We needed a home inspection right away, and after calling a couple of companies and getting recordings, Sean from San Diego Home Inspections was the only one who actually answered his phone, so we set up an appointment. We are so glad and fortunate that we found Sean. He was there on time, was extremely professional and thorough and was sweet enough to answer every question we had. By the time he finished we felt very comfortable in knowing the good and bad about the home we want to buy. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.

My husband and I are in the process of buying our fist home. As first time home buyers we have a lot of questions and concerns not to mention the stress of such a huge purchase. We requested Sean services for a Home inspection on 11/17/13. He was very kind to be able to schedule an inspection at a very short notice and on a Sunday morning. We would recommend Sean to anyone that needs a Home Inspection. He was there on time, answered all of our questions, and provided great advice. Sean inspected my apartment today and he happily fit me in on a Friday with short notice. He was prompt, thorough, honest, and empathetic to my situation. Due to my landlords dishonesty and unwillingness to help, I was left with a lot of questions and uneasiness. Sean answered all of my questions and helped me find solutions that would eradicate my problem, which was the discovery of moisture within areas of my apartment where there should not be. Sean has been in business for over ten years and I can certainly understand why. I highly recommend him and his services to any renter, homeowner, and landlord.

Being in the Navy, my family and I decided to buy a home in San Diego and needed an inspector that would treat us right. Had a great experience with Sean. My realtor had recommended his own inspector, but I had some reservations when I hadnt heard back regarding a couple of questions I had so, I decided to go with my own inspector. I researched the web, and came across Seans website. I was impressed by his website and even more impressed when we first spoke. He conveyed a lot of knowledge and credibility and was obviously someone who wasnt afraid of hard work. I also liked the fact that he had a sample report on his website, so I knew what to expect. He showed up to the jobsite early, stayed for 3.5 hours and walked us through all the details of his inspection, pointed out what he felt was most important, as well as things that were small. He got the pictures from his report to us later that evening, and then had the full report ready the next morning, well within his 24 hour commitment. Sean is the most professional, thorough person I have met. He saved us thousands of dollars on our rental lease. I was in a jam, the landlord was being dishonest, I felt the place was unsafe and had safety hazards, and wanted out of my lease.Sean confirmed my suspicions, and within 24 hours I had a release, and a full deposit returned to me by a landlord who wouldnt even return my phone calls and was playing games in order to milk money out of me. Last year our family hired Sean Blasius to conduct a home inspection for a duplex. He was very prompt, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable with his investigation. We had speculated that the property owner was in violation of codes pertaining to the conjoining wall separating our unit and our neighbors as well as the shared attic between the units because we could hear all conversations, noises, and even bathroom business next door. Turns out that Sean found there to be no insulation, fire hazards and much more which was making our living environment dangerous. With his report we got out of our lease, clean, without any penalty and a full refund on our deposit from a possible shady landlord. Sean was so helpful. He went above and beyond the requirements of his job to fully help us with our rental situation. I would highly recommend Sean Blasius! Give him a call if you need a home inspection!
