Its very disappointing and frustrating when you call to inquire if they accept mobile app payments and when you get there to get your own custom made packed container of ice cream. To leave empty handed because their systems are down? Thats not good for marketing business, especially if they offer to create a digital/mobile gift card and unable to use whenever.. More than likely not coming back especially since one of their workers looked at me all off standish and awkwardly making me feel, like I was not welcomed or unwanted? Seone needs to be retaught customer maniac skills or something
Everyone knows that I frequent Baskin-Robbins and Ive been two different ones throughout San Diego County. Ive been to this Baskin-Robbins two times in this tragic situation has happened to me both times . I get the same thing every time one scoop of vanilla ice cream with hot peanut butter topping warmed up in the microwave in a separate cup. They are very generous with the ice cream which I love but the peanut butter is always old its starting to make me wonder if they ever change it out Im scared for my life so yesterday I did not enjoy my ice cream this is the only Baskin-Robbins this happens to me.
I ordered off of Door Dash and ordered a waffle cone (which costs more) for my sons icecream, and recieved a regular cone. I call Baskin Robins and explain to them about what happened, and have a picture to prove it, and they basically tell me its not their problem..smh.. all I wanted was to be refunded the extra amount I paid for the waffle cone, I didnt ask for anything free smh.. every time I have ordered from somewhere and recieved something wrong or didnt receive something, the restaurant takes full responsibility and either refunds me or gives me a gift card. Not Baskin Robins.. Not their problem smh
Love daquiri ice and this is the only place to get it. Even better is a custom daquiri ice freeze made to order your way with your own carbonated beverage of choice. I like energy drinks such as red bull or monster. But actually for a bit more refreshing try just plain peiriere mineral water.
Was very busy, and Arelene was all alone. Outstanding worker. Great personality, smile, and hard worker. I hope her boss reads this .. arelene needs a raise. There must have been 8 people there. And Arelene was doing her best all alone. Again she needs a raise. Baskin Robbins is lucky to have her. Id hire her just with the few minutes of watching her work. Arelene great job and outstanding shake.
Ive been getting ice cream from here since I was a little girl. I have to say they are the only place that hasnt changed except for prices. Always delicious ice cream.
Bad service from one of the old men there in the store he was so rude you should check well before hiring I know maybe is a stressful day but be friendly and nice with people

They need to learn basic customer service of acknowledging customers waiting in line. Waited 10 mins and never once acknowledged. Manager was just walking around. Definitely not returning.

Hours are not correct. Online and on store says open until 10:00pm. But they really close at 9:00pm. Had door open and sign on say8ng open. Never going back!

2022-05-01So today I went here to buy a cake. There was only one guy working. I walked in and other customers followed. Which seemed to overwhelm the employee quite a bit. I had asked if he could right happy birthday on my lo cake. He said there is no cake decorator there. I was like its just writing. But do to the fact he had a long line. He didnt want to stop and write on the cake. Employers please make sure your store is always equipped with enough employees to serve the customers at100% and not overwhelm them. I love this place but now I have no name or anything on a cake I bought.

2022-04-04Today my wife, my son and I bought and ate banana split ice cream. We have had diarrhea all day. We do believe that what we ate here was definately bad. We will no buying ice cream there anymore.

2021-06-06Displayed social distance markers and signs, there was a line but it was hard to see what flavors they had and they didnt have the same flavors I wanted when I looked it up. I ended up picking the flavors while I was in line. I got the double scoop in a cup with pinapple coconut and strawberry cheesecake it costs a little under $6. Both were good but nothing amazing. There was two employees that helped customers right away as we walked in. They wore masks and rang us up at the register in a timely manner. As of today, June 5 2021 they are still not doing samples for the flavors. :(.

2021-08-07Ordered four sundaes through Grubhub, when the order got delivered we noticed the banana royale was not in there, it had been cancelled and refunded. When we called to ask why it was cancelled they said because they ran out of bananas. I mean, why not just make the sundae without the bananas instead of cancelling my whole sundae? So now I sit here watching my family enjoy their ice cream while I have nothing. My husband advised them in the future they could also call. The employee stated they were too busy to call this evening. Just disappointed. Could have been an easy fix..they knew they would be disappointing someone on the order :(

2020-07-25Two friends and I went for an ice cream dessert. I ordered a single in a cup. They each ordered a double in a cup. They need to learn portion control. Mine was a scant scoop. Theirs were overflowing at more than twice what Id gotten. They need consistency in portions. Make the scoops all small or make them all large but dont serve people in the same party very different sized scoops.

2019-07-10This location is in a busy area. Lots of cars coming into Walmart and Costco but theres always parking available. This location is also pretty small so lines get congested. The workers here were super nice and made the sundaes just perfect. All ice creams were available and everything looked so yummy.

2018-03-21Today, 12/26/17 had the mocca ice cream - delicious. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely nice and courteous. Will be back - because of that combination. 1 shortcoming only - prices are maybe double, compared to what they should be.
