I brought my van in for tires and after they were all replaced, the low pressure light was still on. We called them and they said I would have to bring it back to get it fixed. We checked the tire pressure and it was fine, so we decided to ignore the light until the next oil change. So I just got it back from the oil change (that was $85) and the light is still on. I had told the front desk guy the whole story and he promised they would fix it this time. Now theyre just saying I have to bring it back again.
Shahir was amazing. His ability to juggle multiple phone calls and clients was so impressive. He never lost his cool and took care with each person. I’ll definitely be back and always appreciate great customer service.
I had an unfortunate experience where I brought my car in on a Sunday in the afternoon to be looked at. They said it’ll take about an hour. So I left to get lunch as I waited for a call. Unfortunately they never called. I even called multiple times to ask for an update and they would transfer to someone else, and that person never picked up. I couldn’t even leave a message. I never got an answer or a call, and then they closed. So I ended having to scramble and find a way to work the next day because I didn’t have a car.I was very disappointed in this. The guys are really nice, I think it’s a fault on the system.
ALL of the employees were extra nice/happy/helpful/ and clear about the job to be done!!! They turned a car problem into a very pleasant experience! Who does that? Also Shahir was above and beyond with his service. And he has really good hair!
Took a truck in and they gave the diagnosis on a leak and said theyd fix it over the weekend. Dropped it off Friday. Called Mon to check on the status and pick it up on an agreed time and they kept us on hold and passed around from person to person for like 40 mins until we realized they didnt even do anything to the truck. Found out they cant fix the leak and they didnt have the courtesy to call and tell us that so we could take it somewhere else sooner. For tire rotation or oil change, maybe theyre okay but overall bad experience. Nothing even offered to help make up their mistake. 👎🏼
Great place! They were extremely helpful when I had 2 flat tires at the same time. Fixed then both, got is back on the road AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE. Really great guys
Called at 10a and was given a 12:30p appt for same day. Showed up and over an hour later my car still sat in the parking lot. No thanks.
Called and made an appointment to have my tires looked. They were very friendly and respectful both over the phone and in person. Fixed my tires all while my little boys and I had pleanty of space in their waiting area while they got the job done. Very happy with the service and would reccomend to anyone that needs of their service.
I had two experiences in the past week, both of which we’re substandard. Last week, I made an appointment for 9:00 am and pre-selected tires for my sons car. We arrived early, expecting the service to take an hour or two. His car was not complete until nearly 3:00 pm. This week, I made an appointment for an oil change at 8:30 am. I arrived early again and checked in. At the two hour mark, my car had not moved from the parking lot. I asked how much longer and was told that my car was next. I then watched as they took two additional cars to be serviced, each with appointment times after mine. I also noted that all cars being serviced in the multiple bays had appointment times after mine. Seeing my obvious frustration, one employee went and got my car offering to complete the service himself. Props to him for trying to salvage a customer but it was too little too late. I finally left at nearly 11:45am with the basic oil change and tire rotation done. I had taken the morning off of work, and had planned several important errands that I could not do because I had to be back at work. On checkout, the service guy asked that I write a google or yelp review. I told him he would not like what I would write. I like big brand but they need to get it together. It was clearly oversight to be taking cars out of order of their appointment times. I was not the only in happy customer, the 9:00 am appointment for a simple oil change was also frustrated. Her car was finished about ten minutes before mine. The business should have offered something in return for this huge inconvenience, but they didn’t. Bad business model. Bad execution of business practice. Bad experience overall, two weeks in a row. Not likely to return. I Do not recommend them unless they get it together.
I brought my girlfriends car to get an oil change and they did a free tire rotation. A few days later I noticed one of the lunuts was loose and almost completely off the wheel. I torqued it down and found that more than a few were not tightened to torque spec. If I had not noticed I may have lost a wheel while driving. This is unacceptable and I will not be using their services again.

Found out I had a nail in my tire in the side wall of the tire, not fixable.I went to every tire store in town and either they were closed or it was too late my last shop was Big Brand Tire, they said no problem and they also carried the Brand of tire I needed in 30 minutes tire was fixed and I was back on the road. Thank you Big Brand I would recommend them to everyone great service 👍

As a long time customer. I Was excited that BB was able to order my tires and schedule me for appointment with great price the next day. Only issue was being disappointed that my appointment was accidentally not scheduled, Romero and team did everything they could to get my car out the door and make me feel like important customer.
This business is wonderful. We walked in with concerns about our tires for the ride home but we didn’t have an appointment. They squeezed us in checked our tires. All the tires were very low. Wont honor warranty for tires purchased thru them caused by alignment issues but saying my tires werent rotated when my front driver tire has wire showing on one side of tread only and other side is fine clearly an alignment problem
They went above and beyond to help not just me but several other customers I witnessed while I was there. There isn’t just one person that stood out as being a good employee, each person I interacted with was professional happy to be helping me with my situation and serious about their job. I would absolutely refer anybody to their business, and I am incredibly thankful to be driving with a couple of safe tires right now because of them. They close at 5 but I didn’t leave until 6:15 and they were running back and forth trying to get everything done….. they stayed and did it because they Recognize that myself and a couple of other people needed the help tonight and so they stepped up and went above and beyond. I am incredibly thankful.
My wife took her car in for an appointment at 9:30AM. I Called at 1:00PM to check on the car. I was on hold for 25 minutes to find out they were just starting to replace the tires and they would not have time to do the alignment. Sadly customer service has gone by the wayside.

We had a huge gash in our fifth wheel tire on a day we needed to travel about 200 miles. Big Brand was open on Sunday and squeezed us in within a few hours. The guys even helped direct us to get our rig backed in the small parking area.
We were out of town and needed service on our GMC. Received EXCELLENT service!!! We will always use them in Arroyo Grande! Thanks Big Brand for making our trip even more awesome!
The price was what I expected and they got me in and out really quickly and I had a lot of work done (wiper blades changed, tires rotated, front rotors restored, back rotors replaced, and an oil change in 2 1/2 hours on a busy Sat morning without an appointment). They also had a special on their credit card which was 6 months same as cash! I will definitely go back!
Called to make an appointment on 5/20/22 it was around 2pm for a tire rotation and said there were all booked but then they told me if I take my dodge Durango at 4 15 pm they can squeeze me in and I took my Durango and I was so pleased that they squeezed me in. I was in town for a weekend trip and my wife’s car had the tire pressure light pop on. We stopped by Big Brand Tire to see if it was just low or if it was a nail. They took us in right away, checked the tire which ended up having a nail and fixed it right away (guy even postponed his lunch to get us taken care of). Ended up taking about 10 mins and was completely free. 100% would recommend! Customer service at its best!
Big brand does it all for my family. I went in today got a service, Fernando was my service writer he did an exceptional job. Great interaction great service. Even though there was a very angry older lady that was mad that something was wrong with her vehicle (prior to the visit) he handled it with care and didnt let it get to him enough to show me respect right after being disrespected by her. With all that I am now a lifetime customer for oil changes and everything that they can do. Thank you big brand tire team and thank you Fernando for amazing service in the car industry.
They were very busy rushing around when I came in with a tire leaking air. I had no appointment so had to wait a long time but grateful they were able to squeeze me in and patch my tire at no cost. Very friendly, polite staff ... indoor and outdoor seating ... clean restroom.
Ok, service is good. Good atmosphere in the work place, The staff is professional and efficient with the customers. Plenty of room in the waiting area for customers. Chairs outside if you dont want to wait indoors. The beverages that were offered in the waiting area are a nice touch. Cold water, or your choice of sort drink, THE HOT COFFEE OR CHOCOLATE DRINK WAS MORE MY speed. Thank you very much. Its quite the over the top pneumatic vehicle wheels experience. These guys really helped me out with my travel trailer brake problem. On a Sunday afternoon, even though they were very busy. They took the time to help me out and I was able to continue my travels. I am in their debt, I hope to be able to buy some tires from them someday. Definitely a place I would like to support.
Polite, kind, and efficient! This company completed our work faster than expected and at an amazing price! The staff were focused on their work and customers all seemed at peace and happy. This despite a work board of around 60 jobs to complete that afternoon. This an excellent shop!

I must say I’m very impressed by the honesty and integrity of the folks at Big Brand Tire. It’s easy to give a great review when everything goes great, but sometimes things don’t always go according to plan. After a flat tire repair job had gone to wrong, leaving me with another flat tire and miles from home, the guys jumped in to action. They hired a tow truck to bring me back to the shop. Rather than trying to fix the flat tire again, they bought me two new front tires as a goodwill gesture and to make things right. I opted to replace the rear two tires so I had a complete matched set. Throughout the entire experience, the guys I dealt with, Shahir and Jackson were completely professional and apologetic about what happened. They went above and beyond to make things right. In the end, I walked away from the experience feeling totally satisfied with the way they handled the situation and that Big Brand Tire treated me right. Will I be back? Absolutely! Will I recommend them? You bet! They did me right, and in business that is a rare thing to find. These guys are honorable, trustworthy and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I always get work done on my car at this store in my neighboring town. They do great work. The employees are very helpful and professional. They are very efficient at their jobs and being responsible about their pricing. They also offer a wide range of services. They get busy, but try to get you out as fast as they can to not waste time.

Had my truck worked by themPlugs and line replacedlater the yellow light comes on again They cant fix it. Cost $ 500.00. Because they couldnt fix the problem. Had no machines to work on my the yellow light. They said. And sent me some were else. Later I found out that they placed the wrong plugs and lines. With what I spent total because it couldnt be. Fixed$1800.00 or more when it was finally fixed. The last machanic charged $250.00 to replace. Plugs ,lines this is with the total. he fixed it runs good and no yellow light. Thanks to the 3rd mechanic.What happened guys ?

I give this place a high rating for customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable. There was a small wait for my car because they were so busy but I believe it is because they’re so good at what they do. I got two new tires and an alignment for under $300 tires are guaranteed 45,000 miles. Shahir helped to order my tires, it took half a day, and Fernando finalized the bill. All around great service/experience. I highly recommend!
Once I started.coming to Big Brand a few years ago I have not used another tire store since. Always great service and a great knowledgeable staff. Prices are reasonable and they will not try to sell a service you don’t need. They repaired my punctured tire at no cost today and did not try to sell me new tires when I asked if they would have recommended that.

I took my truck into big brand tires and service on Thursday June 3rd. And explained my break lights didnt work however, the staff were very arrogant and made me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about. It took them over 24 hours to find the diagnostic which is insane. After they found the diagnostic they rewired some things and still didnt fix the issue. I was charged 142 dollars for something they didnt fix.In addition while they rewired the car they messed up the (headlights, high beams, parking lights and others) none of those work after I got it back from them.I will most definitely never return to ANY big brand tires store.

We have been using Big Brand tires in Arroyo Grande for several years. The staff are what keeps us coming back. The current store manager and the previous manager have been unfailingly courteous and have done all they can to make our experience with Big Brand pleasant and beneficial. In the instances I have had problems with a job, they have worked with me to find a satisfying outcome. The store is extremely busy and the wait times can be long for service, but that can be added to the plus column since a lot of people in the region trust Big Brand and want work done by them. I have had glitches in the service we have received. One time I asked about checking the torque on the hub nut on my 4wd vehicle. When the service was completed I was informed by the front desk and the technician that they could not access the hub nut since I had automatic hubs when, in fact, I have manual hubs and the hub nut was in plain view if the tire had been removed. Not sure what happened there, but the company compensated us with a gift card. Twice after buying tires I had to go back and have them rebalanced since I was getting heavy vibration while driving. Finally, some of the service charges seem high, like oil changes. On balance, I feel more confident bringing my cars to one place for routine service and tires than using multiple businesses. I am confident that I am getting good service at Big Brand and I will continue using them.

Absolute first-class service. The manager, Jackson, went out of his way to resolve the issue. We had a flat tire on our way to Los Angeles. He had it fixed, and then we found out there was another leak at the shoulder of the tire which couldn’t be fixed. He called a tire shop in saint Luis Obispo and made an appointment for us to get the tire replaced. We greatly appreciated his thoughtfulness and professionalism. They were absolutely wonderful.

Big Brand Tire was clearly swamped when I stopped in with a flat tire I needed repaired and then put back on the car in place of the spare. They were very friendly and accommodating. The work was done at no charge with professionalism and competence. I strongly recommend Big Brand and won’t hesitate to use them for all of my future tire needs.

Got awesome price on their website for my four new tires, installation, alignment, and oil change. The day of my appointment it was very busy. NEVER Again!!! I asked for repair estimate for a leaking pinon seal from the drive shaft into the differential / rear axel. After receiving the estimate, I scheduled an appointment two days out. I then took my truck in as scheduled.Later that afternoon I went in to pick my truck and to my utter disappointment, it had not been repaired.The counter person said that the rear axle was not leaking but the front seal was leaking and I replied yes, I believe that was what the estimate was for, thats why I brought it in.The bewilder person behind the counter said there must have been a misunderstanding and apologized and said they dont have the tools for that type of repair.What a absolute waste of valuable time and needed repair very unprofessional I cannot in all good conscience recommend Big Brand Tires, and will not frequent Big Brand Tire again for any type of business.

I got in my car after getting ice for a road trip and noticed a flat tire warning. Pulled into Big Brand on a Saturday at 4:30pm; although they were visibly extremely busy, they assured me they could take care of me. Indeed they did and we are on our way. So thankful.
My husband and I stopped here at Big Brand Tire & Service to get what we thought the tires aired up because our tire signal light came on. However, we noticed there was a screw in the back driver side tire which made the side wall have a bubble. Dale took it upon himself to exchange out our tire for a new and get us back on the road home to Bakersfield even though the employees were out to lunch. Dale was able to get us in and out so quickly! His customer service is unbelievable and greatly appreciated!
I was told at the dealership that they couldn’t fix my tire! My daughter told me about Big Brand tires in Arroyo Grande and how they fixed her “unfixable” tire! Sure enough, Big Brand saved the day! Mixed feelings here; not yet do I have any reason to believe that the work is anything short of the highest quality, and the workers of the utmost integrity. My visit today, however, did raise some questions. I very much understand that these guys have a hell of a lot of work to and that a customer watching, asking, demanding, or in any distracting is severely unhelpful. I only I wish, and do not think it unreasonable, that the times given and word they say are mint and practical. After specifically and respectfully informing and asking for a vague estimate to determine whether or not to go run an errand and return, after this time was me returning once already, 30 minutes (spoken confidentially) turned into over an hour, and thus made my decision to stay and wait; a costly one.As I said though at the beginning; great work!
Just made my third visit to Big Brands Arroyo Grande location in the last year or so. This time it was for a wheel alignment. I was able to make an appointment yesterday to get my car in this morning. Every person I interacted with, from the phone call to Fernando at the front desk, was polite, professional, and quick to get things moving and get my car on its way. I mentioned that I didnt need the car right away, since I had errands to run during the day, but they still got to work on it quickly and had it ready for pickup before noon.Another thing worth noting is that they are taking COVID-19 precautions very seriously. All of the technicians were wearing masks, the line to wait for an attendant is marked every 6ft and there are multiple hand sanitizers. I also saw one technician arriving in to work in the morning and saw his supervisor/co-worker check his temperature prior to him starting his shift. It was pleasing to see that they are following all of the necessary guidelines to keep their customers and employees safe and healthy.All in all, this is another example of the 5-star service that I have come to expect from this branch of Big Brand - Arroyo Grande.
Love everything about this place. Fernando and Jackson really give a big chain store the small town garage feel both with phenomenal customer service and legitimate care when it comes to your rig. I have a manual transmission, guy said he know how to drive it. By the time he pulled into the bay the smoke from the clutch was poring out. The cab smelled like burnt clutch for the 3 hour drive I had to take that night. Other than that service wasnt bad. Just dont trust them if you have a stick.
Big Brand in Arroyo Grande is fantastic. My appointment time was at 1 pm for a wheel alignment check and possible wheel alignment. I was all check in by 1 pm and my Jeep was ready to go at 1:20 pm. They are friendly, fast and very knowledgeable!! I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs!!

This is a very busy auto shop for a lot of good reasons. They get the job done right and their customer service is excellent. Plus, I made an appointment online and saved myself 10 dollars! So, in addition to having a super pleasant customer experience, I got an oil change, my cars fluids checked, tires rotated and checked, and the techs put down paper mats to ensure that the shop oil stayed out of my car, all for (drum roll please), 40 dollars and 21 cents. Color me happy and a very satisfied customer!
I was visiting from out of town (4 hrs away) and got a flat tire after 4pm on a Saturday, freaking out thinking I was gonna have to stay another day cuz most tire shops arent open on Sundays but Big Brand Tires was! Thank you guys for patching my tire so quickly so that my kids and I could get back home.
I knew what I was going in for and what work I needed completed so Big Brand made it easy for me as well as straight forward which I really appreciate. During the check in process he called to make sure parts were available, gave me a quote right on the spot and I approved the quote and work. Gave me a true alignment specs for before and after alignment being set, updated me on my remaining brake pad life had a quick conversation and off I went.
They are always friendly and helpful. They don’t try to sell you things and services that you don’t need.
Today’s oil change appointment was quicker than my previous two here at Big Brand. Everyone, from the front desk check in to the young man who brought me my car, was professional and helpful. I want to especially compliment the young man who worked on my car. He was quick and very polite! 😊
All the staff and service manager really helpful and made sure my car was fixed correctly! I love going there because I feel I can trust the mechanics.
Jackson is great especially with customer service which is hard to find nowadays. He explains everything I need to know perfectly. I get my oil changed here regularly. Sometimes I’m in and out and sometimes it takes a little longer when they are busy, but either way the service is awesome!

LOVE THESE FOLKS! As a female I have found it difficult finding a place to get my car worked on where they wont screw me over, assuming I dont know squat about cars. Ill be the first to admit Im not well versed on cars, but I do know some stuff. The fellows in this shop have NEVER tacked on additional unneeded services, nor have they tried to charge more for what theyve done. I have never felt as though they take advantage. They are quick to get you in and out, appointments available constantly but they also welcome walk-ins. The staff is extremely helpful as well as friendly. I took my old car there before it died and take my new one there now. I happily refer all friends and family there.
These guys really are great.. not over priced and when I took my truck for an alignment, they were honest and told me that it didnt need it and did not charge me! Thats service folks. Always appreciated.

Big Brand tires took great care of us! We needed our front brakes replaced, oil changed, rear diff, & transmission fluid done. Excellent service! Fixed all my problems that another place caused on a lift kit they did for me. Always have time for my husband robert and myself. Everyone there is always pleasant. Wanted a simple front end alignment after a complete front end rebuild. Before alignment steering wheel was straight and rode straight. After alignment steering wheel is 3 to 4 inches crooked and truck pulls to the left now. Visually the front right wheel looks crooked (like a lowered car wheel) . A note on invoice stating needs a toe adjustment to straighten wheel. Wheel was already straight, all I wanted was a simple toe adjustment to begin with. What service did I pay for? Shouldnt a front end alignment include the steering wheel be straight? Highly dissatisfied with service, and at $99 for 2wd definitely feel ripped off. I really regret going there, completely ruined my weekend, still upset...
Swapped out a complete set of four rims and four tires for me today and balanced them. Did the job super fast and didn’t charge me a dime for any of it. Greg was very polite and professional. I will definitely be coming back!
Really great, helpful, & friendly staff, good prices. Honest. Ive been going there for years. This last time, I had my alignment checked. I totally thought there was an issue. The tech reported no issue so I didnt get charged anything. Nice!
My wife made the appointment on this one not me.This was on a Saturday so I almost blame ourselves. Dropped off 30 mins early for a new tire install.Then we had to beg for our keys 2 and half hours later when we canceled the alignment.An Older lady was shaking her head and complaining since she was there that long also.They did however turned people away at one point. I commend them for that. At least we shared in our misery with others. I would like there customer service rep to make an appointment and send me that review.

I needed help with a vehicle and there is something about the knowledge and competence that Big Brand Tire Mechanics bring to the table that I trust. It was a pleasant surprise that their service team surpassed the amazing job their mechanics performed. Cole and Jackson were amazing to work with and exemplified customer service. Aside from Mike in the Santa Maria shop I have never had service and attention these two provided and definitely not the competence they provided as a team. I woke up to a completely flat tire. I had AAA fill it and made an appointment with Big Brand while waiting for AAA. Dropped it off and picked up my car about an hour later, no cost to me!Friendly and efficient!

Purchased my tires from Big Brand tires and recently noticed my one tire kept losing air, so I took it in to be looked at and there was a nail in it. They fixed it at no charge to me! How awesome is that!

Got my oil changed and tires rotated, had to make an appointment but the service only took about an hour. Half the price of the other place I called nearby. Friendly service and I felt I was taken care of. It was a bit hard to park my big truck in their parking lot but thats everywhere around here.

Weve taken a few of our cars here for tire repair (free!), alignments, and wheel balancing. The employees are very courteous and professional, and the prices seem somewhat reasonable. Im never too trusting of car repair shops, and Ill stick around until I feel like Im being ripped off. So far so good! Other pluses are they have a decent waiting area with Wi-Fi and complimentary water and coffee. Ive been able to work on my laptop while I was waiting for my car.
Fernando attended to us and he could not be any more professional and easy to work with. He checked me in with a genuine smile, then checked out with recommendations without being pushy or annoying. I truly appreciated him and the rest of the crew. Well beyond the other companies around there.

They have been my only tire store since I moved to five cities six years ago. They are friendly helpful, and always ready to fix those Flats. I have used them for many services, and never been disappointed.
They were so busy, but being an hour and a half behind to fix a flat with an appointment isnt great service. I understand businesses need to make money, but dont tell me you wont service my car because I refused tires I dont need. The employee that closed shop was really friendly though!
These guys arent just tires...but they do have great prices on those! Theyll do wipers, pesky fuses, quotes for future work, the Customer Service guys and gals are amazing and the Techs are great about letting you know if something is amiss!Worth the trip!

I have a leased vehicle for my business but the dealership is in Paso...Big Brand in Arroyo Grande has saved me from running up to Paso for several odd issues with my vehicle...and the price is great every time. I get my regular oil changes and tire rotations done there as well. They have saved the day for me when I have had limited time to get my vehicle looked at but had some odd issues happening. The service is always great and the people are super friendly. I highly recommend Big Brand!
Their service is well-organized, efficient, and courteous from the phone call to the waiting room (which has Wi-Fi and a desktop computer available). They have a price-match guarantee for their service. Unfortunately, and this might just be during peak hours, I wasnt able to spend time asking the mechanics other questions I had about my vehicle. They are very good at doing what you asked and scheduled for, but are sometimes so jampacked with their scheduling that they dont have time to talk/consult with you.

We are new to the area and needed new tires. We made an appointment with another tire company and they tried to cheat us. It was raining and we had bald unsafe tires so we had to have tires. We went next door to Jackson at Big Brand tire in Arroyo Grande Ca. and he took excellent care of us. He went above and beyond. Im disabled and had only a small amount of money. My wife and I were on vacation in Pismo Beach CA. The weather was rain and more rain. I noticed that the tires were not going to fair well so I called Big Brand Tire to see if they had a couple of tires our size in stock. The woman that answered was very pleasant and helpful she said that they had a busy schedule but if we could get there soon they would have tires on in an hour. We arrived now to be helped by Jackson. (what a friendly and full of information young man) While we were doing the paperwork he told us of a few fun things to do. Our tires were on and the car ready just inside of an hour. By the way (Jackson) we visited Figueroas had lunch and the cinnamon roll store. Thank you wish this shop was here in WA.

Great for an oil change. Jackson, the manager, is kind and did a great job juggling phones and lots of customers in line. They never tried to upsell me and everyone was super professional.
Leaves people car & house keys on wall. Customers can read your address and take your keys. Very unsafe. Left me alone 5 mins in room with 6 Customers keys in bags, I could read the info and if wanted could of removed keys or house key . w/o being noticed. Also I left my car locked, after he went out he l see ft it unlocked. Leaving my car open. I will not be back. Very unsafe these days.

The guys here are very good people , i had got a flat due to a nail and i had no funds at the time, the gentleman looked at me and said dont worry its on us its free and he patched up both of my tires so I recommend this place right here I will be coming and buying my new set of tires right here in this place they offer great packages and they will help you get you the best price thats guaranteed
After dealership insisted on new brakes and rotors (I even specifically asked that the rotors be resurfaced), Big Brand said that my rotors were fine. They saved me around 700$ from what the dealership in SLO said.

I purchased 4 tires from Big Brand Tires in June of 2016. Recently I got a slow leak in one of the tires. I took it to Big Brand and about one hour later my tire was repaired free of charge under the warranty. Thanks Big Brand Tires and the associate Ray for a job well done.

Sandy was very nice but I felt that this was all about making money not and not just fixing my tire issue. My 2016 Honda Pilot AWD only need 1 tire, instead she stressed that all 4 had to be changed per HONDA. When I called HONDA, they strongly disagreed with Sandy. Needless to say I will NEVER go there again. I was appalled at that deceit.
I only go here, they are awesome, quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you Big Brand Tire and Service for always being dependable.

2022-06-21Stay away from Big Brand Tires in AG. They do a bad job and take an astronomical amount of time to do it. We went to big brand for an oil change, where it took well over two hours, with an appointment. On the way home, after leaving Big Brand, all the problems started. The car dinged that it had no washer fluid. Isn’t that a standard point of care? When I got home, I noticed that the tech had spilled def fluid in and around the gas flap and the tech did a careless job of cleaning it up. There are drip marks all the way down the side of the car. I wasn’t happy that I had spent $125 on a bad job but wasn’t too upset until the next day.On the way home from work multiple lights started going off on the dashboard. The tire pressure said it is low on a tire AND another light said that there was too much oil! I immediately drove over to big brand after work and they told me they were too busy to fix their mistake and to just bring it back the next day. My girlfriend was able to get off of work in the morning to take it back for a 1030 appointment. This appointment is for them to fix their mistakes, yet the car doesn’t even make it back to the garage for over an hour! She ended up waiting two full hours for them to drain out a little oil, check the fluids and tire pressure! I am soo disappointed with big brand tire. They were good until the expansion. This has been the worst customer service experience and service altogether. They don’t know what they are doing and are unable to manage their time. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

2022-02-21I brought my car in for a tire rotation and I am not very well versed in the way of the auto mechanics world. The front line person, Tyler, really helped me to understand what was going on and reassured me that my vehicle would be taken care of. He was one of the nicest and most professional front line customer services employees I have ever dealt with. I was surprised because he said that he was relatively new!Despite him being really busy, he found a way to make me feel like I was being taken care of. I’ll be bringing my car back to this location for any future service that I need simply because of Tyler and his great attitude and professionalism. A note to Big Brand: You should hire more people like Tyler!My tires were done and I was back on the road in no time, so a big thank you to the mechanics as well!

2022-05-15AWESOME!On a Saturday evening I discovered that I had a flat tire. I went in on Sunday morning without an appointment and they immediately took care of me. Less than two hours later I got a call saying the tire was fixed. I picked it up and they said No charge. Unbelievable! :-) :-) :-)If I ever need to get tires for my care, I know where I am going.Thanks, guys, for the great customer service. This is something sorely missed in todays world. I will be sure to tell my family and friends.

2022-07-15I always feel really well taken care of here. They let me know if something isn’t urgent and can be put off for a while or if I need to prioritize something. They have always gone out of their way to explain things to me if I don’t understand. I wish I knew all of their names so I could give them each the credit they deserve for being so friendly and helpful every time I’ve gone in. I’ve come here for years and now my daughter goes here to have her car taken care of as well.

2022-05-05I’m thankful for your service. My 2 rear tires were in danger, it going to be pops up at anytime. The problem was because I’m from out of town, I don’t feel safe to drive my car anymore. I’m luckily brought my car to their shop by 5:30 pm. they’re no more accept service, and the shop ready to close at 6pm. But they are so kind and help me first. Now I’m home safe and thank you again for your service.

2022-03-30I left my purse in there waiting room and drove off. An hour later and 70 miles away I realized what I had done. They were closed, My daughter lived close and drove to them and some one was closing up. My purse and a large sum of cash were safe and sound. THANK YOU for being honest. Our ties are great also. 🤩
