This fast food place has gotten worse. place is always nasty very rude employees and food isnt fresh. Today I went to burger king and I ordered a value frie with a cheeseburger. Their was This boy working and the employees were just so rude and treating this him with no respect . no one should be treated like that especially an adult talking to a kid like that never will I sugest working their nor buying food
30 minutes. Whopper large soda. Two guys running drive through one in the kitchen. I suggested that only one was needed in the drive through so the other one of them help in the kitchen. The guy stared at me for a good 15 seconds then said “but we are in the drive through”. I suggested calling the manager to which i I was told “ummm I don’t know how”.The manager and owner of this Burger King should get fired and the franchise revoked.Not that they care but we will not be back to this location.
Tuesday oct 5th, I just sat in the drive through from the time I placed my order at 6:42pm until I pulled up to the window at 7:09 pm. That was 27 minutes from the time I ordered till I got to the window with 4 cars in front of me. There was 2-3 empty spots in front of me when I ordered. I thought something happened, but I was told there’s only one person in the kitchen. I asked if there was a manager, he told me there’s no manager here. If your business is slammed and you don’t have staff to conduct business in a timely manner;1, you should atleast let people know there’s a half hour wait for the fast food drive through,2, get up and go fill in the shift because your a manager and that’s your responsibility.I told them it was rediculous and a waste of time, I didn’t buy the food. I get it fast food, cheap, shouldn’t be a big deal. But a business is a buisness.
Ordered a Spicy Deluxe and The teen in the window (G) stated they hadn’t charged me(Did) and two receipt machine was down. Minimal effort includes getting the order correct. She was sassy and prissy because she felt as if working was a hardship. Management does not care for quality, just slinging burgers.
Came through drive thru, took forever to order. Ordered 2 rodeo burgers, small fries, medium sprite. Got burgers and sprite, realized fries were missing. They also didnt give me a receipt so I dont even know if I paid for them. Thanks for potentially stealing my money.
Worst ever! I had to repeat my order twice in the drive thru and it still was not correct. From the time I arrived at the window and paid it took 12 minutes for me to get my order. I ordered a large iced tea and received a small. I ordered a salad and instead of dressing to put on it I received butter and syrup. I ordered mozzarella sticks that were not in my order. She said she had informed me at the speaker that they did not have them today but I can guarantee she did not or I would have ordered something else. She was very rude and didnt offer in any way shape or form to make up for all the mistakes. New to town. First time at this Burger King and it will definitely be my last!
No amount of Impossible Whoppers will save this dumpster fire of a location. Something is always wrong with the order, the faculty, or the payment system. Ive never not had something go wrong here.Surely, this is hyperbole! you say, and I tell you, its not!!! For weeks they just didnt have their popular items. No chicken, no impossible meat, no soda.I could crash their payment system with NFC payments, and I have multiple times in a row!! Theyve had to give everyone in drive thru free meals multiple times because they couldnt get their payment system to not crash.Not to mention, the food is almost never right. It is so hard trying to get consistent quality to come out of this location, I just dont get it. And look, I get it. Its a Burger King. Why should I care about food quality?I thought that til half my chicken nuggets were over cooked, the other under, my burger had (not one, not two) three patties instead of one patty with cheese (they forgot the cheese too), and the fries are okay if the cook decides to wake up from a nap and actually cook the fries instead of sticking a slab of cut potato in my bag.Look, I get it, fast food business just sucks for everyone involved. But like.... Where is the manager for this location? Do they even care? Every week it is something different, something else gone wrong.This place is single handedly killing my fast food addiction
We started eating at Burger King recently due to their introduction of the Impossible burger, but cannot believe this branch is here after all these years, despite their abysmal service. Most other restaurants would have shut down. The manager here struggles with English and while that is fine, she projects her insecurity angrily on customers. From other reviews also it is obvious that this ego maniac thinks that multiple people do not know how to order - wrong orders is almost an art at this location. She makes it clear that she does not like people and wears an angry scowl like its the latest fashion. It makes one wonder why she is in the service industry. The poor employees there are miserable - young kids who quietly, unsmilingly, unhappily work under this control-freak, angry, nutter. I called Burger King corporate customer service about my really unfortunate experience here yesterday and it will be interesting to observe how they handle my feedback and that of others; given here.
I doordash and instacart but this is the worst burger king ever . there can be no in car drive but takes them 20 minutes to get the order and then with all the covid changes over the year i went to drive through to get the doordash order and they wouldn’t give it to me said i had to come in and i’m like why anyway i canceled order called doordash got paid but will never go there to eat or take another order from the brentwood store . it’s their customers not mine and if they don’t care i don’t either
This Burger King is consistently disappointing. This is the only Burger King close to our house and my family has pretty much concluded that we won’t be coming back. The service is exceptionally slow and the orders are rarely served correctly. It seems like the management here is satisfied with poor service. We’ve had complaints before with orders we’ve picked up from the drive thru, and called the store, but their phone is usually off the hook and you can’t even get in touch with anyone.I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.
Absolutely worst customer service ever. I waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes before getting to the order screen. I waited for 10 minutes at the order screen for someone to take my order with no answer. I then drive up waited 10 more minutes to get to the window. That is when I told them I couldn’t reach anybody at the order menu and they told me my truck didn’t set off the sensor that I was there. I asked them if I could go ahead and order they told me no the line was too long I would have to come in and order (after I already waited in that long line myself) I informed them I have a broken foot and it was hard for me to get in and out of the car that’s why I was in the drive through. The lady wouldn’t budge on taking my order insisted I have to come in. The male employee working was very nice offered to let me order and pay and he would bring it out. Thats when the manager came out and said no I had to come in to order. There is no sign on the order screen that says it does not register certain vehicles how was I to know before getting in the line and waited 30 min! Worst experience ever and a total waste of 1/2 hour of my time. I will never ever go back there 😡
I just got the most burnt piece of chicken for my spicy chicken sandwich more burnt than I’ve got at any restaurant fast food or not. It’s hard to believe that someone there looked at this thing before wrapping it up and said yeah that’s good enough. 2 stars is generous. This place really went down hill. Clearly they don’t care about your food here so wouldn’t recommend it.
First, you should download the BK app! It saves you a lot of money that way. So worth it for large families.As always the flame broiler burgers adds an extra something to the flavor of their burgers. The quality of the food is decent and better than expected for the cost. It is a favorite go to of mine. Service is always good and their employees seem to be happy!!
Ever since Covid hit, the waiting time for this BK is so long. If you see 4 cars there, expect to wait 15 mins until youre at the window. Jack in the box, Taco Bell, Carls, Jr, even In N Out gets through people faster than this place. I dont know what the hell they did to this Burger King but I once had to wait 35 mins in line! 6 cars in front of me, 35 mins! If youre in a rush and you see 2 cars, avoid it! I dont think Ill be coming back.
Worst place every! Service is very slow! Waited 10 minutes to place an order! The high school kids here are very rude. And the food is disgusting.. corporate needs to investigate.. of course the didnt give a receipt to make a complaint. This is what they call a whopper. The bun was old and hard. Dont got to this Brentwood location they went way down kill.
This is the slowest, dirtiest Burger King I have ever visited. I have not been here 2 times. 1st time slow n horrible. Thought I would try again 6 month later n I dont know how a place can get worse but they showed me. Someone from corporate needs to take a look as this location and fix it up and make it into a Burger King that is liked. It would do so much better since the next closest one is 15 mins away. I would come here more if they would 1 not make it seem like they have to drive to the ranch, kill the cow, bring it back cut it up, finally cook it and then think about serving it to the customer. Please Corp, Please Corp help this location out so you can have a better relationship w community. FYI, I have been here in drive through since 639p its now 712p I still have 4 cars ahead of me n that start time was when I was at the order station. Very sad.
Today, I went to the restaurant and anything was like always. Bad restrooms, horrible chairs (always since 10 years before) usually I come at night by myself and I enjoy the teenagers energy from the Burger King team which is the reason why I still going at the afternoon. The service is astonishing good, the only problem today was a discussion that I saw between the customers and the workers. I don’t know certainly what happened but for what I got it was a problem with the manager who allowed the violent reaction from the costumers to the employees. The manager should pay mire attention on what she allows.
This place is disgusting! We walked into this establishment to purchase milkshakes. The moment I walked in I felt my shoes stick to the floor. It was absolutely disgusting! If this is how they maintain their restaurant, think of how the employees are cooking your food! I was so repulsed, my family and I turned around and walked out. We are taking our business elsewhere and will not be back until drastic changes are made. Oh and the wet floor signs are complete BS. No one has cleaned those floors in months, if ever! The health inspector should stop by.
They do not honor some nationally advertised coupons or app discounts.I was trying to use my app coupon with them they didnt honor it while at the same time the 15 minute timer had expired.I told them that the coupon is now expired and that i couldnt use it at a different location even if i wanted to. It was now expired.Did the manager at least try to help me out?No.I will not be giving that Burger King my business any longer.Terrible customer service.
The food takes a long time, considering its fast food. I went in for a double cheeseburger and waited 19 minutes when there was nobody with an order ahead of me. I consider the sitting area unsanitary, as the floor is usually sticky and the tables have sauce on them. The food itself is alright. The cheese is usually undercooked though.
This is my favorite location when it comes to the quality of food & customer service!The only thing I can not handle is the odor of the restroom, holy smokes!! It needs some serious work on the plumbing issue smell. So I order & dash or use the drive thru.Other than that, love this place.
Took forever to order and get the food which was pretty frustrating. Worst part is that they didnt even get the order right though. 50 dollars and got half of what I actually ordered for. My bad for not checking before getting home and just trusting them saying it was all there. Not coming back again.
This place seems run down and lacking employees every time. Theres nothing like a whopper but I try to avoid this place due to its slow, lacking service. The wait is usually really long inside (when it was available). The lobby needs to be updated as things are falling apart, I bet it would have a pick up in Business.
I live near this location and it needs a makeover, either the A/C not working or they dont have ice or sometimes both. Whoever services that coke machine should be ashamed of themselves. It never has ice and thats a shame that restaurant has to field the complaints from the customer.
I love all Buger Kings as long as I can get 2 cheeseburgers for $2.15 and I wish they would bring back the Reeses Peanut butter cup pie. I almost got to buy a box of 70 for the same price the owner gets it for at a different BK. I almost cried when he told me BK as a whole decided to discontinue the pie. Bring it back, I want it my right away. Lol
Terrible service and my double quarter pouder was a joke. Not even close to the picture they had up. I had no sauce on my burger. It was dry and had to add my own sauce. I had one skinny ring of an onion. Not even a hole slice like the picture. What a waste of money. Not coming back.
Worst case is when I went there for my aunt who is allergic to onions they put onions on her hamburger and I told Them they had to make her new one they did it three times to me one after another I thought it was a joke I was ready to put hands on somebody not that that was going to solve anything
I probably would have given this location 3 stars. It is far better than the location in Antioch on Lone Tree. However, a trip to the restroom at the very end ruined it for me. The smell of backed up sewage and a sink full of brown, smelly water were just awful. See photo.
The drive thru took 20 minutes with only3 cars ahead of me. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea with lemon 2 times at the speaker and the very fluent in English woman said lemonade to which I said no and repeated my order 2x. Then I wairted the 20 minutes and got to the window to receive my order and she repeats my order again with lemonade. I then repeat my order 3 more times saying, an unsweetened ice tea with a slice of fresh lemon if you have it, if not the unsweetened ice tea will be fine. Then she hands me a lemonade! Im diabetic! Lemonade has sugar!!! I hand it back to her and repeat my order again. She says oh,ok. Then she hands me an unsweetened ice tea with a bunch of lemonade in it that looked like iced tea but I didnt taste it until after I left. Anyone who cannot get that right after restating myself that many times shouldnt be working taking orders in my opinion! The food was only luke warm when I took my first bite and I only pulled into the parking lot to eat. My overall opinion is I wouldnt go back! 👎😬😕
Horrible, dirty, and sticky. Asked for fresh burger patties ans and received old one that were sitting for a while. Brought it up to the counter and asked for fresh patties again, received old sitting ones again . Asked for the manager and asked for fresh patties for the third time and finally received it while hearing smart ass remarks from the kids who were playing games the whole time . By the way I also returned one of the frys , there was hair in it. Horrible!!!!!! Ps. I only allowed a star because I had to to be able to post.
Service was ok, they were not very friendly, and the food wasn’t prepared properly, but they weren’t rude and when we asks for food to be remade, they were not visibly upset and asked why, they just said ok and we could see food was remade properly, and no issues moving forward. Would have been 4 stars if food was made properly first time, and 5 stars if service was a little friendlier.
Huge burger King fan. But the food quality just lacks at this location. And on top of that last time I was there I got a burger that was clearly dropped and stepped on! Im talking completly squished on half of it.. never to return again. Wich I hate to say because I love BK. Lost a loyal customer.
I am not vegetarian, but once in awhile i dont like to eat meat. I went and asked for a vegetarian burger but instead i gota cold bun, lettuce, tomato and mayo. thats it.usually they are supposed to give like a black bean burger but instead again all i got was lettuce, tomato, cold bun, and mayo.the fries are also beyond salty.disgusting.
This burger King use to be fast after a couple of month they slow down not sure because of new workers but now it take almost 10 minutes or more just to get your food it used to take 3 minutes wait to get your food I stop coming here because by time i got my food is cold and saggy burger and fries

2022-02-11Now when I drive-through here, I know Im NOT looking for 5 ⭐ food...its fast food and I know it. BUT its not fast. Just be prepared to wait. And it may not be as hot as youd think. Nothing really to say for constructive feedback other than those 2 things, but every 6 months or so, I give them a try and thats consistently my finding. Food is meh...it is what it is, so I go for convenience. If its not super-convenient, then why go get unhealthy food? 😜 Staff have always been friendly, at least!Also, since we dont go it I dont actually know -- but I wonder about the cleanliness. Data-wise, not sure I can remove a ⭐ with it beiyhard to tell, BUT I sincerely wonder. 1-2x/yr, I seem to conveniently forget, but I bet wed frequent this establishment more often if I didnt have to lobotomize part of my brain to sit and wait forever to eat here 😜🤔😂

2021-11-15We came here late at night for a snack on the drive home. Surprisingly all the food was freshly prepared and hot, and they gave us some free nuggets in the bag, dont know if it was by accident or not. Usually the food you get at drive-thru joints at night is pretty bad, so this was a nice surprise.

2021-10-03New to the area stop in for a late night bite . 30min in line, when I got to window immediately noticed fries on the floor , counter Cleanliness definitely wasn’t priority. Eventually received our food . Food was the worst I’ve had from any Burger King, fries were hard , cold, too salty.Whopper patty was from last week hard, cold pretty nasty . Only plus I was offered extra sauce . Never going here again 👎🏽

2021-09-11Every time we come here you can order two things in the drive through it will be 30 minutes. The dinning room is never open it’s so stupid. They never use gloves not once it is so nasty.

2021-09-15This Burger King is VERY old and VERY rundown. The dining area is grimy and in a constant state of neglect. The drive-thru ordering system display is broken and covered with dirt and cobwebs (even though it somehow still manages to function). The food is mediocre, at best. Its not unusual for orders to be cold/stale. Its SEVERLY understaffed, leading to (you guessed it) long waits both inside and in the drive-thru. On the positive side, where else can you get 10 chicken nuggets for $1.50? I dont recommend this Burger King.
