I found this place online, because it was close to my home. Please Do NOT go to this place for fingerprints, I went there to get fingerprints done. I asked the clerk how much the cost was for fingerprints and he said he needed to input my information first to see what the cost was. This didnt sound right to me so I left. All fingerprint places that are legit have posted prices for fingerprints. I tried to support local business and this is what you get.
Great customer service. The owner was very welcoming. I called around Sacramento for a Live Scan and his prices were the best.

Store says open but when arrived, no one inside with lights on and open sign on. Hours post 10am to 8pm.

2022-08-20I thought I spent money to avoid the line at DMV, but spent money here and waste much more time. They never give me a final solution since they didn’t finished my title registration. I went there more than 5 times then told me go back to DMV, but they charged me 150$ for the fee.

2022-01-22Me and the wife totally dropped the ball on getting our registration done in the D M V would not allow us to do it online and I didnt want to spend the whole day at the D M V so we came here to see what our options were. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes with sticker an up-to-date registration in hand. I would highly recommend them

2021-09-02The only place in the area that actually picked up the phone and helped me out. Knew exactly what I needed and guided me through the process. I was in and out in minutes and this included all those fingerprint scans required. Very friendly and more than willing to help you out. Prices are fair and the most affordable. I do plan on going there again.

2021-03-11Went to change a title into my name and i was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Owner was great and told me what to expect. Walked out of there with everything i needed. Theres no need to wait at the DMV when you can just come here.

2019-08-10Owner was very professional and polite. Registered my Honda, purchased from a tow yard. No need to make appointment or go to DMV, received plates and sticker same day. 2020-09-30Very poor customer service called asked a question about if I can get a copy of a document that was turned into him to show when I transferred my vehicle into my name for a ticket that happened prior to me purchasing it and he started yelling and saying it’s not his fault or responsibility it the previous owners when CAPITAL SERVICE was given all documents instead of telling me to call DMV I had to figure that out myself. No help and will not send anybody else there go to STOCKTON BLVD to the QUIK DMV service friendly and fast

2017-12-21This was super efficient...great experience. In and out in about 7 minutes, including Vehicle Registration and Live Scan. I was at work on my lunch break, and Capital Services completed my Vehicle Registration within 5 min instead of the time given my DMV was 3 hours waiting in line. I also sent my sister to get Live Scan there.
