My favorite airport. Very easy to get a ride home from Uber or Lyft.
Just FYI - train station DOES take you to airport, but maybe a 5-10 minute walk. UNCOVERED - got caught on the one rainy day a year and boy was that a soaker

Small airport. Not organized at all people park wherever they want to unload and pick up, passengers cars block so is not easy as it should be.
Best airport to access Palmdale area, small airport and less than 1 hour drive from Palmdale. No 405 mess to fight.

Its a small airport which means shorter lines and better service. It is a bit dated otherwise i would give it a 5 star. But AMAZING FOOD. Try wolgang puk or guy fierys joint and you wont be disappointed. I got the breakfast at the wolfgang puk spot and Dang! Ive made plenty of breakfast sandwiches and eaten all sorts of them but this thing is the best.

Terrible AP, traffic into is terrible, TSA doesn’t even have precheck despite signs saying you should sign up. Too cramped.
Not all airlines fly into Burbank but you cant beat this when it comes to the traffic and the ability to pick up and drop off.
Easy access to the Southwest terminal, but expensive.
If you need to fly out of Los Angeles skip LAX it’s a nightmare with all the construction it’s best if you can fly out of Burbank you’re in and out no traffic plenty of parking

The very best choice when you’re traveling to LA. Fast, smooth and efficient arrival and departure experience every time I fly into the city. There is no question I ALWAYS choose to fly in and out of Burbank regardless of where I’m visiting in LA.
It is a small airport and not at all congested like LA It is an excellent alternative. Parking lot. valet parkingHowever, the way to get there must be corrected The indications made by google map do not correspond to the most direct way to get there It is confusing and does not agree with the notices that indicate the airport route It must be reviewed

2021-12-28Used this airport from LA to Vegas and was impressed how busy this airport is. Its a bigger than what i thought. There were a few issues here and there but i was expecting them.

2022-05-08Burbank Airport is an alternative to extremely crowded LAX. The quaint, walk off the plane onto a zigzag ramp and into the airport itself is well worth this being your destination. The wait time is minimal navigating through security unlike many other airports. So, if you’re in the L.A. area we love this little airport rain or shine.

2022-01-25This airport is old school. It is really quaint and reminds me of the airport in Long Beach, CA. Everything was great and easy EXCEPT for the car rentals. It’s “on property” BUT you have to walk a mile and 1/2 to get to the counters. That is the reason for the 3 stars.The airport itself is small, which is nice. You walk out on the tarmac to board the planes, again old school. Overall it was a good experience except for the rental car situation. If you have an issue walking or not in great shape, it could be a problem.

2022-03-20If youre flying at Burbank airport, the location of this Metrolink station absolutely sucks. Its a 30 minute hike north of the airport, if you walk fast. Youll have to walk on Hollywood Way past the large Amazon facilities, by the runway, and through the main entrance leading to the terminals before you can get inside the airport. On top of that, some of the sidewalks are not paved and under construction! Sadly, most of the convenient times for catching Metrolink are at the north station because of the antelope line. The more conveniently located South station is the Ventura line (or Amtrak) and does not have as many convenient times available plus service is not available on weekends. Based on the weather most of the year, youre better off using Uber to get to the station from the airport. But at that rate, is it even worthwhile to use Metrolink anymore??? 😒

2022-02-27I would rather fly from Burbank to Austin than LAX. So much easier to park, get in and out of when picking up passengers and dropping them off. Skip the craziness of the big airports. Especially if you can get a direct flight from Burbank, travel made easy.

2022-05-13Burbank California is north of Los Angeles, 30 miles ?,. Small, easy, quick, just off city street,. && City bus !!! Close to universal studios. 5 miles or.... Super 💓😽

2021-12-20I love that Burbank offers a small town airport feel with national access on major carriers. The affordable valet parking at the terminal coupled with short lines for TSA, makes for an enjoyable departure experience.
