Phone contact only at this point. Adrianna is both personable and informative. Very understanding when a date change needed to happen and they have fantastic pricing. Looking forward to working with them next week. Numerous problems on our end in getting this move completed. As I said before, Adrianna was never rattled or short with me over the massive changes that took place over 6 weeks. She was amazing!!! Doug worked with us over the phone, just prior to the move and he was fantastic in adjusting for our needs and we walked away with an amazing deal. The move itself was flawless. Charles, Jordan and Leo arrived early for set up, and began to work in what was still total chaos on our end. They managed to pack, load, drop a refrigerator at one location, drive to the destination, unload, help unpack and remove boxes and were truly the BEST MOVERS I have ever dealt with. I’ve utilized 5 of the major companies, both cross country and local, BEST MOVERS were by far the superior. Everyone affiliated with the company just rolled with the chaos, got the job done and we’re so kind, polite and professional!!! Not one thing was damaged or broken! Should I or anyone I know, ever have the need, I will recommend BEST MOVERS and specifically, CHARLES, JORDAN and LEO!!! They are worth their weight in gold!!!
What an incredible moving experience! Best Moving really has their act together. When I booked my two fold move with Doug in the office, he was so pleasant and courteous. He also managed to help me get my difficult move planned quickly. When Scott G, Stephen and Allen arrived at my storage unit to load my PODS, they went to work quickly. They worked as a powerhouse team - managing to get all of my many bins, boxes and furniture pieces into the two PODS quickly. They wrapped my furniture pieces excellently too! They were awesome! Friendly and personable also. So much so that I reserved their services on the second part of my move next week. I recommend this moving service highly!
I used this service in November 2020 to move my entire home. They sent me 4 men who were professional and did not damage any of my furniture or other items (unlike services I have used in the past). Very professional and the most affordable service I have ever used (and I have moved many times).
We again used Best Moving - this was our second time. Again, they were absolute awesome. Very careful with our belongings, excellent with wrapping our furniture and great packers for our PODS. Scott G and Allen are the dynamic duo - I highly recommend this company - you wont be disappointed!
I hired this company to help me with a move from OC to the Desert and this is what happen. One of the movers took the Refrigerator handles off and put the screws in a tape ball and they got thrown away, lucky my friend dug through the trash to find them. The movers did not pack the truck correctly nor did they wrap my items correctly and in transit many of the items got damaged and because they did not pack correctly at the end the truck was over packed and the moving guys just started stacking things on top of other items and because they did not wrap the items correctly many items got damaged during transit. The 3 movers did not pack the truck right so they ran out of space, so I had to drive back the next day from the Desert back to the OC. The movers took 1 hr 90 lunch break and they over charged me on the drive time as well. I explain to the owner you can just google the drive time and it tells you exactly the drive time, but the owner did not agree with me. Google tells you how much drive time is needed, very simple. This moving company caused damage on my Brand New Dryer, Night Stand, Hutch, Desk, ripped the King Bed Box spring fabric, broke a shoe rack. All that I can say out of the 8 moving companies that I have hired over the last 7 years is, this was by far my worst experience.
I used this company to move me into my new home recently. Let me just say, the move was difficult and full of unexpected problems. Gavin and Jessie were able to assist me with all the crazy issues and went above and beyond what a mover usually does! The guys were professional, nice, fast and very efficient. Thanks guys!
These guys were the worst moving company I ever used. They broke my very expensive dresser, ripped my expensive mattress box spring and stole my Hermes Apple Watch. When they started I had them inspect all my new furniture because I didnt want it damaged and he told me it was all covered by insurance. Well that was a lie... turned out, they only give you $60 dollarsI WARN anyone using Best Movers or any of their other names to avoid this very dishonest and negligent company. Do not recommend nor will I ever use them or any of my church members or family. I was really shocked by their lack of integrity, dishonesty and incompetence.

I have to say, how impressed I was with this moving service. Best were simply the best.....They were so kind to me, Jimmy, Nick, and Jr were very professional and took care of my belongings. (I hope I got the names right, I am bad with names)😀The move was quick and efficent.I was so pleased with everyone. The office staff and the actual movers were so kind. I was on a strict budget and they made it happen for me. They held on to my refrigerator for me until, (in storage), I was able to bring it to my new home.I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I know with all that is going on(Covid-19), they were on point, wore their mask and were protective of me and my items.I went with them after reading multiple reviews and speaking with many people and moving services over the phone.I dont write a review unless, I am totally and completely satisfied and I am.Thanks, for my making my move an enjoyable experience and I wish you well. Bob and Ivan are truly worth their weight in gold. I was quoted two guys for four hours to move my 2bd apt and was nervous about the timeframe. They were punctual and arrived right on time and sorted out parking right away. We made a quick stop at a friends place for a treadmill and wound up taking five hours instead of four, but they did not once slow down or drag their feet.Everything fragile and everything involving furniture was quickly and carefully wrapped and handled and they made sure to ask where each piece of furniture went at our new place. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
Doug at Best Moving helped make our move stress free and smooth. We did an interstate move, and the same crew and truck picked up and unloaded our stuff in a professional manner. I would highly reccomend this company for a move.Most importantly, they delivered our items the next day. Other companies would only give us an approximate window of delivery
Broke my Wardrobe and instead of apologizing did not mention the insurance filing. Worst service. All what they care about is their 25% OR 40% TIP. Find others movers. They do not handle boxes with care if though it is written on them Fragile.
Greg and blake were awesome. From the time they arrived, to the time they left, they were always in good spirit despite moving in 110 degree. They moved me from fontana to Anaheim . They broke down my beds, carefully wrapped my wifes antique chest. All in all i was very satisfied with my move and id definitely use Best Moving Service.

We moved from Ladera Ranch to Trabuco Canyon. The crew was on time, respectful, cheerful and hard working. They went out of their way to please us. 2022-05-25We have used Best Movers twice! Both times Charles handled his crew and our items with care and speed. They took apart the bed frame and re-assembled at the new location. All the furniture was wrapped and unwrapped at the new location. We would recommend them highly.

2022-04-24Horrible company. Horrible company. The lack of respect for ones property blows my mind. They were made aware ahead time and the day of that we had antiques, fragile items, etc, etc.See photos below. One shows that these incompetent neanderthals put a heavy portable AC unit on top of a fragile blue Rubbermaid storage bin. The AC unit, roughly 80lbs, crushed the blue storage bin. Everything inside broken. Ruined beyond repair.In another photo. If you look close enough. In the middle there is another box were fragile is clearly written on said box. Its crushed between furniture and other boxes. Nothing secured. Our furniture just thrown in there. The box with fragile written on it, smashed. Contents ruined.The other photo shows how they just threw furniture on top of furniture. Not securing it. Not wrapping all of it. Not respecting any of the items we owned. They treated our personal belongings like garbage.I hope this company goes out of business. I hate saying that cause Im not a spiteful person...but we lost thousands of dollars. A majority of the items broken are one of a kind collectables. Original pieces. There is no replacing them.This company deserves a good dose of karma and I hope they get it sooner rather than later.Also, if you dont pay attention to the bottom line they will try some sketchy accounting techniques to rip you off.So not only will they ruin your stuff but they will also rip you off money wise with a big ol smile on their face. A complete scam of a company.

2022-04-05Victor and Charles were the very capable men who helped me move. They were cheerful, professional and very efficient. All my items were wrapped and padded, and arrived at my new location in perfect condition. No items were scratched or broken during this move, and I would definitely use them again!

2022-06-22We used best moving twice. Once when we moved from an apartment to our first house, and again after accumulating 9 years with of stuff to move into our new house. Both times the movers were amazing! They were detailed and treated all of our belongings like they were their own (not like your friend that helps you for beer and pizza and throws your stuff cuz theyre tired). In all honesty, hiring best moving savedy marriage, lol, for real... Have you ever tried to move a couch with your spouse? Best Moving was worth every penny and then some!

2022-07-12The worst movers. One of their guys broke my bed frame, he was too lazy to unhook the screws and he tried to deny it so did the owner. They both have filthy mouth and I made a stop payment on the c/c their guy said if you report it I won’t get paid.I was expecting we are sorry that would have solved the problem but they used f… every time they opened their mouth.Now I need a new bed and can’t afford it.Don’t hire them they are bad people.

2021-05-11Great team... very friendly. On time and made the best use of their time with us. They helped us pack what we still had not packed and they had a friendly positive attitude along the way. They were very honest about the time-frame that it would take them to move us from the beginning. We went over our initial booked time, however they kept us in the loop every step of the way and offered alternatives to shaving off time if needed (less wrapping etc). We chose not to wrap everything and we had a few minor scratches and dings based on our decision...so if you want everything perfect, let them wrap up everything. 😊All in all we were happy with them.

2022-02-01Unfortunately we had to cancel our request for movers temporarily due to unforeseen circumstances. Best Moving Service was so understanding and tried to find other options for us. We will definitely be using them once we are ready to move!

2021-07-28Best Moving & Storage was AMAZING to work with! We signed our lease on a Thursday and I mustve called 15 moving companies before I found Best to move us two days later. Not only were they available in such short notice, but they made the process so simple!! We had a bad experience with a moving company in the past that just didnt show up, so we were concern that it would happen again. After I voiced my concern, James made me feel confident that they will be there the next morning.When they arrived, in what seemed like the biggest truck imaginable, we were so HAPPY! Not only were they 10 mins early, but they had our entire house packed up in 25 mins!They followed up to our new place and were so patient to get our keys. Once the doors opened, they had all our things inside within 20 mins. FASTEST MOVE EVER! They guys were great, professional, made me feel comfortable with handling our things with care. We can not wait to use them again in the future and tell everybody we know about this company!!Thank you again Best Movers! You saved us!
