Captains auction is always great to me. Good bids for my equipment on selling and usually manages to get me a good price on the stuff Im buying everything is powered on so you can see if there is any faults with the games. Great and fair place to do business with. I highly recommend them above many of the other auction houses Ive been to. Very glad to see they survived covid. Luckily I only live a couple of miles away, so I dont have to worry about crating and shipping.

Bought some games and had them shipped across the country. Very well crated and protected for shipment. Very pleased with their customer service.18% buyers premium, and 15% sellers fee is the biggest struggle with me. I wish they had a business to business rate and or a cap. However superb communication, and customer service. Awsome to have a market place to see ACV and bid for coin operated equipment.

Beware! This auction company utilizes ghost bidding to increase the bids regularly. Most the machines they sell don’t work or they break to get into them. They will lie, cheat and scam to sell their garbage. I bought 20 machines and only 2 worked. If you are foolish enough to buy from this company you will regret it, that’s a guarantee.

Great, helpful and friendly staff. Fun to go even if you dont buy anything. Bidding online along with their live video stream is easy and efficient. No complaints here, great place to go for some arcade awesomeness!

This is a scam company I bout 10 machines and only one work wasted 7k if I was anyone thinking about going threw this company I hope you don’t need the product or money you will lose dealing with these scum

I bought 4 claw machines from their November auction. Being 2000+ miles away, my bids were placed online. This is my experience:Pros:- Fast email responses when inquiring about shipping charges, etc.- Their platform makes it easy for out-of-area buyers like me to place bids and purchase items I otherwise wouldnt be able to.- The Saturday auction had a live video feed with it, the Friday auction didnt. It has a good amount of delay to it, but is better than nothing and is to be expected when streaming live. Its still definitely a pro, and I hope they start doing video for Friday auctions as well.- Shipping was fast and a little cheaper than initially quoted before the auction, so that was a nice bonus.- Great selection of games. I wish I was closer to this place so I could buy more without getting killed on shipping costs.Cons:- My 42 machine got busted up in transportation. The gantry wasnt zip tied secured like on the other 3 machines. When the machine was unpacked, the gantry was lying in the prize chute and when it had fallen in shipping, it busted up all of the plexi around the prize chute. The machines come palleted and wrapped in cardboard type paper, so I didnt catch this before signing off on delivery. Of course, I was unable to see the machines in person, not being local, but in the photos the prize area plexi is intact and the gantry is on the top rails, so I know this happened in shipping and wasnt bought this way. A little more oversight while packaging could have stopped this from happening, but at least the other 3 machines had zip tied down gantrys. So this may be an insolated incident.Would I buy from them again? Yes, and I plan on it. I would just ask that they triple check the gantrys are secured before being wrapped and shipped to prevent this type of damage on future shipments.

Careless with their customers. Unpolite, unprofessionnal. I have tried to contact them. They read messages but dont care answering. I am very disappointed.
