I have been having trouble ordering CPAP supplies from them. Was told back in January 2022 that my supplies would be shipped once authorization was approved. No supplies arrived. March 2022 they called me from the 707 area code number telling me I was eligible for supplies. Told them never got the ones from January. Another promise to submit for Authorization for supplies. Here it is May 2022 and I do a follow-up call to the 707 number that does the ordering of supplies and was told that I have a duplicate account and that is the reason my supplies werent sent out either time and I would have contact the Sacramento office, so she transfers me. Of course the person I spoke to, Summer swears she doesnt see a duplicate account (of course she doesnt). She only sees a note from Laura who is making an erroneous note about headgear and full face mask,, which I had been asking about the replacement cushion (which is replaced more often than every year!) and has nothing at all to do with replacement hose and filters. So I suggested she contact Rose at the 707 number that noticed the duplicate account. Summer calls back later that afternoon, doesnt mention if the duplicate account has been taken care of but that I can have the supplies shipped but now I need to have my doctors order/ prescription extended because even though it doesnt expire until June 2022 I need to have it submitted for an extension before I can get the supplies that were to have been ordered in January and March of 2022!I have been with this company since July of 2021 and as of May 2022 I havent been able to reorder supplies. This has nothing to do with insurance company dragging their feet. Apparently Broadway medical cant even get the order to leave their office!! I had to finally get the cushion for the mask online.I understand why people stop using their CPAP machines if it is this difficult to get supplies for ongoing compliant use of CPAP therapy. I came to Broadway Medical because I couldnt get anything done with my previous company because of their high turnover.It is a good thing stores like CVS and Walmart are starting to carry these supplies to make it easier on consumers

Its bad to come across a facility that has such a high rating and then when you contact them and see how unprofessional and rude the one you start with is. She came across in the normal California way, you know, if she gets fired then shell get more money on unemployment!!!!! Standard California practice as of these days.

Was very helpful even though i didnt get my bed it was only cause my doctor forgot to add that i needed a airloss mattress common mistake but he did add a mattress but not the kind i needed and helper was gladly made himself available to assist when i get the authorization and prescription for new mattress when i get it.

Have purchased filters for my Philips Respironics System One Dream Station here before, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to sell them to me.Today I returned to purchase more filters ( its been 4 months done the part visit) but THIS time they claim not to even carry the filters for my machine. The sales girl clearly acted like she didnt want to help. Theyre always screaming for a Drs prescription. FOR FILTERS? GIVE ME A BREAK!!Update: Contacted by Broadway Medical whom advised the items were in stock and no prescription was necessary for the filters. I visited and purchased the filters. I was charged $38.00 for 6 ultrafine filters and 2 foam filters. A search of the item numbers on Amazon, reveals that I could have purchased 60 of each item for the same price. But at least Broadway Medical did make the effort to make good. Upgrading review to 3 Stars.

This place of Business, is a total ripoff. I was provided, a discontinued walker without my knowledge. These people charged my Insurance for an item that they have, after they lied and said they were going to dispose it. Customer service is very rude! They also refused to provide me with an invoice.They’re big time liars as well. I will never do business with this Company again. I suggest that you don’t either.

The customer service rep seems like they dont care about their job. They have no enthusiasm in their voice whatsoever. They scheduled an appointment for me to receive my walker, and after it was not delivered at the time window that they provided, I called them and they said that they were currently out of stock on walkers and someone was supposed to call me to reschedule. But I had to end up calling them because nobody ever called me. Horrible service. Completely dissatisfied already and I havent even received my Walker yet.

Waited an hour in the store just to get a price for an item. They sold me a floor model at full price that was not clean and certainly not sanitized. (It might have even been used, which this item should never be.) Unfortunately I needed it the next day so I was stuck. But I will not return.

Very rude and disrespectful receptionist lady! even not response to my greetings!. it was my first visit 12/30/2021, and last!. wish to could put (0) instead 1 star. Awful customer service experience! Hope to never stop by this facility!

Staff at Broadway Medical are consistently respectful and professional; efficient and helpful, and are never reluctant to answer questions.It keeps my dignity alive in support of me and my family.I appreciate working with them very much.***Also, in reading some of the negative reviews I feel the need to share my thoughts here--Many of the negative reviews appear to be historic. Perhaps something was changed?Something that is hard to understand, for many people, is how much they are allowed to help us - depending on specific details in referrals and also about processing+errors by our doctors, their offices and medical insurances.More recently, the pandemic sent everything topsy turvy, and I for one have done business with them over the duration of the challenges that were added to an already challenging industry.I feel they are handling it famously, and commend the handling of challenges as well as they have.I want to thank staff for trying, even when I had to do my homework to get auths approved...even though I was quite affected and sometimes may not have been the most friendly --I know that when we are unwell, or our loved ones are unwell, it is hard to see beyond our own needs. Its important to remember that these staff are also people, trying to weather this huge challenge.Empathy for all!
