I needed to find an inspector who was available pretty quickly (I was able to schedule an appt in one week), and could perform both building and mold inspections at the same time, on a potential manufactured home purchase - Kurt was just the guy! He did an exceptional and thorough job with the inspections and reports, his follow up communication via email was great and he was able to answer all of my additional questions too, which I found very helpful. I will definitely call him again!

This company did an excellent inspection finding problems that a previous inspector never found. Their technology and communication were excellent and the report is easy to read, putting the conclusions at the beginning of the report. They contract an outside certified roof inspection company that literally saved my butt, identifying many problems that were never fixed before as they should have been.
I had to schedule Wall2Wall at short notice while my house was in contingency, and they accommodated my request. The sellers had already done a house inspection, but I wanted specifically a foundation inspection. David Snavely came to my house on a Sunday, and surprisingly and thankfully brought a robot vehicle which would go under the hard to reach places and provide a visual inspection through his camera. We could figure out few moisture problems, and confirm the foundation was in principle very good, and I could proceed with removing the contingency of my house with peace of mind. Aside of using the robot, David navigated some difficult parts of the basement to investigate places and provided me a lot of good advice on the overall setup of the basement (ventilation, dryer vent, cooking vent issues, stability of the makeshift basement structure etc. etc. which he was not obligated to do while doing a foundation inspection). I was very pleased overall with his visit and expertise. Would recommend Wall 2 Wall and David to anyone who wants a home inspection. And oh btw. they did this foundation only inspection for me at a very very reasonable cost!

The crews were friendly and professional. They inspected nearly 3 hours for home and termite inspection. I let them know the house to be remodeled totally, but they left detailed reports on every single item.Overall, I am very satisfied with their services.

What a great company. I had Wall Inspections come in to do a foundation inspection, and I am truly glad I did. I wanted to find out why our crawlspace was having so much water, and I was not able to find anything. David was able to do an inspection, found where the problem was, showed me the photos, then sent a report I was able to clearly understand. I have already recommended them to friends.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a terrible experience where Cal Pro sent a young kid to do the job of a professional, he yelled and cussed at me because he did not like my dogs around him even though I asked if he was okay with dogs, was physically intimidating, and to top it off, went out of his way to call out as many items as he could find to add to my inspection report. In attempting to work with Charles, the manager, he showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue. Beware when using this company should something not go right.

The Technician was amazing. He was knowledgeable, courteous, detailed in his inspection and with relaying all the information to us. He made sure all of our questions were answered. All this and he was working on a Saturday! Of all the inspections that had to be done this was the best service we received.
I am a Mortgage Broker in Southern California my customer in San Jose had a mold issue on his appraisal. I shopped everyone in the area all the estimates were costly with slow turn times and warned to anticipate costly results. Wall Inspection was the only one who asked for a copy of the appraisal and after his review said there might be an inexpensive remedy and was willing to expedite a sensitive the timeline…. fifteen years in this business the words “inexpensive remedy” usually means bait and switch upsell. 2022-07-08I dont normally write reviews, and this was NOT solicited by the company. We just finished construction on my new home in the Bay Area. I thought it would be prudent to have a third party inspector come to the home before I made a final payment to my contractor. Matt from CalPro was unbelievably thorough and sure enough, found a massive leak that had water flooding through the ceiling into my garage. This would have been a nightmare to deal with after moving in. Thank you so much for all the help!

2015-10-23I recently had Wall Inspections do an inspection for a property that I bought. Let me tell you - David was awesome. During the entire inspection, he was super-thorough, and super-clear in explaining everything he saw. Not only did he point out the issues that he saw, he explained thoroughly and clearly how each issue (big or small) should be resolved. As a first-time homeowner, it can be overwhelming trying to understand whats needed to get a house in good shape. But it was definitely made much easier by working with someone like David.Regarding the actual report, it was very easy to absorb and go through, with the last pages of the report containing a summary of the items that need to be addressed. That made it really easy to communicate a synopsis of what the seller needed to address.Oh, and at the end of the real estate transaction, David came back to do a follow-up inspection, on one days notice (more like the evening before), and he didnt charge. Talk about customer service!I originally had called 4-5 different home inspection companies, and in the end chose Wall, because their sample report looked easy to digest, and based on their Yelp reviews, it seemed everyone else had positive experiences. They met all my expectations and then some. Ive definitely bookmarked these guys whenever I need an inspection done.

2014-04-10Dave from Wall Inspections was great. He came on time, was professional, and best of all, knew his trade. From building codes to advice on simple repairs, they were outstanding.He even found a broken truss in my attic, allowing me to fix it before it became an issue.They came back on a separate occasion to advise on some drywall damage. Wonderful customer care.I cannot recommend them enough.

2014-04-11David from Wall Inspections worked around our busy schedule and arrived promptly for our appointment time. He was extremely thorough, walking us through the entire inspection and providing explanations regarding many of the issues he observed. In fact, he found two very dangerous issues that had gone overlooked until his visit - a carbon monoxide leak in the garage, and a sewage leak under the house! The value of his visit was priceless, and the photos provided have already assisted us in communicating with contractors for the repairs. He is a friendly, honest, trustworthy person, and conducts business in the same manner. I would recommend Wall Inspections to anyone!

2018-11-16Please STOP what you are doing and read this review! I am a first time homebuyer, and was struggling with all of the cost associated with purchasing a home, (such as getting an inspection). I happened to mention this to a friend, who referred me to David Snavely at Wall 2 Wall Inspections! David, the owner, listened to my situation, and graciously offered to come out and do an inspection for me, on a very short notice. His kindness did not stop there. In addition to doing an inspection, he also walked me through the home and gave me very helpful tips on certain aspects of the house, that I would otherwise not have known. For example, I had a concern about possible mold in one of the bathrooms, and he patiently explained that there needed to be 3 constants for mold to fester, and that I only had one, so it was nothing to be concerned about. This put me at great ease, because a mold problem can impact many other things, including ones health, and would have made a difference in whether or not I would have moved forward with the purchase. David was a TRUE professional, and was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of my future home. Something that I really appreciated is that he was able to put things in terms that I could understand, without using jargon that was over my head. it also helped that he is very, very tall, and could see things that others may easily miss. I was incredibly impressed by his knowledge, as well as his professionalism. My realtor, (who has worked with many inspectors over the years), was also impressed, and reached out to me afterwards for his contact info, in hopes of doing future business with him. If you need an inspection done by a knowledgeable professional, look no further, you need to contact Wall 2 Wall Inspections!
