I bowl in one of the leagues and I love it so much. So glad its open again and we have a place to bowl after a lonely couple years with the C-word I shant say. Thanks Bowlero for giving me a place to hang with my buddies again. I would like just a few more staff members checking in at the lanes if possible. thank you
This place was huge! So I started off at the bar & the staff was pretty attentive. They have a game room, I believe 48 bowling lanes and quite a bit more!
The bowling was fun. The food was not good at all. Nachos were horrible and the price was crazy 😧. The servers were too busy hanging out with each other and not helping us. Had to go up to them and ask for drinks and food after waiting for over 20 minutes. They were standing (4 of them) one lane down from us. Will probably not go back to that one and just drive over to Clovis and bowl there. Service is so much better 👍
Super fun place! I would have given 5 stars but theres not enough bartenders for big events (there were 2), 25 minutes in line to get a diet coke was absurd. ATM was also broken and Im told its been broken for a very long time.
Bowling itself was fun and had good music selection , but the wait was an hour longer than we were told. I got charged an extra 30 minutes trying to return the shuffleboard items, and the prices for the food items were really high if you didnt get their daily deals.
First time visit and last time. Instead of investing money into remodeling your facility you should of invested the money into training your staff. The service provided was atrocious and sub-par. Your staff literally just stands around talking to each other rather and serving your guest. For what you charge which is (Overpriced) you think your guest if you wanted them to return would receive top notch service. Now back to pricing. If your going to add gratuity to every ticket of food or drinks it would be in your best interest to inform your guest so they can decide if its worth utilizing your servers or just taking the few steps to help themselves. Your servers never mention the gratuity added to the tickets and take the added tip on top of the gratuity that wouldnt of been given if we knew the gratuity was already added. Also, how about you invest in more bowling balls of all sizes. Having the largest ball be a 14lb ball is ridiculous for a big guy like me who bowls with a 15 or 16lb ball. Nonetheless I will accept that as my fault and purchase a ball for me. Next, provide more bartenders when its a busy night. The poor young lady working the bar was over whelmed considering how busy it was. Post the prices for your drinks. You post prices for food, but not drinks. Feels like a scam and I will be reporting you to the city and liquor license to check your facility. Explain to me how I order a bottle of ultra beer and got charged $10 either thats your price per bottle or your server ripped me off. I suggest you train your mangers as well, because it looks like the employees run your bowling facility because as far as I could tell there wasnt a Manger insight. Lastly, fix your bowling lanes. We spent more time waiting for assistance to fix lane issues then we did bowling. Horrible time! WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I warn anyone reading this post to stay clear from this place. Unless you want to have poor service, lane issues, and risk the staff stealing your hard earned money. If you do choose to go pay close attention to service and ask for receipts. Thsts how we figured out our server stole from us.
Worst service ever. The lanes are dry, which would cause the bowling balls to bounce and curve so much. Even the employee there admitted to it being dry. Was also over charged for six hours on the pool table because they forgot to turn off the timer when in reality I only played on the pool for less than an hour. Worst experience ever. I guess on the good side I got refunded for the 6 hour over charges for the pool table.Will never go there again.
Fun and really pretty aesthetic, but ordered 2 milkshakes before our session ended and we didn’t get it until an hour later. highly recommend for bowling and playing the arcade, however the wait for food is awful.
Love coming to bowlero, we go about every weekend with the family. Last visit we had wasn’t too bad but we were placed where the previous guests had left all their drinks nd trash so it wasn’t cleaned up nd we couldn’t place our drinks nd food down. But besides that we have had a good time bowling.
Lots of lanes and not terribly busy for a weekend. Overall good experience and you can order drinks right from your lane if you want to.
Me and my family we always have the good time there, but sometimes the service is not there. When its not there and we go to the bar. The bartendent get upset with us because were ordering from the bar. Good place to go bowling but the service with customer service is terrible with the food and bar staffing.
This place is great! fun for everyone adults and kids. plenty of lanes for bowling, pretty good arcade set up and a full bar. the staff is very nice and helpful. they also have an old Mustang in the front of the place that you can touch and sit in all you want. if i am in Fresno and need to bowl and drink beer with my family or friends this is the place im going!!
I went with family right after Xmas and before the New Year. We had a reservation for a big party. I was hoping for good service since it wasnt busy at the time but unfortunately that did not happen. Despite there remodel in the last few years, there customer service for food and drinks was horrible.We waited almost an hour for water after we had already purchased food. A portion of our order never came out to us, when I spoke with an employee about it they said they would bring it out. 30 mins pass when I talk to a manager about it and I had to argue with her just to get compensation. We were there for 2 and a half hours and our server came out only twice to kind of check up on us.For the amount they charge per person to bowl, one can only hope the customer service would match that. If your taking a big group or large family bowling I would try elsewhere before heading to this location. Its nothing fancy. My family paid almost $700 for our group to play not including food and drinks and look at the type of service we got. :0

Great place, the amenities are amazing as well as the staff. If you’re looking for a great first date spot, a good time, joining a bowlers league, a great bar/food, even pool, shuffle board, and an arcade. I’d say all around this is a great place for family nights.
Great atmosphere to have a fun filled family night out. The environment is very clean, and they take extra precautions for covid. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the food is fantastic. They also have an arcade area for adults and children to enjoy! I would recommend this place to anyone thats looking for a family fun time.
Staff is second to none. Great service. Bowling areas are clean and very well kept. Approaches are great. Would be perfect for any family. Plus they have big unicorns in the claw game that any little one would love. Thank you Matt and the team.
One of the best worker there goes by the name of Crystal. She’s amazing, hard worker and always produce a positive attitude. There’s been multiple times I go there and she is the only one working the front desk/cashier. She’s fast and very understanding. She’s a keeper. Forgot to mention supervisor Josh. Josh is professional and will make your night. I came in with my group of 10 people, he set me up with 2 lanes and we were taken care of instantly. He even personally came over to check on us and grab the balls from the gutters.

Worst experience the manager went out of her way to embarrass me and my friend who were minding our own business taking pictures. I asked 3 different employees if it was okay and they all said they didn’t care. The manager was probably insecure because she seemed to have a huge problem with us minding our business. We weren’t bothering anyone. It was all old timers during the daytime. We got kicked out because 1 crusty old Karen lady had a problem with it.
The waitresses pick and choose who they want to help. I asked one to come over to help us out. She went to the more suburbian people. Even when i went to the bar to get a pitcher she didnt offer glasses. They definitely stereotype.The place is great. The food is great. I always have a great time here. Wish they treated everyone the same tho

Food and drinks are very expensive now, wait time to get a line was about an hr which was not that much of a problem but what was the problem was our lane kept breaking and we had to call for help alot. Kids enjoyed it so i guess worth the shot.

Warning: This building and hobby lobby are both extremely dangerous locations and your children are not safe here. Theyve had countless shootings and stabbings, as well as just dangerous activity in the parking lots. Its unsafe.
Got to pass for my 6-year-old granddaughter so that she can go bowling everyday for the entire summer with three games each day. Well worth the price!!!!
Very nice but not cheap, games, shoes, food, soda, beer add up. I spent $150 on a Saturday night on a family of 4. But we had alot of fun, well worth it.
I took my family there for my granddaughter’s birthday. We had a really awesome time. Management was really courteous and We had a bartender named Britnee that was very cheerful and made me and my family very comfortable to be there. They have games for the kids to play with. Kids had a blast bowling. I would recommend this blackstone location to everyone. Thank you
I went on a date and this was my first time bowling. It was full of people a lot more than what I expected. However I was nervous and this woman and her family was right next to us and she was the best person ever. We talked and laughed I enjoyed it.

We came here for a kids birthday party. The decor looks really nice. They have huge projection screens above the lanes that showed three different shows/movies. The food was ok, typical deep fried barfood. The had hamburgers on their menu that looked good but we didnt try any. You can pick the theme of your score keeping device. We joined the Clubouse and immediately got coupons sent to us via email and text message. All in all, I am impressed by how much they improved the place and I look forward to returning.

Good fun anytime, day or night. Great for office partys and or family get togethers . Even if you want to go somewhere solo like I do, its great for that as well. Pretty much a full bar and a good set of hit food teamed with beautiful ambiance. It feels like Im in a big city as soon as I walk in the doors.

I was greatly disappointed in the service Id received here. For instance, food was super greasy, and the service was definitely not where it could be. Employees distracted using their phones, long wait times, and didnt honored their vastly advertised promotions. Definitely do not recommend this location. Terrible customer service!

Severely understaffed which led to a very disappointing outing. I could definitely tell the staff was very stressed. My two kids and I went to Bowlero on a Saturday about an hour after they opened. I was informed there would be about a 45 minute wait for a lane. Not a problem, we played in the arcade until we got the text that a lane was ready. We informed Elias that we would need bumpers on the lane since this was my kids’ first time bowling. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to set up the bumpers I went back to ask Elias and he said he had another lane waiting for the same thing and that he will keep asking for someone to set it up. We waited another 30 minutes and it became apparent that no one was coming. I went back up front to ask for a refund since we had been waiting for nearly an hour to bowl. I then had to wait another 10 minutes to get a refund. Overall a disappointing outing and my kids told me they never wanted to try bowling again. Would have given one star but the staff were doing their best but were overwhelmed.
Went here with a few co-workers to hang out and have a good time and let me tell you, it was a fun experience. We went at around 8 pm and the atmosphere was as youd expect. The employees were nice and accommodating. The mood on the inside is dim lighting with music playing and flashing lights. Im not sure if thats just a Saturday thing or everynight but I recommend this joint for a good friendly hangout.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would without hesitation. The customer service we experienced this weekend for my boyfriends 30th birthday was nothing sort of absolutely the best service I’ve ever experienced. Trust me when I say Jeremy, Mat & Una went above and beyond from the moment we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and to ensure we had the best experience possible. I will definitely be planning future events at Bowlero and I hope to be able to work with these same awesome people. Thank you all so much. My friends and I truly had the most amazing fun filled evening!!! 20/10 recommend!!!

Not bad, its under construction so appearance is not too great at this point in time. We used a Groupon for a group of 10 of us, we ended up paying about $8ea for 2 house of bowling 🎳. Not bad at all, we had fun. And they let you bring in outside food if youre looking to save. I saw a few people bring in an ice bag, 2 liter sodas and pizzas.
I had a fun bowling, but paying $32.00 for two burgers is outrageous for hamburgers that tase nasty....

Great place for date night. The lanes were clean. The lane and shoe rental was an easy process. My husband got pepperoni pizza, I got loaded fries. No meat on fries. Both my husband and I had messed-up stomachs the next day.
Decent prices. We had a kid and finding/getting an assist ramp thing was not easy. Pizza was really good. Arcade games are a nice extra rather than just bowling. Bar was nice. Really clean.
Went for drinks. Sat at bar. Bar tender was very busy, so there was a wait between 15-20 minutes. However, the overall experience was okay, considering the cocktail beverage was outstanding.
We had our sons 4th birthday party here and my little guy couldnt have been happier! This is such a fun place!

Staff themselves wasnt helpful when buying in to explain things to you. The servers staff didnt want to see if we needed to order food or anything unless you went and got their attention. Hit the call light to get assistance in the lane no one came until I went to go look for them. Had fun bowling tho!!

I went on an job job interview on a Thursday. The manager said I was was the ideal candidate after interviewing me and stated he wanted me to start Monday after my background check came back. I Know for a fact my background is clear. Anyhow, the Operations Mgr. Instructed me to call him on Sunday if I didnt hear back from him . I attempted oi call but the number on his Bowlero business Card was disconnected? Then, I get an email stating I did not get the job. Anyhow, I thought Id share how incredibly unprofessional this place is. Thank God I didnt get this job. Working there must a real adventure...or not!
Its fun and okay but you can tell none of the workers enjoy working. They arent sociable and they dont clear tables. Its kinda sad tbh, because theyre bad vibes ruin the mood 😔
Incredible team members at my friends/families favorite entertainment center for years. We love that the front desk staff are well diversed, and feels it creates a warm and welcoming feeling to the community. The front desk staffs would be our number 1 vote for Bowleros employee of the year if we had any say. However, I want to mention that this corporation couldnt pay the beverage and kitchen staffs enough for their hustle, but also, for dang sure they are worth MORE than what any party can appreciate them in graditue. Also from our point of view, the mechanic Jeremy stays late or/and or shows up early just so every bowler, epically league bowlers have a outstanding and satisfying game on the lane, he is always vigilant and proactive about bowlers damaging equipments and instruments, but we have seen him display an enormous amount of patiences with kids and people that appears to have a little too much to drink. Special thanks to the leaders of this center, especially Amanda and Jeremy for leading an incredible team.While this center is still the best of all in the central valley, I have to mention an incident. Towards the end our summer league of 2021 the lane floors were so filthy for about 3 weeks, we had multiple league players fall and nearly fell on the bowling runway because of drink residues. One night after 2 players had fallen, the manager on duty (MATT) finally tend to the situation. MATT never cared to talk to the players that fell, or asked if anyone needed any medical attention, or cared to record and report the incident.
If your an experienced bowler Bowlero is the worst. Lanes breaking down, approaches are very diety and who knows how they are oiling them. For us experienced bowlers they are ruining the game for us. They only care about the dollar, the kids that come in and pay 8 dollars a game and pay 5.50 for a soda. Go back to being independently owned. Owners too better care of us.
First time bowling and I really enjoyed it. The employees were really nice. Food was OK and the alcoholic beverages are a plus. And shot out to the DJ for playing the best music ever👍🏻 Id come back

Employees have tested positive for COVID and manager Cynthia thinks it’s a better idea to put all of her employees and customers at risk of catching COVID rather than to shut down and sanitize the building. Cynthia claims the health department hasn’t had enough complaints to shut down for this situation, but I believe she should have the integrity to not put people at risk and shut down anyway.

Continued to let manager know that the lane we were on #40 kept getting stuck, they refused to listen or help. Finally after two horrible sets, they moved us to lane 9. Our food took 45 minutes to receive. (Two kids meals)

Its expensive but its good fun. Theyve always been very accommodating when my group asks for a specific lane (the one on the far right) and the food and drinks always arrive very quickly. The food is alright. Not like, incredible, but its good. Also, everytime I visit, everything in the arcade is always working.
We were there on a Friday night, it got busy around 7 PM, but they still had lots of lanes and we were able to get 3 lanes together. The venue is nice and clean, and one of the most comfortable bowling alleys Ive been to. Great seating at the lanes and room for everyone on the couches. We didnt experience problems with lane malfunctions. My teens loved the arcade, nice bar, and GREAT customer service. We were there on 8 Feb and it was a great experience. I was surprised by the pricing of almost $10 per game per person, and an over $5 shoe rent per person. I can see why it is expensive. Luckily they offer a military discount which takes it to about $3.20 a game, which in itself is AMAZING. But my experience was good, I wouldnt have mind paying full price.
Love taking the family we always have a great time. Staff is friendly and informative. They offer orders of side dishes if your hunger, that they bring to your ails. Love the retro style too.

First time here since the remodel/change. Had a birthday party for my daughter. It is super worth it. Included unlimited food, drinks & games. They had someone on standby to bring more food and drinks. Definitely will be having our sons party here as well!

Nachos and a mixed drink was $25, on top of bowling and shoe rental which is already pricey to begin with. We played 2 games (with shoe rental) and it was $24.
Love the remodel. It is very clean and customer friendly. Upgraded decor makes it a place to hang out comfortably. They have added new games and an extended bar area, as well as servers at lanes. Very fun for date night or a corporate party. We had an event for 45 lanes...only took extra time at the bar/buffet for the first 30 min. Then it evened out.
Did unlimited bowling with the family, spent way more money than I had planned playing in the arcade. Service was great kept out cups filled and were very attentive given the place was packed.

Just got my socks blown off from one of the best double Cheeseburgers I have had in a long time. The price was worth it! Big and juicy lots of flavor and the fries were good too! Friendly bar staff makes it easy to hang out and buy something. Check this place out for the happy hour for half off drinks and appetizers, I sure as heck am!
The 5 star is for the employee JazziI always experience the greatest customer service when I go to clovis bowlero only because of Jazzi, then to my surprise, I also encounter her at the blackstone bowlero, confused, I find out its due to staff shortage, even after a day of being swamped and working overtime, time and time again she displays the greatest personality and customer service beyond expectations. She definitely deserves a pay raise or promotion.

We had a lot of fun here. Drinks were good and came from friendly bartenders, decent bowling balls, clean restrooms, and comfortable seating. Only (big) complaint was how hot it was! Would have given 5 stars had they kept it even a few degrees cooler.
Employees seem to be struggling and dont communicate with guests to tell them what is going on. I asked 4 times what the wait was for my party and I was told I dont know even though I was paged that our lanes were ready.

They really improved this place. Really amazing work from their part. They have huge screens and a great bar with a dinning area and the seats are better now. They food is great now but it is pretty pricey. They do have a full bar but unfortunately even if you are over 21 and you look younger than your age they will ask you to purchase one drink at a time because of legal reasons of course. They also have 2 pool tables on one side of the bowling alley.

Had a ton of fun staff was super friendly but when we got home we realized that they had charged our cards twice. they are working with us to fix the issue since we lost our receipt but we shouldnt have been charged 370 dollars for a few games and a tower of beer.

Great atmosphere, nice new venue, but I have a few gripes. 1. Food is too expensive and the beer selection is ok. It would be great if there were a nice selection of craft beer on tap. 2. If you bought a summer pass, there should be at least an extra discount or two on other games or food. Other than that, the people are nice and the vibe is cool.
The family and I always come here for New Years eve to celebrate with bowling and all you can eat junk food. The recent remodel looks very nice! Everything always works as it should and theres always plenty of balls to choose from. Check online or the coupon books that everyone sells for special deals. Lots of fun!
I really want to love this place because it is an awesome place to go bowling, but the last time I went they had horrible service in the cafe section. Granted I went on a busy day, but I was in line to make an order for food and the server took who was next which was a lady behind me who cut me in line! I didnt mind too much at first but the lady took forever with making her order and then the server left the cashier and didnt help me at all! The other server at the other cashier didnt pay any attention to me and as I was gathering my kids to leave a third server asked if I ordered the drinks he had in his hand and I told him no, that I wasnt given a chance to order and that no one was helping me. He continued to ask me if the drinks were mine instead of help me and I left frustrated and hungry.
I have never been here and I decided to come with my family on the 2nd of April. I really enjoyed my time being spent at bowler Fresno. My server was really kind and helpful, she kept bringing our food on time and kept checking up on us :) I dont recall her name, I believe it was Cat other than that, food was amazing the place was clean and i will be coming here more often! keep up the good work!

Just had our Christmas bowling event here today! I have to say it was AMAZING! The team is so friendly and very attentive. Special thank you to our server Ashley, she was ON POINT for the 2 hours we were there. Thank you Heather in the events department of Bowlero for being so easy to work with and taking all of the effort off of me for the planning! Will definitely have our events here In the future!
My lane keep messing up they had to have someone come out and fix it three different times. Lanes 3 and 4. I order 12 tacos the waitress drop six of them. My son tried asking one waitress a question and she keep walking and . didnt even acknowledge him . But I was with my family so we had a good time after all. And didnt let the service ruin our night.
No table tennis as advertised, arcade is overpriced as well as the food. 5 dollars for a soda.... and some games dont work. Spend 8 credits on the walking dead game for two players which is 4 dollars and the game was broken. No refund, no customer service. Bowling prices werent bad but everything else was.
Bowling Lanes are in good shape. Full blown remodeling completed. Great place to have good clean fun and excitement!
Clean and very family friendly had a great time. There is a bar inside as well as food pretty and good selection of liquor. Would definitely come again with the family. Bowling prices where good but you can Find a good deal on Groupon for this place.
50 lanes. Good atmosphere. Delicious food. Awesome arcade and a pool table. However the reset buttons dont work, and everything is super expensive based on my experience with other bowling alleys. The new manager is super chill though.
I have received excellent service from all employees. If you have a complaint, first deal with it immediately face-to-face, then ONLY if it is repeated post a negative review. Otherwise, you are stupid and ignorant and rude. Last month a woman was socializing with the front desk instead of working the food service. She took 30 minutes for my decaf and 45 for my buddys hamburger, then she went home. End of shift: hey, why work!!! If you hate your job, do well, get a good reference, and find a job you like.
The atmosphere is fun, who doesn’t like bowling?It was a long wait we had 3 groups ahead of us. The prices for 2 people was a lil costly. Our server didn’t come at all to ask us if we wanted to order any food or drinks we had to search for someone on 3 different occasions. Finally our food and drinks came and that alone took forever. The food was blah and our drinks came late and watered down. EhhhhWould definitely go again but maybe a different location before I completely scratch that out of my future to do list.
We read that they had an-all-you-can-bowl discount after 8 p.m, so the family showed up at 8. We enjoyed the bowling. It seemed like a clean, friendly, fun place. After an hour or so, they turned on music videos on the big screens of half of the lanes (non-league bowlers). I started seeing women grinding their hips and nudity on the screens. We were bowling on lane 23. Lanes 24-48 had the screens off. I asked employees to please turn our screen off. It would not have affected other bowlers. They refused saying corporate doesnt allow them to turn off the screens or the music down for non-league bowlers. We left immediately. Looking for a family friendly place to bowl next time.
Waited almost 3 hours for a lane! Arrived at 7:15 with plenty of lanes open and hardly any people. Waited at the bar and seen everyone coming in and getting a lane right away. Terrible service, very rude employees too. Nice place but they definitely need to do something about their customer service.
It was so chaotic, we put down our name and they said that there was a waiting list. I understood that this was probably going to happen but there was a bunch of empty lanes that werent being used which didnt make sense, and ther was no way of knowing what number we were no screen no board no nothing. We waited for almost and hour and a half we had two pitchers of beers and some drinks, then we just left. Needs a better system
I am on leaugue play here and have been for kids day. Horrible service from slow draggin azz waitresses and bar service is even worse. Not sure how your guests have to flag or chase down employees to get drinks and food. Guess thats why the turnover rate for employees is super high.

Its incredibly fun. The atmosphere is great. The different game options while bowling is fun. My only complaint is they dont have (or I couldnt find) very many little balls (lol). Theyre all L and up. So if youve got little fingers, hunt better than I did or bring your own ball
My experience here wasnt so bad. Just that I think there was only one server which was completely fine, just a longer wait but he did well except that we got the wrong soda, and kept my change instead of giving it to me but its okay. I just didnt bother asking for it. Besides I realized he forgot to put one of the drinks in(i was going to tell him when he came back with my change because I forgot to tell him when I paid) so thats probably why he kept the rest of the change which is fair.
They should really put their pricing up with a big sign that says its per person per game instead of per lane. Ended up costing us quite a bit more than expected due to this. Understandable the place has to make money but Jees.... Other than this the staff was nice and friendly and the food was fine and thebplace was clean.
This place is still owned by AMC but it was remodeled and had a name change. The facility itself is really nice and they now have arcade games. During my visit, on a Friday night, there were plenty of lanes open. We had a nice lady cater to our needs on the lane with no issues. Really good service. The only thing I didnt like was that they didnt have automated bumpers. So if you have kids, I recommend a lane for only kids and one for adults.
Did a Groupon special, great bar mixed drinks, Flatbread pizzas were delicious but the appetizer sampler was a little dry and overcooked. Also it was extremely warm inside (summer time outside) dont think they turn on the AC on a lot. Had a fun time though with friends

Stopped bowling there due to lane maintenance and other Issues. Bowling balls are filthy after a couple of games. Maybe they will get It straightened out some day.
This place was a ton of fun for a family outing. We booked a two hour special for New years Eve. The service was very attentive and very speedy. The facilities were well maintained and clean. Hopefully I can convince the family to return as a monthly tradition!
We had a large group come to Bowlero and we had a bad experience. Bowlero reached out and provided us with 2 hours of free bowling. I would highly recommend bowlero. The wait staff and front desk were friendly and efficient both times.
Came in expecting a fun time with friends. The fun stopped almost immediately after each of us had gone only 2 bowls each and the game stopped working. We waited 20 minutes to be finally moved to the lane over, which also stopped working right away. We kindly explained our situation and asked for a full refund only to be met with a rude and unhelpful blonde manager. She ended up only refunding us for the games we paid for ($3.49) and charging us for the shoes we wore to stand around in ($5.79). Would not recommend.
Absolutely TERRIBLE. The wait was ridiculous because of a failed text to notify system and the employees had no idea how to handle the situation. Several people who were there before us waited an hr for a lane and just left even though there were multiple lanes open the system couldnt turn over a lane properly. The truly biggest problem is the cost. It was $21 for pitcher of beer. Yes $21 for 1 pitcher. All the other food was over priced as well. Then you order the beer to wait 20 minutes just to not have it taken to your lane and have to go up and order again and wait another 5 minutes. 3 games for 2 people was $65 after shoe rental. Overall a terrible experience. Go go cart racing, Go play laser tag, catch a live show do anything else just stay away from here.

Friendly staff, nice place to bowl, nice touch with the arcade but couldve made it more affordable. Right now the arcade is $5=10 credits, per game it seems its 3 to 4 credits per game, so $5 is 2 to 3 quick arcade games, so 4 stars for now

Not much of a bowler but definitely fun place to bowl. Place was remodeled so its got that brand new just opened feeling too it... When the shoes are new... At least mine were.. Food is way too pricey but decent so up to you.. Id go well fed well nourished prior to... So u dont find yourself in apparent distress...
The place itself is awesome! Lots of lights and things going on. However, I dont like bringing my kids and have a lane next to messy trash and people drinking excessively.
Too Damn expensive .Thats great its remodeled and looks nice . But if you think about it .2 games for 3 kids and 1 parent plus shoe rental SMH . I can put food in my Fridge with that money......way high price . I think Dave and Busters will do or DeFy in clovis even cheaper....... I can see why many dont go bowling any more .And if they do, dont anymore because of the price

I love the upgrade! Sierra Lanes was getting dated. I like the giant screens behind the lanes and the neon lights all over the place. Fun place to come and hang out. Dont expect to bowl too well because youll be transfixed on watching Karate Kid 2, lol. Will be dropping by often!

I like that the employee in the front told us about the deal they had. I initially was only there for one game but ended up with unlimited due to good pricing and i was with my girlfriend at the time so this made worthy while. Good customer service!
Its a cool play but pretty expensive. I highly suggest to play at Fresno st if you can. Its literally a fraction of the cost. Granted theres no bar or hot food but Id rather much go there to bowl and have more money to eat at a nice restaurant after.
This place is so much fun! Great staff, LOTS of lanes, good food, new arcade games, a locker room, a full bar, stylish furnishings, and BIG screens everywhere ! Check with them for their weekly specials and lower pricing on Sunday evenings. Bowlero is ideal for families, groups of friends, and couples.
Beautiful place! We had lane #7 which had problems, such as not sending balls back timely and 3 to 4 times clearing all the pins after the 1st ball giving us no option but to roll a ball at nothing to get a spare. 1st time with those problems. Usually not the case. Well be back!
Everything about this night was almost great, our server Kayla was great, our clerk jordan was FANTASTIC, the wait time was as expected, but the supervisor Jessica was extremely rude and the employees even had to apologize on her behalf... she is clearly incapable of handling stress and having the traditional customer service attitude (me and my friends have worked in customer service for 3+ years). Unacceptable behavior from someone who is responsible for the reputation of the business.
Great update to the bowling alley. Much better vibe similar to Hollywood bowl... But its Fresno so dont raise hopes too high! But great music, great lighting, updated food and drink menu all perfect for adults looking to drink and listen to modern pop music. Also can be great for kids as well... Bumper rails, bowling ball ramp, etc.

Bowling alley is absolutely remodeled and looks brand new. It looks awesome in there. Prices for the weekend is sort of ridiculous.Group of 5 played 2 games on a Saturday night and combined spent a little over $100.
Nice place but a little expensive to bowl. The charge for shoe rental per game. If you have your own shoes you will save money. There was 3 of us for two games and it was almost a 100.00 dollars.
Atmosphere is good. However the pricing is ridiculous. 3 kids $72. Pretty pricey just to bowl. Its all fun and games until you get your bill.
Sierra lanes provides is a great place to spend a night out in Fresno. The staff especially the manager Andrew go out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great experience. Cant wait to come back.
I come here quite often and am quite familiar with the quality of service provided. Today, I ordered food during the thursday night bowling league and was utterly disappointed. My food took forever to come and I figured it was probably a busy night. 35 minutes later my food arrived and it was as cold as it came out of the fridge. The top bun was cold to the touch and the bottom bun was over toasted. It was so hard I could barely swallow. Not only that, my wild fries did not look like the picture when I ordered it. It came cold, with no sour cream, and the cheese had hardened aleady. On a busy night like this, youd expect your kitchen staff to be on their A game or at least trying not to make their customers go home sick. I did not mind so much that they took a while, but the fact that my food came cold, there is no excuse for that.
Our game kept messing up. The pins where stalling. We paid for 2 rows with both playing 3 games. The left row only played 2 times because the game stopped working. The staff didnt do much to accommodate us, they just watched from the counter. We stayed because its not every day my family gets together for fun. Most likely wont go back or recommend.
Theyre not asking if you have vaccinations or not in a lot of the old Okies wont get vaccinated or where I mask not safe for young kids are old people too bad was my favorite place in town to bowl

Last year people were bringing there own fans from home to try and cool off in here. Come lets get this fixed already. We pay good money to bowl here and we spend lots of money on food and drinks here!! Please make it comfortable in here!!!
Nice in side ever since it was remodeled. Great for kids with party package. And at night great for adults with a full bar, foods not over priced either.

Decent bowling. However absolute terrible service! After not being asked if we wanted anything for 45 min we had to press call button. Person who answered was short and rude. Another 30 min later a server finally came. We ended up just having water instead of ordering food for 7 people as initially intended.Icing on the cake only 6 or 7 lanes were taken, place was very slow at 4pm and no servers to be found.
WOW!!! Really Groovy decor and the way they have done up the bar ins NYCE!!! We had a B Day Party for my Daughter and Jessica and Jeremy REALLY took care of us. You get unlimited Bowling, Pizza, Sodas, Arcade Games and a Gift at the shop for a very reasonable price. Jessica was on it and took care of us. Will be back great food too not what you would think for bowling alley food....Thanks Again!!!
Terrible costumer service. When asking to explain our tab it was a huge fight for NO REASON. Manager was also dumb with her responses and actions. Made no sense why we couldn’t get an easy clarification on our tab. Terrible experience otherwise.
Comparatively, I can say that this bowlero might be larger than the one in clovis. While it is larger in size, the technology is old. It isnt touchscreen, it was the old school press buttons, so if you want that old retro feel back, feel free to visit.The food prices are definitely absurd, but what can you do, its a bowling place.The employees were very attentive, they had good customer service, and that is a very good thing to have in a bowling alley.Overall, I enjoyed my experience.
The place is good enough. I like to bowl but infrequently. But, when do the cost of bowling go up so high I spent $100 or two games the three people. Yikes!
A great and fun place to pass the time. The prices are a little high, at least from where they were before when AMC ran it. We usually go on $2 tuesdays.Everything is well maintained . The food is great , they dont make weak drinks at the bar either , hahaha
We wont be going back to this Bowlero. Our lanes were having problems, the machine kept knocking down the pins. The computer glitched and gave out free strikes. We had to ask to have our lanes reset multiple times. We ordered food and it took nearly the whole game to get some of it, while the rest NEVER showed up. The waitress unfortunately had a terrible memory and had to come back and ask us what we ordered three times. You guys need to do better 🤷
WAY OVER PRICED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD!! Arcade games werent working and we had to hunt down our server twice, but when she wanted her tip, she was right there! Will not be going again, Dinuba Lanes is better than this place.
Went for a staff party and loved the service. It was well catered, their staff were friendly and timely. The remodel design details are so fun!

2021-09-27This was going to be a drop off but it was so much fun watching the kids play that we stayed the hour and a half that it took to play the two rounds. We had payed for Groupon but got there after 6pm on Saturday and where not valid. The staff help us out and waved the price of the the shoes 👟. We had 10 playing so OMG that was a big help.

2022-06-16Well this place was fun in all. I just dont like that they add a tip when you order drinks and food. If I feel I want to tip that should be a choice. People arent always friendly or deserving. Thats my opinion. It could be your last and your trying to have fun but dont have enough to eat or get a drink.

2022-06-25A really nice place to bowl. The service was fast and the associates were accommodating. They gave us a pitcher of ice water and some cups. The shoes were nice and not too worn out. The lanes and the seating around it were clean. They were pretty good about cleaning up after someone left a lane. The restrooms are on either side of the building and they were clean with soap and paper towels in the dispensers. Theres an arcade and a couple of pool tables. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

2022-04-28The food server service is still bad here. Last time I visited was 2 years ago and I see why. The server staff did not once ask if we would like to order anything or offer water. However when I paid for a separate lane so my toddler could enjoy alone and my teen kids have their own game they approached. They approached simply because they noticed my toddler was not wearing bowling shoes, the young lady did get her a pair and bring over to us which was nice.Restrooms are clean but darkWednesdays are senior days, also 50% off arcade games. Went around 2 pm so it was nice was not busy at all.The front desk was very helpful with questions and provided good service.Plenty of parking, however the dmv office is next door so it is busy in the day and you may need to park a bit further away from entrance.Spent $70 for 6 games of bowling and a $20 arcade card which gave me 50 credits to play and since all games were half off, kids played for almost a full hour and enjoyed all the games.The prize machine wasn’t working so two amazing employees who’s names I did not get were awesome and opened up the machine and allowed us to pick prizes.
