This is my go to dealership for my car needs. Daisy, is an amazing leader. Wonderful person and truly cares for my vehicle and myself. I call her for advice inside and outside the dealership. She answers with honesty and integrity. She always sets me up to win. Its rare to find good people, over all good leader in this world. The dealership is always clean and well put together. Coffee, water, tea, restroom, sitting area great!
Mark at BMW was truly amazing! I have never been in and out of a dealership so fast when purchasing a car. And in this crazy time of price gouging and bait and switch with pricing he was very upfront and exceptionally reasonable with the financing. He also was excellent at walking me through the features of my new car, even though he had to wait for me to get there after work and was likely staying well past his quitting time. Highly recommend.
I was wowed with my experience at BMW Riverside. My advisor Ruben was very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. He made sure I understood what was being serviced on my car, how long it will take and made sure I had a loaner car. Overall 5 stars. JR at BMW of Riverside was honestly one of the friendliest salespersons Ive EVER dealt with in the car business. I think for most people, this is the part they dislike the most, and it was so refreshing to work with someone who LISTENED to exactly what I wanted and needed and helped me find the best option! Given that I was in Orange County, I had lots of options and tried to connect with several BMW dealerships in my area, and unfortunately for them, but fortunately for BMW of Riverside, no one could get me what I was looking for but JR did! We worked the transaction entirely over the phone and I only had to drive out to trade-in, do paperwork, and get my new car. All the details and viewing was done via phone. I realize not everyone can do that, but for me, driving out spending hours in the process at the dealership was not an option, so I did all the legwork from afar first and sealed the deal in person. JR was honest with me and got me exactly what I needed. I had to drive home late that night (as I couldnt make the drive to the dealership until after work) and after arriving home, he even text to make sure I got home safely. Its the details that count in a world of chaos and I can only recommend JR at BMW of Riverside. The best part is some of the other dealerships are still emailing me saying their deal is the best nationwide and little do they know, I already got it! I won’t lie, I went to the dealership dreading the experience because of how it typically goes when purchasing a new car. I figured things got worse because of the current state of the car market. Was I wrong. Oscar Contreras made it the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Never pressuring. Always informative. In fact, urging me to drive the car I was looking at. Discussions were quick and painless. Would I recommend them? Kind of obvious right. You won’t regret it.
My experience at the BMW of Riverside is awesome. I gave my car for service to change the tires and alignment. They made sure I got a loaner car and update on the service. Always there to help especially Daisy, Richard, and Monica and her associates. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a new or used vehicle ....
My car needed some new tires, and I ordered them from BMW of Riverside 2 weeks in advance to make sure its available. Everything was great when I arrived for my appointment. The service advisor was nice and friendly and got me going right away. After a left with a loaner, I received a call saying my tires that I ordered was sold to someone else a few days ago. I was not happy at all and made my feelings known to them that it was unacceptable. They told me it was take a day or 2 to get another set of tires for me. I wasnt pleased with that as I cant take another day off from work for their mess up.They quickly found another set for me after I got off the phone with them. They were able to finished the tire installation and alignment by the end of day like it was originally planned. Overall, it was a good experience even though there was a problem, but they were able to quickly resolve it. Hope those kind of problems dont happen very often here.
Ive been a long time customer at Riverside BMW, and my service advisors have always been great. Andrew was my service advisor and now its Mario, and Mario has taken over and is giving me spectacular service also. I was really sad to see Andrew go because he had been such a great service advisor for me, but Im happy to give Mario a shot.So far Ive been happy overall with their service!

***(RIVERSIDE BMW)***The salesperson was very disinterested in the type of vehicle we were asking about. He did offer a similar type but he was very nonchalant about everything.This salesperson never introduced himself, he never talked to ME about MY thoughts on the vehicles (he only spoke with my husband as if I wasnt even there and my husband was very clear that the vehicle was for me).The sad thing is that we bought my 2015 convertible 650i off the showroom floor from here a few years ago.Even though the sales person did not know this about me AND because we look like we cant afford their product, one should never, ever, ever judge a book by its cover.Not only did this salesperson miss out on a sale today (because I probably could have been persuaded otherwise), Riverside BMW has now lost my continuing business including any service my 650i may need in the future.
Thank you to Fabian the service manager for helping me out with my sons car and going out of your way to check to see if the fuel pump etc was still covered since it was the second time it’s been replaced. I had been trying for weeks to get someone at your service department and no luck. Thank you again for your excellent customer service Fabian I appreciate it.
I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated at BMW of Riverside! I have had six BMWs and have dealt with many dealerships throughout the years. I had recently bought a preowned BMW from a family member, and maintenance became due. I called and talked to Gianna in service and asked questions, which she was happy to answer about the warranty my family member had on the car. She assured me that my needs would be covered. I booked an appointment and Fabian was my service advisor. After running my vin.#, he checked with Gianna to verify coverage, and advised me on all the services that were needed, and set me up with a service loaner car. I was very happy with level of kindness and professionalism I received. I would recommend them to family and friends. Thank you guys! Brad H.
All we ask is a fair deal. If theres an advertisement, honor it. Riverside BMW went above and beyond to give us a great deal. BMW has the advantage of a superior product, but what sets them apart is their superior treatment of customers.Update re Service Appointments:Five service appointments later, Ive had good experiences overall. The first one right after I got the car went smoothly. The second one they picked up my car in a free pandemic special - great. Today though. The third one I had an appointment at 11 for a 30-minute oil change. I waited for it at the dealer and got the car back a little past 2 PM. The fourth and fifth service appointments they didnt promise fast oil changes, and that was accurate. Wait times since they reopened after the pandemic are longer, but they still to be doing a good job. The car is always returned very clean.

To begin, I would like to say that this BMW dealership is easily the best there is. When calling the dealer regrading this one Z4 they had on the lot, I was greeted by Mark Decker, who consistently worked with me in closing a deal on the car. Mark is easily the best sales associate that I have ever worked with. He had the car ready as soon as I made my hour long drive to the dealership, and he was extremely professional regarding his work. Going to a car dealership is a hassle that not many people enjoy, but Mark made the process of leasing my car enjoyable, humorous, and as quick as possible. I will for sure be coming back to Riverside BMW anytime I need a car, and I will definitely be asking for Mark, especially since they have one of the largest lots in Southern California.
I took my car in for an oil change and check up at 49,000miles. The service manager noticed that the warranty was about to expire so he said they would change all filters and spark plugs. They also found 2 bad motor mounts and low on brake and other fluids. He kept me informed of status throughout the repair process and offered a loaner or ride. Car came back washed and looking and running like new. Charge was $0. This process was zero pressure, friendly and through. Not like what I became used to from other dealer. I am now a customer of BMW Riverside.
From Service consultant ( Mario Torres ), to sales consultant ( Dylan Barnes ), and to Finance ( Jennifer ) they have been sooo helpful and knowledgable of each of there forte and departments.. this is a WOW moment for me and will always do business with them again! THANK YOU BMW OF RIVERSIDE! 🙏🙏🙏
I travel up and down California coast and have been to many BMW dealerships. No one can beat the price from BMW of Riverside. Amid the Covid crazy pricing (Feb 2022), they accepted my reasonable offer, no dealer markups, no dealer-installed accessories. Besides, my trade-in was appraised at the same price as Carvana/Vroom, and paid off within 10 days. This dealership checked all the boxes! I want to personally thank Mark Decker for taking care of us, and my dog.
Service person was very kind, but the lady giving me the loner car was very rude, and told me my car being serviced isnt mine, and went around telling people my car isnt mine. My name is on the registration, and she refused to see it because she thought I was too young to own it. Overall poor experience, left feeling frustrated that they didnt communicate their terms for the loner car before I arrived as well when I specifically asked for a day a loner car was available. People doing the work are great, people at the desk are disappointing and rude.
Excellent service from Mario in the service department.I took the car in for regular service he found other things that needed to be done, break pads, computer updates. Marion offered me a service car while my car was being service. When I picked up my car, it looked like it just came off the show room floor. Thank you Mario, Michael J

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had with getting a new BMW. This was the first time I had used BMW of Riverside and will never do business there again. I have had many BMW’s such as 7 Series, M6, M3 and more from other dealers and have always had a good experience from other dealers.I got a brand new X7 for my wife and the vehicle was delivered to us at night. So, I couldn’t really see the vehicle and was the first time that I had seen it. I signed the paperwork and the salesperson left and my wife took it for a drive. When we got back and pulled it into the garage and had it under the light I saw scratches all over a BRAND NEW X7. The detail department that washed it had used a buffer on it and there were scratches EVERYWHERE! You could see where the buffer went across the paint.Contacted them and took it back in and they were just going to give it back to the guys that had originally done it in their detail department. I did not want to take the chance of them screwing it up even more and declined and decided to take it to a professional for paint correction which I would have to pay out of my pocket! I have never got a brand new vehicle that had so many scratches and looked so horrible! You can see in the pictures.On top of that, due to COVID we both work from home and hadn’t driven the vehicle and had taken it out the following week and noticed that there was a huge dent on the tailgate right by the BMW roundel. I was told that because it had been a week and a half that they would not take responsibility for this. I was severely mad about this because this absolutely positively 110% HAPPENED AT THE DEALERSHIP! We hadn’t barely even driven the car!I then had to pay out of pocket for a Paintless Dent Repair person to come out and fix it because the dealership wouldn’t take responsibility which they absolutely should have!Again, absolutely THE WORST experience I have ever had buying a new car! I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with BMW of RIVERSIDE and will make sure that everyone I know will not go there either!
I brought a few of my various BMWs here and I’ve had nothing but very positive experiences with very mature thoughtful customer service professionals and of course high-quality genuine BMW products. They’ll work with you here. Sometimes I don’t need something repaired, I just wanna know what the repair is exactly to get me out of a particular issue because I am a DIYer - A diagnosis as they say —- and sure enough they’ll figure it out and even give me instructions and schematics sometimes to assist me in my self repair. They work with all levels of knowledge it doesn’t matter if you have mechanical abilities or not they will take care of you. Just really down to earth helpful caring people here man!! I recommend this dealership without any caveats! Highly recommended‼️ AAA+++
For more than 10 years four BMW automobiles, I have been well satisfied with service at BMW of Riverside. In this latest--and extensive--service, advisor Ulisses Torres went above and beyond expectations, researching and discovering that I was still covered by a near-expiration CNA warranty, saving me a considerable amount of expense. Alright, so I leased a cool looking 2022 BMW M3 Competition xDrive from this dealership.The overall process was smooth and I really appreciate the swift process. It took me about 3 hours from entering the dealership to driving the new ride off the dealership.Oscar Contreras was my Client Advisor. I really enjoy listening to him speaking; awesome European accent. Very friendly and very courteous.Then we have the Sales Manager: Nader Zekria. I would say, hes one of the best sales manager that a consumer will have to deal with. Its all about business and hes able to make the art of making business as painless as possible. I really hope other sales manager can learn from Nader. I was full that morning, but a nice cappuccino while transacting the deal would have been awesome.Last but not least, the Finance Department. If I dont recall incorrectly, the Finance Manager was Hailey (forgot her last name). This is by far the fastest paperwork that Ive been through. Boy, she didnt even try to sell me anything more on the additional products. I LOVE AND APPRECIATE THIS. Perhaps the dealership knew way ahead that my response to those additional products would be a NO. So I appreciate Hailey for NOT wasting anymore time but get all my paperwork signed and processed. Or perhaps I was lucky that day.Btw, they forgot to put a HUGE RED RIBBON during the delivery process. But ok, I wont ding them a star. So here you go.... 5 GOLD GLITTERING STARS!

BMW Of Riverside has been fantastic. Both my husband and I have gotten our cars from there instead of our local dealer. We dealt with Nader the sales manager and Dylan and Marc as our sales people. They treat us like VIPs, and they have always given us their best price first so we dont have to haggle. We are happy to make the drive out there so that we can have an experience like we have had at BMW Of Riverside.
Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a dealership. I have leased 3 Mercedes Benz and 2 BMW’s before, and I have never experienced such a rip off. I scheduled an appointment to turn in my lease – and the inspection guy came back saying only “One” tire is below the thread; which I don’t understand how can a car drive on only ONE tire without wearing out at least the tire right next to it. Not to mention, I returned the car with only 32K Miles, which is 4K BELOW the limit set for the 3 year Lease Term.Then the inspection guy said there is a “Dent” at the lower front bumper. As you can see from the pictures, the car is SPOTLESS. I never return a car that has any issues. I was pretty sure that the car had no issues, so I ask the guy to show me the “Dent”. We go, and he points to a little worn-out paint, that is the size of less than a quarter of an inch. So I tell him, first of all this is not a dent. It is a worn out paint. So it is BMW’s paint peeling off, within less than 3 years/32K Miles. So how is this my fault? Shouldn’t this be under Warranty to begin with? The inspection guy kept saying “Sorry that was a bad choice of words, I didn’t mean to say Dent, I meant to say paint pealing off”. I repeated again, how is that my fault that your paint is peeling off, and I have to pay for it? He kept saying that “I’m only doing my job and that’s what the dealership trained me to do”. Needless to say, I was so frustrated, I kept arguing with him to no point, and at the end I was charged $808.13.$300 for the Tire Replacement, and $100 for the Paint Peeling on top of the $350 Disposition Fee. I then receive a bill in the mail, and they are charging Sales Tax on the Disposition Fee as well, which is incorrect. There is no Sales Tax on a FEE! I will never go back to this dealership ever again, and if you want any further proof of them not taking responsibility for anything, just read their responses to negative customer reviews. It always starts with “While disappointed that you are dissatisfied…. HOWEVER, it is your fault because blah blah blah”. They don’t respond like most decent companies, where they actually take responsibility, apologize, work out a resolution with customers, or AT LEAST try to care.
First and most likely the last time I ever step foot into this dealer. I came looking for a car and nobody approached me to ask if I needed help. I went inside to look for someone to help me and everyone just stared and not one person greeted me. Went to the desk and nobody was there, a sales rep walks up there, looks at me and walks away. As I look around there was an Indian salesman who would keep staring at me, walk forward and then walk back to his desk, then repeat it again; definitely felt like he was debating if I was worth his time. To top it off there was a sales rep right Infront of me, fixed his suit, looked at me and didn’t say a word. I was very close to just blurting out “is anyone going to ask if I need help” since they all just stared and didn’t say a word. Im sure if I was white I would have had a sales associate approaching me left and right. The Walters Audi and Mercedes’ definitely didn’t treat me like this though :)
I was recommended to BMW of Riverside by a friend, I had to same problem Chasis malfunction light would come on when I accelerate, all my maintenance was done at Murrietta BMW. I had the same problem since January it’s now June. I took it to Riverside, they found the problem. Thank you Riverside, you now have a loyal customer.
Took care of everything that I needed from maintenance on my BMW to getting a loaner . Originally I made an appointment and I was told they didn’t have any loaners available but once I arrived they were able to find one for me . Rob was my advisor and he took care of everything and communicated with me very well. !
I have a business account here for parts and when I went in today with my elderly father we were assisted by Oscar. He had an attitude like we were bothering him and was upset we took in a bumper core in a box but that’s what the driver who delivered the new bumper told us to do. He then told us we needed to just cut the bumper to get 2 barcode stickers off of it if we wanted refunds for future returns like they won’t accept it other wise. I have never heard of that from any other dealership. He wouldn’t give us our refund directly on our card because the driver didn’t give us a little white receipt when we paid only the letter page receipt from BMW of Riverside. Usually the employees are very helpful and polite but this worker was very unpleasant to deal with and gave us a bad experience.
I always enjoy coming here to get my BMW serviced, Daisy & Domenick go above and beyond in answering any questions I have & Have a great attitude & Are always willing to help, They make me feel super comfortable & Both are very knowledgeable, I will continue to come here over any place else simply because of the customer service & Hard work these two individuals put in.
This was the One of the best car buying experiences ever. They have great configurations, The buying process for straightforward, He offered me a great deal in a loan rate on financing. Incentivized the three-year service contract by lowering the finance interest rate down to 1.09% what?!?! I bought the car plain and simple these guys are awesome. Skip the BS and go there!! You won’t regret it!! Do it !!
I went to BMW of Riverside to buy my 4th beamer yesterday - Traded in my 328i for a hybrid 530e to offset the astronomical gas prices, while keeping the style quotient up! Cant say enough about this showroom and its people. The cars on display are a treat to the eyes, exuding sheer luxury and class at every turn, and you have a stellar team to work with to get you into the ride of your dreams! It was a pleasure working with Dylan Barnes. He is everything you need a Client Advisor to be - knowledgeable, sharp & courteous. I recommend working with their finance team on your extended warranty if you plan to own the car for a while, to keep your baby in the best hands!
The only dealer in a 50 mile radius that would negotiate. They are very attentive and take care of their customers. My previous vehicle was from their sister company Riverside Chevrolet and I had the same awesome experience and the best deal again. It must be a company philosophy because the Chevy dealer near my own backyard would not negotiate a dime either and acted like they were doing me some kind of favor if they sold me a vehicle. The drive for me was worth it because I saved a bundle, my salesman Gil was great and they went out of their way to take care of me even offering to come pick me up 20 miles away! My wife is extremely happy and I will be back to them for every BMW from now on!
Service department review: Mr Ryan Rocheleau was extremely knowledgeable regarding maintenance services that your BMW needs. I was impressed by his professionalism plus experience. This will be my permanent BMW dealership, very nice customer lounge too.. Kids lounge got IPADs.. 5stars in my opinion

Customer service is their most important quality. I live right down the street from a BMW dealership but I choose to drive quite a distance to take my business to BMW Riverside. Other dealerships don’t get it, but riverside BMW does. It doesn’t matter who you deal with, on what situation is going on, everybody wants to help and get the customer taken care of as best as possible. It seems that management has instilled that honesty and integrity is very important in the workplace and that does show every time I’m there.
What we should expect from a premium car dealership. Daisy my service consultant was helpful. She walked me through the lounge area and showed me around since I was waiting. Other staff said hello and were very pleasant. My car was serviced and yes they did reset the service reminder (one of my pet peeves). As I said before, this is what we should expect from a car dealership. Great job BMW Riverside.
BMW of Riverside is by far the best operates BMW dealership I have been a customer of- especially their service department. The service department is exceptional and the organization as a whole is amazing. I do not usually take the time to write reviews but I wanted to provide the positive feedback, this company is amazing, especially the service department. Very professional, courteous, and treat you like a valued customer.
Charles at Riverside BMW is the best of the best. In a very low inventory market, he walked me through the best deals and made me feel so supported in the process. This dealership is lucky to have him, as are you if you decide to buy/lease a car from him. He is so genuinely kind, and really wants whats best for his customers. Never for one second did I believe that he was in it for the sale. In fact, this dealership didnt have the model I was looking for so I ended up having to go elsewhere, and Charles still helped me despite not earning the commission. It is because of this that well probably drive out to Riverside in order to lease our second BMW from him because hes worth it. Thank you for everything, Charles, and keep up the amazing work.
Went into BMW on a Sunday afternoon to get my wife an early Birthday present. I had already came by one time before to look at inventory and met up with Mark Decker. The experience I had while shopping at the dealership was phenomenal and was not forced or pushed into getting a different model of car. Mark was courteous and respectful throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend if you go to see Mark and he will take care you and help through the process. We also needed some help with setting up the tech in the car which Dominic and Mark were helpful and allowed us to come back if we needed more help.
Justin was AMAZING in Service. Our repairs were quickly taken care of, he went the extra mile looking into our extended warranty and it took less than 10 mins to pick up my car. Every person we encountered on the lot greeted us with a smile and said Hello. The cashiers were professional, polite and proficient. From someone who has owned plenty of BMWs and have experienced service departments across the inland empire. This BMW service department was not great. To start they decided to give me a car smaller than what I normally drive. The lack of communication with my service advisor was non existent. I was told to come get my car 2 hours before closing. Upon picking up my vehicle I was unaware the dealership took my car on an extensive test drive as well as the issues with my car. There was no gas in the vehicle when I left it at a quarter tank to them and my car was filthy inside and out. When I arrived at the gas station I noticed chips on the windshield frame, my front bumper was damaged as well as my passenger side mirror. Not to mention the start of my seat ripping. I’ve reached out to the service manager Andrew Garcia and he has done nothing to help the issues. I understand dealerships have bad days but not admitting fault and hiding extensive test drives doesn’t allow customers to trust the dealership with their vehicle.Update: I just spoke with the general manager John and he straight up told me I’m not accepting responsibility for the damage of your vehicle. Unprofessional individuals should not be a general manager of an establishment. They clearly neglect damage on customer vehicles. This dealership doesn’t deserve the BMW name.
They know how to take care of your BMW and you. Updated 3/22/19. I am in love with Daisy(service rep) she has shook me to my core. The extra effort she displayed along with the courtesy and respect that followed not only did she find me deals that were incredible. She did with a smile and professionalism. That and the service five you bot only a warranty on parts and and labors for 2 years but that peace of mond its done correctly. Ubar BMW put the good stuff in there dont cheap out youll be surprised on dealers price I was shocked on this. Pricses to compare to any lol shop and yet so much better. I learned my lesson on that when you take her into a ill shop for one thing something always happens to your ride the next day....hmmmm planned? That doesnt happen here. Daisy your are a rockstar and tour team the Symphony. Keep it up yall. Thank you
Larry Winkler at BMW Riverside is an amazing salesman. It was never about the purchase, it was always about making the experience as easy and transparent as possible. Never felt rushed, more so he had everything ready for me. Spent 30 minutes at the dealership and I was on my way, if every experience could be like this, the car buying experience wouldnt have such a bad reputation.
First time visiting BMW of Riverside. Although not the BMW service center nearest to me, I wanted to give them a try. I found the facility was clean and orderly. The checkin was fast and easy.My service advisor went over the needed maintenance and made some recommendations (cabin air filters) but was not overly pushy. Even though I chose not to have the service center replace the filters, my service advisor did suggest I could DIY these items and even gave some advice on how to complete. Clearly the service center is in the business of making money but I found it was refreshing that my advisor was also looking out for ways I could save some money.I waited for my service and was originally given a two hour estimate. While waiting my service advisor gave me several updates on the progress of my vehicle. The Service was completed under the estimated time which I appreciated.As a waiter the customer lounge is important. I found it had comfortable seating, it was clean and included complimentary coffee and water.I will definitely return to BMW of Riverside for future maintenance.
Can’t stop saying good enough things about this place. Every time I come here reminds me why I’m so passionate about being a 4x BMW owner.1) Mark is hands down the only person I’ll ever purchase my future BMW’s from. From the minute he introduced himself I knew he genuinely cared about me and my experience. From being very knowledgeable to an enthusiast we spoke the same language. If you’re looking to get yourself a BMW please ask for Mark, and you’ll see why very shortly.2) Scheduled an oil service on my 335i and Mario Torres was my service advisor. Very enthusiastic and genuine person. When I came back for my car he had just finished fixing an issue on it that I couldn’t seem to resolve. (literally was just putting some tools away and hands were greasy when I arrived) Needless to say I had the biggest smile on my face. Super appreciative of the customer service I get every single time I come here. Thanks Mario!
Well we finally decided to come back to BMW of Riverside and glad we did service was great again and really made the drive down worth it. Update the service is still great but the last few times Ive been here they ask if I would like the car washed and I say sure and told 2hrs oil change and wash and thats with a appointment BUT that never happens they always come back with its gonna be another hour unfortunately because of the car being washed so I always tell them just forget the car wash its as if they really dont want to wash your car.
For over 10 years I have wanted to be a client of BMW of Riverside but my finances and credit would not afford me the opportunity. Now that I am in a better place I purchased my first BMW and I am taken back by the service I receive every time I am there. RYAN, thank you for making me feel important and my car was serviced exactly how you said it would be! I appreciate the whole team and will be a life long client if things continue to be the way they are.
I would not go anywhere else for my BMW. I purchased my X5 2019 and have had nothing but positive relationship with everyone at BMW of Riverside! They are on Top of their Customer Service always, Professional and Courteous! Now Justin in Service department is so so amazing, he has always Accommodated me made sure my car was well taken care of and running in tip top shape! Justin, my Service Advisor, provided me me with a great experience. His attentiveness to my service issues and attention to detail are to be applauded. He even brought to my attention an issue that he had noticed, that I was completely unaware of with my vehicle (slight vibration on start up which lead to the motor mounts being replaced...at no charge).I would highly recommend BMW fo Riverside to any of my family and friends.Charles Harmon
I cant say enough about the employees of BMW of Riverside. I have been a customer for over twenty years and have seen one ownership change. The new ownership has taken customer care to the next level. I have never experienced customer service like this before. Although the outcomes of my visits throughout the years havent always worked to my advantage financially, I was always told ahead of time what to expect. At the end of the day cars break, and I dont expect them to give their work away for free. My perspective on cost or purchase is if you have to ask how much it costs, you probably cant afford it. I recently purchased a new seven series and couldnt be happier with the process throughout the purchase. employees here treat you like family regardless of what you drive Or what you spend. Although I could name the individual employees that I have dealt with throughout the years, I will sum it up with this, from Antony to Victor the quality of care they give to each customer is second to none. I would Recommend this dealership in a heartbeat to anyone that is looking to purchase an affordable luxury vehicle. Cheers!
Beware of service department. I went in for a recall item and then car wouldnt start and drains battery. Ofcourse they wont accept liability for their mistakes. Managers response is BS since vehicle started fine 2X when they checked miles and inside and then when they drove it away for repairs. The air bag has to connect to the electronics of vehicle for it to work. I tried for you to resolve issue and your service department refused unless I paid upfront for diagnostics. I would be happy to take vehicle back and you remove the new airbag and give me back vehicle in same condition as it was. which it started with no problems. I can deal with recall directly with BMW. I just need vehicle to stop draining battery nothing else so it will start just like it was when I drove into your service department.
So it has been a couple of weeks since I leased my 1st vehicle ever and hands down the BMW x4 M40i 2021 vehicle is well worth the venture ahead.I decided to wait before I did my review, because last time I got too happy in posting that I overall was not truly satisfied with my previous purchase, but after 3 years I decided to not make one more payment on it. Anyhow, here I am, still trusting for a great experience and I must say that it has been a great two weeks enjoying what this ride is capable of doing. The X4 M40i has every single thing I wanted in a BMW including the size I needed.I originally came in to see what the size difference between the BMW x4 and X6 was because I have not seen any x4’s on the road and online does not give it justice. With that being said, I test drove this x4M with no intention to lease or buy and ended up trading my BMW for this beauty!The experience with Michael was awesome. I’d have to say the BESt experience ever.The Manager Edwin was very accommodating and ran through features he personally chose for this particular car he was just as excited telling me about it as I was preparing to decide on it (kept most of my excitement inside :)Financing with Jennifer I would say was pretty rushed. The purchase before mine felt like forever, so I expected the same. Remember, been her 2x prior. She was very nice I must say, never rude, but I ended up questioning if I missed something with this transaction. My first lease, so that was a little worrisome for me, however, this is my 3rd vehicle with this location and I trust the process and management and will return to follow up. Unfortunately From what I understand she works on weekends and I missed this weekend opportunity due to many family obligations. I wanted to speak with her personally before I requested additional assist.In closing, I’m still happy two weeks later, I will follow up just to double check and I would still recommend this dealership, but be sure to look over all details of your transaction/purchase before leaving. I’ve been here about 3 times this past year and the service is great, wait times are minimal, and staff is personable and helpful. Im always in and out quickly, they provided me with a rent-a-car, and a transport service to enterprise while my car was being serviced. My service advisor Carlos gets a 200% for communication and keeping me updated with my car. He txts me when the issue was found, fees, suggested maintenance work, and when car was ready for pick up. Great experience here , would definitely recommend.
I absolutely had an amazing experience. Daisy from the service department was amazing. They provided an amazing loaner for an awesome driving experience. Every one was so helpful. I only took one star away because when my vehicle was picked up it was dirty And my gas tank was on empty. I think for $4700 in repairs a Courtesy wash in courtesy fill up should have been done. But overall I would definitely Recommend BMW of Riverside
Hands down the best customer service I have ever received getting a vehicle serviced. Or from any dealership service department in general. My service advisor Eddie Toro was great too.Update: I came back for another service to be helped by Justin Christian. Talk about professional, he was so helpful, he took the time to explain all my available options, and even helped me get an estimate for some bodywork repairs at their facility next door. I had a busy morning and was on a time crunch and he made sure everything went smooth for me. I really recommend Justin and BMW of Riverside, they are truly a step above any of the other dealers in the area.
From start to finish BMW of Riverside was top notch. My salesperson Michael Montoya went out of his way to help me find my car. His customer service was absolutely the best I have ever experienced. I purchased my BMW from this dealership and have had it serviced here multiple times. Every advisor Ive had was always helpful and made me feel welcomed. As such, both my wife and I were appalled by the behavior of the advisor from our service appointment yesterday. What started as a normal phone call about the details from the vehicle diagnostics, ended with him yelling at my wife and hanging up on us. My wife got in contact with the service manager today to try to resolve to issue, but was treated with a dismissive attitude again.TL,DR: Be prepared to deal with some service advisors, including the manager, who will not give a damn about helping you.
My wife and I went to Riverside BMW just to look at different models, we had no intention of buying at that time. As we arrived we were met by John Teasdale who offered to show us the different models. After looking at a few models and deciding on a 3 series we were about to excuse ourselves and we came across a 5 series that was a lease trade in. The 5 series was very nicely equipped and beautifully taken care of. We immediately decided to purchase that auto. The location recess was simple, zero pressure and extremely friendly employees, especially John. I was a great experience, I highly recommended Riverside BMW and John Teasdale.
Had the best experience with the Service Dept recently. After becoming disabled with a flat tire in Rancho Cucamonga very late in the afternoon, Riverside BMW was able to accommodate me with a loaner and order new tires for me. From the minute I arrived via tow truck, they were professional, caring and they wanted to get me back on the road. They even performed needed service on my car while it was there. They took a stressful situation and made me feel safe and secure. I called another BMW dealership before calling Riverside BMW and nobody picked up the phone. Everyone I spoke to at Riverside BMW from the Parts Dept, to Service Dept, and even the Receptionists were friendly and amazing. They treated me like a VIP. Service department is great. Took my car in and everything was handled so efficiently by Mario Torres. He made sure he addressed my concerns and that I understood everything, was super friendly and helpful and had my car ready for pick up when I went on my lunch break.
Beautifully designed building, extremely clean facility, very helpful staff. We brought an early model 325i in for an airbag recall replacement. We went home after delivery, but it only took them an hour to complete the task. I understand that they would have shuttled us home, had we asked. All in all it was a good experience.
We did an online purchase and the Manager (Edwin) was incredibly helpful and professional. Handled all my questions and needs in a timely and efficient manner. Then, the salesman (JR) coordinated delivery of our car 120 miles to our home.The overall experience from BMW Riverside surpassed my expectations and we look forward to maintaining future business.I highly recommend this dealership.
The experience here is definitely different to other dealerships.Mario took good care of us when we took in my wifes 328i for service, and kept us in the loop the entire time. We were so happy that we ended up buying another BMW that same day while we waited for the other one, Oscar took great care of us and facilitated the process for us. Dont go anywhere else but here!
Outstanding service. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and professional. The building was very clean and it seems like everybody was keeping all the Covid regulations. Absolutely satisfied. Overall my experience at BMW of Riverside was great. Prior to visiting this dealership I went to BMW of Ontario (because it’s closer to my house) and after being there for 30 minutes not one person acknowledged us. Within seconds of arriving at BMW of Riverside we were greeted by Justin. Throughout the entire sales process I felt Justin was very honest and not pushy at all, which I appreciated.I would give them 5 stars, but I was disappointed when I stepped out of finance to drive home the car to realize they only gave me one key (the vehicle is a previous loaner/service vehicle). When I asked about the second key they stated they only had one. I spoke to Justin a couple days later (he called to check in) and I again voiced my disappointment about the second key because I found out by calling BMW genius department that I am unable to activate the digital key on my phone because I do not have a second key. Justin later texted me to let me know a second key would cost me $500. So I HIGHLY SUGGEST that you ask how many keys the car has if you are purchasing a used/pre-owned/previous loaner vehicle PRIOR to purchasing.
I came in for my second lease and it was by far the easiest and fastest I have ever dealt with any dealership. There’s a dealership close to me but I rather go to BMW of Riverside any day! I have been a customer of BMW of Riverside for just short of 24 years and have always been treated as special from car #1 (Z3) in 1997.My recent lease turn-in/upgrade process was amazing. Dylan, Chris, Edwin and all the staff went out their way to address my special concerns and get me processed as quickly as possible so I could start enjoying my new 228i Gran Coupe.Safe to say, that I will remain a loyal customer.
Ive owned multiple BMWs, all purchased used/private party. I do the majority of my own maintenance, but have always taken them in for major service items, going back to their original shop on Indiana. I have NEVER had anything but fantastic service there. If youre in doubt, work with John Horgan, the service dept. manager. He can straighten out your problem.The parts department in particular needs to be singled out for praise. While busy, they always seem to have an extra moment or two to talk shop with me and seem interested in my cars. Its not just a guy thing as occasionally my wife goes in and picks up parts and always comments on how comfortable she is there and how nice the staff is. Free coffee, too! :-)BTW, I would encourage BMW owners to join the BMW Car Club of America! Fantastic monthly magazine and a discount on parts at dealers and most independents. BMW NA often offers a new car incentive to members as well. VERY worth it!

Justin in service went above and beyond for us. Our car was in BMW Riverside service for 3 weeks because of administrative problems with our extended warranty company. Justin contacted the warranty company numerous times to try and get them to expedite their process and was in constant contact with me to keep me updated on progress. He worked the problem all the way to the end and the repair was ultimately completed. I would definitely recommend BMW Riverside.

They remain in communication on the status of vehicle servicing, provide loaner cars to minimize inconvenience, and are always pleasant and provide more than proficient information in regards to vehicle status. Working with them is hassle free, even when a reschedule is necessary. I can not praise their customer service standards and provisions enough! This is by far my favorite place to take my vehicle!
