Had a not so good experience with the service to loud of TV cant Talk to anyone had to ask the Server to turn down the Sound a it took a long time to get to it. Are Order was not all thereWe order Chicken wings with three different flavors and Carrots 🥕 celery 🥬 Sticks and we didnt get them? My daughter Order and she ask not to put onions on her salsa and on her dish and when she got the Order there were Onions she cant eat them when she told the Server the about it the Server responded and said it is not my Fault, She should of took back to the Cook and Fix the Order, also thay Make you Pay 18% Tip even if the service is Bad I dont think that Right it should be at my discretion.
After waiting 15 minutes in the bar area without getting any service we decided to finally leave. We already knew going in that that the service wasn’t going to be great, it never is, but it’s never been this bad. The two servers working the area helped the other tables around us except ours, it was clear they were actively avoiding our table.
Used to be my husbands and I go-to Bww, sadly we now will stop going after giving it the benefit of the doubt, service is TERRIBLE, servers are thrown on the floor without knowing the menu or that they have a rewards program. Service used to be on point no matter how many tables were filled back when server Liz (Elizabeth) was there. Now there are 3 tables full and service is nonexistent.Very disappointed on how bad it has gotten.Bathrooms are disgusting as well. No seat covers or toilet paper.
Wish i can give no stars! WORST SERVICE EVER!! Me and my family went yesterday 05/20/2022 and we had the WORST experience at this location! I signed in for a table of 9, i was asked if i didnt mind sitting out in the patio i said i didnt want to sit outside because it was too cold and i have kids with me. The host told me the waiting time was about 30 mins, to check back at 7:30 since i got there at 6:50. I went back at 7:30 to check and was told that they were still waiting for a table. 1 hour passed and still nothing, so i go back inside to ask the host and i was told they were getting our table ready outside in the patio because someone accidentally sat another party down in the table that was supposed to be ours, i told the host that i specifically told her that i did not want a table outside but yet they still were going to sit us there. I said i did not want that table outside and she went to get the manager because she seen that i was getting angry. The manager explained that they were getting a table ready inside to give him 5 minutes, so we waited, finally sat us down in our table. As we were looking at the menu water started leaking from the ceiling and got everybody all around our table, we were just gona pretend there was nothing going on and moved on, but the drops started to get bigger and bigger and now it was coming down on the tables, so at this point we were already irritated for the long wait and hungry! So we asked to be moved to a different table and it only took them 30 minutes to do so. We were finally at the other table and our waiter was just rude the whole night. We ended being there for 4 hours!!! Worst service ever!! Dont recommend!!
I drove to Buffalo Wild Wings to order an hour before closure (10 pm) and the blonde girl with no eyebrow did not allow me to order. She went ahead and told me that they were closed and I couldn’t order. The website clearly stated that BWW closes at 11 pm. People were clearly still seated eating and the door was wide open and delivery drivers were still coming in to pick up food. I remember ordering mins before closure in the past. I have had great experiences here with other waiters except this lady who was condescending and supposedly made up her own rule that customers can’t order an hour prior to closure. To management, if this is your rule, how about updating your website to state that, rather than having people drive all the way to the store just to tell them they can’t order.
This place charges you an additional fee for “game night” virtually there is a game everyday 24hr a day. Last time I went at 2 pm and they had a bowling game on and they still charged me lol. Not only that they are also sending servers home so when people arrive the place might be lonely but they have no one to serve. The restroom are trash too.
The WORST ! BWW ever ! Terrible service, Short on staff ! Ever since the pandemic hit its not the same anymore. Food comes out cold or they take forever to take your service 👎🏼 It use to be one of my best BWW I don’t know what happen to this place. Best one you can go to is Cerritos or Carson !!! ….Awful sadly.
No cash payments accepted.They automatically apply an 18% tip to ALL ORDERS no matter the party size.They asked for a card on file for a party of 4? Seemed unusual since we did not consume any alcohol here, whatever we gave it to them.Aside from automatically adding an 18% tip they got our order wrong twice.I VISITED ON 6/25. Never going back.
Crazy bad experience. Out of burger patties. Out of the three types of beers I wanted so I ended up just drinking water. I was with a group so expected to take a while, but 60 minutes to get a drink and 90 minutes to get food was insane. Then a heavy auto tip for what ended up tasting like dried out Costco chicken nuggets drowned in sauce and a Mac and cheese for the kids with soggy fries the wouldnt eat.
We got the wrong order and was told they wouldnt charge us for the specific wings, but at the payout time, the manager was forcing us to overpay for something that they said we still had the pay for the wrong wings order and said she would call security if we didnt. The manager is named Jazz was the one that tried forcing up to pay wings that we didnt order and even accused us.
Honestly I almost had a cow. As soon I sat down I saw a sign that read mandatory gratuity added to all bills on game night. Im not a sports fan but I sure love me some wings. The games that was playing was almost over. I had ordered Mc and cheese for my toddler and a Lemonade. It took almost 30 minutes after I got the Mc and cheese to get utensils and it took even longer to get his Lemonade. I had mentioned to who I thought was the manager that the Lemonade was super water down and that we didnt even touch it but they still charged me. Also what I thought was weird is that they took my card right at the beginning as if I was sitting at the bar to start a tab. I was not at the bar area. They just explained that a lot of people walk out on their bill that they started doing that as a precaution. Maybe it was just that one restaurant 🤔
I would recommend this restaurant. The service was very good. Alex was our waitress. Weve been there many time but first time she was our waitress. Extremely polite, knowledgable and very friendly. She had other tables but never failed to make sure we didnt need anything.Made our visit much nicer. The food was good as always. Very fun atmosphere
Arrived at 4pm didnt seem too busy and was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait finnaly got seated around 4:30. Its 5:03 and 30 minutes later got my drink order taken Im going to update the rest of the experience once Im done.Well we had a young man that was very dedicated to his job and took over the table and apologized for the wait and took our order promptly and was attentive to every request. He wrote down our order and assured us we where in good hands.Was very professional and had all the qualitys of a great manager. His name was Josh. We got our food and it was delicious and exactly what I expected. Throughout the whole time there I saw a worker that was just wandering around not doing much. At the end of our meal which Josh made great I asked to speak to the manager to my surprise the wandering guy doing nothing at all was the manager. I let the manager the importance of table touching and how it could impact someones experience at a restaurant. Tried to give me excuses for his poor management. Told him to follow Joshs lead to become a better manager.
BWW service is really bad ever since covid started. I went in last night with the family. Got seated right as we walked in but waited 25 minutes for the waiter to even come take our order. We asked for chips and salsa for the kids to start at least eating chips while we waited for the food, they were hungry and fuzzy ☹. Anyway we waited another 30 minutes to get our chips and food 🤦♂️ people who sat down way after us already had gotten their food 😏😏. Bill was 117 but I didnt know gratuity was included so I left cash as tip. This morning I look at my receipt and realize I left a 30 dollar tip for the worst service at BWW 😡
I went here for the 49ers vs Rams football game and it was an annoying experience. I get that they were busy, but the way they ran the restaurant was just awful.1. They make you wait outside for a table even though there is plenty of room inside2. Once you did get a table, it took 15-20 minutes for them to actually assign a wait person to your table3. They dont have drink prices on their menus and when you ask the wait staff they dont know what they are either4. They dont split the check more than 2 waysAs for the food, well it was underwhelming...1. The burgers are small, and rather disappointing for what you pay for one. The patty is dry and generally the burger is nothing to call home about. Youve probably made a better one at home.2. The fries are OK...basically the same thing you get from the store in the freezer section.3. The wing plates dont come with vegetables like they do at other BWW establishments. No celery, no carrots, nothing.4. Some of the boneless wings we got were dry and/or chewy. Didnt seem fresh at all.The only thing I can commend them on is offering plenty of ranch dipping sauce. Good on you for that. 👍I dont really have any desire to go back here and wouldnt recommend other people go here unless you are desperate. It was okay for watching sportsball. They had tons of screens all tuned into the same station blaring the game.
Came here on a Thursday for 75¢ Boneless Wings! Had an excellent time! Karen, our waitress, did and awesome job and ensured that all our food came out quickly. The food was good too it was hot and not undercooked, although I dont remember Asian Zing being that spicy (not a complaint, just an observation). Definitely recommend coming here during lunch if you have the opportunity.
The service was great. We were quickly seated. Waiter took our order and food and drinks were delivered promptly. The only thing I had an issue with was the table I was seated in, I don’t think they noticed the booth they sat us in was still dirty. I understand the circumstances were facing, but the fact remains as I sat down grease and food from previous customers remained.
I gave 2 star for the server of our food, but the person who was in the front told us that they where closing soon and it was up to us to wait. He also said once the game in the tv is over will close. I think if you are open, you are open, just said will stop serving food after this time, we are not kids.
My experience here was one of shock 🤯 and awe. After some inquiries I found out they are closing this location for a move.This procedure to stay open whilst the store falls apart creates bad guest experiences. No one was in uniform, nothing on their shirts including the manager said BW3s (Buffalo Wild Wings and Wecks) or BWW (Buffalo Wild Wings), I couldnt tell who worked there, though it was not hard at this location because there were only 5 guests.Ive had a better experience in Canyon Country.. This location should just close and hire a new manager or work her less or train her in hospitality as this was non existent. She sets the tone for the shift and she was already out the door, either her own personal stuff or company pressure... 😔
The restrooms are disgusting.. I walked into the men’s restroom and a bag of trash was sitting in the middle of the floor. Customer service was horrible. I called and asked Maria the host a simple question about the restaurant and she couldn’t give me an answer which I didn’t mind, but when I asked what manager was working she had no idea the name of her manager! Finally I get the manager on the phone and I ask her what her name was and she said she didn’t feel comfortable giving her name. Wow very professional. Never going back to a Buffalo Wild Wings again.
What the heck happened to this place? Their chips and salsa (Salsa test like tomato souce), bathroom stinks like public restroom. The manager Alex is hesitate to turn on the game I asked for, took him 45 min to send someone to turn the game on.Latly, this place barley have 20 people in it. I wonder why, terrible management? I sure believe so.
Customer service when I walked in was not great. I waited then about 10 minutes later I get seated at a table asked if I could be moved to a booth and got an excuse as to why I couldn’t be seated at one you would have to wait. Multiple booths were open. I was fine waiting for service just wanted a booth because it’s easier for my family. I settled with the table because I didn’t want to argue but then they asked for my card to be put on file to order water. This is ridiculous a card on file for water I have never heard of this in my life and I have work in restaurants in the past. This place has officially lost my business after this
I didnt even get a chance to order because the person at the register was impatient when I asked her to tell me what the name was of a couple of pictures that was on the front so I can order them because they looked good. I suggest restaurants that want to put pictures on the front should also put the name of the meal so customers dont have to bother the servers so a potential customer dont walk out as I did because the server is catching an attitude about being asked whats the name of a picture of a meal but it was crowded so it looks popular but the customer service sucked to me.
We saw RATS running in and out the establishment. The host looked like she hated her job. There was only ONE server for ALL 5 tables. We waited over an hour and never got seated so we left. The woman who claimed to be the manager looked like a cook🥴. NEVER again. Glad we went to outback steakhouse instead.
The food, much like any other BWW location, is okay. I suggest you wait for a table, even if you are offered quicker seating at the bar, if you are planning to enjoy the little gourmet the wings have because the effort put into the food, appetizers, service, etc. is minimal. The restrooms are poorly maintained and may remind you of an alley —graffiti everywhere.
Ordered through the app for a pick-up. Location is close to my home so I went right around the time when it said it would be ready..however waited 30 minutes.. only 3 workers and many guest.. the girl in the front advised me my order was being worked on but others were waiting... she asked to wait outside she will bring my order I had to go it several time..I was not happy with the service and the wait time..
My family and I that been going to this location for the past five years party of 7 or more. 05.01.21 Now employee signing us in told us that there will be an 18% charge fee for large parties added on top of the bill. He said it was policy, I pulled up policy and it shows nothing of this 18% fee. Even if its a franchise. They should imply this policy on daily basis and now why?. Money isnt the issue. We were verbally told this and manager on 2nd shift told us that she was coming back with the policy and never came out. They cant find it and were really busy so youre gonna have to wait said one of the employees. Come on, 18% could feed another mouth and why do we have to give it away?. Just FYI, CHECK YOUR BILL. Tips is optional and that we always give but this POLICY Where is it at BBW??? We obviously took our business elsewhere.Disappointed to the MAX
We ordered for takeout directly from the restaurant on Saturday night and had a great experience. The customer service and food were great! While there we saw customers and staff were practicing social distancing and enjoying the new normal. I felt comfortable with their new set up and how they were managing business. Highly recommend the Del Amo mall location BWW for takeout or delivery since we cant dine in for a while again starting today. We need to help keep good businesses in business, including chains! See you again soon!
Waiting in line outside for an hour to be seated and this couple just walked up and the manager took them inside to a table. And I asked her why since I been waiting for so long. She got an attitude and told me to wait. So I just left. Never coming back to this place again. 2 strikes already and not going for the third lol..fu buffalo wild wings
Was told there was a 30-40 minute wait even though there were multiple tables open. The hostesses were telling everyone that comes in that the bar area was seat yourself and there was no wait. I dont comprehend this as dining at the bar usually means the restaurant is packed and there is no other seating. Seems to me that they are improperly using whatever workers they had tonight at service and it was much slower in the general dining area. From what I know, dining in any bar area is for the overflow and should generally be slower service. It is what it is I guess. My fault for again putting my trust for quality service at a chain restaurant. I cannot put to much blame on our server as she definitely was new to the job and seemed flustered with the tables she covered. The manager, from what I could tell, could have picked up the slack and helped out more. Instead he spent time chatting away with the multiple hostesses. Dont think it was busy enough to have multiple hostesses...... imho.
I came here about a week agoMy waiter at the bar area was really nice and attended me and my family really well and the food was really goodHost wasn’t so friendly and lies about the wait timePlace was dead when I got there and still made us waitAnd man the restrooms are DISGUSTING didn’t even feel comfortable touching anything in there
No one met to greet us or bring us in. We came in & the female worker came at us daying we had to waite outside in a very bad attitude without first communicating in a friendly matter. The entire time it felt like a bad vibe would not recommened it here. (Blonde short on chuklnkier side server/host)
I ordered takeout and while I was waiting I went ahead and grabbed a beer at the bar as I came to check on my food I was told by the manager that they had already given me my food an employee (fat brunette) looked at my face and said “I handed over to you” they asked me to wait outside until they finally gave me my food
This is one of my favorite BWWs . The food is great and the service is pretty fast too, but my favorite part is the bar! The bartender, Joaquin, is awesome. He makes the best Margarita Ive ever tasted and has a great personality. Hes very professional and yet friendly. We were working in the area when we first found this place, but live in Anaheim, so its not that close to come as often as wed like, but every time we are in the area, we make it a point to stop in because of the awesome experience we have. I recommend visiting while Joaquin is tending bar and ask him to make you one of his famous Margaritas.
The food was same as always except this time they had very inappropriate music playing. The language included ‘F’ and ‘N’ bombs. When asked to change it to anything else they said they weren’t allowed. Multiple songs were VERY inappropriate it wasn’t only one...Even if you want to have that genre music, at least don’t play the explicit version at a public restaurant!
Service was just horrible. There was hardly anybody in there we had a 25-minute wait. The place was empty except for one party of maybe 15 people and that was it. she took our drink order and didnt come back again for another 20 minutes. By the time we had our food we had spent over two hours there. She never came by for drink refills. We had to go up to the counter to ask for our bill. The girl at the front counter looked at us and says what do you want, we should have just walked out.
Edit 2017!So as expected coming here, service is terrible. The place smelled like cigarettes coming in because they leave there patio door open. I asked to have it closed, took them close to 5 minutes to get it closed. There bar area smelled like cleaning supplies, which I wouldnt want that odor around my food. The bar table was dirty and sticky, the bar tender saw me cleaning it with there small wet cloths and didnt bother doing anything about it, like hey let me clean/wipe down the area for you. The ambiance or atmosphere was feeling off, the place just felt dirty not up to par. I wonder if this is a corporate location or a franchise. Because I go to two different corporate locations and they both have there shhttt together. When I got my order the wings were too hot, like if they were microwaved. And they also looked like they have been sitting there for a bit. You can tell because of how the sauce looks on them. Only an experienced eye will know what to look for.
While the prices of the wings can be high, they are definitely worth the quality and taste. With over 10 different types of sauces, ranging from the least spicy to the most spicy flavors, there truly is something for anyone to enjoy, no matter your tolerance of spicy foods. Of course, for those who prefer other foods, there are salads and burgers available. Truly an unforgettable dining experience. Great for large parties!
I love Buffalo wild wings, Im eating 4 stars based on service. I know that Im getting bar food done well. The customer service does lack. I been to several bww over 50 times and the service lacks. Fun place to go with friends, lost of TVs, good wings and a good selection of beer.
My friend and I came to have dinner on 2/16/2019. I had to wait to get a table like any other person, which I did not mind. Once I got the table I was not asked were I wanted to sit I followed the waitress to the table which was someone very uncomfortable due to loud kids and lack of light. I had to speak to the manager to be moved of table b.c the hosts said I had to wait in line and she put me to the bottom of the list and I would have to wait another hour. To be sit it. After speaking to the supervisor I was sit it right away, but it took over 45mins to get someone to bring me a drink or take my order, I also waited an additional hour to be served I was frustrated and get up with this service I can’t believe this customer service seriously it couldn’t be worse. If you are starving you would die here. Go somewhere else don’t waist your time here. I don’t regret much but this place has to be one of the places I totally regret spending time on
The name of my waitress waa Hilary according to the receipt, although she never introduced herself. Just took my order and that was the last time she spoke to me. So other girl brought my food. Some other person took my money when i wanted to pay my check. Didnt even get any condiments for my tots. Tried to get her attention but to no avail. Definitely not a place I recommend.
Came for lunch with my Sweetie and a friend of ours. When we got there, the place wasnt very busy at all. We placed our order shortly after being seated. About 20 minutes after we ordered, the place got busy. Ultimately, it took about 30 minutes to receive our meals. As usual, the food was good. Service however was pretty substandard.
The worse experience I have ever encountered my whole life, I feel like this was pure discrimination directed at us. My friends and I decided to see the champions league final at this place and made a reservation for 7 people, 3 of which were seated before the rest of the group joined; they ordered two beers which was served, we told the server we needed a moment to decide on what we wanted while the restaurant was empty; then came some groups of white and Asians, to our surprise the server ignored us right after these group got seated, refused to attend to us, refused to give us water or even take any order. She said she will attend to us, we decided to be patient, 50mins laters, she still did not say a word to us and these groups had already finished their food. She decided it was time to take our order and while she was on the second order, she left us without a word to attend to these groups and never returned, I was upset and had to talk to the manager who then came to take our orders, we waited another 43minutes and nothing changed, not even water or the beer we ordered. They won’t see me there no more for sure, it was a terrible experience.
Every time we go we have to wait 15 minutes and there are at least 4 empty tables. What is the point of having us wait in the crowded lobby when we can wait at the table and look at the menu? You wait while you see the servers all in one location talking. When there is no place to sit and wait people start leaving to find another restaurant.
Waited 1 hour to be seated when it was almost empty. Waited 2 hours for food that never came. Waited 1 hour for a cup of water. And sat down right under a leaking pipe. The servers were horrible and the water was not even good. Never ever going back worst one I have ever been to. The one in Carson is way better
Food was good, but the service wasnt. No silverware. When my kids food came I had to get up, find a server, and ask for some. Turned out to be our waitress, and she gave me togo plastic packs. Ive eaten here before and several other BWWs, and have never been given plastic. At least when the rest of our food came they gave us real silverware. Service was also slow.
Ok lets me start out with the staff they were great and friendly. The place looked like they could of sit more people but for some reason. The wait was over 30 min with plenty of tables open. They were probably under staff that day who knows. The place also looked kind of dirty. The wait time on the food was not too long it was kind of fast. Looked like the place needed more lights ,tvs. The location is in should make it more appealing since its next to del amo mall.
I went to the Torrance location yesterday.. First time ever visiting a Buffalo Wild wings with my family and it was terrible. The wait time were so long. The hostesses told us 20 mins which turned out to be 46 mins. There were people who have been there an hour just to be seated and they ended up leaving. The dining area were not clean the tables had plates and cups from the time we walked in to the time we had left. We stayed almost 3 hrs just to have a meal. The restroom were not cleaned The hand dryer wasnt working properly and there were no paper towels to dry hands after washing. To go containers were limted due to the amount of supplies available for the patrons. Overall the first visit was not impressive and we were not satisfy. Please work on fixing the common areas of customer service for a good communication and the restroom for a healty dinning. Please have enough staff during the weekends and rush hour for a smooth visit.
A little upset. I called earlier today, at 9:55 to be exact and the lady who answered told me they close at 11 and the last call was at 10:30. So I start driving to the location, I call at 10:10 to ask if I can place my order over the phone cause I might get there Until 10:31 and the person who answered me said they don’t take orders over the phone which I understand but then she also said that their kitchen was already closed and even if I got there they would not be able to take my order. This is horrible, I was given the wrong information and was on my way.
Service is consistently terrible. The food is standard BWW fare but they never seem to have enough staff even though there always seems to be plenty of uniformed people wandering around. In 3 visits, there has always been a wait for tables despite the dining area being 75% empty. The bar area always has about 50% unbussed tables full of trash. We have waited over 45 min for food. This is one of the worst BWW Ive ever been to.
I kind of felt like I was at a cross between Chucke E Cheeses and Sizlers with the food quality of Pizza Huts Wing Street.I arrived at 11pm. There was a 15 minute wait with a row of clean booths available. They were behind on bussing and the store was trashed.Service was friendly. The portions are big when you order wings. When they say small, I think they mean small family. You can safely order a small order for 2 people. Otherwise I suggest snack size.Please like this review if you found it helpful
Discriminated at this establishment as Sean tried to usher me out with out refund or food. Was yelled at and insulted by mel (wears a necklace that says Mel, Hispanic, host,) and Sean, (general manager, short, brown hair). As over 4 customers out side complaining about Mels customer service, only one of use was asked to leave with out anticipation of a refund or food because and I quote ( YOURE A BIG BABY) as Sean said for complaining about the terrible terrible way that mel was treating the customers. Will be reaching out to corporate as everything was filmed
I ordered a beer and the glass was super dirty. I informed our waiter and he called the manager (Jason). He was very arrogant & basically insulted me by saying I had dirtied the glass. As a manager I think he needs to have better etiquete especially when dealing with a restaurant and peoples food/drinks. On another note, service was average, our wings were good but the onion rings were burned.
While the quality of the food is consistent and who doesnt like wings for game night, the service is consistently not great when you order and pick up. When you call to order ahead of time and go pick it up, they end up putting the order in when you get there so you have to wait for them to make it which defeats the purpose of calling in ahead of time. Then, 85 percent of the time, they screw up the order, or dont include items with the kids meal or forget the carrots /celery. If you bring the mistake to their attention, they are always happy to remedy it but its such a hassle and it makes this fast food anything but. Better to eat in where you can more quickly remedy any errors than to order for take out.
Food was great, service was adequate but the drinks were below standard.Came in on a Monday evening and the service was pretty fast. Our server was very nice and helpful. The place was not to packed and it wasnt as loud as usual. The weak point and my biggest disappointment was with the watered down round of margaritas my table ordered. Never have I seen margaritas watered down so much as the ones here at BWW.If thy improve in their bartending I would give them higher ratings.
Went for a birthday party, I personally would not go to a sports bar 4 chicken wings LOL. Granite it was extremely loud you could talk the TVs were really nice. What I wanted to say was I am the pickiest person in the world with food and their food is top of the line very impressive cant wait to go back. Sherrie
The only reason why I am giving a 2 star is because the food was ok. Decided to try this resturaunt out because it was conveniently located outside the mall. It didnt take us long to sit at a table for 3 but the service was one of the worst customer service I have had in a long time. Asked for 3 drinks and it took 10 minutes. The food took a while, but that can be excused because food takes a while to make. We waited another 15 minutes for a waiter to come so we can get 3 more drinks. Took them another 10 minutes to bring 2 drinks, even though we asked for 3. We waited again another 7 minutes for the last drink. Asked for the bill later on and it took nearly 20 minutes for a bill to come. They are lucky we didnt just walk out the place. The only reason i would go back to this specific location is if its super empty.
Nashville hot chicken sandwich garbage, I ask the server if it was any good she said it was really good. Its just a chicken strip and they added some bland sauce on top nothing like the picture at all. Not even spicy. Took one bite and send it back ended up only with one drink because the food was disappointing
Went in there today to watch a little college football and eat some wings. Many TVs but none on ESPN showing the ranked team I wanted to watch. Asked to have a TV tuned to the game and the waitress said she needed the manager. 15 minutes later she informed me she couldn’t find the manager. 10 more minutes later the manager tuned a couple of the smaller TVs to the game, even though unranked non-LA teams were playing on some of the bigger screens. In the sparsely populated bar I was very disappointed and paid my bill for one beer and left. Won’t go back - Customers always right! Manager doesn’t get it, wouldn’t come talk to me; needs training...
Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bdubbs. I’m a huge fan of bdubbs and been to tons of locations and I’m ashamed for the brand to have their name on this location. Management was awful, horrible service and couldn’t care less attitude. Manager told us he would put the game we requested on a tv for us, after reminding management multiple times it took 15-20 minutes to finally get the game on (causing us to miss a large part of the game). Not only that but the manager didn’t have the guts to come apologize, rather he sent the waitress to give us an excuse. Food was also sub par, I’ve never been disappointed by bdubbs before and this was by far the worst location I have visited. This location needs changes. Best part was that gratuity was automatically added, nothing like a 20$ tip for awful service.
Waited for a table for over 10 minutes. Multiple tables open. Finally got a table, waited about 20 minutes for someone to take our order( at least drinks order). Another party of 4 got a table next to us. Within a couple minutes server came over and took their order. I finally decide to approach a service and ask who was taking orders for the row of tables where my girlfriend and I were sitting at. She had no idea and told me she was going to ask. My girlfriend and I decided to leave because they couldnt figure out who was in charge of that table row. As we are walking out, all the manager said was sorry. Unacceptable. Never again Im coming here. Is not the first time. Wanted to give the location another shot ..forget it
Why would this place be a 1 star you ask? Can it be that bad?Yes, it is that bad.The area outside smells like a sewer leak first off. Probably not their fault. Who knows. But Im sure if they cared enough they would address it with the property managers.The wait is intentional. Even though they have empty tables and booths. They intentionally do not fill them and force every one to wait at least 20 min before seating. This is to accommodate the waiter/ress.When we did sit our waiter was very nice. He deserved a 5 star hands down. But the wait and smell and overall dirty everything puts you in a bad place.We order simple things. Medium traditional wings. Snack traditional wings and small traditional wings. A poe boy. Three kids meal with chicken tenders crispy. Mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. 1 hour later. We get the food. We asked a few times what was taking so long. Two groups that sat at the same time as us ate and paid and left before we got anything. Not even the appetizers showed up. Food did arrive hot and fresh. So idk what to say about the delay.The carpet is super dirty. And the seats and tables were sticky. Asked for a rewipe of the table.The worst of all of this is the bathroom in the end. You go thinking you want to wash your hands and clean up. Wrong. Your better off with a hose out back. The sinks both are broken out of place entirely. Just flopping around and busted. The mold and mildew all over the place. A very strong smell of urine so the ventilation is probably broken. Tagging all over the place etched into the toilets. Thats how bad it is. Poop on the floor besides the toilet because the toilets are so bad that people would rather poop on the floor then touch the seats. Yes the womens side was just as bad with also poop on the seats as well. We all addressed this with the manager. He said they are working on it. Hahaha. Yeah maybe on a cold day in hell you will address it.Corporate if you are reading this. Either close this place down and renovate or be ready to deal with the Health Department soon.Stay away my friends. Far, far, far away.
No ! This is getting to be the spot to hate now. 5 out of 5 times already, they take WAY WAY TOO LONG to actually seat you triple the amount they give you. They lie to you about how many people are in front of you and sit their friends before their customers waiting over 56 minutes and counting. 5out 5 times we have had it happen to us over and over whether there’s an event or not here. This is coming from a customer for many years made this the place to go. I celebrated birthdays special events etc. here!!!!I’m not sure if it’s the new staff or Something else and I promise you I’ll never come back ever again.I’m very disappointed with this place and will miss the old days but this place is trash and rotten-ing by the minute.Ps screw this not worth the customer service they are clueless
Usually good service in the afternoon, but Sunday morning was horrible service. I went for 10am football games. I wasnt asked if I wanted something to drink till the beginning of the 2 quarter and didnt see my waitresse again till mid 3rd quarter of the game to order food and that is only because she was walking by and I stopped her. In case ur wondering it it was kinda empty not bussy at all
Absolutely horrible servive. The manager is an asswhole. The food gets to your table TWO HOURS after u order it. You never get a refill u ask for. Oh and the best part? I had to ask over and over again for an hour to just get my check. I asked the MANAGER for the check 4 times telling him that I needed to go. I got there at 6:30pm and didnt not leave until 10:30pm just waiting on my COLD food and the damn check. Getting nothing but attitude from the person thats suppose to be in charge. Oh, to top it all off my check was wrong and they had the nerve to over charge me. Never again will I be eating there.
Service was awful, food was ok. First time I left a restaurant without leaving a tip. How is it the you let 20 minutes go by and tell me you ran out of meat to make my philly cheesesteak sandwich. Ordered plain hamburger no cheese, and she brings it with all the toppings!

I gave eaten here before and the wings are great. My husband and I walked out after sitting down realizing how loud the music was. The music was so loud that you couldn’t hear the person sitting in front of you. Turn your music down and maybe I would have stayed. Never going back

It wasnt even a busy day, two servers walked right past me.I stopped one and asked for a menu and he said someone would be with me shortly i waited another 10 mins and the servers just casually just walked by.If you are looking to go here dont waste your time the food is horrible and always cold.Goodluck
The atmosphere here can easily be described as a midlife crisis paradise. With enough tacky checkerboard patterns and football games playing on almost ever screen to distract you from the fact the wings are mediocre as sin.On this trip I grabbed the all american burger, which much like the state of California: looks pretty, is way more expensive than it has any right to be, and leaves you unfulfilled, wishing for something better.The restrooms at this particular franchise are also kind of sketchy, with the small stalls door being unable to be locked and the various graffiti on the walls.On a whole, I would recommend this place if all the other better restaurants around the outlet are booked. Came here with my 2 children at 1:30pm. Was told we had to wait 10 min to be seated because they only had 1 waitress on duty. Only 13 people occupying 6 tables. Absolutely unacceptable! Had it not been my daughters choice I would have left. Terrible management to only have 1 person on duty
Had a great experience. First time at Torrance location. Best experience out of the four others I have been to. Carson sucks. Cerritos is to small for a large group. Lakewood never has enough servers. Orange is just Orange. If your not rich, or white. Your forgotten.Thanka to Wendy. She went above and beyond for us tonight. Even helped us save some money. Ive been going here for years, I think since around the time they opened, to watch my college team play. They can be very busy, but in general have always been accommodating.In recent months theyve made several changes, not for the better. Previously, the bartenders had discretion on dress code. They had to wear a jersey or some sort of sports-related gear, I believe. Recently, a change was made and they are now required to wear exactly the same thing. Theres no individuality, no topics od discussion, no ability to show an aspect of ones personality.Yesterday was the final straw for me, however. I went in to see my game, a few minutes early to be sure i had a seat in front of a tv showing it. I was greeted by both the bartender and the manager who checked the schedule, moved the game channel to the tv in front of me without even asking what team I was the to see (in other words, they recognized me and knew me well enough to know already).The game before mine on that channel wasnt over, so I waited. And waited. It was running so long, ESPN flashed up an alternate channel where it could be seen in the meantime. So I went to the manager and asked if he could access that channel. The exchange left me fuming:First, I very politely asked if he could get the channel. He responded that the game would be over soon and my game would be on next. (I was WELL-AWARE of this, and it was not my question).So I politely told him I knew this, and repeated my question. Once again, he told me my game would be on in a few minutes. It wasnt particularly loud in there. Not more so than normal, and we were both able to speak at a normal volume.A third time I tried, saying something to the effect of Im simply asking if you can get the channel. He finally said, yes, but then proceeded to tell me... again... to just wait.At this point, my game had tipped off 12 minutes before. The game he was telling me to wait over still wasnt done, there was time on the clock AND a protest in progress. It wasnt ending soon. I told him I was well-aware the game was coming on after but in the meantime they were already playing, i was missing it, and it was on a channel he was able to show.His response? Its only 10 minutes into your game. Its not a big deal.Maybe to him its not. To me it is. Not merely the game, but that this is my one time a week that I get out and away from obligations. To relax, watch my game, have a leisurely bite, chill.I sat there for 5 more minutes. The other game still wasnt over. I left. Listened to the game in my car and went to a smaller sports bar across town.I can handle uniform changes. But being disrespected, treated as if Im an idiot, insulted, no thank you. I have a new place to watch games, even if it is twice as far from my house.

We Came at 130 to have a bite to eat the place was dead and was toldit was a 20 mins wait for a table once we got sat it took another 15 mins to order our drinks once our food came out the server was to busy talking to her friends at another table and ignored us we have to get up and asked another server for our bill Im never coming back
Worst service ever. Everyone was lazy and just lounging around. It was dead yet food took forever. Waitress maria never checked on us til rushing us out at the end. Got my change wrong. And was just plain rude. Food was great but I will never return to the del amo location.

I have to agree with one of the other comments, the drinks where very water down pretty bad. Everything else was great and very much liked it. Fast service, quality friendly servers and professional staff. I do have to say the staff was highly professional and attentive more than other BWW locations which is why I will definitely come back and enjoy more times visiting this place.
Today is Bogo tuesday for traditional wings and I always go to the Howard Hughes location. Well today I was around Torrance and they do not allow you to buy the 15 wings to get 15 free. They only let you do the 6 or 10 piece wings. Even the website for the Torrance location doesnt let you buy the 15 bogo wings. I called Howard Hughes to see if maybe it is a new rule and nope it is not, over there they allow you to get the 15 bogo wings.Staying away from Torrance Buffalo Wild Wings.
Just left this establishment. It was 3:30 pm when we entered and the place was pretty much deserted. They took down our name as if there was a line to be seated and no open tables. 15 minutes later as we were walking out the door the hostess said oh are you ready now as if she was waiting on us. Wont be visiting this place again at least not this location.
So Im actually right here waiting to be helped. Theres 2 servers that keep denying that the table Im sitting doesnt not belong to the area they serve!!!! We have to literally go to one of them to please help us while she was just talking/flirting with 2 guys we had made eye contact at least 3 times wave at her and she just look the other way ignoring us....She finally came to take our order blaming the other girl that she was new and didnt know what she was doing. Ordered from postmates, postmates did a decent job. But buffalo wild wings sucked.I ordered wings, and the sauce thats supposed to cover the wings, was all messed up, not even covering 1/4 of the chicken. I mean when I ordered wings I want my dam wings drizzled. Not half axxed smeared, with 2 hour old reused buffalo wings. This place is garbage. Iunno why people even bother.
Yet another terrible experience when dealing with BWW Torrance. I arrived at their location to find that only half of my order was ready to go. The server had to run in back to get the rest of my order, which was cause a significant delay. I was able to look past this, as mistake happen and at this location, it seems mistake happen more than getting a order correct. Then after returning home, I discover that one of the two large order was actually a medium. There were only 15 wings, which is the requirement for a medium order not a large.
The service was horrible i waited nearly 2 hours for my food and when i got my food it was cold...the manager was arrogant didnt seem interested in what we were telling him. I would not recommend this bww to anyone. After we waited about an hour to recieve the check. The experience was just horrible.
Please is always ridiculously busy. I called earlier today to confirm they are open on Jan 1st and the guy said yes, normal operating hours. I called right now to place an order and the phone rang minutes, no one answered to say please hold or anything. Overall, this place needs a shake up with its staff. If they dont want to work, plenty of other people will gladly accept their job.
We LOVE BWW. What a dream it was to find out there was one of our old favorites was down the street. Honestly, Torrance doesnt have the best service anyhow, but this place sets the bar for terrible. I have had multiple soap operas such as:- Despite a 1/4 full restaurant a year ago, not being willing to change just a single one of their TVs to the football game that was showing the defending NFL champions play. I think it was a Patriots-Colts regular season game and instead they were showing games like Cincy and Cleveland. My family, and two other groups in Patriots geared walked out. I got in to it with the manager (I believe) on this and after talking with him, the rest of the service made perfect sense given him being the leader.- Another time MNF interfered with some UFC thing. I get catering to demand (though I dont believe MNF would lose, but maybe). You couldnt get in to watch the game without paying the UFC cover and being ostracized over in a corner on one TV. Seriously?- How about a hockey game? Wishful thinking when it comes to this location. Okay, seriously, if you really work with them and it is empty, you can usually help someone to find a hockey game to put it on a screen but it takes some customer effort.After finally writing this place off, we decided to beat the system by just doing take-out instead. UNTIL, we were told that orders over $30 (if I recall) had to be made in person. Of course, it takes a rocket scientist to figure out that if you are getting stood up on take-outs, which I assume is the case here, you could easily implement a charge now over the phone policy to make sure you dont lose your product due to a no-show. Of course, coming in and placing a take-out order means you get the whole wait forever experience. FOILED.I have had a number of REALLY good servers at this location though and frankly, I always felt bad for them. It looks like it is a really hard place to do a great customer service job. Whenever we go out of town, we usually duck in to the local, non-Torrance, BWW and the experience is 400 times better.I wish corporate would care enough to come in and turn this place around. Its such a great and convenient location. I go back periodically hoping they have changed, but no luck so far.
All BWW are going down the drain with the lazy employees they get. Most BWW has servers, hosts, etc on their phone all the time. I got lied to by the guy sitting you down saying te last call was at 10pm when clearly they close at midnight. Then lies again saying they don’t close at midnight they close at 11, when it’s marked on the door midnight.
Horrible ass service did an over the phone order showed up to the store and the cashier apparently forgot to ring it up then I wanted extra ranch for the wings I was told over the phone it was an additional fee and once I showed up they told me that they didnt even have ranch Im so mad I drove all the way over here for nothing!!! Never again this Del Amo location is horrible
Food was cold after waiting 45 min post ordering to get our wings. Majorly understaffed and the bathrooms are more disgusting than the public beach restrooms. This used to be our go-to wing spot, but its dipped too far in the red for us anymore. Find another location to check out.
Ok so let me tell you a story of the most terrible customer service experience I just had with the GM of Buffalo Wild Wings in Torrance... Went in last night for a friend birthday their 8 of us, separate bills, Gratutiy 18% added to each bill. Server was awesome. But because there was a miscalulation on my bill the server took an additional $12.50. I call this morning to correct the discrepancy and had to wait for the GM named JC to get it in. Never got a call from so I called back at 6pm. We went back and forth for which the solution was that he (JC) would have his server give me back the $12.50 and that I would need to go to BWW and he would hand it to me. really you are making your server apologize and hand me back $12.50 out of his pocket. I went to BWW not to get the $12.50 but to give this dumbass of a GM a piece of my mind. And he got an earful, why in world would you as a GM make a customer confront the server, why did you not just handle it on the phone but this dumbass never apologized for the error and acted like it was my fault. There should be no reason for a customer be handed money back from a server. I apologized to the server that he and to talk to me and told him that Im not here to get that money back but Im here to give your GM and piece of my mind. I will never eat there again and I will make it know to whomever is listening that BWW GM Named JC is a complete dumbass.
Nice place but ran by IDIOTS dont ever try to have lunch here on sundays cause they will only cater to football fans u cant just sit with friends and have a beer. the patio was empty when we got there and told us itll be a few minutes, 35 min later were still not seated and the patio is still emply, i was told we gotta wait till the next games start so they can figure out where games people are gonna watch. WTF

Called to see if they would be airing an event and the male employee who answered the call was not sure but stated if we carry the channel they would air it. I then asked if he could check; and then took a big breath as though I was asking for a miracle and put me on hold. Horrible customer service and manerisms. No wonder why I no longer go there.

2022-01-17Loved the service and the food was excellent. We only waited about 10 mins until being seated but to us it felt like we waited less due to us waiting the 49ers vs. cowboys game.Our service let us know that she seen us but her and her coworkers were cleaning up ALL the tables that the previous customers left after the game ended. We told her to take her time we actually understand the circumstances that the restaurants are going through due to shortage of staff. But once she took our order our food was out less then 15 mins. The food was in good temperature when we got it and it was delicious.

The food was good but the cleanness of the made you question quality. Not sure if i would recommend even though the food was decent. Need new management. 2022-05-05Weve had two horrible experiences at this location. The first one was when they were showing a boxing match. They charged us $35 a person and we couldnt hear anything. The second was on a weekend. It took forever to get our food even though the restaurant appeared to be 2/3 empty. We only got the food when we tried to cancel the order and the food appeared to be cold like was just left outside for a long while. The wings arent that good and are just overpriced. They automatically added a 18% gratuity. We left as quickly as possible. With amount of excellent restaurants near there, we won’t be returning anytime soon.

2022-04-10Nice liltte sports bar/restaurant. I enjoy spicy food. Cauliflower was dynamite. I would have expected a larger beer selection though. But, honestly our waitress Alex made our night a lot better, she was patient and attentive with a jolly demeanor and made sure to address everything and our drinks were never empty! They were pretty busy and backed up but definitely made sure to make it a night out worth it. Thank you kindly! To the waitress, I hope you never change your mood working with the crazy customers! Much love to this location and I can promise, we will be coming back!

2022-01-05Worst experience ever. Wings tasted horrible. I asked for lemon pepper dressing and didn’t get it. I asked if my wings can be the flat like how I usually get them every time the waiter said no and got me to speak with the General Manager he was very rude unprofessional talking to me like I’m some dude and keeps saying “listen dude” and keeps interrupting me while I’m talking and stopping me every time I speak. He also said he’s the GM but then The waiter said he’s assistant manger not GM. The GM should be Mark. If I can give a zero star I would. I was also charged 18% gratuity without approving it.

2022-05-19Usually I’m not one to complain about poor customer service, but this was easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The longest wait to get greeted and an even longer wait for the overpriced and lackluster food. If you want chicken in the area you’d be better off going literally anywhere else. You spend the longest time waiting to be greeted, for the food, and for the check. Also, there’s no sound on the TV’s. I’d rather watch the game on a 1993 Toshiba TV with an undercooked Banquet TV dinner than experience that again.

2022-05-27Wish I would’ve read the reviews before going here. Avoid this BWW or maybe all locations. This location forces an 18% tip on you even for a party of 1, and the service really sucks. The prices are ridiculous too!! I paid $20 for an Irish trash can. I literally only had 1 drink and some tater tots & my bill was approx $30. I was shocked. And forcing a tip when the server does NOT deserve it really ruined my day. I used to be a server so I like to tip good when I go out to eat but this barely deserved if any $2. The location was not busy and she took forever to charge my card and bring it back for me to sign. Had to wait another 30 min at this place waiting for the server to bring back my card.

2022-07-20My experience was horrible all around! The waitress Catherine at this location was so rude! She made us feel like we were a bother for coming in. First, she asked for our drinks and while some of us weren’t ready she got mad and said, “I guess I’ll just get you guys three drinks” and rolled her eyes. Then she came back and asked if we were ready to order while still not taking our drinks. We had to remind her that we still had not ordered drinks. After we got our food we did not get the correct items but didn’t say anything because we were too nervous to get her upset. We had to give a tip, which I wish we wouldn’t have to because the service was the worst service I have ever experienced. What was supposed to be a nice trip turned out to be a bad experience. If I could have left a $0 tip I would have because she definitely did not deserve it.

2022-02-27Meh. So we went to BDubs at 1.00 in the afternoon, and we barely received any service. Remind you, they opened at 11. The lack of lighting wasnt much help, the restaurant greeter was mumbling with the mask on and it was nearly 10 minutes after we found a seat to be acknowledged. We ordered our drinks only to receive my cold and fresh briskly Apple Cider while the IPA drink we ordered, wasnt available, until we inquired about the drink. If we didnt mention it, we still be waiting for our drink. The music they played was spot on; cleared and very good music front the early 2000s but the service, awful. Im not sure if it was the lack of employees trained to perform their job or the lack of management not training their employees on customer service.

2022-03-14Extremely ghetto...do not recommend.As everyone else has been saying, they charge mandatory 18% tip for below sub-par service. Waiter came back back to our table 2 times because she got mixed up with the orders and gave us the wrong drinks.I ended up accidently adding an additional tip because I didnt realize it was game night (literally just a regular BB game, nothing special and no one was watching). They must know they wont get any tips so they have to force one on you AND they required a card before you order (huh? Who does that?).Food is good but way over priced, much better off going to Wing Stop down the street. This place used to be extremely busy but has fallen way off. I go to this mall very often but never ate at this restaurant till recently.This was first time eating at this location and my last. Needs to close and put something else there there isnt as low class charging mandatory tip and required card before ordering. That should tell you something about this establishment that has this practices.
