This office is Awesome. Every time I come here I am treated to a professional experience from Dr. D and his staff. The dental hygienist does a thorough job of making sure that my teeth are taken care of. Will be going back.
The best dental office I have ever been to. Dr.H takes his time explaining all of my treatment. The office itself is WONDERFUL! Great and friendly staff all around (hard to come by these days). Overall my experience at this office was and still is GREAT!

This place was recommended to me by my brother who recently had an implant done by Dr. Hawatmeh, he is the implant specialist at Bravo dental of banning. My brother went in for a consult and they answered all of his questions and concerns. The implant came out beautifully, you wouldve never guess he had a missing front tooth and the whole process was done so quickly and efficiently. The thought of getting an implant was very intimidating but seeing the results first hand, I am excited to go in for my own consult with the Dr. Hawatmeh.
They are very rude and it was the most painful dental experience ever! Dont go there! They dont care about you! The dental assistant that is in charge is very unprofessional. Tried to show her where it was hurting and she yelled get your finger out of your mouth. The dentist said not to go out in the waiting room to discuss the pain they put me in! NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!

I went to the dentist expecting just to have to wait for a response from my medical no this place helped me and fast so polite and the spanish and english speaking lady that works in the front desk so compassionate and caring very polite and considerate of others hard to find people like that love this place highly recommended
If You go in without pain!They will drill your teeth till they say “oh you might need a Root canal!”You will come out with pain trust me!Worst worst Experience ever!!!! They don’t care about you!!! All they want is your money!!!! Don’t go there if you don’t have pain and just want an evaluation!
AWFUL SERVICE! I called ahead of time to get a free flu shot, they told me to come in before 4. Arrived at 3:30, was checked in at 3:40. Sat & waited over an hour, was never called. Went to the same receptionist & asked if I could still get it. Claimed she didn’t know what I was talking about & said I never checked in.. she said let me see where the nurses are at.. I just wanted a flu shot, this place is a joke.I walked out, I don’t have time for a professional place of business, to be unprofessional. This is where your tax dollars are going HA
Ok this visit was so much better and i loved it they took such good care of me and i couldnt have asked to be at any other dentist office, i didnt remember to eat before i got the numbing shot and and i felt sick and got really hot, and this lady treated me so nicely and she was so darn sweet.. my last time wasnt so good but every place has there flaws but i love this place and the lovely assistance! Dont remember her name but she was so sweet and caring! And she knew exactly what was wrong me and how to fix it. Awesome visit but still scared of the dentist cause im a weenie anyways.

By far the worst I got my tooth pulled and the dentist broke a piece in my gums he poked and prodded in my gums and now my whole face is swollen with infection and I’m in pain. When I asked for pain meds he said I gave u Motrin. I’m in excruciating pain and wouldn’t refer this place to anyone. This place is a nightmare!!! Don’t go here!!!!

Once youve been seen, not very attentive in returning calls ,explaining (after leaving a couple of messages) nor calling in prescription for patient.. after hours receptionists were the worse! A full 10 days and still nothing!
The patient care is good and all the doctors are sweet and always make sure im not in pain. i definitely recommend this dentistry.

2021-09-25Honestly the best customer service I have ever received in a dental office. A nice lady by the name of Janneth assisted me during the visit, and may I say her professionalism was beyond the roof! She helped me with all my questions and concerns with a bright and amazing smile. She made everything so clear and smooth throughout the whole process. Definitely will be going back!

2021-09-24I never liked going to the dentist till i went here , I felt really welcomed and comfortable . The person on front Janneth she was really kind, helpful and great personality, the dental assistant that did my cleaning was really nice and careful it didnt hurt a bit. Great Office.

2020-02-27I actually became a patient of Bravo Dental because they had a booth at a health fair that my employer holds annually. We were told that they were providers for our insurance plan and our co-pays would be really low. Plus they were offering free bleaching trays, so it was a win/win. The few times that I have been in it was a little busy, but each of them are extremely personable and go out of their way to get to know you. The doctor I seen was very thorough and had a gentle hand. I loved this place and will be returning with the rest of my family!

2020-03-05I was a patient of the previous doctor a few years ago. One day I came in and everything had changed. The office was remodeled and the staff was all new. I was not sure about staying with them as a patient, but I gave them a chance. It was a great choice. The girls are so nice and always in a great mood. The doctor is very gentle when he works on me. Today I went in for my six month check-up and started Invisalign. I am so excited!! I cant wait to have straight teeth!!!

2021-02-09I found this place while I was standing in line at the DMV. I called and was told to come in later on in the week. Not typical in this area, doctors will usually tell you to come next month. I went in expecting to wait a long time, but they took me back pretty fast. All of the girls were nice. I hate going into a place where the staff is up tight, not the case at this office. I needed a few things done. The drilling was not felt because the doctor was good at giving shots. They also worked with my crazy truck driving schedule. Thank you guys for the good service.

2020-02-26Formerly Banning Family Dentistry, now under new management under Bravo Dental Group. Very satisfied with the services. Went for a checkup and cleaning, and I was very well explained of other conditions I had, which were taken care of in a couple more visits. My insurance was used so nothing out of pocket (which is a big plus). Definitely bringing the family as well.

2020-02-21I was very lucky to find this office last week. I was at work and out of no where I had a throbbing toothache. I called the closest dentist to my job and they told me to head over. Turns out I needed a root canal and crown. I was super numb when the doctor worked on me, so I didn’t feel anything. I went back today and got my crown put on. Everyone that works there is very friendly. It was a great experience!

2020-02-28Bad genes or bad habits I was in dentures by the time I was 38. Fast forward 15 years and now that I look back those years were miserable. I was always worried that people could tell I was wearing dentures. It was awkward to date. To top it all off I couldn’t even enjoy my favorite foods. I went in to have a consultation with Dr. H and he told me that he would be able to give me teeth supported by implants in one day. I’ve never gone out on a limb and done anything like this for myself. But it ended up being the best choice I have ever made. My teeth don’t come out, they look very natural, and I can eat again. This has been life changing. Thanks to you Dr. H and all of your staff!!
