Horrible experience!! We called a head of time to find out what the wait time was was told no wait we have plenty of open lanes come on down so we did. We get there and they tell us that they have 5 parties in front us but it will be quick. So we get on the waiting list and take the kids to the arcade. We check-in about an hour later the tell us 4 parties in front. So we wait another hour and they tell my wife 1 party in front of us, so we are good we are almost there. 1hour later we check in again and they tell us 3 parties in front of us. As you can Iimagine we were extremely disappointed our kids were upset but we left.Horrible communication.
Returned to this place after many years. Needed to take kids out of the house for a change of scenery. Thank goodness for Groupon deals. For $25, you get two shoe rentals and 2 hours of lane time. The place was clean and the lanes worked without a hitch. Decided to order some food which were overpriced, IMHO. Stay away from the chicken wings. They were salty to the point of being inedible. The flatbread pizza and parm fries were ok. If you have arcade-loving kids who get hyped over winning tickets to exchange for merch, manage their expectations. The prizes were blah, and mostly unavailable. Come for the bowling experience and youll be fine.
Went in Saturday had to check in they said around 3hr wait. That they would send a text to let us know when and STILL waiting for a text. We left at midnight after drinking stale beer, worse than cardboard pizza and NO bowling at all!!! And we kept checking always a 30 to 40 groups in front of you.
Pretty cool bowling alley. Had a great time bowling with friends.Nice drinks. Highly recommend eating at Haven City or VG before you come here though, because the food is not the best.Dont like bowling too close to other parties though. It gets pretty crammed if you have a big group. Balls also got mixed up every now and then with the other party next to us.
The place is nice and we had fun bowling, but the food was pricey and not worth it. I dont mind paying the price, if your actually going to get the serving you paid for. For example I ordered fries for 3 bucks, I think there might of been 10 fries if that 🍟🤔 total..... you be the judge...
My husband and I bowl here in a league on Sunday nights and it is horrible. It is always very hot and most of the people in the league bring their own fan and if you ask the manager to turn down the air he refuses. Terrible customer service.i suggest going to upland you will be treated much better and be a lot cooler
Good vibes. Most of the staff is very friendly. Any issues were promptly taken care of. Food is surprisingly tasty. Pizza, chicken tenders, not too greasy. Bar area seems very snazzy. Have yet to actually indulge, but most likely will. Bowling is always cool here. Everything is updated but the videos that okay for strikes, splits and so forth. Still the first and best bowling alley Ive been. Always make them think youre going to lose, and come in winning by one point.
Had great fun here. A family fun clean place until about 8 or 9 when music videos come on above the Pins. If you have little ones you may want to protect their eyes and yours. You never know what will pop on. We had to leave because we had children and adults that were in disagreement because of our Faith. There is a Bar. We didnt have any problems with those who drank.
I had a good time the staff at the counter were helpful and friendly. I gave 4 stars because it was hard to understand how to order food it appeared like there was someone taking orders but she made it to our lane and when we went to what appeared to be where to order no one ever came to assist.
Bowlero bowling in Rancho they have a huge parking lot plenty of parking handicap parking also they have a lot of room to bowl a lot of things to do for the kids games they have accessible restrooms plenty of vendors for food they let you bring your own in and they do parties just called for early reservation would be nice .
Bowling prices are ridiculous in my opinion. I probably wont be back until prices become more reasonable for large families. 5 stars for being a pretty good alley with updated building and great features. If yall could find a way or a day where I could get 5 people to play a game for 5$ a game thatd be nice.
Good family fun. The the seating space is kind of tight so if you have enough players Id recommend getting two lanes that share a ball return. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sampler plate was pretty decent for bowling alley food. It was kid friendly on a Saturday evening. Good music playlist.
The ambiance is nice and the pin setters and ball return didnt jam up but the lack of coupons makes it way too expensive for bowling. The new lane seating style is better than the old but the center tables are not fixed to the floor so they can be bumped and ours was wobbly.
New management or owner made the place really nice and fun. The music is awesome and the staff is nice. Its a big place and the ambient could be a club. Didnt get to hang out at the arcade but it looked like there was a lot of games to choose from. Would definitely go bowling here again its my favorite spot.
Went to this bowl place today with group of kids all girls for birthday fun time. I paid 185.00 for the group to bowl. So the kids wanted water to drink so I asked the lady at the bar and also at the food area. Both said they dont offer picthers of water or soda anymore. I asked for enough cups for all the kids and two adults. They gave us 5 out of 10 needed. I couldnt believe the stupidity of not wanting to give a pitcher of water really. Kids dont drink beer right, but they wanted us to buy soda per the cup. I dont think so.So finally I asked for the manager and all of a sudden the cups appeared and water and free popcorn. I appreciate the make up courtesy but no one should have to go through all of this. So for the poor staff support I really dont feel a greater rating than one is worthy. I wont go back.
This review is based on my Friday night visit whoch was a great one. I hadnt been here in a while and wow did they make this place over. It seems more and more these old bowling alleys are adding these fancy giant screens at the back of the lanes and renovating. This place was no different. They added servers who come out and check on food and drinks. We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and they came out super fast and super hot!! The bowling shoes are also brand new and I believe they added some new arcades. My complaints of this place are small. First, they spent all this money making the place over, but the bowling software is still very old. It looks like something from the early 80s that you learn on the first day of coding class. The other complaint was lane 8. The contraption that comes down and sweeps the pins away kept getting stuck. We would press the reset button, but it didnt help any. We had to take turns going up to the front desk and asking them to fix the problem.Other than that we had a great time and the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Keep up the good work.
Very inexpensive for 3 hours games and shoe rental included on the Friday night I went.I will say I did not like that the bowling balls are kept to the right and left of the lanes.its really out of the way to carry the ball so far when theyre over 10 pounds. From my experience there seemed to be less 7 and 8 pound bowling balls, defienetly had more 13 and 14 pounds balls. The lanes were quite slippery and wouldnt allow us to curve the ball. So a better polish on the lanes would be great.
One of the worst places I have ever been to for a night out with my children. For the kids, its ok because of the bowling. However, the variety and quality of the food is poor. Not to mention its extremely overpriced. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else before going here, if you have to. The arcade/gaming area is weak, some games dont work. And, by far, the service is worse. I get the feeling that this place is doing well enough without the need to attract customers.
Dont bother ordering food or drinks they used to have tables you can sit at put your food and your drinks they took those awayCorporate interior designer whose never bowled a day in their life. Little benches were betterif your bowler your order food you order alcohol and you put it someplace if you dont have a table for that y Bowl
Facilities a bit on the older side, but I really only had an issue with some of the seriousplayers there. I brought my.kids who are well behaved, but old man squad next to us felt the need to constantly correct their actions. League players should be separated from casual or family lanes.
This place used to be great for league bowling. However, its dumping money In remodeling and really dont care about the lane conditions or league bowlers... unfortunately the manager doesnt realize league bowlers are there CASH COW. On Monday nights this establishment host a league called Money Fun time. Approximately 112 bowlers pay this house $23 a week for 36 weeks, totaling approximately $92,736.00 a season. A percentage of that money goes to a prize fund and the bulk goes to the house, not to mention the amount of money the bowlers pay each week in over priced alcohol, and food, which also provides thousands of dollars into this establishment. That league mentioned is a sample of leagues this establishment host on a daily basis....The league mentioned, wouldnt any COMPETENT manager of any business realize where there money is coming from? This place doesnt, and its doesnt care. Instead, there manger stands behind a counter and chats with his staff like a teenage school girl. They dont care if the lane condition are bad; They dont care if there food is over priced; They dont care if a league starts on time, They dont care if there ball returns dont work...and they dont care about the customer or this review.
The time we went the place was a little crowded but they did have the special after 8 for $2.22 on Tuesdays that is a pretty good deal considering for shoes and games but get early because the place was really crowded and the line for the 8 oclock even longer than the regular ones. Just get there early and put your name on the list thats the best thing you can do.
New management which apparently means only one size for sodas ($4 btw). No more snack bar window so the bartender has to sling sodas instead of focusing on making drinks. They even took the napkin dispenser out. Bizaar. Sadly its reminiscent of many other bowling alleys who nickel-and-dime their customers. Hopefully this place doesnt go that way. I would prefer to support the bowling alley and not bring in outside food and drinks, but $4 for a silly soda is seems excessive.
The bowling alley seemed friendly and helpful but the lane i was in was a bit dented and it affected the ball. I ordered a protein styled chicken sandwich, the sandwich itself was good; however, they put the little sticks in the chicken under the lettuce. I bit down on two separate occasions to find two different sticks. Could have ended horribly if I wasnt careful. They dont have a huge selection of balls. Mostly 12+ with medium to extra large finger holes. I personally like 8 with large holes but was unable to find any decent ones to fit my fingers.
Had the Best time with my kids we have never ever went bowling in our lives I would give it a 5 star for having so much fun there now I give it 3 stars because the guy said that every game we played it was 679 so we paid for games so 679 X4 is not almost $200 well they dont tell you that each person has to pay 679
The customer service was terrible the guy that checks in customers is very rude and literally made me & my bf wait till 11 for a lane to bowl & we got there @ 8pm and left to play pool got back still had to wait than couldn’t even spell my name rite on bowling screen just a total jerk I won’t go back. It was very uncomfortable there
Damn broke after 2 games for 5 people and 4 pairs of shoes rentals. $73. Broke I tell you! That said, the staff was polite and responsive when we had a lane issue.Lanes are what youd expect of Brunswick, lets ya get that hook real nice (gotta say it in a hill billy accent). The scoring system could do with some modernizing, its old school. For those not savvy in the use of old school systems, they struggle a bit putting people on the board.Has the old bowling alley feel, but big screens across the far wall above the pins, so something to watch while you wait for your then or dont want to watch your friend whoop ya.Other than the price tag, good experience.
Aloha! Fun bowling place for the family. But the place is getting old. Sometime the lanes are not responding well and missing pins. Bathrooms has funky smells. Very mediocre prizes for the arcades. They need to make some changes and management needs to address some issues.
Went in today with the family and was told they dont honor the Los Osos two for one cards with their company name on it. The ones you buy from kids in front of Vons. You would think a good business would honor it. Instead they said no deal, pay full price. I will never come back. Upland is not that far away.
It was fun but our lane kept having minor problems like the thing that grabs the bowling pins got stuck and our ball got stuck in the middle of the lane but thats about it for the issues.they play music and the music videos play on the bowling rows, not where the ball rolls just above that its very cool and creative the cookie there is AMAZING it taste like heaven its so soft and rich with chocolate the wait time wasnt too long they have an arcade as well
Terrible mistake Yesterday I bought a Summer game pack for my familyTO PLAY BOWLING ANY TIME ANY DAY After paying 29 $ each nothing was told about restrictions. Today we came to play around 10 pm with my family an manager lucas told us you do not play today. Unless you paid???WE DID NOT READ THE SMALL PRINT ANd we were not given that info in the card we receive. We explain this but supervisor lucas has no solutions YOU PAID OR LEAVE , in front of my family. 2022-05-08First time at this location, they were busy but we didn’t wait too long, they have a wait list that they text you when a lane is ready, large bar and tables for beer pong, sport shop, and good size arcade. Couple of parties going on and they decorate amazingly!! Tons of TVs and music going. Cosmic bowling starts at 6 and they want lanes buck, but they did refund us for the game we didn’t use before 6. Shoes were clean. Location was very clean and lots of parking. Would come back. Expensive but you’re paying for the atmosphere

2022-05-30My boyfriend and I have been coming a few times this last month. They charge per person per game which kind of sucks but if you go earlier you can play for 6.50 per person and 6.50 for shoes. Our lane kept going down one of the times we went (about 4 times), and the other time we ordered a soda that we never got, but its still a good place to go if you want to play one or 2 games with your family. Very nice establishment and the atmosphere is really nice. The shoes are in great condition so you dont feel as gross sticking your feet in them. If they can iron out some of the problems with the lanes and staffing I will adjust my review.

2022-03-28A very nice bowling place to play but you must have time to come here specially on weekends, this place get very packed and waiting times can be 2 hours or more. Other than that, there is a lot of fun at this bowling facility.

2022-03-24Prices couldve been explained better. Advertise $6 a game on Wednesday! Half off. But it doesnt say anywhere on the signs that its per game per person. So 2 hrs of bowling for 3 people = $95.

2021-10-29My girls, MIL and myself had a great time here bowling. We initially said 2 games, but we’re having so much fun, we did 3 games. I have a younger inexperienced bowler who wanted bumpers up, then down and back up again and the staff was very helpful and didn’t mind assisting us. The food was also better then we expected. We’ll be back.

2022-01-31Great place to take your family or hang out and play. I wish the girl upfront was nicer, it makes me question why shes the first person the bowling alley wants customers to interact with. Almost everyone in my party 22 of us had something to say about her attitude towards customers. We still come here.

2022-06-19The bowling was great fun. Really nice bowling center. Unfortunately they didnt seem to understand that Fathers day weekend might be busy. They were out of several different alcoholic beverages and food items. Overall customer service was borderline at best. If youre going to charge almost $9 a game to bowl you should provide great service and amenities to go with it.

2022-03-27We had a great time at Bowlero last night! The staff, servers, and bar tenders are friendly and attentive. The GM made it a point to check in periodically to ensure things were running smooth and on point! More importantly, to make sure we were having a good time… and indeed we were!

2022-06-19Wow...where do I begin? This bowling alley is terrible. $75.99 for for 2 games and 3 shoe rentals? The music is all over the place, the people working there dont want to be there and pass you around because they dont want to do their job. That one star is for the stellar bar team only. Also the arcade is atrocious. Stop buying Raw Thrill games, they are an embarrassment of the arcade industry. Oh, and whats up with he AC?! Its a flipping swamp cooler! Never again...
