Honestly, normally I am not a huge fan of Best Buy but about a month ago I baought my wife a phone case. Well, it cracked on the seam of the case-it looked defective. The 1st case she had of the same one lasted almost 2.5 years. Anyways, I explained the situation and the clerk said that there was a 15 day return policy but she will see what she can do. With the help of her manager they exchanged my case. Thank you!
Went in for a GoPro. Knew what I wanted, they had it in stock. Waited 10 minutes to be asked to be put into a queue to be helped (dont know why they couldnt just help me then). Then another 15 minutes to get a text saying I will be seen shortly. I left, went to Walmart. Got what I wanted within 5 minutes of entering the store.
Avoid all Best Buy stores. I purchased a cable modem that stopped working right at 16 day after purchase. They do not accept returns or exchanges on any of their products after 15 days of purchase. I lost over $100 due to their stupid policy. For me NO more best buy. Use Amazon instead.
It was laughably the funniest thing. I bet my husband how long it would be before someone asked if we needed help I won with 8 minutes. I know that they have to act like they know everthing. But we asked the lady if she knew anything about the product we were interested in and she said she knew everything. Needles to say by my second question she said let me get our senior sales man, which I replied guess you dont know everthing. The senior sales man was phenomenal. I the end I got what I needed. Thats what counts.
Came Here To Find An Adapter For My Wi-Fi box because it was taking me over 3 days just to upload a video on YouTube😢 Found what I needed at a reasonable price and got another handy item for maintaining my laptop. Customer Service was GREAT and the clerks there were more than willing 2 assist you and help you find just what your LOOKING 4 👍👏👌😁
Placed an online order to be picked up in the store. Entire system went down so item couldnt be picked up. No way to find my item. But I could buy it in the store again and cancel the online order. Many unhappy people there to pick up orders that had to come back or buy it again and cancel the original order.
Very accessible location and awesome greeting as soon as you walk through the door! The wait time is a bit on busy days but in patience they will timely and patiently await your needs as a customer. They have a variety of accessories and electronics. I recommend if you need to browse and dont mind the wait. Or if you have questions on what type of electronics you need to fix your setup! Have fun and get out while experiencing the shopping experience of riverpark!
We bought a washer & dryer this past November and couldnt be happier with the set we decided on! Shout out to Joe Enriquez who was our sales consultant. Joe was super friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with our purchase. Joe was very thorough and explained all the different functions and features of our washer & dryer. He also made sure we got the best deal possible by trying different transactions since we were going through Progressive Leasing and were limited to what we could purchase. We ended up with a washer & dryer set and took advantage of their BOGO pedestals! Couldnt be happier with our experience.
Want to frustrated beyond belief then purchase something from best buy! Have a problem with it sit on hold with someone overseas who just transfers you to multiple departments. Then finally hanging up on you with no way to reach the store where you purchased the item. Great customer service best buy!!!
Had to find my own computer. No reps asked if I need any help. While I was on the sales floor looking around. I had to go and stand by the checkout counter. Then the rep stated next checkout purchase. I told him I would buy something if I can get some help on the sales floor
Decent prices and good customer services installer. Answer all my questions. There are a few things that I didn’t like. Such as I purchased the remote start system and security alarm separately, which both system come with two tilt sensors but the installer didn’t want to install it since he mention it can be a faulty alarm trigger. Another thing, I noticed is that most of the splice wiring, the copper were twisted together and tape with electrical tape, which was not professional and make the wiring works look poorly done. Called the installer and was told additional cost to make the wiring look better and use connectors, which make no sense. (Professional install should never be like this). Will updates on how the alarm work as time goes by. Let see if Best Buy live up to their promise of Lifetime warranty on work done and replacement defective parts free of charge.
Best Buy is a pretty cool place for electronics. I was just interested recently and bought a chromebook. The sales person was super helpful in stealing me in the right direction. I ended up not liking the chromebook after I got it home and messed around on it for a few days so I returned it with out any problem.
I dont particularly care for best buy to begin with but I went in looking for a tablet I could write on for school that was cheaper. I found one I wanted that was cheap enough and I wanted to buy it. I walked around forever and finally found the desk where a guy was helping snother customer. I waited in line and after 20 minutes he finished the transaction which was totally fine because he was throughouly helping a guest and it was nice to see. I informed the gentlemen I was looking at said device and wanted to purchase it. He asked for my name and if I was on the list, which I thought was weird and I stated my name. He said ok itll be a 20 minute wait period. Hold up, Im literally asking someone to take a product to the register and you want me to wait 20 minutes so I can purchase your product. I didnt have questions or need help, I legit just wanted to buy it. I informed the guy that I was ok and that I didnt want to wait and left. Went home and paid an extra $30 to buy it from Amazon and have it shipped to me. This experience reminds me why I never go to best buy to purchase items ever. I understand being busy and wanting to help everyone but you have 30 associates and not one can get the item for me and take it to the register.
Order something online with no trouble. Was able to walk in get in line, the lines went quickly, was able to get to a cashier quickly, very friendly staff, got my items, payed and was able to be on my way in less than 20 min, very efficient facility and team , would recommend this place for your online electronic needs.
I’m a long time customer of Best Buy but have lately seen the customer service become non existent. I was doing some shopping at Riverpark today and decided to go to Best Buy. I walked in at 4:20pm and passed a greeter at the front desk who did not even acknowledge me. I walked back to the “consultation” desk in home theater to purchase a new tv. I saw the manager, Alejandro assisting a family, one elderly man waiting and myself. I waited patiently as multiple associates passed by without acknowledging or attempting to assist me. As I waited, I helped an elderly man with his question since he hadn’t been helped. At 4:54pm, Alejandro, the manager, ended up finishing with his customer and helped a man in I suit before me, yet I was there prior. Finally Alejandro acknowledged me and asked if I was on the waitlist. I told him no and that I was unaware of this so called waitlist. He then insisted that the individual up front was telling customers to get on this list, which he obviously was not. Alejandro then continued to argue with me and started well there’s a sign upfront (I saw the sign upon leaving). Regardless of the sign, all employees should at least acknowledge and inform customers of this list. Alejandro then stated that he could put me on the list but it would be another 40 minutes before I would be assisted. Very dissatisfied with the service at our local Best Buy. Went in to make a purchase and left with nothing but a nasty taste in my mouth…Management seems like they need a lot more training
Pitiful! Im on a limited time lunch break and I go in. There are two greeters. The lady sitting down asked me if I had an appointment. I say no. I tell her what I am looking for. She points me in the right direction. Im on my way. I found the aisle but its just about empty and the fee items that were available were not exactly what I was looking for so I see any associate walking by. I stop him to ask a question. This associate, walking alone with no other customer near by says to me I need to go back up to the front and make any appointment in order for him to answer my question. Pitiful. Ive wasted to much of my time at this point. I know for next time but will likely go back. That was just so frustrating. Door person should have made the appointment situation clear
Want to buy a new TV and already have it picked out? And have an hour or two to spare? You will wait in line in the TV section waiting to sign up for an appointment with a salesman, then wait 20-30 minutes for your appointment, then wait for the TV to get brought up. Then wait for it to be rung up.
Well how to begin this review I guess the best thing to say would be that Ive always been a fan of electronics TVs sound bars Bluetooth speakers video games headphones and earbuds etc. This location really does serve my needs. Prices are decent curbside pickup is excellent and the staff is always really very helpful. While this review is for the Fresno location this review also applies to the Clovis location as well but I will post a short review of that store as well. Anyway for All electronics needs be it like I said computers or TV audio or video games this store definitely has you covered highly recommended five star rating.
Usually well stocked and staffed. This particular visit was not the case. Staff was short and ill mannered not typical for best buy. Also smaller items seemed picked over. Will return in a couple of months for a TV hopefully they are back to the old Best Buy. Parking is ample however due to other popular stores in the vicinity parking can be tight. Area is well lit and heavly patrolled by PD and sequirity. Access can be hard at times especially exiting onto Blackstone.
Although the online pick up line took so long to get through with only two people in front of me we were in and out quickly after backup arrived for online orders. The woman employee came out to the line and asked us to have our order barcode and I.D. ready. It was less than 30 seconds from scanning to get my order. She was amazing and the store was spotless!
Though the website/app are never correct about their availability; they do offer an array of electronics and accessories at reasonable prices. I like their customer service always ready to help and knowledgeable! The store is kept clean and tidy. Youll notice most stations - if not all throughout the store - have hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes.
Do not buy from these people! My 80 old dad had a refrigerator delivered today. It was damaged on the side. They ruined a bunch of plants taking it in. Then it wouldnt work because they didnt put the pieces back right. I had to take the top of to fix the wiring! They didnt even put the basket right it was making a loud noise had to fix that to!!!
I used to come to this Best Buy a lot but havent for years. The store is very nice. The associates, not so much. I much rather go somewhere else with better customer service then a nice place like this with poor service. The greeter or security or whoever stands near the door was rude as well. Definitely shows their lack of interest in their work.
Ordered online and was supposed to be ready within an hour but, it wasnt.It turns out the online store in the physical store are different businesses.Thats what the clerk said. They were able to return the online item which was not ready and replace it with the same item from the store.Service was friendly and helpful
Worst service ever. I was there to pick up one of my order at the pick-up window and the Mexican lady wearing a glasses with curly black hair gave me a negative sarcastic attitude stating that the item I order they do not have it in stock. That lady need to get fire. My question to Best Buy is why post up something available when there is none available? If I was to rate this shop from 1 to 10 I will give a 0....
BEFORE YOU READ THIS: DO NOT GO TO ANY BEST BUY. THIS IS AN ALL NEW LOW FOR ME!!!I bought a laptop a year ago from Best Buy. I was so happy with it and it helped me with my schoolwork. Now the hinges have broken and I sought help from geek-squad to fix the issue. However, it was not pleasant as I was told that the computer will probably be a junk out because of its condition if it were sent to its manufacturer. I spent hard-earned money on that laptop because I’m already struggling enough in life as it is and now I’m being told that I may have to buy a new laptop altogether? Never again will I have my business at any Best Buy again. Even for the littlest purchase I would rather go to a dollar store.😡😡😡If I was able to give no stars I would have done it.
I had to return my carpet shampooer I thought I was going to have a difficult time exchanging it out for another even though I have 3 year warranty.... But I didnt it went smoothly so I give them 2 thumbs up for that part. What I didnt like was that I wasnt educated on how the 3 yr warranty worked so I guess if your product breaks within 3yrs you could return it once in the 3yrs. I was unaware of that. So now I had to purchase another 3yr warranty because now Im too far into this I paid alot of money for this machine so if it breaks like my other one for no reason & I dont get the warranty.... Well there goes all my money to waste I barely bought it end of June.
I havent been to this location in years. The shelves all have big empty spaces, their car stereo section is absolutely destroyed, and the selection is AWFUL! I was followed by one of the employees for the last ten mins I was there. Not sure why. My experience today definitely cost them my business from here on out.
They have made so many cuts their is hardly anyone on the floor. You have to make an apt to buy anything substantial. Ive been waiting about 15 min. at the front counter and I see associates they see me, and Noone acknowledged me. I asked for a manager and the person that came up, walked right past me 5 min. ago. I explained their lack of customer service, and how inconvenient their new system is. Will not be going back, we were refitting our whole office with 30 systems and monitors.
Went to buy a laptop after work because this store was closer to my work than the Clovis one I usually go to. Apparently, to get any customer service or help asking questions you have to be put on a list at the front door and if you need more help after theyve walked away because you needed time to think and consider, then you have to go back to the front and get back on the list and hope theres not a bunch of people in front of you while you stand around in an unfriendly atmosphere. Associates standing around talking to each other in groups of three obviously not doing anything but chatting cant be bothered to help unless youre on the list and in the end I wasnt comfortable with deciding on a laptop purchase there and left. Ive never experienced anything like that at the Clovis store and will definitely not being going back to this store for anything I need like that again.
This Best Buy store used to be pretty good. They have all the latest in the greatest gadgets but thats about where it stops. Theres a few things the store needs to work on. The first and up most of customer service. At times there seems to be not enough people on the floor and the people that are there have no idea what they are selling. Second, they have crammed way too much merchandise out on the sales floor. Used to be ample amount of room for to browse and check out items now it seems that he got to stand on top of each other to look at things and do some actual comparison shopping. With the Advent Amazon going to the Best Buy store just seems obsolete. If theres something I need right now go there and get it if you can wait a day or two try online.

The very best Best Buy location in all of the Central valley, as the level of service and the number of items in stock is awesome!I was here a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience with Austin, who answered all of my questions thoroughly, was very polite and courteous, and took his time carefully carrying my television to my vehicle.I would definitely recommend this particular Best Buy location to anyone in the Central valley for all of their electronics and/or appliance needs.Rating: A+
This happened about a month ago and am only reporting it now because I tried to go through the company and its been ignored. This is a review mostly for Geek Squad (as most people dont check Geek Squad reviews separately) as well as partially for Best Buy in general.Im old school, lower-tier IT, not up to date with current Operating Systems, however I know the general processes one goes though. But, not being up to date, when my NEW FROM BEST BUY laptop kept saying the only game installed on my computer wasnt installed (only use it for the game, Internet, and my writing on Google Docs), and the computer manufacture, game publisher, and Steam all wanted to point fingers at each other; I decided it would be best to take it in, STILL UNDER WARRANTY, to have Geek Squad take a quick look at what can be done.After having to explain the situation three times to the employee, he took it into the back, and without enough time to do any sort of basic scan (the equivalent of a chkdsk/scndsk), he brings it back and just keeps telling me that I have to BUY MORE HARDWARE to fix the issue. Mind you, I know this is not the case as while this laptop is not at the top of the recommended for the game it was above the minimum and hadnt been used for anything which would even eat up the memory. I pointed out, again, that it is not a hardware issue but a software or programming issue. I described many circumstances in which could have created it, but again, Im older low-tier IT, so Im just not adept at these Operating Systems to check for those issues. He refused to budge. Basically agreeing that Id have to do a factory reset on the system.I spoke with a manager of Best Buy as I wasnt allowed to speak to a manager at Geek Squad. We go through the whole deal, and to his credit he seemed more knowledgeable than the GS staff member Id just dealt with. After all sorts of stuff, he said they could diagnose it but charging me over $150 just for a checking of the system.I left. I had already been kicking myself for not having created a restore point before downloading the game. I was looking into doing a total system restore when I noticed, to my joyful surprise that when I first started kicking myself about not having created a restore point before downloading the game, that I had in fact created one then... Four days before the issue. Used it, and low and behold, without any hardware modifications it works perfectly after the restore.So, these experts didnt even have the expertise to ask, So, when did you last create a restore point? Let alone to check it when they took it into the back for 3 minutes, but they sure had the time to pull the specs up on my computer. They tried to cost me lots of money for absolutely no reason. While the store manager says they dont make commission, it sure does look good on your report when youre up for evaluation if youve upsold folks. But to try to take advantage? To suggest it wont work without it? Its not like he said, This or this could be the problem, but even after we fix it, if able, this might still happen again without these upgrades, (still a lie as it was in fact a software issue some file(s) moved because of a glitch of some sort, never figured out), but blamed everything on obsolete (yet still somehow selling for $1,700 alone) graphics card, etc.These arent experts in anything other than trying to scam you. Take your money, and your computers, elsewhere. This is also going to be saved on a review for Best Buy as not everyone checks Geek Squad directly.
Couldnt find someone to help me. Its always like hide and seek when I go there. Need to account for their busiest times. Out of what I needed. An alarm went off while I was looking at a camera. It kept going for a long time. Someone came over to turn it off...then just walked away. No acknowledgement, or inquire to see what we needed, no hello, etc. Wish sales people were still taught etiquette and manners.
I do not recommend using geek squak for your Apple care needs!!!! I beg you not to do it!!! I was told by apple care that I would be able to replace my device in person. Had to wait 2 hours to be told that they do not have a device in stock it had to be ordered! What makes things worse, the device could not be shipped to my house. I had to go back to the store when the device was ready!! Also, you would think geek squad had extra chargers laying around so you could charge your phone at least while you wait.......NOPE!!!! Not even that!!!!
We went to get good speakers on sale...the security at the door let us know that if we want help, just to ask him, so he can send someone. 😉 Everything went smoothly, we got to hear them with the songs we wanted to hear. Cool. We purchased them, for pickup a month into the future so we can take them to our new home...
Just left this Best Buy! After waiting about 20 minutes in a section looking for help, I finally decided to go ask a guy in the front of store. He took my number and said someone would be with me by 5 minutes.... no one ever showed up! Very disappointed with the customer service here.
First time at best buy and the installed my stero. When I was there I was telling the guy that my key fob to my call alarm wasnt working. He said hed look at it. When I pick up my car I asked the guy about my key fob. And what it was is that it needed reprogramming because I had work done to my car previously and they unhook my computer not realizing it effect my car alarm. The guy was great at best buy for checking this out for me. Or it was going to cost me alot to get another key fob for my car. Kudos to him.
One of the absolute worst experiences while shopping there earlier this week. I found the product I needed as soon as I walked in but needed one more of the product so went to ask if someone can check the stock. They are using a queuing system now to receive assistance, which in theory is great so that customers are served in order of their arrival, but in reality it did not work well. I waited for over 30 minutes for anyone to come help me. There were plenty of employees there stocking shelves and walking around but they were not assisting customers. Maybe that wasnt their job and they were tasked with just restocking, which I completely understand. After the long wait, someone finally came over to help me. When I asked if there was another of the item in stock, they pulled out their phone to search the Best Buy website. I was hoping that like other stores there was some type of inventory tracker because had I known they would just check the Best Buy website like I could, I would not have waited. I love Best Buy and went to the store in Clovis and had a great experience there. The Fresno location needs to fix their approach to assisting customers.
Disappointed, annoyed, just nope! This is my go to best buy, but lately not content with service, especially today. Was put on list for assistance and never received helped. I stood for over an hour next to the product I was interested and had staff members literally just continusly passing by. Finally asked for help and was put on he list again. After waiting for a long time I decided to just leave.
I showed the employee who greeted us at the door a battery I needed for my home phones. He told me (no) you didnt have them, didnt know how I would find them anywhere. Just kept saying (nope) best buy didnt carry them at all. I walked over to the phones and there they were. I bought 2 at $19.99 a piece. Your employee almost cost you my $43.00 purchase. Hes not worth the $15.00 an hour you pay him.
Staff was awful. They asked me to look at an item online rather then allowing me to view the back side of the packaging for an item that was right in front of us. Item price $1600. By the way I did look at an item online which is how I learned Best Buy had the item. So I drove there. I guess I will be purchase on Amazon instead.
The place seemed a bit busy for a Monday night, but I didnt have to wait long because the cashiers were doing a great job. I got help taking my stuff to the car from the guy who rang me up. From the cashiers to the greeter at the front, everyone I saw working there were total pros.
My computer crashed, called Zeek tech support at 11 am. Left my call back #. Got a call back in about 10 minutes. Tech support was helpful but could not repair it on the phone. They set up an appointment for 12 that afternoon. Brought the computer in and was taken care of. Good servuce.
We went it to take our PC for maintenance by Geek Squad. A week later were notified that PC is ready for pickup. When we picked it up come to find out no work was done on it. Graphic card needed replacement, Windows 10 was installed but it wasnt activated, hard drive was also defective. We received no call from Geek Squad to tell us of the problems so we could ok and give the green light to correct. We took our PC home the same way we dropped it off, not working!
Actually they dont even deserved any star. I waited in line to bring my laptop to get it looked at. The girl told me I needed and appointment. They could have told me that while I waited for 20 minutes. I went to looked at laptop. I needed helped.. The sales guy told me. Are you on a list to asks questions? You can get all your questions answered once you are on the list to be HELP RIDICULOUS!! NEVER BUY AND WALKQ NEVER ENTER THEIR STORE AGAIN.
5 stars because I found what I was looking for, but the person the helped us a Negative points to him. Really bad actitud I felt he wasnt to happy to help me. Another couple pull him aside and the way he was helping them was very nice. That wasnt nice but any who I wish him good. Maybe I wasnt his cup of tea.
Just as soon as my laptop was out of warranty it apparently died on me. I went to the Geek Squad counter where they quickly determined that the laptop didnt want to be compatible with its charger anymore. They quickly resolved a minor problem that I thought was going to be a much more costly expense.
They were very busy, products were passing through their displays fast. I saw small cables being sold for a few dollars to huge exotic tvs sold for a few thousand dollars.What made it positive to me is the fact that the consumers energy from before Covit 19 is making a come back. I left the place with a higher sense of things are going to a place we used to be, plus, it would be unwise for anyone to underestimate the American consumer...
Theresalways front parking, if you go and you know your going to need help sign up with the greeter to be put on the list to be helped, pretty big store, wait time for cellphones can be awhile i would make an aptmnt online if possible . Geeksquqd never seems busy sp thats good, whatelse, friendly workers knowledgable people in the laptop section.
Paid for insurance on ps4 and within 5 months replacement broke. I found out they gave me a refurbished one. When they said I was going to get a refund on other or new replacement. If I could I wouls give -10. Peraon helping did not know rules of replacements and time frame. 2 said 6months and other 60days. Upsetting and he walked away rude. I called manager and still waiting to be seen.Disappointed...
Of course Best Buy is well established everywhere as a professional top of the line place for electronics and techie stuff. Im not good in such things, so I go there both for good prices and for the service and support. Ive bought tvs and tablets there. Actually this time I bought a TV that had a manufacturer defect and after calling the manufacturer and their inability to solve the problem over the phone they made an appointment for me with store, and I went back on time and it turned out that the item was defective after all and it was exchanged with another one in an unopened box. Also I couldnt find my receipt for this, but I had charged it to a credit card. So they traced it really quick and issued me a duplicate receipt that I needed for exchange. Cant go wrong with Best Buy.
The best of everything in the audio/video world. They also sell laptops, software, appliances, smart home products, cell phones, etc. If they dont have something in the store, they will get it ordered for you. They also offer installation services for the items you purchase. Best Buy will price match anyone. Competitive pricing and vast selection of products is why I gave 5 stars
Customer service was really bad went there to purchase IPhone 12 pro. They made us wait for 3 hrs and then when our number came we were told that we cannot get new phone but bestbuy was selling phones to many others. To me it looks like best buy is selling new Apple devices to family and friends only. then why he made us wait for 3 hrs he would have informed us upfront. Then we went to Verizon and got new phone within 10 minutes.Verizon Customer service was superb and sales agent was very friendly.
Horrible service for our ipad. I took my daughters ipad in for service and made an appointment for the following Wednesday to drop it off. I was 8 minutes late and there was nobody else in line that day and they still would not take it because I was past my arrival time (over 5 minutes late). I spoke with the assistant manager and manager for approximately 10 minutes while nobody else came in for service. I made a follow-up appointment for Saturday afternoon and when I arrived the line was jammed amdninwaited almost 30 minutes past my arrival time before anyone helped me. Apparently it was ok to blow past the apple time requirement when they were busy but not when I was 3 minutes later than I should have been on a day there was nobody else in line. Super disappointed in their service.
I was assisting a friend with a device purchase. I had some questions in comparing two items. The BB Employee was fantastic: Very knowlegable; Easy to talk with; and set us up with checkout. One stop to get what was needed. No hassle. No pressured sales talk. Ill be returning.
Waited over 40 minutes on a list to spend an absurd amount of money. When txt came in that it was my turn, I was given zero instructions on where to go, and the employee at the counter couldnt be bothered to give me the time of day. Instead of spending my money, I walked out and screamed in the parking lot.It was the girl, tan skin, brown hair. Big nose on the closing shift.Any notion I have of spending money at this store is gone. Should have ordered from Amazon.
This is a typical Best Buy store. Lots and lots of TVs, always something on sale. The store is neat, clean, and well stocked. The staff, for the most part, are helpful. I have never run into a grumpy or rude staff member.It isn’t the place to find unique items. This is a box store. They sell large quantities, not specialty items. But they do it well.
This place did not have what I was looking for. They have poor customer service. They do not go out of their way to help you. They are understaffed. They take too long with one customer and make you go on a waiting list? Horrible day. Low inventory. Their sales are a joke. I did not appreciate their poor attitude towards their customers either. This is why I barely go here at all period. Better your customer service and provide more products at affordable prices please.
For electronics this is the local brick and mortar place. For appliances, except for price, not so much. Tried to get salt for a dishwasher purchased there and not only did they not carry any, they were unable to recommend a substitute. And forget about calling unless you have their local number from a business card. I tried for 45 minutes (I waited 15 minutes on one try) to call and never got an answer. Turns out the call center is in Wisconsin or some place.
I have purchased a few things at the store. I bought my computer there and today a T.V. My husband told me not to send this until our T. V. is set up because he is afraid there will be repercussions but I know you are more reputable than that. I have the warranty for reduced installation. Your Geek Squad and delivery people are incredible. Its the service in the store. They act like they dont really care about you.
Normally my favorite store when it comes to electronics but wont be shopping here again any time soon. Curbside pickup should never take over 40 minutes. It seems they dont have a system of first come first serve and cars that showed up after me received there orders way before me.
I went in a few days before Black Friday to get a PS4. I had questions about the product and games I could pick out for it. I found an associate Michael you helped me find the items I was looking for. I also told him I was interested in a Best Buy credit card and wanted to know more information on it. He directed me to the person who could help me with it. He was very patient with me and very knowledgeable on different products also very professional!😊
If you ever order from Best Buy be aware that it will take them ages to deliver your packages. I ordered an item and it never came on the date they said it would I even got a text message (the day after) saying it would come at a specific day and time and I never got it. So if you would like to have a products shipped you might as well just get it off amazon.
I understand that COVID has made the store have new policies and respect that. However, it seems strange that in order to get assistance you have to wait in a line (you sign a list and they text you when theyre ready I guess). It seems strange because I saw probably 6 or 7 employees just standing behind the main desk doing... Nothing. Not assisting others at the desk, just standing around and directing people to the line person. I left since I wanted to make a quick comparison between two dashcams and buy which ever one I liked more between the two - not wait around 20 minutes while other staff are just standing behind a desk doing nothing. Ill just go to a different store or Amazon to get the dash cams since no one can assist you at Best Buy without getting your phone number first.
Been a BB customer for a minute... Never had a questionable experience till running into their covid protocols. This location seems off their game as far as online pickup and store access. God help them Black Friday. And anyone stuck in their stall waiting for 30+ mins after getting the email/text..
I was with my cousin as he wanted to buy a TV and spoke with with BestBuy employee Austin. He had great information regarding TVs, was very professional and was able to direct my cousin to what he was looking for. Should I go to buy a TV for myself I would ask for help from Austin.
Excellent customer service all thanks to Harry and Jose! We were able to purchase our new refrigerator with no high pressure sales just very useful information. Harry offered a perspective on things neither my husband or myself had thought of and we were ultimately able to make the best decision for us. Jose helped us get the best deal on our product and was very friendly through the process. We will definitely be making more major purchases here! Thanks guys!
Have made numerous purchases over the years. Most recently we purchased a TV, 2 surround sound systems and other items. The salesman talked us out of our original choice on TV and sound systems. Unfortunately the salesman I was referred to had no idea what he was talking about and sold us items that did not accomplish what we wanted. In addition, the LG sound system is having problems so I tried calling the store. Twelve times in 3 days and no answer, each time being put on a forever hold by the automated system. I finally called the Best Buy Headquarters who answered my questions and connected me to LG. Not sure what the problem is with the Fresno store but my guess would be poor management. It boils down to how much they care about their customers. Going forward I will buy from Amazon.
There was a line of about 25 people at 8:45 am, once the line started moving . people started cutting into the line from their cars so that put us back about 15 more people, once inside the same thing was happening, we were 4th in line at item pickup, and ended up 20th for pickup. Otherwise the store was great and the employees were helpful.
I ordered online and recieved my lens promptly. I would recommend a 50mm 1.8 to anyone. The picture was captured with the 50mm canon lens attached. Upon arrival the package was well protected. The box was in a box with bubble wrap in between and another factory box with foam inside. Exactly what i wanted and am paying for using the finance program available online. Im just a hobby photographer but am having alot of fun doing so.
I had previously called to check on price matching and was told they did have price match and that the item had to be in stock at price matching retail store(which it was). Drove 45 mins to get the item and lady at front desk has the nerve to look through my phone at the product for more than 10 mins clicking buttons, just to find that the model number was 1 letter off. Have then looked into the product models and have seen no differences so I recommend that they not say they price match when they don’t truly price match their stuff. Total waste of my time and gas.
Great customer service experience! Kiwi made our exchange experience quick and easy. He proactively addressed a situation and resolved it by reaching out to a supervisor. He handled himself very calm and professionally. We would be happy to return to the Best Buy at the Fresno location.
Buying from the store in person isnt so bad or sour seems but the promotions have been terribly confusing. (Not sure of thats some sales tactic so people couldoesnt seem. But Geek Squad, Customer Service, and mess up.) We bought a fridge and the ice maker was never installed. They kept rescheduling and sometimes even never calling saying that they were NOT going to show up. But ok maybe that was just once.Calling customer service takes waaaaay to long. Sometimes I needed to clarify a payment for two promotions I entered but the automated voice will come through first. There isnt an option to speak with a representative immediately or be on the line. I dont mind that until it begins to tell me my account details I already know from the websites and it takes so long. Then the website itself isnt clear. Its confusing (and Im familiar with tech). They will send your payments all to one source causing you to pay I interest and I thank my family for letting me know that happened to them.
Always a fun time looking at new technology here at the best buy store. Came in to purchase speakers and found some 6.5/6.75s for a decent price. Installed them myself. Usually when I come to best buy Im offered help that I always refuse. Nobody was at the car stereo section so I could ask questions, but I already knew what I was after. The lady at the check out was friendly and the greeter/security guy said welcome and have a good day.
Went to purchase a specific item. My name, # and the reason i was there was taken. Was told I would receive a text message when it was my turn. Waited for over 30 minutes only to be told the item I was looking for was not in stock. Such a waste of time. Went to Target instead and purchased the item within 15 minutes.
Sometimes I wish I didnt love going to electronics stores, but I do. Ill just deal with it. This is the best electronics store in Fresno, but not for the reasons one might think. The hidden secret of this place is the deals one can get on major appliances. I am a good, savvy shopper and I have found that the best overall deals on major appliances are at Best Buy. I have now purchased 3 different appliances for our home and I have helped several others too. Not only are they great deals, but they have great customer service and they deliver too.On top of that, I love everything else they sell too. Yes, certain items are always going to be cheaper online, but I still found the best deal on my laptop in store. I highly recommend shopping Best Buy for all your electronic needs.
The staff here is very friendly. It almost feels like Best Buy has revamped their customer service a little. There was an area lead who approached is and asked if we needed help with anything. We were looking for a computer so he put us on the list to speak to a sales associate and in a couple minutes we had everything we needed. The associate even walked us to another department to find a separate item we needed.For anyone who has shopped here for any number of years you know the no commission policy didnt exactly make the sales clerks scramble to help you. That seams to have all changed. It was refreshing.
The entrance of building is the worst. Like the negining of covid still! But only at the entrance. U have to wait in line and when u get to the doors they ask u what the reaso. Is for your visit at the store. If you bypass the enrty employee and just walk in good luck getting help from absolutely any employee. No 1 will help you inless tgere scheduled to be assisting u in that dept at the door. Rediculousness!
Bought a new computer here, and it was under a promotion. The reps didn’t know very much about the promotion and gave me the run around and ended up telling me to call the store in an hour. I just called customer service for Best Buy and luckily enough they got me what I needed. My computer is great! It’s quick, and the rep I did work with to get it knew enough about technology to advise what computer would work best for what I needed. The computer was also discounted so I got a great deal. Make sure to check those open box sections!

2022-02-28My daughters computer was crashing because of low RAM. Her graphic design software loves to work the processor and graphics card plus sucks up all the RAM.So I took her laptop and walked into BestBuy by River Park in Fresno and the staff added me to their service queue. Within about 10 minutes, I had someone helped me pick the right memory sticks which is not very common for a Sunday afternoon if you know what I mean.I got two 8gig sticks for $29.00 bucks eachThe same sticks were $41.00 at Amazon so I bought them. Theyre 2400 MHz versus the old one at 1700mhz.Once I installed them which was very easy to do just removed 6 screws and slide them into position with the machine turned off. The performance was obvious from having a 4gig stick versus two 8 gig sticks for a total of 16 gigs.The machine boots up in 28 seconds versus almost one minute before the new memory installation. The brand name is PNY DDR4 and I used them on a 14 inch HP laptop model# 14-dk0002dx.The laptop is 3 1/2 years old and I found out the hard drive can also be upgraded up to 1 terabyte SSD for $149.00.That will be my next purchase and I think maybe be the graphics card which can be upgraded too.I recommend this model its only about 325.00 plus tax and you can upgrade as you need. Other machines arent upgradeable and this one came with an AMD A9-9425 processor which handles her design graphics with no problems.I hope you found this helpful when upgrading or buying your next machine. 2022-01-24Their new way of helping customers is ridiculous. You have to ask for assistance as you walk in the door so if youre just going to browse around dont expect to get any help without going back to the front door, checking in and waiting your turn for someone to help you, even though theres a lot of Staff members just standing around doing nothing they still will not help you unless you have checked in. Honestly its easier to just buy it online and if youre going to be forced to do that you might as well get it from somewhere else like Amazon. I still like the store as its our only exclusive electronics store in town but they definitely need to figure out a better way of serving their customers.

2022-05-31Best Buy has officially lost a customer or rather customers (me, my family and friends) if they have good service in person they have horrible service on calls and their geek squad are totally incompetent and unhelpful. For washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves and more go to Lowe store to buy them for both an affordable price with quality service, fast delivery and efficient workers to fix it up, For laptops, monitors and more go to Costco and buy from them, Best buy need to train their employees and geek squads like them to not lose any more customer but I am m already lost to them. I dont hate them, they just need to work on their services.

2022-02-03As now a days everything is being available online but people like me are still interested in going to offline store and get that offline store experience. Customer Experience is very poor. I havent expected that from Best buy. I went to buy a product and get the best customer experience from them. They said that they were having a wait-list to just help customers. So I waited for my turn which never popped up. And after some time I gave my friends contact details as well , he got his turn after 20 mins,but still not mine. And the store looks like they are going to shut it down very soon. So much of empty spaces on the shelves. I dont like going to best buy anymore.

If youre not Customer service oriented, find a new job, or career. Dont ignore or walk away from people who need assistance.

2022-05-10Incompetent Management, 5-6 months later 7 different tries can not complete a simple washer dryer microwave purchase and delivery. After going into store asking for top manager (who should’ve been tracking all delayed deliveries and installs) no follow up no systems in place… absolutely useless coordination. Everyone collecting paychecks with NO pride of work.!!! Top BEST BUY executive team at fault… BUY elsewhere if at all possible!

They were both an immense amount of help and took the time to explain everything we needed to know and alot more. The reason we ended up purchasing more items was because of there customer service!
