Ive used Carbon Health Urgent Care a few times now for health issues that came up that needed to be addressed quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The facilities are clean, the staff polite, efficient, & knowledgeable. I feel like I am in good hands there.

I’ve visited two Carbon locations. Both were clean and attractive. All of the Carbon employees I encountered were also clean and attractive. 5 stars. It’s got a good beat and you can dance to it. Seriously though one minor complaint - the music is terrible. Classical music would be more appropriate . Anyway, Carbon rules, rules, r-r-r-rules!!
Amazing, caring, super professional. Justin the xray tech was super informative, kind, and gave my teenage son a few career tips. The doctor who saw my son was patient, answered every single last question I could think of. Definitely recommend this place for urgent care needs.
The staff was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I was in and out in a very timely manner which I very much appreciate. Everything was clean hand washing technique was good, and my Care was excellent by all practitioners.
My experience at Carbon was a good one. The entire staff from Kayla in the front being warm and welcoming, to Alena bringing me back and showing care and concern while getting me ready to see a clinician. The provider Mayu was quick and thorough and made me feel my time and health was first priority when it came to the care she provided me at my visit at carbonhealth urgent care in Albany ca.
All staffs are professional, helpful, and friendly. I asked the support staff Alana probably more than 10 questions and she was so patient and helped me with all of my questions. Highly recommended Carbon Health Urgent Care Albany!
Clinic is neat and clean but not enough chairs in the waiting room and wait period was quite long. May be since it is Sunday and not enough staff. The provider was fine.
I have terminal cancer and they refused COVID19 booster shot for my primary caregiver. Staff even told me that it’s ok for my caregiver to get sick, without caring what that means for my survival. Profit-driven cruelty. Go somewhere else for community-focused compassionate care.
Excellent bedside manner, clinically astute and always very flexible. I’ve used Carbon Health’s services multiple times and the practitioners have always exceeded my expectations. .
Inaccurate test results twice, after positive tests at home, resulted in referral to hospital, which delayed simple treatment, cost half a day of wait times, expensive treatment, and all around frustrating experience.
So glad I found this place! Super easy to make an online appointment and fill out all paperwork online, ahead of the visit.Excellent attention and care by the care team. Thank you!

2022-03-02The clinic was very clean, staff was attentive and listened to my concerns. They kept me updated on wait times for tests and things throughout my visit. Highly recommend. I made my appointment online, but it looked like you could also walk in and sign in.

2022-05-14Wonderful staff, super friendly, ultra clean. Unless you need something severe like brain surgery, Carbon Health Urgent Care is really fantastic. Came in for something minor but if I didn’t take care of sooner or later it could get horribly worse. It’s been two days since I’ve been seen, and I’m so happy.Look, I never like hospitals or doctors because generally you are just a result in a huge complex assembly line. Carbon Health is instant easy gratification sort of clinic and these guys get it. Perfect place for minor health results minus all the drama hospitals out you through.

2022-05-23I was able to reschedule my visit with William R over the phone. He was very helpful, understanding and kind. Went to the Albany clinic and James, who took my vitals and went over my chart, was also very personable and kind. I didn’t catch my doctors name and had all my questions answered and my injuries evaluated. Overall experience was great- from scheduling to rescheduling to my visit. I plan on coming back with any other health care concerns.

2022-05-07We brought my daughter in on a Saturday morning with what turned out to be a fractured elbow.Our experience was outstanding. Appointment was easy to book online and openings were plentiful.The facility was clean and welcoming, and the equipment all appeared to be brand new.Justin, the nurse and X-ray tech, was great at putting my daughter at ease, and made the X-rays as painless as he could, explaining everything along the way.The physician was thorough and we were able to wait for the radiography results at Starbucks next door, which was nice!We walked out with a cd of the X-rays, a splint, sling and lots of ice packs plus recommendations for orthopedists to visit next. Our records were forwarded to our pediatrician on the spot. It couldn’t have been easier and the team at Carbon Health Albany couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Thank you!!!

2022-04-25Quick, professional and very clean. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind (she knows her stuff).The space is beautiful and the exam rooms are immaculate and the whole place feels like something out of a futuristic sci fi movie.Easy to fill out most information online which makes for a super smooth check in process.Hope I don’t have to go back but if I need urgent care or any care, this would be the place to go.

2022-05-14I brought my 95yr old mother in who is struggling with acute bronchitis. Staff was very friendly and thorough in taking care of her. Chest x-ray, EKG and swap for COVID, Flu and respiratory infection all came back negative. An inhaler and cough medicine were prescribed. I could not have wished for a better experience. Convenient location and CLEAN.We left reassured she did not have a pneumonia. Thank you all.

2022-05-27I’ve been to this location twice and have been very impressed with everyone I’ve encountered. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. During my visit, Mayura was very thorough, asked great questions, was patient, clear and detailed with her guidance. Justin was also very attentive and helped me understand and feel more comfortable with a procedure that I’d originally felt nervous going into.

2022-07-12I have nothing but great things to say about this urgent care. Even though I didnt make an appointment ahead of time, the clinic accepted me as a last minute add on. Anne Chan PA-C went above and beyond in assessing, diagnosing, and treating my symptoms. I would definitely return here for any future healthcare related needs. Also, thank you to the gentleman working in the reception area and the medical assistant. Both were very kind and professional. Awesome job Carbon Health!

2022-04-25I arrived 10 minutes before closing time on April 22, 2022. Everyone there was so kind to me. Nobody was put out that I arrived right before closing time and they took very good care of me. It was a minor incident. I had pricked my finger at the school garden but it had become infected and was very swollen and painful. They encourage me to get a tetanus booster which I did and they had antibiotics available on site that I could purchase and actually leave with. That was super helpful since it allowed me to avoid a trip to Walgreens which is nearly ALWAYS a negative experience. They took their time to explain what I would want to come back for if it were to get worse. They directed me to do hot salt water soaks and I’m well on my way to mending. Thank you for being so kind to me .

2022-06-05Terrific urgent care. Very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. They even called around to various pharmacies for me to make sure they were open late and had the medicine in stock. Very grateful for these front line heroes and their excellent bedside manner.
