “Safety first” anyways don’t buy from them...

Poor customer service. I purchased a Chevrolet avalanche. I had to return my vehicle 3x for broken oil gauge on the dash. My power seat up and down wasnt working. They refused to repair it.

The friendly seller was very bad but they did not want to give me the payments that I was looking for in the end they wanted to give me a red car that they deducted 1000 dollars from, but what I wanted was not the red car that they wanted me to take was stained with paint it was not the cars original paint the door rubbers were burned by the sun the old windshield wipers only helped me to lower my credit because they ran my credit 4 times very badly the truth.

2022-06-06I was alittle skeptical walking into this small car lot. To my surprise it was the easiest and most pleasurable vehicle purchase I ever had. It is a No Haggle type of place so what you see is what you get. I had Caesar as my rep. He was awesome, no pressure whatsoever. He would accommodate to any request I have. Transaction was super smooth and stress free (as I went in there with a hangover).The lot is not very big but they seem to have a good variety of vehicles that are in very good condition. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

2022-04-19Hello fellow community who is looking for a car I’m writing this for you. I purchased a vehicle on April 10,2022. This dealer has a great variety of suvs and trucks. Once I walked in I was immediately greeted and was told a young lady Valeria was going to help us. Valeria was very courteous and asked me what we were looking for I told I need an suv with space we like to do a lot of outdoor activities with the family. She quickly knew what she was doing walked me over to a couple of suvs I liked gave them a test drive. She was very patient. She wanted to make sure we made the right decision so I greatly appreciate her patience. During the paperwork process we were able to score a good deal on our trade in we had and we’re happy with our monthly payment. Being able to negotiate is always good. Not everyone walks around with a perfect credit we all have different unique circumstances so I’m very happy I was able to drive away with the suv I fell in love with. Thank you 😊 carfam! I highly recommend Valeria if you ever decide to drop by she is very professional and will definitely guide you in the right direction.
