First i needed some delicious water and then go shopping for goodies. I was a employee back in 2006 to 2011 and moved to Wichita Kansas for a year but i moved back because i wasnt happy and my son wasnt happy either. Wish i still had that job back. I really enjoyed unloading trucks really miss that job

I went into this new store hoping to find stationery and other school supplies. i was extremely dissapointed when i walked around every aile TWICEthinking i missed it, but they didnt have a single pen in that store. i will NOT go there again and waste time or money. very sad and upset they took out Joanns and put this instead, bad idea
Nicest thing about this store is that its usually clean. Fun items as u walk in the door on the right side. The items always change
Sales assoc very friendly and helpful. The store is newer and has furniture selection is nice variety. Down side is shelves are sparse and everything isnt clearly priced, theyre still stocking. Associates made the experience.
First time since they moved. Did not know until recently they were at a new site. Very neat and clean. No handicap chair (electric). Hard to shop while pushing yourself in a wheelchair.
Wanted to purchase a book shelf, price not marked so I looked around for help 10min later no help to be found. I placed 2 other items in my cart got in line and after another 10 min wait I gave up, pushed my cart to the side and left. No purchases were made..Wonder if its the zip code?
Was a huge fan of Pic N Save, then Big Lots took over... Ive been to many of them and not in any have I had amazing experience as I did in this location with the employees at the opening, I lost my phone and the first employee that helped by calling it through a walkie talkie was a girl Debora and quickly alot of employees were of help- thankfully someone turned it in. Every employee went above and beyond during this opening by helping customers everywhere. Bill in the furniture was very helpful to my husband that sold him in coming back to purchase a tv in a couple weeks.Thank You all- will definitely be returning 🙂
I love Big Lots and I love the new location. Its much safer than the other one. And the store is so much bigger and a lot more things to choose from, when they get it completely stock backup. Good luck
I have to say that this Big Lots have one of the best managers around. Daly’s customer service skills is exceptional! While she is short staffed she remains calm and professional with customers and runs around the store to attend to various situations. This is the responsibility of a manager but I must admit you will walk away vey displeased in most instances because they are overwhelmed. Great job Daly!
Nice, much larger than old location. Exactly display alot of furniture ( bedrooms, living room, patio and kitchen sets). Love the improvements closer to home. Impressed with customer service 👏.
Horrible everything. The place is a mess, the customer service is bad, they have hardly anything on the shelves. They should actually be called a high price furniture store. Not the same Big Lots I remember.....
Purchased a space heater. Will let you know how it works once I use it.Store was very clean and smelled good. Lots of workers to assist people. I will be back here to make purchases.

Good customer service but when it comes to the furniture department they got a lot of work to do as in helping their customers get an item in a timely manner and do a better job of communicating with their customers besides that everything Elses good the store is much bigger but not sure why they downsized so much we need more stores and Perris and Menifee
Just got a very comfortable couch! The only thing is, we were told they had free delivery and when we scheduled delivery there was a delivery charge. Not that bad of a charge, but wasnt expecting that
The employees may be new because the store had grand opening signs. The guy who put my bed frame in the car slid it across my bumper and scratched it.
The line to pay is slow. They had 3 lights on but only one was charging, but the other two that were supposed to be there were on something else, one of them was the supervisor and even though I was complaining about the service, she was unfazed.
New big store. Alot of furniture. Not fully stocked. Clearance area doesnt have discounted prices, I had to ask for price.

Normal everyday items were a bit too costly, but the furniture seemed reasonably priced.
Most of the products are not tagged with prices. I had to request prices to the associates all the time.
This store barely had its grand opening and yet its shelves looked bare
New store is big and lots of more merchandise but cashiers are slow and A/c wasn’t working it was hot af in there.
Love the new location off Day street in Moreno Valley they have furniture, patio furniture.

2021-12-27Let me just say that the employee Ben went above and beyond to make my experience there amazing. I purchased a box spring mattress and didn’t really know how to use ratchet straps and he offered to help strap down the box spring. He had already helped me load the box spring onto my truck but to THEN offer to help me strap it down, it was a really kind gesture and Ben really deserves recognition as to how great he is with customer service. He was kind, genuine and helpful. I’d shop there again and recommend shopping at this location just because of him.

2021-06-01The store is very nice. I like the setup with the furniture in the middle and the aisles are around the outside. Our cashier was very friendly and helpful. However, we went to this location to pick up patio furniture we ordered online. I called in the morning before going to find out the size of the box to determine if I needed to rent a truck. The person that answered the call was unfriendly and told me I would have to wait on hold 15 to 20 minutes because they were too busy with customers. I asked if she could take my info and have someone call me back with the box dimensions once they werent busy and she told me no. We took a chance that the box would fit and went to the store. We called the store number once we parked in the pick up area. It rang for more than 3 min with no one picking up. We went inside and had to check in with a cashier to have the item brought out and the line was super long. So much for order online and convenient pick up. The woman that brought out the order was curt and she dumped the box off by our car and went back in the store. She didnt offer to help load it or ask if we needed help. The box weighed over 130 pounds. We barely managed to get it in ourselves. Not the customer service I would expect after spending over $600 on the patio set. I wont be getting anything from this location again.

2021-06-11This isnt the Big Lots store I will usually frequent. But having been to several of their various locations, Ive found the majority of them, have a very similar set up. Display wise? A variety of diverse home products, staple pantry food items, lots of seasonal products & a decent amount of useful household content, neatly distributed & competitively priced, in comparison to similar Dept. stores. Over all, I like that it is not overcrowded w/endless, cheap & useless production surplus, as is the case with so many of the .99c stores nowadays!?:^l

2021-05-09Well husband wanted to shop and up buy a recliner I give it a 8 star but never have in stock of item we wanted or need it.The sale person very nice called around see other big lots had what we need it.So that was great help.
