Went for an oil change and to get a pair of tires. JB did an excellent job. The entire time I was there, I got the sense that they knew what they were doing, and provided a thorough explanation of recommended service.
I had a Fix a Flat in my tire and was worried about it lasting through the weekend but didnt want to get a new set yet. I called the store and spoke to JB ( manager) about tire repair. He said to bring it in and they would take care of it for me in under 30 mins. The shop was clean and efficient and JB was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend coming here.
JB & SAL excellent customer service. They were very honest and helpful. Got battery & 2 tires all within 1 hour.UPDATE I REALIZED MY DIAMOND RING VWAS MISSING OUT OF MY CAR. WHEN MY HAND GETS SWOLLEN I TAKE IT OFF...NOW I KNOW WHY MY CAR WAS FINISHED BEFORE THE PERSON THAT WAS AHEAD OF ME.I HAVE FILED A POLICE REPORT. I DO NIT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

TERRIBLE ! Always under new management literally multiple times a year … so if you get work done and something is improperly done, they don’t fix it due to “new management” . We have two credit cards here and we asked multiple times if the work we got would be covered on this card , we were told yes and ended up having to figure out how to pay $1500 worth of work because they no longer accept one of the STORE credit cards…. That I applied for AT THE STORE. So, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Such a mess here.

I took back my Honda civic for a screw in my tire, they did not validate the warranty and they did not want to repair my tire, their plan was to make me spend on a new tire, when in April I just bought my tires, I paid more than $ 800.00 for my four new tires, I do not recommend this place.

This place has good and honest people working here. Damien helped me through my car problems and just honest with pricing and I whether or not I needed any changing at all. I’ve met him a few times and he’s always been super friendly and helpful. If you know what you need to get done, ask. If you don’t know what’s wrong, ask. They help with financing as well especially with people who need a little help with bad credit. My family has been using this location for a while. Highly recommend!
Been coming here for 2 years (4 sets of tires). The staff may be a little slow to get to you, but they do a great job. Used to shop at American tires for my car, but this place has better prices, better tires & hands down a way better insurance package for the tires. Also, when you buy 4 new tires with insurance you get roadside assistance for your vehicle (which Ive used once). Also they offer a full line of car services at comparable prices. Im only giving 4 stars because of the lack of a service center in Fresno, where I commute to weekly. And having to plan being in Moreno Valley before or after my trip can cause lack of tire & alignment service to my car.
I was talking to Tony the manager need a tire but couldnt get because didnt have enough cash for a new tire so I asked if I can pay to put my spare tire on and he said no.. I asked if I can us his jack he said no I asked if someone can lift my car and ill put the tire on he said no.. I was literally stranded and he can care less... I came to them because literally got a flat ain parris and sunny mead so I look up a loco place and ty didnt even bother helping meat anyway.. horrible Custer service.. shows they just about the money I would hate to take my car to the good year on parris and sunnymead.... again Tony the manager spoke to and he the one that lazy to even go outside t check my tres size when I first pulled up.... DONT GO T THIS GOOD YEAR go to another loco tire place

Worst place to go to. My 1st time going it was quick and easy. Now everytime I go their always calling to upgrade on something. Then today they say the last person to do my oil changed stripped my oil pan, BUT INTEGRITY TIRE is the only place to touch under my hood. And I basically had no choice he said put to pay 575 for it in order for my car to work.. so a 42 oil change turned into 575 + oil change!Then they tell me itll be ready by 1 now then say by the end of the day sometime but wont get me a time. NO ONE WASTER UR TIME GOING HERE, I sure will never go here again!!!

I would give this place 5 stars but I recently purchased new tires and then I got a flat tire. They replaced the tire but then they charged me about 50 dollars to mount it. They could have told me that before they did that.
Great price for oil change and tire rotation if you go through Groupon 16 bucks only thing that sucks is the weight I have a two-hour wait but you cant complain when its 16 bucks
Integrity Tire is a great place for all of your car repair needs. They are fast, friendly and professional in every way. Another well known car repair business in town was clearly trying to run the price up on repairs that I didnt need. Integrity tire took care of the repairs for much less money. After our first visit the manager BJ knew our names as soon as we entered the store. Great place.
I have been taking my car here for about 2 yrs. I get oil changes on a regular. Every three months. I commute to work everyday. my last oil change they told me my car was perfect!!!! Came back three months later for oil change they tell me my engine is blown!!! wow what happened? I still owe for all the other work they have done. Spark plugs and shocks used goodyear card. I got rid of it and bought a new one. It was 2015 kia optima 5 yrs old.
Clearly promotes walk ins but makes you wait 30 minutes just to talk to you so they can say that you need to call ahead or make an appointment. That advertising banner should be taken down or clearly fixed to state what it actually is.
Great customer service!!!Took my car in for a oil change without an appointment but none the less Edward handles business in the front end.He explained to me they were a little busy but not to worry they would take care of my car in no time.I had a few questions about what type of oil to use and he seems like he has alote of experience and he is knowledgeable in the automotive field.The shop was clean and seemed busy but given that fact I only seen him and another associate in front.They managed to maintain their composure and give superior customer service they kept me informed on my car status the entire time I was there.They didnt just leave me clueless like the places Ive gone to in the passed.I will highly recommend this goodyear for their services and I will be a returning customer.Thank you Edward and team for making the process of a oil change so smooth with no appointment.
Have been going to Integrity Tire for many years now and have always been treated good. Any repairs or jobs they do, Ive never had a complaint with and the jobs are always done right the first time. Their price is also comparable to other shops in the area but mostly less. They also always explain the why or purpose of the task/problem. Thanks for the past10 + years of service on my vehicles.

They were nice to me, but really my services took way too long. Actual hours longer than they said they would take, which I didnt appreciate being lied to. If a simple oil change and brake service is going to take 4.5 hours, then they shouldnt tell me that it will be 3 hours. Their prices are average, nothing incredibly reasonable or unreasonable either. They also didnt reset my maintenance light until I told them to and in the process, somehow they changed all my display settings. Im still unsure how they managed that.
My experience was very pleasant. I went in for a oil change, I was not Pressure to purchase a more expensive synthetic oil, the way some other shops do. The employees are all very professional, and courteous. The shop is clean and inviting. I feel the name speaks for itself.
They were very quick and professional in finding the issues with my vehicle. Jovani the technician was very informative on the things I needed done with my vehicle. I came in just to get a nail removed but Im glad he informed me to get the works done. My vehicle was in need of some right away fixing. Im glad I went he showed me the issues that needed correction and never pushed a sale on me.. but rather suggested. Overall I am very happy with the service. My sister will be coming also to get her tires done.

Great experience at Integrity Tire! I needed a new set of tires & an alignment for my Tundra but I wasn’t sure which tires were right for me. I met Peter, the store manager, who took the time to find the exact tire I wanted based on the look & mileage requirements that I described to him. He gave me a great deal on the perfect set of tires, the protection plan, plus an alignment and he got them installed the next day for me! Peter and his team are great and I would recommend them to anyone who needs tires or any other automotive service for their vehicle. I’ll be back to Integrity Tire for sure!

This was my first time at integrity tires. I had a Groupon for a 4 wheel wheel alignment. They do not make appointments, its on a first-come first-serve basis. They open at 8 a.m., and I was there at 8 a.m. they also did a tire rotation, and I was out and back on the road at 9 a.m. they are very professional, courteous, and customer service oriented. I will definitely be telling my family and friends about them. Amazing fantastic people thank you very much for all your hard work
The guys at Integrity Tire are the best. They take the time to explain what the problem may be and offer repair options starting with the least costly and they stand behind their work. Its important to have mechanics you can trust to service your vehicle and not only do we trust JB, Edward and all at Integrity Tire but they are also truly nice guys. Wouldnt take our cars anywhere else and highly recommend them!

The new staff is a lot better here now. Didn’t like how I was treated last time but this time Brian and JB took great care of me and my car. I ended sending my sister over there and she ended up buying tires and some other stuff. Great service good prices and people here.
I took my car in earlier this week at 5:30pm and was told it was too late and to bring it in at 5pm the latest and theyll do the oil change. Yesterday I rushed out of work, drove my 50 miles from LA back to Moreno Valley to get to Integrity Tires at 5 for oil change. The husky guy at the counter told me Im late and they cant do it. After arguing with me a few minutes he looked at my account and told me that I have 11 oil changes in my service history and no other service was ever done, and refused to do the oil change. I told him that their prices are not affordable. They had quoted $600 for 4 tires which I got for $375 (exact same brand). His explanation was that they advertise the $11.88 oil change so that you may come and use other repair services as well so they can make money.Who in the world says something like that to a customer? It is none of their business.... When they advertise a price they have to honor it no matter what the customer does. And they have to treat all customers equally.They just lost 3 customers: myself, my daughter and son. And they have had other services performed on their cars before.
Not an honest dealer still not going back till this day. Went in for a full synthetic oil change n when I picked it up the mechanic said they told him regular oil?!!
Im so glad I came here. This review is a week over due but Steven the manager helped me out and was very accommodating. I went for oil change which was a great price and said it would be 1.5 hours cause they were busy but I needed to leave asap to Vegas and have an infant so the timing would throw off her sleep schedule he got me in and out in like 40 min. I dont think he realizes how much that meant to me! JB was up front to and seemed really friendly as well! You guys earned my business for sure. Thank you !
These guys were awesome! Took me in on Sunday with no appt changed my oil and rotated my tires in just an hour plus looked for a mysterious rattle I was having. They found nothing and the rattle is gone! I’m not complaining. Great experience and definitely have a repeat customer in me

As I entered Integrity Tire Goodyear, I was greeted by Peter, the manager. He had a positive attitude and a professional demeanor. I explained to him that I had a screw in my front driver side tire. He took my truck back immediately and resolved that problem.He and his team have always treated me as a close friend, rather than a customer. I take my vehicles here if any work needs to be done.
I am finally going to leave a review after so many years coming here. Ive seen many managers come and go and by far J.P is the best manager at this location. Integrity will be fools to let him slip away. I can always count on him giving us fair prices and the work thats done on my vehicles will always be taken care of. He is always first to cal and let me know the status of the vehicle. We appreciate that and will be coming here as long as he is there.
Great service. Came to do oil change and told me what I needed fix. They help in making finance payments easy to do as well as What is more beneficial foe you as a client. They go up and beyond to help to do all work at an affordable rate.
They were very nice and My oil change was in a timely manner. However they did try to upsale me into getting some vehicle maintainence done and suggested they run my information to see if I qualified for financing. It was kind of uncomfortable because I had to tell the guy several times I was not comfortable after they asked for my banking account info. But besides that it was an okay experience. It’s a part of the job I suppose.
I bought tire from GoodYear on Sunnymead in Moreno Valley 9 months ago. I got a flat tire so I called them to see what kind of warranty I had, they didnt ask any questions they said bring it in its covered! They fixed my tire and rotated the rest of them... free of charge. I was on my was in a hour... Great service 👍👏
The 2 gentlemen working the front counter need more training in customer service. I paid for an oil change that also included tire rotation but, they failed to do the tire rotation. How I can tell is that my back tire rim has a small crack and that same tire stayed in the back when my car was given back to me. My kids were anxious to go home already and I didnt have the energy to wait another hour for them to take my car in for a ration that should have been done in the first place. I now doubt they even used synthetic oil. There was one fella there that I couldnt get his name. Well, he brought our car up and just that little interaction he had with us was great. He was courteous, attentive, and polite. If the owner reads this, you need more people like him.
I went here twice and never again, they told me everything wrong with my car, put tape on my tube for my car, which isnt legal and charged me over 2 grand, guess what, my car doesnt work anymore. This place is awful, its sad they still get service.

Great price for an oil change and tire rotation! The wait was a bit long but the service people where polite. If you have an hour to an hour and a half to spare the price cant be beat but if your in a hurry its probably not the right place for you.
I couldn’t have asked for better service..Edward and the guys at Integrity Tire went above and beyond my expectations with not only helping me get my car issues figured out, but by helped me figure out how to pay for it with financing.. Edward walked me under my car to physically show me what was going on and he took the time to listen to my concerns and he thoroughly explained why I needed the repairs done as suggested. I just moved to the Inland Empire and was without a trusted mechanic, but now I know where I’ll come for all my vehicle needs. Thank you Edward for really being awesome. You are the best!!
I rate this a one star cause the customer service with JB the manager was good but I went in cause my car was back firing and not catching for some reason and I ask them if they could fix the problem they informed me that they could and while they were at it they suggest that I get other things done and that it would help the problem so I did. So now I’m over $1000 in repairs and the main problem that I went in for is not fixed and I keep taking my car back down there and they keep it for hours at a time and the problem still isn’t fixed. They talked me into all these repairs and my car is still driving the same who’s to say they even did anything cause I can’t tell the difference. So I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Used a Groupon to get a $16 oil change and tire rotation, an amazing price considering you can’t really buy 5 qts of motor oil and an oil filter for that much at retail prices. The wait was 1 hr and 30 minutes because of people in line, but I’m not complaining because the price was so good.At the end they advised me that my brake pads were almost gone and my power steering pump was leaking, and they provided an estimate of the cost but the did NOT pressure me into getting it done, just notified me, which is exactly how I want a mechanic to treat me. I checked my engine bay and sure enough there was caked dirty grime all around my PS pump and the serpentine belt, and I already knew my brakes were close to the end, so I knew they were being honest. This is the second time I’ve been here and I’ll definitely be back.
The men there have no personalities. They are not too friendly and are very pushy about all of their services that they offer. I told the guy I didn’t want to have my brakes done at that time and he kept pressing the issue. Then he told me it would take an hour and it was over two hours later when I got out of there. It has limited seating to sit down and it’s hot inside the waiting area like they don’t believe in air conditioning. Just a bad experience all around, I will never ever go back there again.
All in all, I had a pretty good experience with the store the last time I was there. I knew specifically what I wanted to have repaired on my car, they gave me a quote, and they performed the repairs exactly as they said they would. There was no up-sell by the sales associate, so what I asked for was exactly what I got. The only downside (which is why I gave it four stars instead of five), was that it took about an hour longer than they said it would take.
I highly recommend this place for all services they provide!! I got everything done on my car for a very cheap price. Also, me being a single woman Im always skeptical of going into any kind of auto shop alone in fear I will be taken advantage of and that was not at all the case here...in fact Edward made me feel like he was going above and beyond for me. Great customer service and great prices!!
They will not rotate your tires!!got in this group on maybe three times and in the first two times I didnt notice it but this time when I went in I noticed they didnt rotate my tires. when I inquired about this they said that they have the discretion to do it or not do it based on the tires. This is not stated in the Groupon which is then false advertisement because theyre not rotating tires.
The representative didn’t want to give me a printed quote because he said he doesn’t want me to shop for lower prices! He also told me there were about 5 things wrong with my car, which I probably would have paid to get fixed, however a year ago they told me my rack n pinion was going out, and quoted me $1500. I took my car to the dealership and it was my power steering pump. A huge difference in price and problem! I’m very disappointed! The place clearly gives incentive to the employees for ripping off clients in sales!
Day after Christmas, is better than Christmas morning, JB and the guys took care of both of my vehicles.. saved me a lot of trouble by doing the safety check, and saved me a lot of money by really recommending the right products for me... Not just to make a sale. They guys in the shop were very efficient... Gained a Lifetime Customer Today!!!!
I walked in very upset and frustrated not knowing what was wrong with my car and they figured it out in a very timely manner and got me a great price. My car was even done the same day within hours. Edward was very helpful and had great customer service also.
I will never take my car anywhere else. They know my car and are always very honest with me. The customer service is literally the best. I love the current staff that works there right now. They are awesome! I take Lyfts to and from there when I leave my car but they always offer a ride... next time i’ll take them up on it though.

My family has been doing business with this garage for over a decade and I used to encourage others to go due to the great service we used to receive. However, over the past few years, I have noticed a steady decline in quality of service and a substantial increase in sneaky tactics and tricks to have services done, something I expect from garages that I havent know for as long. Almost every time I come in, they tell me something is wrong and needs to be fixed but everything else is ok. Then on the next visit, what they told me was ok is now going to suddenly fall apart. Even though they say they are giving me as much of a discount as they could possibly do, I know they are lying to my face to increase profit. For example, pressuring me to decide immediately to pay upfront for a service I wont be receiving yet because they are discounting it, and then charging me $100 for a part that according to all other sources only costs $32. Not to mention that they are never on time with their time estimates. I drive 40 minutes to come to this garage, I cant afford to wait 2 and a half hours when I was told it should take 1 and a half. Its especially upsetting when I come in for a quick service, then agree to allow them to additional service with their guarantee that their “highly experienced chief mechanic” will get it done quickly just to end up standing outside listening to their chief mechanics talk for half an hour to an hour about how they are glad they dont have a girlfriend. All of the lying and sneaky tricks is destroying their ethical integrity as a business, ironically a business called Integrity Tire. Ive decided that from now on, this garage is only good for alignments and oil changes and thats only because I have the alignment plan already. Otherwise all other expensive services will go through other more convenient garages. At least I can expect that a new garage will actively try to rip me off at every occasion, not a garage that Ive been giving so much business to and I expect honest upfront service from.
My daughter directed me to this company and I must say that they are the best company I have ever dealt with. They fixed my car without any problems and were very professional. They have great customer service and I will continue to take my vehicle there to be repaired
Customer service at desk seemed great.Took Car in for oil change , added radiator flush service. All good. Next day heard something dragging under car, saw it was panel to cover where oil pan was. Took it back and was told it was broken but no amends to replace it, just an apology and answer of “mistakes happen”. Not sure if I’ll return or refer.

I had a horrible experience at this place, not only did they charge me for something I did not need, they wanted me to buy tires that I was not satisfied with, telling me that I should have told them before they got my car down, but how could I possibly see the tires if the car was so high up, and they didn’t even have the decency to ask if I was liked how the tires looked on the car. Not only did they put tires that I did not like they gave me 2 options had no options, and both were not what I was looking for. I told him I was going to another shop and he offered me more options but I had to wait until Monday when in the first place didn’t afford me anything just 2 opinions. I ended up not getting those tires and asked them to take them off, and then the individual said well I have to charge you 14.99 per tire to take them off and put your old ones and I asked where on your policy does it say that? He couldn’t show me his policy nor why he wanted to charge me. I ended up paying to alignment that was done because the individual said well we did that work so I can’t have my guy not get paid for that, so what guarantee do that have?? Why is nothing explained? Horrible place to go too!! By far the worst experience I have ever had getting tires 👎🏼

Integrity tire completely lose up to their name! I have been taking my vehicles there for about 2 years since moving to the inland Empire. JB is an awesome guy and will treat you well.
Very professional, kind and helpful! I got there 45 mins before closing for an oil change and they gladly took me and had it done in a timely manner! I would definitely go back!
I bought a Groupon to get the oil change and tire rotation. Once I got there, they found that I had an issue with the plug and were calling for me to replace my entire oil pan. They wanted to charge me $400 for the work and after i told them i wanted to get it done elsewhere, they were rude and basically stopped talking to me. I asked them to just put oil in it for me and when I asked to see the dipstick to confirm it was done, I had to ask twice before they actually would. On top of that, I dont think the tires were rotated and I did not get an oil filter. I understand the oil change could not happen, but I paid for a Groupon and no other work was confirmed to have been done. I will not be back.Chris reached out after my review and I appreciate the fact that he wanted to understand what happened and rectify the situation, While my initial experience was noT was great at the shop, I was impressed with the fact that he did want to make things right. The follow up from Chris left a much better impression with them.
I always go here for my car needs. Prices are fair and service is fast. Having the Goodyear credit card helps too. Theyve shuttled me home for overnight stays with the car, or if its a few hrs work, theres restaurants and bars in walking distance.
My wife and I have been a part of the Integrity family for many years. Staff and ownership have always been friendly, honest, and reliable. Went in for a simple Groupon oil change. Was asked to get my air filters changed for $80 and I declined multiple times. I seen how dirty they were so I agreed. However, that price seemed pretty high to me so I immediately went and told Edward F. That I did not want that service anymore as he was taking the part out of the box. He lied and stated that supposedly “The part was already ordered.” and he went futher on with his fabrications stating that “these are very good parts that came from Vietnam.” As if I did not see him opening the box in front of me. Anyhow I was made to pay for a service that I declined instantly after giving the ok. Highly unprofessional move. Oh and I had to wait a whole hour and a half! And they did NOT check my tire pressure like they were supposed to do. Never again for me.
It was the worst service ever. I called before I got there and they confirmed that they could do an oil change but it wouldnt be done till 2p. I got there around 1p because I dont live close by. Then the guy at the counter says to me that he doesnt understand why people drive so far just to get an oil change. Then he asked me how I heard about that place so I told him Groupon then he proceeded to complain that it was late and hed have to check if they could do it. Then he gave me a totally different price than the Groupon and said the oil on Groupon was not a full synthetic oil which made no sence to me because thats exactly what the groupon that I wanted said it was. Then he also priced it at $91. Without knowing exactly how much oil it needed. Anyways I will never return there nor would I recommend it to anyone! I usually go to GMC or to Walmart and even then Ive never paid that much.

I used a Groupon deal for a tire rotation and oil change. I paid $16. for the Groupon. The staff here were very nice however, they took only walk ins so I was there quite some time and I literally had to get a blanket from my car to wrap up in because the waiting area was freezing and it was pouring rain outside. Their door from the outside never completly closed, adding to the sub zero condition. When the process was over, I had to have a new filter and my addl cost was nearly $50.! So much for a Groupon deal🤑☹

JV took great care of us. Came in for synthetic oil change and brakes. They explained everything and took me outside to look at the low pads prior to replacing. May not be the cheapest around but they are reasonable.

The entire staff at Goodyear tires off of Sunnymead in Moreno Valley are exceptional men with fantastic customer service! I had the privilege of speaking with Damien today in regards to a break inspection special. Damien was very helpful and also informed me about other issues in regards to my my vehicle that were in need of repair. Several members on staff showed where the repairs were needed and explained the condition of my vehicle. They gave me a ride to and from my my home why all the repairswhy all the repairs were being done on my vehicle. Wonderful service! I was a bit intimidated coming in but they were very friendly and explained everything wrong with my car to me.They did find alot of problems and the price tag was high but I felt that I could trust the work.

Came in on Sunday at 10, they opened at 9, I told the guy that I needed to go to the store really quick and then i would be back he said that was fine because it would only take about 45 and to just be back before 2pm because that when they close. I said I would be back way before that, that I would be back in about an hour. He said he would call me when it was done. I showed back up at 11:36 and I see my car just sitting there and every worker watching me walk up, once I got inside a different guy told me my car wasnt done yet and that it would still be another 35-40mins. So for an hour and a half then just let my sit there and did nothing. So I had go back home and then they finally called me at 12pm. So in reality if they would have just changed my oil when I got there it would have taken approximately 30 mins give or take but instead they decided to wait until I showed up. Also they didnt even put a sticker in my windshield to let me know when my next oil change is due. Now Im kind of skeptical as to whether or not even changed my oil but hey at least my tires got rotated....

Not happy with their service. Had an appt to get tires rotation, but they only rotated one side. However, I was told they had completed my serviceSince I had marked my tires upon cheking notice they only rotated 1 side. When back to complain, n they said they did completed the service until I told them that I marked my tires and found out they didnt performed service as stated. All they said was im sorry and we will rotate the other side. Very bad service....

Good service...if you can use Groupon for oil changes & save money. The only problem is the that im looking specifically for Integrity, but its in the same bldg as Goodyear & not a stand alone business. Being my 1st time there, it took me longer to located via Google maps/Waze
Great service! The guy couldnt tell me how long would they take with my car but, it was done in less than 2 hours which was quick for me. I know where to come back whenever I need something for my car.

On August 20th, 2018, we came in to have the Camry serviced and tire sensor checked. The technician found two nails in the tire and they covered the road hazard guarantee. Unlike other tire places I have visited. In and out in less than an 1 hour. Thanks to Edand his team.July 6th, 2018Came in for new tires and brake noise. Got new tires and new brakes. Edward has been servicing our vehicles for many years. Edward always reviews and explains the initial inspection report in detail. Provides options and a fair price. We are always happy with the service and quality of work provided by Edward and his team. We will continue coming to Edward and his team for all of our automotive needs.

Couldnt beat their price and they added an alignment. I couldnt even find 4 tires for the same price they gave me for 4 tires and an alignment and they came with a warranty. I will definitely be back when I need tires.
Spent over $2,000.00 for tire replacement and additional work on my van. One of the tire keeps geting a flat tire, almost every month or so. Returned it to the shop 5 times now (everytime it gets flat) and all they said is that there is nothing wrong. Obviously there is something wrong with either the tire or the way they installed the tire. They just put air and tells us there is nothing wrong and if it gets flt again to return it—WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE! They can’t even tow it from our place to their shop. This is not a business that would give satisfaction to the customers. This place needs to close. Money spent was not worth at all.

I dont trust this shop. Upselling unneccessary services. Did not rotate tires as promised! Wonder if they even put synthetic oil in? Previously spent thousands on repairs and maintenance at this facility. Gave them another try with new vehicle. Wont be coming back!

It was okay, it didnt feel above and beyond. I had a recent expirience getting my shocks and struts replaced. It was pretty freakin pricey at about 900 bucks. I was ready to leave and wasnt sure I wanted to spend that much on work from a company I entirely trust. You see, a year ago I had new brakes added to my car. The first big repair to my vehicle aside from common oil changes. This being my first dealing with a repair big as this and with this shop, my trust was shaken when the brakes were not installed correctly the first time. I paid a pretty penny so expected quality, I was upset when I learned they just had to be re-installed. Im not too angry about it though, i brought it and they went ahead and made corrections to the brakes. You would think that would make my rating higher but it doesnt because I was pretty scared about it because im already kind of scared about driving as it is and to hear my brakes werent installed correctly worried me. Gave them another shot though so well see how my current work holds up. To also add to the reasoning behind the rating, I had to wait an hour longer than the estimated time on my most recent visit of Shocks/Strut replacement. I could live with it being over 20 minutes longer than the eta but an hour is pretty interrupting to ones own day.
These guys hound you about repairs on your car you dont need to get more sales..All I wanted was a simple oil change, but these guys kept insisting that I needed more. This happens every time. They make something up just to sale you something.
I waited a long time for the service but even tho this sounds like a bad review my visit at this location was very exceptional and I added more every time they were almost done. They were very professional and had hard working people. Even in 95 degree weather! Keep up the good work guys!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had a lil one with me and they helped keep him calm with cartoons. The only con is that it was a lil past the time they gave me that I would have to wait. But once I pointed that out I was out in 15-20 minutes.

Came in for an oil change. They told me it would be an hour wait. I waited over an hour, then checked in to see if they were about done. Here i am 2 HOURS LATER STILL NO OIL CHANGE!!! The name is integrity but there was no integrity shown at all with todays service. Integrity means saying youll do something (and in this case in the time frame you will do it) and doing it! NEGATIVE STARS!

Paid for a tire balance and never got one. Had to go elsewhere and the job done right. They also overtorqued the bolts on my front right wheel. Its supposed to be 76 foot pounds per instructions of the official car manual, but it was way over that limit. The bolt holding the wheel snapped off and now Im having a really bad day changing this tire in over 100 degree weather.
Helped me out a great deal with my car. Saved me a boat load of money in the future.Edit: They got my oil changed faster than I could order and eat my pasta at the Chicago pizza house near by. Too good.

This place never go there. Very bad service!!! Before oil change, I told them rotate the tires, but they didnt do it. When I ask them to rotate the tires, they rejected!! Dont go there bad place!! Waste your money and Time!!! Very disappointed!!

Never will go here again. I had to go back twice because my alignment was still off. I got tire rotation too and they said they did it but really didnt. They couldve atleast took off my tire rotation maintenance info just to make it SEEM like they did it.
In at 7:30am for rear drums and brake liquid flush and resurfacing rotors its now 3:02pm so I got a little upset when they said 1 more hour !! So I figured let me call the one on Alessandro and guess what he said for that job (mike)whould not only have me out in two hours BUT for $200 less!!! But guess what its too late

Updated version, I came in yesterday and got my oil changed, I had a problem with how the service was done because the oil had became super dark after a day but Giovanni the store manager was able to get it situated and fixed so that I was happy with the service, they went ahead and showed me the process of the oil change for my satisfaction, they are 100% good in their customer service.
They try to always lie to their customers they hide stuff in the receipts and say they told you but never did....i took my car there and they completely finessed me paid more than 3000 and 6 minths later they wount warranty anything and they tell me its a new problem they couldnt i dentify the first time but it was on the receipt the first time horrible man never again

Went in for an oil change. They said I needed a new oil filter housing sample. Paid 87 dollars for a 20 dollar oil change. I dont think it needed anything but the oil change. I asked for the old part so I could see what was wrong with it. The old part came back to me in pieces as if they had tooken a hammer to it. Very sad. :(

This place is awesome! They staff is awesome! On my way to Indio, my car was acting up. They helped me even tho they were closing within the hour. They saved me in my hour of panic and I sincerely appreciate them!

I was told that it would take 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change due to customers already being in line for business and it only took an hour! Really good service.
They are called integrity but they scammed me out of a tire rotation. Took my money and gave me nothing in the end.
This place if you want your car to run or to drive worse then the moon he did when he came in go to this place if you have anything more than a nail in the tire do you not go here I wouldn’t trust them to give me the tire pressure of my cars not even close I went in there to get a Carline because I needed on the way home from a trip and it up spending $1200 which I wouldn’t mind it because the way they sold it was good but if you promise me would fix the problem they had at you know that we talked it did not in fact it made it worse I spent $1200 in the front in my car feel like it’s gonna pull off and then to come find out when a good day due to inspect why I see that there’s fresh batch is on my front faring anything it’s totally blown out it’s cracked out got a huge crack in it And I had just painted it the day before and that morning I’ve videoed it because I was going to sell it to someone it’s alive video of the underside of everything and I did a video of it for hours before I went there and now my car it runs in drives so poorly and I’m afraid to drive home getting to beat him at literally nervous about it these guys are a rip off do not trust them they seem like super nice guys maybe they are but not to work and they will they will they will freaking rape your wallet

Customer service was ok waited a bit to be helped cause got there when front desk only had one person and multiple phone calls coming in as for sevice itself they were hands on in showing me a potential problem but took over two in half hours once on rack they were very busy and had alot if major work on other bays for that i paid the price time wise Ill stick to the one in Rialto much faster service

2022-02-28Brandon did a great job on the changing of my tires and alignment. They also gave me a heads up on one of my nugs being stuck and a possible breakage on it which was completely fine on my end. Because it was not their fault. JP the manager is very friendly and respectful, the prices are reasonable as well. Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back for tire services!! :)

2022-02-20Came hare after my original tire shop I go to is closed for the day. Service was quick and friendly. Had a free tire patch which is a nice surprise. Cody and these guys are working hard and well. Even short-handed. So have patience during the pandemic and after. Under new management apparently. Hopefully they continue to do well.

2022-01-26I came in with a flat tire. The tire had 2 holes and it couldn’t be patched. I needed new tire and they didn’t have it. They directed me where to get it from, drove me there and back and put it on my car! They did it with a smile on their faces and kindness of their hearts!!! They were definitely understaffed n I saw the stress of the job, but they still did it with a smile. Their kindness, generosity and genuine grace has forever impressed upon me. You need real people, this is your spot. I’ll come back here for all my needs as long as they’re there.

2022-07-10What a great place, I arrived and Cody was at the front desk even as busy as he was he still took the time to acknowledge me and and let me know he would be right with me! And they were busy but still calm and polite my visit was for a tire repair they ended up finding another nail on another one of my tires and when ahead and fixed it with no hesitation at the end I was surprised when they told me the repairs where free of charge to top it off thank you so much Cody and team for having such great customer service I dont live in the area but if I did this would be the only place Id visit for tire service 😊

2022-02-07I want to thank CODY for his great customer service. I drove in riding on my spare on a busy Sunday morning, . I was thinking out aloud and I said I have to be at work by 12:00 noon. Cody took initiative, had my flat repaired and installed in under 30 minutes. I couldnt believe it. To top it off I wasnt charged a penny. Who does that? 2022-04-07Exceptional service. Above and beyond.My wife and I got a flat tire on the 60 Fwy. We safely pulled off the freeway and started calling insurance and tire shops. Insurance was gonna take an hour plus to help us. Big Brand was closing at 6pm, it 5:55pm and they picked up. Cody picked up and told us it would be no problem if we could come in. Only thing is our tire was shredded and me and my wife struggling to get the tire off the vehicle. Cody sent Miguel (an angel) to help us out. Miguel helped us get the tire and the temporary spare on so we could go the the tire shop and replace both the rear tires. If they haven’t picked up and we would have been stranded in area while hours out from home.God sends, all of them!

2022-02-16Wow. The treatment I got from Cody was exceptional. I came in for a flat and they where on it. Sad to say it was unrepairable so he had to order a new one but he stayed in touch every day to give me a update. Also not to forget the they did leave any finger prints on my rims most places leave smudges and grease all over. I will recommend.

2022-02-06Came in because my tire was leaking 5 PSI per 1.5 months. I also came in with the store closing in one hour. Cody had the mechanic check for the tire and make sure everything was good to go free of charge. Appreciate fitting me in, while everyone else told me to make an appointment.

2022-05-18I happened to purchase an oil change promotion from Big Brand and gifted it to my son. I wasnt familiar with this company but he liked the service that was given when he went for the oil change. So when his engine light came on he took it in to them. We werent given the best news and I was leery about them doing the repairs needed. Theres a lot of dishonest people out there. But JB helped ease my mind and took care of us by doing extra foot work to get the car back in the shortest amount of time possible. I really appreciated that, Thank you JB and everyone that helped get the job done!
