I was referred to this company by a friend who sold his car to them. They will not provide a price in writing. And they change their offer price within a day and start haggling. So on the first day they gave me a price verbally and next day reduced it when we were going to finalize the deal. They try the same car salesman tactics of putting you on hold to check with their ‘manager’, then coming back with a price, etc. I had to postpone the sale and so contacted them a month later. Asked them for a price and they gave it. And then a few days later said we need to talk to our manager and came back with a reduced price. They did the same thing again saying their appraisal changes even though mileage and condition of car didn’t age. First time in less than 24 hrs and second time in a few days. Then they tried to blame it on their front end customer rep by saying that the initial price is not the actual appraiser. So they bait and switch. Worst experience and horrible professionalism. My friend who referred me also said they will not be selling to them again. The guy I dealt with was Ammar. There are better businesses out there to sell your cars with and I did have better experience with a competitor.
I was trying to sell my Model 3 and got to talk to Jay. He was amazing! He really worked with me on the offer to get it to where I wanted. Unfortunately due to my circumstances I wasnt able to accept the offer. Was an awesome experience. One of the smoothest vehicles sales of all time. Little chat on the phone, Sent some photos, was literally paid that night. And they come and pick the vehicle up from your house. Super simple. Everyone was very polite, professional and answered their phones. My main point of contact was Zul. Car Trackers was unbelievably easy to deal with. I met with one of the associates, Zul, who had messaged me with an offer for my BMW. He honored the price which he initially offered after meeting with him and keeping the car a few more days to think on it. No bait and switch. The process was so simple and convenient, I thought it was too good to be true. First time ever selling a car to a third party dealership and had my hesitations to their legitimacy, but they’re the real thing. Adam Kurtu was great - he answered any questions I had, made an offer higher than any I had received from private parties, and got the deal done quickly. We even had some out of state registration issues but Adam and Car Trackers handled it all themselves. Loved seeing that $$ in the bank the same day. It did take a little over a week to get the truck picked up ( more of a transport issue) but honestly who cares because we had money in hand. I always do my research and check reviews closely. They were awesome.

Initial contact and negotiation was incredible. However, followup and subsequent loan payoff is not was discussed. Today is day 12, without my loan being paid off. They have the car, paperwork was completed yet their commitment has NOT been met.Don’t sign off on DMV paperwork until payment is complete
I was at first nervous about selling my car to them because it seemed to good to be true but I took a chance and thank God I did. For prospective sellers, I can tell you this place is legit and they are true to their word.
When they called me they just said okay we can meet up this day. I said okay that’s fine the guy who came over didn’t ask me any questions about my truck and how much I had invested into it. I tried to explain to him a little bit but was concern about the truck turning on and accelerating basic things. My truck was worth over $5,000.00 dollars and could’ve easily sold it for that much. And he only offered me $2000.00 for my 2002 Toyota Tacoma 2.5 liters 4 cylinder automatic transmission, 2wd , extended cab. I had invested $3,000.00 dollars on parts and the labor was an easy $3,000 dollars, plus the value of the truck Toyotas don’t loose a lot of value. I replaced the head gasket, timing chain, water pump, major repairs, plus more. My old truck could had sold for way more than that and he tells me that it’s not worth much we will take care of the needed repairs. The truck was worth at least $7,000.00 I rate this company 3 stars because they didn’t give me the money my truck was really worth. I would probably not sell another car to them in the future. My truck ran and was in good condition so it is what it is that’s why google reviews is here so I can post the truth and let other people know how this business goes.

This is my first time to enter or engage for such a business transaction. I was referred to Zul by my friend Matt. I texted Zul immediately and he quickly responded and asking the standard questions regarding the vehicle which i sent immediately by text message. He gave me a reply within 30 minutes which was a fair price for the vehicle a 2017 Honda Accord V6.He requested additional information that i had to provide by email and everything went smoothly and this was on a Saturday. Money transfer was not completed due to a technical issue with my bank.Today, Monday the money transfer payment is completed and the car is scheduled for pickup.I would highly recommend Car Trackers and Zul first before trading in your vehicle. I was really afraid of dealing with this company after reading some of the reviews. I took my chance, as I was never going to deliver them my almost brand new Audi if the payment was not on my account. I first exchanged with Zul on Thursday, morning, we spoke by phone on Thursday evening and on Friday the money was on my account. They gave me the coordinates of a shipping partner that is going to pick up the car next week, and they are sending me a prepaid Fedex to send them back the title of the car. Very easy to deal with and it took me less than a minute to complete the DMV form for the release of liability to avoid any risk of receiving any ticket after delivering the car.I have another car that I will put for sale end of this year and I will definitively reach out for Zul.
It was a pleasure working with CarTrackers. From the 1st contact to the end of the process of signing vehicle transfer then placing the vehicle transfer document and the pink slip into the FedEx envelope and dropping it off at my local FedEx deposit box. We recently had a nearly unbelievable experience with Cartrackers.We posted our car for sale on Craigslist at ~12pm. By 1pm Adam Kurtu of Cartrackers had reached out inquiring about the condition and if we would be willing to sell it to them. We were hugely skeptical at first as the offer seemed too good to be true. I spent the next hour doing some research to verify it was in fact a real company and not a scam. I found the BBB listing and a number of other details that built enough trust for me to go through with it.By 2pm we agreed to the sale and by 3pm we had a pending bank transfer for the full amount discussed. 26hrs later the transporter picked up the car and the deal was 100% complete. O first, Car Trackers isnt a scam. We sold our vehicle and have received our money through Zelle. Its a legitimate business.Car Trackers contacted me through my ad on autotraders.com. They dont say they are from Car Trackers, its just sounds like somebody normal interested in buying the car. I think they should be upfront in the first message who they are. We live up in the San Francisco Bay area.I do think the Car Trackers buying agent sounds like its simple and easy to do and it will happen over the course of 1-2 days. Thats not the case. Its hype. And I think its because they are in SoCal, and not NoCal.They lowered their offer from $3000 to $2000 after getting a quote on how much it would cost to repair the engine. It resembled most of the offers I had gotten, and since I was already dealing with them, thought this would move along faster, and tired of showing the car to potential buyers, so I went for it.The whole buying process has taken exactly a week. Far longer than I thought it would. They really sell you on the process its going to be easy-peasy 1, 2, 3 but its not. The buying agent was okay. Im mainly giving them a 3 because I think they need to be more realistic with sellers, particularly outside of LA area.I think because we are in the Bay area is why its taking so long. Car Trackers has no office in the bay area, its located in Anaheim in Socal. I called the shipping agent who would take possession of the car, and he told me most likely at the earliest he wont be able to come until next Sunday, a week from now. And potentially it could be later because they collect the cars they have bought up in the SF Bay area and take them down to Anaheim to Car Trackers location. They want to have several cars before they make the trip. So the car is still in my driveway until they pick it up which is ?. Honestly Id like it gone today so I can have the parking space.So the process is far longer than they say. The 1-2 days is hype (but this is for the San Francisco Bay Area). I think that given Ill be selling my other car in a few months time, Ill probably just go through somebody local to buy it.

So pleasantly surprised to have completed the easiest car sale transaction of my life. I was skeptical at first when Zul told me that Id be wired the full amount prior to even having the car picked up or signing over the title: it sounded a little too good to be true. After speaking to him on the phone, though, I decided to go through with it. Well, glad I did. I had the full amount in my bank account the next day, and they picked up the car and title a few days after that. I left the key in the mailbox, locked the car, and they picked it up while I was at work.Still surprised that it was that easy.
I’ve never been so disrespected before in my life. They called kept calling my phone with the damn near 30,000 phone reps that they have from a different phone number every single time. They kept trying to low ball the car that I was wanting to sell and couldn’t even beat Carmax’s offer which they say they will beat any competition. After being called so many times I got a text with the image I’m putting from one of the people that work there. I couldn’t believe the imagine and you can clearly tell that it was cropped from google. Very disrespect and rude to their customers.They have the worst customer service and the attitude is absolutely outrageous. Didn’t even end up selling my car to them since they couldn’t beat Carmax’s offer.

Five-stars all around! We needed to sell my car 2006 GMC Sierra truck and my wifes 2019 Nissan leaf quickly because of moving from California to North Carolina and we were nervous about how Id be able to sell them on time . Our price negotiation was brief and his offer actually exceeded my expectations while all others were strictly low ball and unworthy of serious consideration. A common sentiment expressed regarding businesses of this type is, grandiose offers are initially extended and then significantly renegotiated at the time of final purchase. In my experience Ali was a man of his word without even the suggestion of renegotiation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -- I have been waiting weeks for a 3-5 day turnaround from an email only option to contact customer service. Why? Because Im getting parking tickets in the mail and vehicle registration notices for the car that I SOLD to Car Trackers in June 2021. They promise to file paperwork *on their website*, but they did not. Now crickets! NIGHTMARE.UPDATE: They finally got back to me and sent me the information I needed. Remember this is the information they were supposed to submit so I wouldnt get a parking ticket or notice that my registration was overdue. Because they took so long, I missed the request for an appeal and I had to pay the parking ticket. A $150 Im in the hole for something that I didnt even own not to mention do! I only gave them one star because I couldnt give them 0 stars. I suppose now Ill give them 1 star.

I was online and i was asked by kellys book to evaluate my h3 hummer with new engine and transmission, the value came in at around $11,800.in few minutes i got a call from car tracker and got a written offer for $10,000 since they said they had to go from the original miles on the car regardless of new engine. I called back to accept the written offer and ask if there is any room for negotiation and they ask me to speak to the manager Mohamma Qureshi and provide a live video using my iphone over the car. I got a call from this manager even before we can do the video he start negotiating a price below the written $10,000 price they offer me few days earlier. I new this was a scam and got a better offer from Carmax. The car tracker try to steal my car for a cheap low price even below trade-in , dont trust them and stay away if you value your car.
The service with Car Trackers was great and I was happy with their offer of $18,000 over the phone. They then came out and appraised the car and lowered the offer $2,500 from what they had told me over the phone. However the appraiser said the car is in brand new condition (it’s only one year old), but market values change. They had told me $18,000 the day before, so I’m not sure how they change that much.About two weeks later they reached back to tell me they could increase the offer to $16,000, that was when I told them that I had gotten an offer from Autonation for $17,110. They said their policy is to beat the competitors, so send it over. I sent it and got a response that they could not beat it. Their reasoning was because the manager said so. Car Trackers is legit. Sold my 2017 Dodge Daytona to them. They beat Carmax, picked up the car from my residence, did all the paperwork...can’t ask for much more. Do your homework first on the numbers though so you are prepared. Such as...how much you owe on the vehicle, how much it’s worth, which you can do by looking at the market value for the condition/year/color of your vehicle. Be honest with yourself. If you didn’t care for your vehicle, don’t expect top dollar. Doesnt hurt to shop around Auto-nation, dealerships, Carmax for some appraisal offers. This will give you a better idea of what the vehicle is worth.

I posted my car for sale the afternoon of 12/11. The morning of 12/12 they reached out to me and mentioned they were interested in my Subaru. We chatted for a few minuted and during that phone call I made it very clear to them that my asking price was FIRM and that I would not accept anything other then a full price offer. After I got off of the phone with them I decided to do some homework and check around for reviews. After reading all of the negative reviews I was uneasy about the previous conversation I had with them and felt that I should call back and make sure that there was no doubt that I was very firm on my asking price.. The guy I spoke to the second time assured me they were aware of the price and that he even spoke with the purchasing manager and that he too was happy with the price.Still somewhat skeptical I agreed to meet with them and began to rearrange my afternoon to accommodate their schedule. I meet the estimator and he even mentions that he sees noted in their system that I had absolutely NO wiggle room on my asking price. He spends 30 minutes inspecting my vehicle, calls the office to let them know my car is in brand new condition ( less then 25,000 miles) and was exactly as I had described. He then proceeds to make an offer $2,500 less then my asking price which is already $2,500 under KBB…I should have trusted my gut and cancelled my appointment with them after reading all of their bad reviews.. Everything I read online led me to believe this would happen and I gave them the benefit of the doubt anyway… They reached out to. They agreed to my price and then show up and offer $2,500 less. I truly believe they never had any intention of honoring their word.Please do not support these guys and their business. Save your self the time and frustration..
Please dont waste your time on appraisal. Car tracker called me up and asked if they can appraise my vehicle by directly coming. I didnt know who they are but i said yes. After the call i checked the reviews and its very bad but still waited for them. I clearly told them i have offer for 14324 and was ready to show them the offer as well. Also since i showed other dealers i know this car is very good and its just 15 months old with 12800 miles driven. They Said they can really match it but once they saw the car they quoted 11800. So pleaseeeeeeeee dont waste your time.

Run don’t walk away from this company of liars. They will say anything to get the appraiser to your door. Then they look for a reason to lower the agreed price. Unfortunately, the appraiser found nothing to lower the agreed on purchase price. He even said it was the nicest car he’s ever appraised. “I can’t find one thing wrong with this car”. That didn’t keep his bosses from changing the agreed price. If you value your time hang up the phone if they call. This is a scam operation!!!!

Sold my car to them because I thought it would be hassle free even though I knew I would be getting less, however I sold my car in December and they still havent transferred title out of my name and I am continuing to get notices from the DMV. I dont think it would take 4 months to transfer a title. Contacted them about the issue and they still wont do anything. Highly dont recommend them if you want to have a stress free and worry free transaction.
Most likely a scam. Theyve been calling be over and over and over again, for months now. No matter how many times Ive told them that I sold my car, they keep calling. If you reject the call, theyll call a second later again. Ive blocked every number that theyve called from, only to be called by them again from a different number everytime I block the previous number. From the other reviews from people that have had appointments with them, it looks like they are a scam in person too. Dont trust them, go somwhere else. I never leave reviews, but I did for this company because I dont want anyone to be scammed.
Dont trust these people. They offered $13,500 on the phone, scheduled a time to view my car, took 45 minutes of my time and then offered $9,500 with no explanation other than we would want to take it to auction. I was up front with everything about my vehicle, there were no surprises from me at the last moment about my car and yet they offered $4,000 less than what they originally did. Dont waste your time with them.

Here’s the backstory:I posted my car for sale on CL as everybody else. A few days later, I noticed that the prices for my car were fluctuating so out of curiosity, I did a KBB value check. Within a day I started getting emails from them requesting to have a conversation. This seemed rather odd, so I did some research and apparently, they have a partnership with KBB (we’ll get to this later on). The first conversation went pretty smoothly, as they pitched a pretty low offer but I told them it was comically low and we had a laugh about it. A day later, I received another call from a different agent. He told me that he spoke to his manager and made a slightly higher offer that was oddly specific down to the dollar amount. And again, I told him that it was comically low. We had a nice chat and I told the gentleman that the car is priced below the going market rate, and since the car is in perfect shape, they would just pay me the low offer and post it for the market rate, scalping the difference. The agent laughed and agreed that’s how it goes.Heres the thing, after that conversation ended, I’ve received almost ten emails, all then of them phishing for random information about me and the car, and again, all of which ending with the exact amount offered by the second agent down to the odd dollar amount.Heres what they do:When they see cars going for a higher market rate than their KBB value, they immediately jump in and low ball offer at the KBB price point, then after an inspection, drop the offer by a few thousand dollars.Here’s what I found out:After doing some research online, I found out that this their standard practice in acquiring cars they see a high profit margin in. The idea is that if they’re able to bombard you with enough offers with the same price, you will simply accept that as the fair market value of your car and just accept it. After doing some digging through the car forums, it would appear that this is their standard practice.This is super shady and unimaginably distasteful. I would think twice about doing business with them, as if they’re willing to do this to their sellers, I wonder how they’re screwing over their buyers.
Flaked out twice on coming down to look at our car. We ended up taking the car down to them the following weekend. My husband came home with the car to think over their (low) offer. He called them back and countered a new amount and they came to an agreement on a sale price. Car trackers rep agreed to come with a cashiers check to pick up the car and never showed up. Wasted all Saturday waiting around for them. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional company.

Scam. Wanted to buy car without even seeing it, paying retail price for car they were going to bundle and sell to dealerships. Offered to transfer money to account prior to taking ownership.
SCAM! FALSE INFORMATION. BROKEN PROMISES. DO NOT USE.Appraiser missed first appointment and I was not told about. I had to call to find out that the appraiser would not come and that was an hour after the time they said they would be there. The second appointment came and she was an hour and half early.... Cannot get their time down correctly and do not care about the customers time slots they have asked for. Very unorganized. I wasted my Sunday morning waiting for no one to show up or give me the courtesy phone call that the appraiser would be late or for a reschedule.Once we got talking, everything was going great. Truck is in amazing condition and the appraiser asked me to quote her high so she can quote her manager and work the deal. She did not try to negotiate with me just told me what was being done when she wasnt one the phone. I believe that these two had this processes down for some time on what was going on because by the time they were finished BSing each other they met in the middle.As I filled out paper work, I was told that no paper work would be submitted nor will the truck be picked up till 48 - 72 hours after the check had cleared the bank. I had all this done Sunday ( bank is closed ). So the check was written for the next day. Not even 24 hours later I was being told that the DMV process had been started and they wanted my truck.... I did not deposit the check.48 hours after the date on the check, the DMV process has been almost completed and there is nothing that can be done. The GM continues to say Sorry I cannot do anything, We did all the paper work for the DMV just after 24 hours, We cannot cancel the sale, .... pretty much saying they do not care about their customers and just care about the cars. Not once did Austin say, let me check with our DMV Rep. Let me see if we can work something out here.Do not use this company. They provide false information. Do not confirm information before going to DMV. This is a company that is very selfish and will not work with customers/clients.Overall, terrible experience. No help. Very unprofessional. Lots of talk that you want to hear with broken promises.These reviews should not be taken lightly. This company should not have your business!
I transported a car for them and a guy named Mohammed paid me with a check. So I deposit this check on my mobile app, then he calls me and says I charged too much and he cancelled the check. So I took them to court and of course I qon. I still have not seen any money from these crooks. I have placed a lien on them. If I could give them a less than zero I would.

Apparently they never reported the sale to DMV as promised!! Now this parking ticket is going to Collections.Thanks for messing up my credit!!!

SCAM!! this place is not a legitimate business, it is a group of guys that sit around ignoring phone calls and texts all day. I entered my information online on a Wednesday and got three phone calls and two texts all from different sales people blowing up my phone. I got Steve on the phone and he offered $2000 knowing that the starter was not working. He set up an appraisal for the same night and some guy shows up. He had NO clue about any of the details of the car. He could not do the appraisal and said a supervisor would be out the next day. NO ONE SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY!! my husband then calls again and gets Anthony who says we can get 500 for the car. We agree and he says he will call back with pickup details. He never calls us back and ignores our texts and phone calls. I call again the Monday after and they have no idea that Anthony made the offer and are bold enough to offer 240 now. Asif, who claims to be the supervisor calls and low balls me and my husband yet again. He said our car is going straight to the junkyard and they are doing us a favor by buying it. He went as far as saying that he is doing us a favor. These guys are scammers and simply want you to give away your cars. STAY AWAY from this shady business. I have put a complaint in to the city of Placentia and to the BBB. These guys need to be stopped immediately. I fear they are taking advantage of people who dont know the difference. Screen shots of ignored texts and emails can be provided upon request. My husband told Asif that we were going to write about our experience on yelp and he said he didnt care and that my husband was threatening him. We have a right to free speech and to let others know to stay away from these people before they fall for their lies and get scammed.

Should be 0 star, total lost of time and not serious.Received an appraisal of $40k, to be confirmed following the inspection.I clearly said that I had other offers and I didnt sell under $43k.They said if the vehicle matches the description, they could potentially beat those offers.Inspection went well, vehicle flawless (1 year and 9500 miles), final proposition is $37k. Total scam.

Aggressive and unprofessional low ballers. They offered me $7k on a car in excellent condition valued at $10.5k by two other independent dealerships. You should not trust their good promises for a fair deal, they feed on peoples need for instant cash.

I had an appt with Alex from The Car Trackers on Friday 07/26/2019 from 11:00 - 1:00. Alex called about 12:30 and said he would be at my home between 3:00 - 5:00. Mind you I originally took the morning off work now I had to take the entire day. Alex showed up at about 4:15 wearing a t-shirt and jeans (not professional). He looked at my vehicle and gave me a high offer. I came back with a bit higher offer. He stated he needed to go to his car and call the office.After about 10 mins I looked outside and Alex left in his vehicle. I called him and he said the the Prius that he is driving can not be parked for too long or the battery will die (which was a lie). He said he will be back in 10 mins. Alex never returned. So I called the office and was told by Asif (Supervisor) that Alex called the office and the office told him that the offer was too high and to come back and give me a lower offer. Instead of coming back Alex left because he was too scared to give me the offer that the office wanted him to give me. I wasted an entire work day just to deal with this very unprofessional company. Do not do business with The Car Trackers they will waist your time. They are not serious about doing business and I question if they are even a ligitament company. They are TRASH!!

Not good experience. They offered the amount. Asked later for carmax value certification. Lowered the first offer. Bad feeling. They change the word from the original. Tell you about the cot of tires and cleaning. That was already your cost with used cars. Not recommend.

Came out in the middle of June offered me $7,500 for my 2014 Chevy Captiva.. call every other day to see if I changed my mind. Came back out three weeks later because I asked for $7,700 and then change the offer to $3,600 because my vehicle did not have navigation. Really? I can go down to the stereo shop on the corner and put in a $200 stereo for $4,000 worth of value on my vehicle? They are just looking to take advantage of people. I found a parking lot ding the size of a pencil eraser and said it dropped the value a significant amount because thats what people are looking for. The guy coming by to look at your vehicle is on commission, so everyone involved in the deal has a vested interest in low-balling you. Youre better off taking your car to CarMax or STG. Brand new tires have 10/32 worth of tread on them. My lowest Tire had 5/32 of tread and my front tire has 9/32 of tread but they told me they would have to buy all brand new tires for the vehicle.
Ever since I bought my first car in 2012 Ive been doing buisness with carmax. I took my car to Car Max like I usually do, but this time I wasnt satisfied with their offer. After seeing Car Trackers ad online I decided to give them a call. They sent out one of their appraisers, Ammar, and his whole process was fast and easy. They even beat Carmaxs offer by $500!!! Ammar and Car Trackers have definitely earned my buisness in the future. Extremely hassle free and professional.
After the appraiser was over 2 hours late and I had to call multiple times to get updates to his location and estimated time of arrival, he spent 45 minutes picking our vehicle apart and then lowballed a ln offer even after I received an electronic offer from Kelly Blue Book for fair a fair and reasonable selling price. This is what I get for not trusting my instincts and staying clear of internet shenanigans. Hopefully people see this review before moving forward with cartrackers.

And kept trying to say it was the best he could do. Then had the blz to tell me have a good day. Pirate would be the best PG description of the event.

2022-06-28Was a bit of a learning curve, there was some growing pains in both ends because I live on a Island in Alaska, I had to ship my jeep to Seattle and have it picked up by Car Trackers third party, there where delays with coordinating pickups and a problem with the money transfer do to a discrepancy with the account number but Jay remained in constant contact with me always made time and did everything in his power to accommodate me and reassure me. He would call early in the morning, check in, respond quickly and call after hours if he wasnt able to touch base during work hours. We got everything settled and now we both have better experience to know what to do differently next time. Would work with Jay again 100%

2022-08-11I listed my car for sale on a few web sites and since this was my first time selling a car I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. You can imagine the amount of questions I had going through my mind and after numerous inquiries about my car I was contacted by Car Trackers and It couldn’t have gone easier. Adam Kurtu worked with me from the initial phone call to when my car was picked up from my house and not only answered all of my questions, but he helped make the process of selling a car incredibly easy with his amazing communication. 2022-08-20This is probably one of the easiest car sale transactions we’ve ever had! No having to go to the dealership to waste time just for a low-ball offer. The appraisal was virtual and our guy Ed was super patient and helpful. We ended up getting top dollar for our car and the money was wired to our account the next morning. They arrange the pick up. No issues at all! We highly recommend to at least get an appraisal done before you list it privately.

2022-01-26We were selling our Ford Ranger. At first, we looked at a couple of online websites and we were turned off because whatever they offered, it was a case that they would pick up the truck and then after they got the vehicle and we signed over the title, they would look at the truck and could potentially change the amount of the offer. When then decided to try to sell it ourselves, we were contacted by Car Trackers. They did a video inspection and actually offered us about the same amount that we would gotten by selling it ourselves. After we agreed, they wired the money into our bank account within minutes. They arranged for everything and the entire process from the offer to picking up the truck was easy. We also appreciated how they were upfront with everything and that they paid us before we signed over the title and the vehicle, unlike the online services that wanted us to sign over and pick up the vehicle before they sent us the amount that was offered. 2022-04-16I 100 percent recommended car tracker if your looking to sell your vehicle they are pros at what they do. Very professional, fast (when I say fast I mean fast fast) and great at communicating (communication is key). They will pay top dollar (same day) and have your car on a tow truck the same day.

2022-05-13My long-awaited Tesla Model X reservation came in and I had to suddenly sell my car in order to meet the lenders qualifications. Car Trackers worked quickly to provide me with the docs showing that my sale to them was complete. It took several steps so I had to call them several times for additional info or documents. They responded quickly and even after normal business hours. This is the first time Ive used them. The beat the best dealer offer, as they promised they would, and sent my money to my bank within the day. Good folks, good work, and no BS.

2022-05-12I contacted 13 car buying services and two dealers. I did a lot of research and in the end, I took the offer from Car Trackers. In the past, Ive sold my vehicles to private parties but it was more convenient for me to sell to Car Trackers. Within 24 hours, the equity I had was in my bank account. They took care of all the paperwork and will pay off the balance due on my car. They made this an extremely simple and easy process. This company is the real deal. 2022-05-06One of the easiest process to go through when trying to sell your car. Quick appraisal as well as great customer service. I was helped out by Ed and I really thank him for making it so easy with the process and if it wasn’t because I needed to get some last minute info the process can be literally done within a day. I do recommend anyone whose looking to sell a vehicle to give these guys a shot you won’t regret reaching out. 2022-08-01I have sold car trackers 4 vehicles in the past 2 years. They have always given me the best buyout price. Other big businesses have always given me laughable low ball offers.
