Placed an order via curbside pickup because for personal reasons I was unable to walk and pick up the food. Sat outside for 15 minutes calling back to back nonstop with no answer at all. Finally had to have someone help me to the door and pickup my food myself that was just sitting on the counter. I called the number again while I was inside and watched the staff ignore the call and let it ring. I will never use this location again. Sierra Hwy location would never have done this. They have better exceptional customer service. 0 stars! Shame on you careless staff and non caring high school students
Very good coffee, they have a cool place and they are very nice. Tbey gave .e a free sticker and they have good breakfast items, I got the vegan burrito with jackfruit. And an iced hazelnut latte with only 2 pumps of hazelnut and it was bomb! They definitely craft their coffee.
Can’t believe we are so lucky to find this coffee place here; it was yummy yummy The single region espresso was perfectly roasted today. Service was super friendly; and we enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie as after dinner dessert. Perfect way to wrap our long day ☕️ This area lacks good coffee and this place is decent for S. California. I lived in Seattle so it is hard to beat that. The service is relaxed and they make you feel warm and welcome. I like the high chairs to do work on.
I am really picky with my drinks especially my matchas. ETHAN made me a matcha latte and made sure i loved it before i left the shop. Great customer service and great drinks. Matchas was not powdery at all smooth and creamy. Thank you Ethan for taking the time to make my day. Will definitley be back.
Started going here regularly since quarantine started. I usually get an iced latte unsweetened, and oh man, their lattes are SO good! It doesn’t even need sweetener because the flavor is excellent. I’ve had espresso at other places since starting to come here and they taste nasty in comparison. I am now completely ruined for Bodhi.
An EXCELLENT micro coffee roaster with really great confections without the need to spend 20 minutes finding parking somewhere in a sketchy part of LA! Go here, they have an exhaustive menu of different things they can make. Ive been going here for a while and everything has been really great!
This is the best coffee in Santa Clarita without a doubt. The coffee is absolutely amazing whether its the pour over, cold brew, or a blended drink, everything is fantastic. The staff is friendly and make great suggestions. Last time I was there I was helped by Bella, Stephen, and Valentina and they were super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants some great coffee.
I love the coffee here, especially the Lavender Latte!!! Employees are really nice! Only thing is, they definitely have their regulars! Some of the regulars seem annoyed that newbies or occasional customers are there or get annoyed if you ask questions to the Barista if they are waiting in line behind you. But that doesnt take away from Bodhis great coffee, great variety and great customer service.
Place has a cool vibe inside when you first enter. Coffee / Lattes good not always consistent depending on who makes it. The good vibe doesn’t always come from all the staff. Although there are the ones that do have it right, going out of their way to satisfy the customer. Been there many times. Majority of young people working there, some of which have no problem expressing in one way or another they don’t or can’t fathom a slight mistake may be on their end.Definitely some employees don’t understand the concept of “the customer is always right” in some realm, which I know isn’t always the case but you should at least try to show a spirit of trying to understand and help the customer. If something taste differently than the last 10 times you purchased it, it is You the customer, not them at all. According to one employee everything by every employee is done the same way Every time. Seems pretty amazing to me in the food and beverage business.Even when you as the customer bring up that something seems different or off, instead of having a friendly “Can I fix it somehow or make it better attitude” it’s more like a cold shoulder feeling at times. I have seen other customers experience this a few times as well. It brings me back to the teenage years watching these particular employees look at each other like they can’t believe this customer or they head to the back room to chat about the customer. It is just immaturity, but as an owner of a business it’s not good customer service in my opinion when this occurs. Especially, observing the customer being very kind and just stating what they don’t care for Or that something is off a little bit. It is not well received a lot of the time.Too bad because this Coffee shop has a lot potential and usually a pretty tasty iced latte, but when employees make you feel bad as customer it doesn’t feel good to keep going back.Just think they should look into teaching some of the employees to approach things (questions or disappointments from customers) with kindness and care first. Not be on an immediate defense or say nothing at all. Not with an attitude of proving the customer wrong or trying to make them feel like their thoughts on the product, drink &/or food are ridiculous, not feasible and don’t matter. Hopefully this will improve in time. Customer service is something an owner of a business should go over often with their employees.
Tagged Bodhi for a visit following an appointment scheduled in the area. Had an Ethiopian coffee prepared via French Press. Simply, just one of the best coffee experiences Ive had. This place is a gem. They know coffee. In a culture that consumes as much coffee as we do in the states, it still stuns me how rare it is to find places like this - attention to beans and their sourcing, attention to roasting, options for preparation (French press, pour over, espresso, etc.), and a staff that knows what they are doing. I walked away with a bag of the Tiger Blend which Ill be trying at home this week. Alas, in the town where I live, of well over 100,000 people, there are no roasters serving the community. Our best (cough cough) are the chain coffee stops - which are a far cry from places like Bodhi. Some nice shopping options in the store for home prep equipment (grinders, pour over units, kettles, roasters, etc.). Glad I found this place - and will be a permanent pin on the map for future trips to the Santa Clarita area. Shipping available I see on their web site too - so will be planning on sampling from here for upcoming home brews.

The best quality coffee in Santa clarita anf lower cost than Starbucks. Absolutely love this place! They also support local bakers by caryring their delicious baked goods in store, and vegan / gluten free options. Staff is very nice and well organized. Great place to hang with friends, study, etc.
If youre looking for a higher quality third wave coffee shop with freshly roasted beans (constantly changing), quality brewed coffee, and nicely pulled shots, look no further. Staff is friendly and the environment is nice. Not really any down sides to bodhi. Definitely give it a try if youre looking for some quality coffee.
We love this place. It has wonderful coffee and the staff is very friendly. It is focused on organic and sustainable products. Definitely try the oatmilk in your coffee, it is suprisingly creamy. This place is also a nice alternative if you like a more medium blend as their coffee is lighter than Starbucks and peets dark brews.
Great coffee. The company roasts their own beans in Orange County. Soon this location will roast here too.Pour overs, nitro cold brew, kombucha, espresso - this place is the real deal!Only 4 stars though because the chairs (plenty of seating! but...) are very UNcomfortable. The back rest is too low and hits you in just the wrong spot. They look cool, but very impractical.
This is now my favorite coffee place ever. Normally my go to is a blended chai at any coffee establishment. Bodhis chai spices are a little off for me. The baristas are so friendly and vibe is so good that I kept coming back. After trying a couple other drinks, I have fallen in love with their vanilla latte. I frequent both Santa Clarita locations, as Im a Bodhi addict. Thank you Bodhi and staff for a great start to my morning!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and nice wide variety of single origin beans. Bean quality is high with accurate flavor profiles, but I found that either the roast is a bit dark or the extraction is a bit heavy for my taste. Ended up adding some water to mellow out the flavor. We tried the Kenya (v60), Honduras (v60), and El Salvador (Americano). The empanadas are also delicious! Just wanted to mention that the butternut squash is a bit spicy, which was unexpected but still good. Also tried and liked the turkey tomato and mushroom risotto. The scone was underwhelming, with too fine of a crumb but its a minor negative in our overall great experience here!
Great little coffee place with some nice ambiance and knowledgeable and friendly staff. The location search little unaccessible from the map, but dont worry its easy to get to and find. My Wifi essay the Lavander latte, and they have a very smooth cold brew nitrogen tap.
Friendly staff. A group of us (DSA) have meetings there once a month, and the folks who work there really tolerate us, even though I think some of our people could help clean up more than they do, even down to tossing their left-behinds and wiping down the tabletops. All that this place has to offer is appealing, even to me (someone who doesnt consume caffeine and who is a diehard ethical vegan), and must also watch her fixed-income wallet (sniff).
Me and son treated coldly, staff failed to serve us but another who walked in after..so i decided to leave ..as i we were walking out heard women staff refer to me or my son a weirdo..i politely walked back to her and whispered next time a customer comes in show them the line and please dont call tbem weirdos when they walk out

2022-02-01So delicious. Their cortado was silky smooth, nutty, and easy aftertaste. Only get this from fresh roasted beans. I didnt try others, but had to grab their fresh roasted bag back home for a try.Update: just pulled a double shot from the bag on a cappuccino. Yumm!!!

2022-03-09Take the staffs drink suggestions, they know what theyre doing! At cafes, I normally order an iced oat latte and the barista suggested I try it with Rose + Lavender and Im so glad I listened! Great cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and quality drinks. 👌

2021-09-22Very cool place with a very cool vibe. I went in to try one of their coffees and wanted one that was sugar-free, as I am on a sugar fast. I tried their sugar-free vanilla latte with cinnamon and I honestly couldn’t believe it didn’t have sugar in it. It was fantastic. The barista’s were all very sweet and helpful and I have to say it was quite an attractive clientele as well.

2022-04-30Been here a few times usually a takes a while which I can understand. This time they had a line around 10 people due to the employee having a full on convo on the phone with the owner or who knows who it was. No apologies, nothing. The other staff which is prob around 4-5 people don’t really have a sense of care or urgency. There is no hand offs to try and get the line moving. Workers don’t seem too happy. How else can you improve without feedback. Here ya go.

2020-03-05I love this place! I don’t live in Santa Clarita, but I always make sure to stop in with my husband when we are in town. My lattes are always perfectly balanced. Not too bitter and creamy. My husband loves his cappuccinos here too. We’ve even purchased some espresso beans to take home and a signature mug with the saucer so we have the same experience at home. The prices are great, considering some places will charge over $5 for a regular latte. Definitely will continue coming here!

2017-12-06Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ive had three lattes so far - Hazelnut, White Mocha, and Butterscotch. All of them tend to be on the sweeter side so I would ask them to lessen their syrups for my next cups. Highly recommended spot to visit.

2017-07-19The best coffee in town. The are a direct distributor of coffee from all over the world. They cut out the middle man, so fresher product and better price. I went in with my family last Saturday and the (manager, or assistant manager) was more than knowledgeable of what I was looking for and recommended a Cafe Ole. They were professional, the cafe is very nicely decorated and the prices are reasonable. They also have some pastries to go with your coffee, but you wont need them, the coffee alone is great. They also were spotlighted on The Profit, where Marcus helped them take the company from one location to over three different locations in Southern California alone. More growth is expected but for now I will take my local coffee shop! OH yeah and check out the decor, it is unique and adds flavor to the small shop.

2022-05-04Friendly service and good coffee. Don’t think any more is needed from a coffee shop. I make sure to go whenever I am in the area. Highly recommend you do the same.

2020-10-21Nice place for a caffeine pick-up. There are a few tables with umbrellas outside to enjoy the outdoors. Order inside but no dining in. Pastries and merch also available inside. Free wifi! Good place to work. Oat milk latte was great.
