Ive been coming here for over a year located in my neighborhood walking distance, Im able to print out important business papers ,ship packages, I have a postal box here for receiving mail ,purchase packaging supplies, they will box and tape and wrap products that you need to ship out, all the employees are very nice and welcoming anytime that I have came in the owners are usually on site and they also support local artists Shepard Fairey, they are open Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. closed Sunday
The best piece of advice I can give you is dont go there they have terrible customer service .when you pay for services like that you expect them to help you with the knowledge and expertise they have but all they care about is getting your money .there are better places. from personal experience I had ship something overseas and had problems with the customs due to the forum being filled in correctly on their part and some important information that was not shared with me , later on I went to a different shipping service before they had finished the transaction they have notified me about the taxes and proper filling out of the forms to where I was shipping .trust me when I say theres better places.
Box Bros did an excellent job of packing a fragile, antique lamp for me. And they provided pictures of the packing so I can sell and ship my lamp with no worries. Fantastic service!
I needed to ship a computer and a flat screen TV across the country for a move. They helped me with understanding the insurance procedure (including calling Fed-Ex to clarify) and took care of all packing requirements. Packaging, shipping, and insurance were still less than quoted by UPS, and Fed-Ex locations do not pack TVs that large. The service was great and my electronics arrived in good condition.

Nearest cross street El Camino close to this street parking limited on Del Paso. Bakery and Mexican eatery right next door.

2019-02-12I’m so happy I found this place!!!! I just launched my Etsy site - and I’m busy making stuff - I don’t always have time to make a custom sized box to ship an item. I was looking for a custom box (18”x18”x3”) - FedEx quoted me $35 🤯 they were able to make a slightly larger box for me - package my items for less than $5.50!!!!! I DEFINITELY recommend these guys!! Their staff is awesome as well 😁

2022-01-18Visited for I-9 employment verification. Staff were courteous and the process was relatively quick. 15-minute parking zone out front was sufficient. Staff were masked.

2021-07-02I had to mail 72 inch blinds back to the manufacturer. I thought I would have to spend a fortune. The Box Brothers could do it for a very reasonable price. The guy who helped me was super nice and helpful. I will definitely go back.

2021-04-25These people have gone above and beyond to be helpful. I have utilized their services to print documents off of my phone, and mail items for eBay. When I offered a copy of my book to Lisa Roth, she gave me twice of what the book is worth. In addition, Ive recently utilized her services as a notary public and she not only arrived early, submitted to a covid-19 test, and was very helpful in coming to my assistance as a notary public. I recommend them highly for all of your shipping and printing needs! At their store on Del Paso Avenue, they have a wide selection of supplies for your shipping needs, a lot of extras, and that extra special Touch of being professional and friendly.

2015-05-20They are amazing! Ive been in twice. Both time wonderful customer service. I went in right before closing to send something. The gallery range me up and said shed take care of it. I was worried.... It got there nothing broken...packed great said my customer and she loved her huge wreath. I returned today for some big mirror pak boxes for pictures for our up coming move. The gentleman helped me bring the big boxes across the street to my truck. You will not need disappointed going here.

2020-06-18Yesterday was my first occasion to be disappointed in their service at all/ever, and even that was simply because I was running late as usual to get some returns sent back to Amazon, and didnt show up until 10 till 6pm, or almost closing, to find out, that, during to the COV-10 issue, theyve decided until further notice, to close early at 4:30 pm instead of the usual/posted 6pm. Thats why I reproted the changes I just did. Otherwise, they are great!

2019-11-21These guys are great! They can ship anything... custom boxes and quality packaging. Reasonable prices too. WAY cheaper than UPS or FEDEX, plus they custom cut/make the box for what you’re shipping...I’ve used them several times now. Highly recommend!
